Hey guys its me and im back. First things first. If you read my other walkthorugh with a similar name to this, youll be ready. Also,i call pokemon pokes for short just to let you know. Plus, in the below startegies, anything in ( ) is what type of poke the opponent has, * * means use these move types, and < > is what types of poke not to use. Now walk up the steps, and follow the instructions below. And read through this entire walkthrough before actually entering the Elite Four Chamber,so you can see if your missing any pokes required for it. AND WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT SAVE WHILE IN THE ELITE FOUR TOWER UNLESS YOUR IN THE LOBBY OR POKEMON CENTER. OR ELSE YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH NO HOPES OF WINNING OR ESCAPING!!!!!! *******************************Step 5: Beat Sidney*********************************** Elite Four Battle 1:Sidney: "The Dark Disaster!" 1.)Mightyena Lvl. 46 (Dark) *Fighting*2.)Shiftry Lvl.48 (Dark-Grass) *Fight,Fly,Fire,Ice* 3.)Absol Lvl.49 (Dark) *Fighting* 4.)Sharpedo Lvl.48 (Dark-Water) *Fight,Electric,Grass* 5.)Cacturne Lvl.46 (Dark-Grass) *Fight,Fly,Fire,Ice* Okay this should be a push-over-you-dont-stand-a-stupid-chance kind of battle. Even a pokemon like Medichamp or Hariyama from the Victory Road that you just newly caught could beat this guy single-handed! IF you have a Blaziken, hekc even a Combusken, that still knows Double Kick, you'll be fine. The only exception to this is Absol, who can be confusing if you dont kill him in one shot. He knows Aerial Ace, which doesn't make too terribly much sense since Absol is a fox, not a bird. Anyway, combined with Swords Dance, this move can be fatal to a unknowing Fighting type. Congrats, you just got $9800 with the Amulet coin if you used that poke thats holdin it. if not, you get $4900. **********************************Step 6: Beat Phoebe******************************** Nurse your wounds(if any), and progress up the steps. Make sure you have Persim berries to heal confusion, becuase Phoebe's pokes can all confuse, and its annoying. Elite Four Battle 2: Phoebe: "The Queen of Queers!" 1.)Dusclops Lvl.48 (Ghost) *Dark,Ghost* 2.)Dusclops Lvl.51 (Ghost) *Dark,Ghost* 3.)Banette Lvl.49 (Ghost) *Dark,Ghost* 4.)Sableye Lvl.50 (Ghost) *Dark,Ghost* 5.)Banette Lvl.49 (Ghost) *Dark,Ghost* This battle isn't much different from the last battle. If you have a Mightyena,Sharpedo,or even a Golbat, that knows Crunch, or even Bite, you'll do fine. Most of these Pokemon know Shadow ball(Ghost) or Shadow Punch(Dark), so as long as you know that, no problems. Of course, theres always an exception, and here its the Lvl.51 Dusclops. This bad baby knows Shadow Ball(Ghost),Curse(Ghost),Ice Beam (Ice,what is it doin here?),and Earthquake!(Ground, thats odd). Of course, Curse helps more than it hurts, and soon you'll forget its pain. Heal any wounds like last time, and make sure that you have a Fire or Fighting type in front, like Blaziken, which is perfect for this job, or your kinda doomed. *********************************Step 7: Beat Glacia********************************* Walk up the steps once again. Good Luck. Elite Four Battle 4: Glacia: "The Princess on Ice!" 1.)Glalie Lvl.50 (Ice) *Fire,Fight,Rock* 2.)Glalie Lvl.52 (Ice) *Fire,Fight,Rock* 3.)Sealeo Lvl.50 (Ice-Water) *Fight,Electric* 4.)Sealeo Lvl.52 (Ice-Water) *Fight,Electric* 5.)Walrein Lvl.53 (Ice-Water) *Fight,Electric* Okay then, this is easy if you have a Magneton that knows Thunderbolt or even Spark. If you have a Blaziken that knows Double Kick,or Sky Uppercut, you'll be in perfect condition.Theres not really an exception to this battle, since they all have similar weaknesses. So,good job if you won. If you didn't,you're doomed when you try to face the next guy in line for you. *********************************Step 8: Beat Drake********************************** Okay, this will probably be one of the hardest battles you'll ever have to do. Drake is basically the equilavilant of Lance in previous games. You will see.... Elite Four Battle: Drake: "The Lord of Dragons!" 1.)Shelgon Lvl.52 (Dragon) *Ice,Dragon* 2.)Flygon Lvl.53 (Dragon-Flying) *Ice,Dragon,Rock* 3.)Altaria Lvl.54 (Dragon-Flying) *Ice,Dragon,Rock,Electric* 4.)FLygon Lvl.53 (Dragon-Flying) *Ice,Dragon,Rock* 5.)Salamence Lvl.55 (Dragon-Flying) *Ice,Dragon,Rock,Electric* Okay..You've seen(or read)about his pokemon,so i would be scared, since the only choice for you at this point in the game is a Glalie(evolve from a snorunt that you catch in the ice room in Shaol Cave during Low Tide) that knows Aurora Beam or Ice Beam. Otherwise you catch a Bagon from Meteor Falls and raise it to be your very own Salamence, which is a long shot. Now listen up, Flygons are evolved from Trapinch, whichcan be found in the desert area, so if you need one catch one. Also, you can catch a Swablu in the route right next to Fallabor town, more specificly left and below it. Then raise that to be an Altaria. Why am i saying all these ways to get Drake's pokes? Cause they are the few Dragon types that actually exist, and therefore will know Dragon-type moves, thus allowing you to beat Drake. there is one last choice. You can fly to Pacifidlog Town,Surf Right and Enter the Sky Pillar. There, you will fight wild pokemon at Lvl. 53 or higher. Also, you can catch a Claydol(commonly found) that knows Hyper Beam when you catch it, an Altaria(rarely found) that can learn Dragon Claw or Dragonbreath.OR...well...you can go all the way to the top and try catching Rayquaza at Lvl.70. This guy knows Outrage, the strongest Dragon-type move their is. And also, the fact that its at Lvl.70 and ALREADY knows Fly when you catch it,it can take out any of Drakes(or and other persons for that matter) pokemon. Personally, I didnt do any of this. I just used a high Lvl Kadabra that knew Psychic, used luck, and a lot of High potions, and finally i beat him. Well, if you beat him, good job! The Champ is not much harder. ********************************Final Step: Beat Steven****************************** Ok,you'll probably have tons of wounds to heal, so heal them. Then make sure you have a fighting or fire type(Blaziken is perfect)in front, and walk up the steps to Steven.EXTRA EXTRA READ ALL ABOUT IT: you cannot heal yourself(items, berries, etc.) when in Steven's room. In other Elite Four rooms, you can save, heal, and do other stuff, then fight. In Steven's room, you just fight. So heal up on the stairway. Good Luck, you'll need it. The Champion: Steven: "The Sultan of Steel!" Skarmory Lvl.57 (Steel-Flying) *Electric,Ice,Fire,Fight* Aggron Lvl.56 (Steel-Rock) *Fight,Fire,Ground* Metagross Lvl.58 (Steel-Psychic) *Fire,Ground,Dark* Armaldo Lvl.56 (Steel-Rock) *Fight,Fire,Ground* Claydol Lvl.55 (Psychic-Ground) *Water,Dark,Ghost* Cradily Lvl.56 (Rock-Grass) *Ice,Fight,Ground* Well, thank the Heavens for Blaziken! Every poke that Steven has is either part Rock or part steel, or part something-that-Blaziken-can-demolish-without-getting-bruised. There is really nothing to be scared of here. Just watch out for Armaldo's Aerial Ace, which makes even worse sense than Sidney's Absol knowing it, since Armaldo's,well, fat. Good Job you beat him(If you beat Drake, you can definetly beat Steven)! Now progress to the Hall of Fame, but before you do, lo and behold, May shows up! She pulls out a Pokeball and...nah im just kidding! She comes to give you advice, but since you've won,she stands aside and lets you move on! CONGRATULATIONS! YOU'VE BEATEN THE ELITE FOUR! NOW WATCH THE CREDITS ROLL! YOU ARE NOW FREE TO JOURNEY WHEREVER! BUT BEFORE YOU LEAVE, LET ME TELL YOU A FEW THINGS! 1.)Latios is now released into the wild! If you've played Gold or Silver version, finding Latios is just like catch Entei,Raikou,or Suicune. If you havent, heres how: LUCK! While searching for pokemon, Latios will show up eventually and randomly. Just be diligent. BUT DONT SEARCH FOR LATIOS ALONE. THATS JUST STUPID! Just try complting your pokedex. I've noticed that if your pokedex is close to being completed(like you own 100 or more), then atios appears more frequently. Use your master ball on him! Dont worry about it! Just use it! Finding it oonce is hard, but finding it 20 times just to catch it is stupid. Latios is and excellent Lvl. 40 that is a Dragon-Psychic type. 2.) You can now catch the Regirock,RegiSteel, and Recice. More info on that will be in my next walkthrough. 3.) Rayquaza IS tough, but catch him! He's a Dragon-Flying(You can tell i like dragons) and rules! He knows Fly,Outrage,Rest, and Extreme Speed. So catch him with a Timer Ball after 40 turns or so, and hes yours.
