Coolness- Have a Pokemon that has a nature of the following kind:
Adamant, Brave, Naughty, Lonely, Bashful, Hardy, Quirky, and Serious.
Feed it Pokeblock of the following color: Red and Purple.
Try to max the Cool stats and head over to Slateport's
Pokemon Fan Club and enter. Talk to the man in the middle
of the room to get the Red Scarf. Equip to Pokemon.
Make it learn the folowing moves: Dragon Dance, Dragon Claws, and 
Hyper Beam or Outrage.
Easy win moves in the second round of the contest:
Dragon Dance, Dragon Claws, Dragon Dance, Dragon Claws, and Rest
or if you are losing by a few, Outrage or Hyper Beam.
Remember you only need 17 hearts in the second round to get the
five hearts overall at the final count to get a bonus ribbon.

of the room to get the Blue Scarf. Equip to Pokemon.
Make it learn the following attacks: Dive, Surf, and 
Hyperbeam or Outrage.
