As soon as you have Beaten the Pokemon League a Very Strong Pokemon is released into
the open.iv'e never found this pokemon on my Ruby but my Brother has on his Sapphire.
well the pokemon on Ruby is Latios. Sapphire's is Latias. if you have ever played
pokemon Gold or Silver it run's just like Entei and the other Two.just save your
Master Ball.

Secret #2
After you Beat the Pokemon League Rayquasa appear's in the sky pillar.you need the
Mach Bike to get to it. once you do get to it just weaken it and Catch it.
