A Pokemon spoken of in legend. It is said that
time began moving when DIALGA was born.

It has the power to control time. It appears in 
Sinnoh-region myths as an ancient deity.
Location        : Spear Pillar (Diamond Only)

Attacks When Met: Metal Claw (STEEL), Dragon Claw(DRAGON),
                  Roar of Time(DRAGON), Ancient Power (ROCK)
Ability         : Pressure (when foe attacks Dialga it loses 2PP
                  per turn instead of 1)
How to Obtain   : After the event in the Galactic HQ building, Fly to 
                  Oreburgh City. Now head north to Route 207 and use switch 
                  to the the gear that makes your bike go fast (4th Gear) and
                  you will see a  muddy hill that you can climb using your 
                  bike head east and enter Mt. Coronet. When you enter go 
                  north till you see a narrow pond. Surf through the pond 
                  till you reach the other side and then use Rock Climb (HM08)
                  to reach the flight of stairs which leads to another chamber 
                  of the mountain. Now here comes a confusing part when the 
                  room go north till you hit a little cliff, now head west all
                  the way, then head south and when you see small stairway
                  climb it,..now from her on it's pretty straight
                  foward. when you reach the summit, be careful there are many 
                  high level wild pokemon,..and don't get lost. Now when you
                  finnaly reach the Spear Pillar you will have to face Mars &
                  Jupiter, but your rival will help you. Now after your little
                  face off with the commanders, you will face Cyrus again 
                  defeat him and heal all your pokemon, save, and make sure you 
                  have alot of Ultra Balls (or Dusk Balls if playing at night,
                  because your about to face the Ruler of Time,.......Dialga!!
                  NOTE: PLEASE DON'T USE YOUR MASTER BALL ON DIALGA, BECAUSE
                  IT IS ALOT EASIER TO CATCH THAN OTHER LEGENDS LIKE MESPRIT &
                  CRESSELIA. SAVE IT FOR SOMETHING GOOD!!
