Enter "SALMON" at the Enigma Machine. If you entered the code correctly, green lights will flash. Select the "Bonus" option underneath the Enigma Machine to enable/disable this cheat.

Mission 2
Enter "BASS" at the Enigma Machine to unlock the Storm In The Port mission. If you entered the code correctly, green lights will flash.

Mission 5
Enter "TROUT" at the Enigma Machine to unlock the Rolling Thunder mission. If you entered the code correctly, green lights will flash.

Mission 6
Enter "CATFISH" at the Enigma Machine to unlock the Horten's Nest mission. If you entered the code correctly, green lights will flash.

Cheat Mode
Enter "ENCHILADA" at the Enigma Machine to unlock all cheats. If you entered the code correctly, green lights will flash. Select the "Bonus" option underneath the Enigma Machine to enable/disable any desired cheat.

Snipe-O-Rama Mode
Enter "LONGVIEW" at the Enigma Machine. If you entered the code correctly, green lights will flash. Select the "Bonus" option underneath the Enigma Machine to enable/disable this cheat. This cheat allows all guns to zoom like a sniper rifle by holding L and pressing Up.

Mission 3
Enter "STURGEON" at the Enigma Machine to unlock the Needle In A Haystack mission. If you entered the code correctly, green lights will flash.

Bullet Shield Mode
Enter "NOHITSFORU" into the Enigma Machine. If you enter it correctly, the green lights will flash, and you can go to "Bonus" to enable/disable this cheat. This will allow all bullets to be inaffective against you, but not explosions.

Invincibility
To get invincibility, during a mission pause and press X, L, B, R, Back, Y, X. If done correctly, the game will unpause and nothing can hurt you.
