To get him you have to get Gaia to level 4 and Curse of Dragon to level 4.

How To Get Sinister Serpent

Ok when you beat the game load your account and goto the shop if it's not there try after you beaten the game at least 3 times.

How To Get Three Blue Eyes White Dragon

First time you beat kiba he has only one blue eyes, but if you get to him in the last level, he has two.

Get Red-Eyes Black Metal Dragon

To get Red-Eyes Black Metal Dragon, get Red-Eyes Black Dragon to a level 3 or 4 and select "Evolve" on your turn on a "Dark" attributed stage.

How To Get To The King Colisum

You have to go through every stage (first opponent is pegasus).

Dark Magician

To get Dark Magician, you have to gain access to the fourth area or higher. Grandpa will say he has some new capsules, so check it out. It will be in the dark section of the capsule shop, near the top. It may take a little while, but worth it for an A-ranked capsule.

Extra PP

Destroy your opponet's symbol and you will usually get 100 PP.

Rare Monsters

Each time you beat the game you will get 3 of the following monsters at random: Sanga of Thunder, Red-Eyes Black Dragon, Javelin Beetle, Dungeon Worm, Super War Lion, Fortress Whale, Giltia the Dark Knight, and Rigras Leever.
