----- 1. - Introduction (J001)------------------------
======================================================

Hello and welcome to the unofficial FAQ to Juiced. Even though this FAQ is for the
Platinum version doesn't mean that those
with the original version can't use this FAQ, on the other hand they can because
the Platinum version is almost the same as
the original anyway (but with a few things tweeked). The only thing that has
really changed in the Platinum is that the
cheats have been changed, and with more cars. Well let's get started then shall
we? Oh and also if you have any
contributions or any queries then please use the "Contact Info" section of this
FAQ to contact me. Thank You.

======================================================
----- 1.1 - About the Author (J002)-------------------
======================================================

Well firstly my name is Jamie (Hi), but those on the forums know me as codeboy633.

=======================================================
----- 1.4 - About the Game (J005)----------------------
=======================================================

Juiced is the first of two in this series. But on the other hand this title has a
brilliant car range going from import tuner
to Muscles.

=======================================================
----- 1.4 - Your Career (J006)-------------------------
=======================================================

During your racing career you will be competing head to head with 8 different
opponents but also trying to gain their
respect. You'll also be competing in a range of cars going from the VW Beetle to
the Dodge Viper SRT-10.

=======================================================
----- 2. - Getting Started (J007)----------------------
=======================================================

Well to start with you'll need to make a new profile to access the rest of the
game so put in your profile name and then
put in the name you want your crew to be known as, then choose your crew logo (I
got that the wrong way round but that
doesn't matter). Then go through the starting race, then choose the car you want.
Hay presto you've got a new profile.

=======================================================
----- 2.1 - The Controls (J008)------------------------
=======================================================

What's the use in playing a game if you don't know the controls? well in this
section you'll learn the controls to the game.
Oh and all the default controls are in the manual provided with the game.

X button:				 = Accelerate/ Select menu item
Square button:				 = Brake
Circle button:				 = E-Brake (Handbrake)
Triangle button:			 = Reverse
D-Pad:					 = Highlight menu item
Left analogue stick: = Steer/Highlight menu item
Right analogue stick: = Not used
R1 button:				 = Look back
R2 button: 				 = Not used
L1 button:				 = NOS
L2 button:				 = Not used
Start button:				 = Pause game
Select button: = Change camera view

That's it for the controls, remember you can always change them in the options menu.

=======================================================
----- 3. - The Game (J009)-----------------------------
=======================================================

Sorry if the above was boring but i have to go through the basics first before
anything else. Anyways enjoy the rest of the
FAQ.

=======================================================
-----3.1 - The Race Choice (J010)----------------------
=======================================================

There are at least 5 different races and they are:

1. - Curcuit
2. - Show off
3. - Sprint
4. - Pink slip
5. - Prototype

All these will keep you entertained for hours (Hopefully)

=======================================================
----- 3.2 - The Opponents (J011)-----------------------
=======================================================

There are 8 opponents that you'll be racing against. Here they are with the name
of their crew:

1. - T.K.			= Urban Maulerz
2. - Biggi			= A.W.B
3. - Sue Yen			= Vixens
4. - Maria			= The Wild Cats
5. - Jack Walker		= Omega Tau
6. - Melody			= Public Chaos
7. - Poppa Zee			= The Lordz
8. - Carlos			= Legion

That's it have fun

=======================================================
----- 3.3 - Respect (J012)-----------------------------
=======================================================

If you want to progress in this game smoothly then you'll need to gain the respect
of the other crews in Angel City
Here is what you need to impress and gain the respect that you need:

1. - Urban Maulerz = Circuit Racing or Anything with wheels
2. - A.W.B			= Sprint Racing or Japonese imports
3. - Vixens = Show Off skills or Japonese imports with serious body kits
4. - The Wild Cats = Crew Performance or Mitsubishi imports
5. - Omega Tau = Best car or Toyota imports
6. - Public Chaos = CarCollection or Any cars
7. - The Lordz = Gambling (Betting) or U.S. Muscle cars
8. - Legion = Pink Slip Racing or Any cars

That's it, all you have to do now is to impress those crews with the above. Good luck.

=======================================================
----- 3.4 - Mobile Phones (J013)-----------------------
=======================================================

Mobile phones are crucial in this game because with out them you wouldn't be able
to contact any of the crews to challenge
them to pinks or to a time trial race. You have a choice of the following:

1. - Motorola V980
2. - Motorola V525
3. - Sharp 902
4. - Sharp GX30
5. - Sony Ericsson V800
6. - Sony Ericsson K700i

Oh by the way you can change them when ever you want and also the provider is
Vodaphone.

=======================================================
----- 3.5 - Pink Slips (J014)--------------------------
=======================================================

Pink Slips or ownership papers are what some racers bet in racers, all they are,
are the papers for the ownership of the car
that they are driving. I.e if you lose then your car is given to the winner for
keeps and vica versa. You can access this by
going into your phone and ringing up someone and selecting the "Race for Pinks"
option and race for the opponents car.

=======================================================
----- 3.6 - Event Calander (J015)----------------------
=======================================================

The Event Calander is the main piece in this game because it has all the race
events on it. All you have to do is hightlight
the race event you want and select it and you then race, after that race event
will be blacked out with "Event Finished"
on the top in red. You can also skip days by either going to a different race
event or by pressing the Square button. Oh and
also you can only access this by going to the "Go Race" icon.

=======================================================
----- 3.7 - Your Crew (J016)---------------------------
=======================================================

During your career you'll be approached by three other characters in this game who
will ask to be in your crew. They will
only ask to be in your crew once you start gaining respect from the other crews. I
can't put them down because they are
random and are never the same people.

=======================================================
----- 3.8 - Advice (J017)------------------------------
=======================================================

You may notice an icon that says "Advice" well that's exactly what it means it
gives you random (but very usefull) advice
when you highlight it. It may also pop up every now and then but you also have two
options in this screen they are:

1. - Follow advice

and

2. - Ignore advice

Oh and also this screen has a tip as well.

=======================================================
----- 3.9 - The Workshop (J018)------------------------
=======================================================

In the workshop you have the choice of what car you want to work on, once you have
chosen what car needs to be worked on
another screen comes up with the following options:

1. - Car Spec: = Tells you about the car and other options
2. - Customize: = Allows you to change the body work, performance and the paintwork
3. - Tuning Shop: = An easy and fast way of changing your cars performance
4. - Dynamometer: = Tests your cars performance and speed
5. - Test Drive: = Allows you to test the new performance parts
6. - Crew Car Scheme: = Allows you to save a crew car scheme that you can apply
to all the cars that you buy
				  (or win)
7. - Sell Car: = Allows you to sell the car that you have chosen
8. - Leave Workshop: = Allows you to leave the workshop.

That's it for the workshop.

=======================================================

=======================================================

The Dealership is where the cars can be bought there are 7 different groups. I

=======================================================
----- 4. - FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) (J021)----
=======================================================

Here are some FAQs to help you:

1. - Q) Are there any cheats for this game?
     A) Yes but only one works for the Platinum version but most of them work for
the origanal.

2. - Q) Which is better Front wheel Drive, Rear wheel drive or 4 wheel drive?
     A) Well it's what you think, what do you like to drive? for me it would be
the front wheel drive because it doesn't
        oversteer as easily as the rear wheel drive.

3. - Q) Can you complete this game?
     A) Well I have had this game since it had come out in the Uk and i have been
playing it since then and i haven't
	completed it so i guess that you can't, it must be an ongoing game.

4. - Q) Why Do you have a crew?
     A) You have a crew because there are some races that need at least two
members from the same crew other wise you won't
	be able to enter it.

5. - Q) Are there any extra's to the game?
     A) No, not that I know of.

Hope that answered some of your questions. Like i said earlier on i you have any
queries please sned them me using the
contact info section of this FAQ.
