Play Less Notes
For example if there is a note with a black ring around the top and then after that there are a big string of notes without the black ring all you have to do is get the note with the black ring around it (strum) you don't have to strum for all of the noted without a black ring around it.

Beat All Songs On Expert Easily
First, go to practice mode under training. Next, choose a song to practice. Then choose to play the song from the beginning of verse #1 to the end of verse #2 on easy and set it to full speed. then practice the song. hit all of the notes in the song and right when the last note is finished, unplug your guitar controller, (note: you cannot use a wireless controller to do this cheat). A screen should pop up saying you rock too hard and to reconnect your controller. Reconnect your controller and repeat the disconnecting and reconnecting twice more, do this fast.(three times total). then pause the game after reconnecting for the third time and quit.(if you did this on time then the pause menu should give you the option to continue, if it does not give you this option restart the song and try again). After you have quit go to career, choose any band, and set the difficuty to expert. Now choose any song and you will only have to play the first two verses of the song you practiced. you will get credit towards your career for playing the song you chose on expert. (your last indicator of the fact that the cheat is working, is that you will not hear the crowd cheer if it does). Also note that you will have no star power meter through the song.
