Get Thrown Sky High
On the Arctic Level, find the moving ship. Try to land on top of the ship by doing a bunnyhop or somersault move and watch yourself get thrown into the atmosphere. You must land on top of the ship for this to work.

Hidden Track
Collect 100 balloons in countdown mode.

Ending Bonus
Successfully complete the game on the hard difficulty setting to unlock Steve as a playable character and the Bermuda Triangle level.

Sky Hi Dude
Go off the track as far as you can then a sea monster will eat you and spit you out and you go flying. It is especially funny on a level with ships if you hit them.

Loch Ness Monster: See Squid
You can see the squid by turning right off the track immediately at the very start in free style mode. If you go out far enough, the squid will take you under and blast you back onto the track. Play the track in career mode. When you reach the waterfall, hold down the nose of your jet ski so that you submerge. You will pop up in a cave on the other side of the waterfall. Once you reach the start of the course on the next lap, the squid will be waiting there.
