This is and will be the only version of this FAQ I have, as I'm not into
updating...I can never be bothered y'see.  Anyways, this is a complete
guide, detailing all areas you need to visit etc. and items used.  If
however, you can't understand a certain area, or are somehow stuck for
some reason, feel free to email me for any help.  Enjoy!

MISSION 1: FIND A SECRET DATABASE

1. Avoid City Patrols.
2. Find the statue and wait for our agent to give you instructions.
EQUIPMENT LIST: Keys, pocket computer, silenced pistol.

This mission is the easiest in the game (something to do with the fact
that it's also the first may have something to do with it...) and is 
basically to there get you aquainted with the control system.

As you start out, run to your left till you reach a building.  From
there, run down and you'll see a bridge.  Cross the bridge, avoiding 
any patrolmen, and you'll reach another house.  Run to the bottom of 
this house, then to the hedge on your left.  You should now see the
statue.  Position yourself in front of the statue, and press up to 
have the agent contact you.

BRIEFING:  GO TO THE SAFEHOUSE

After you receive this message, run back across the bridge to the first
house you saw, and press UP on the door.

AGENT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. CROSS THE BRIDGE TO THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION.
2. USE YOUR KEYS TO ENTER THROUGH THE BACKDOOR.
3. FIND THE COMPUTER DATABASE IN ROOM 7 AND COPY IT ONTO YOUR POCKET
COMPUTER.
4. LEAVE THE BUILDING, UNDETECTED.

Now run across the bridge for the third time, and down to the statue.  
>From here, run down to the lamp post on the left, and carry on running
to
the far left of the screen.  Run to the bottom of the screen, and you'll
se two houses, both with grey doors.  You need to enter the second
house.  To do this, simply walk up to the door, and the key in your
inventory will flash/bleep.  Press B and you'll enter the house.
Walk to the desks below you on your left.  There should be three.  Walk
'into' the second desk, and your inventory will again flash/bleep.
Press B.  

DATABASE COPIED

Leave through the door you came in through to proceed to the next
mission.

DEBRIEFING:
CONGRATULATIONS!  MISSION ACCOMPLISHED, DATABASE RECEIVED.

MISSION 2: FIND THE CODE BOOK TO DECIPHER THE DATABASE.
1. Find the General's office.
2. Break into the safe.
3. Photograph the code book.
4. Escape undetected.
EQUIPMENT LIST: Stethoscope for safe breaking, camera, silenced pistol.

Set in the desert, again this level isn't too tasking.  Simply avoid the
guards where possible.

Run across from your starting position, till you reach a building.  From
here, run to the right, passing two guard towers until you reach another
building.  Walk up to the doors, and press B.  You will now climb to the
roof.  From here, walk above the blue window, and then walk down.  You
will now be inside the building.
Once inside the building, walk straight down to the blue safe.  You're
inventory will flash/beep, so press B.  

SAFE OPEN

Now walk back up to the top of the room, stopping at the middle of the
table.  Press B when the inventory flashes/beeps, to take a photo.  

BOOK PHOTOGRAPHED

Carry on up to the top of the room, then run to the far right to exit.
To exit the level, simply run back to where you started.

DEBRIEFING:
CONGRATULATIONS! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED, CODE BOOK PHOTOS RECIEVED.
THE DECODED DATABASE REVEALS THAT A DOOMSDAY BOMB AND MISSILE LAUNCHER
HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED.

MISSION 3: 
1. Go to the missile testing range in the desert.
2. Wait at the oasis for our agent to contact you.
EQUIPMENT LIST: Screwdriver, mobile phone, silenced pistol.

Also set in the desert, you will begin above an oasis.  As before, avoid
all guards where possible.

Start out by walking to the bottom of the oasis (you will have to
manouver around the trees).  Your inventory will flash/beep (again!), so
press B.  

AGENT INSTRUCTIONS:
THE MISSILE LAUNCHER IS GOING TO BE TESTED IN ONE HOUR. IF THE TEST IS A
SUCCESS, THEY WILL BUILD MORE BOMBS. YOU MUST SABOTAGE THE MISSILE
WITHOUT BEING DETECTED. 
1. DISGUISE YOURSELF
2. FIND TEH MISSILE IN THE SILO
3. DISRUPT IT'S CIRCUITS WITH THE SCREWDRIVER

>From here, run straight down to the bottom of the level.  Now run to the
right, till you reach a building.  Walk into the door in the middle.

OVERALLS OBTAINED

Still running to the right, walk into the first door of the next
building.

TOOL OBTAINED

Run to the next building on the right, and walk into the first door.

PARTS OBTAINED

When done, run to the left of the building, and straight up, avoiding
all guards.  You should see a building with double doors in front of
you.  There will be a guard patroling the building, so avoid/shoot him
and enter the building through the doors.  
Now you will see a large missile structure.  Run to the bottom of the
structure, until you see the red stairs.  Walk up these, stopping at all
the grey panels on the missile, pressing B when your inventory
flashes/beeps.  

MISSILE SABOTAGED

Leave the room the same way you came in, and run back to the start of
the level to exit (NB, you will have to exit the level just under the
first tree by the oasis, on the left).

DEBRIEFING:
CONGRATULATIONS! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED, THE MISSILE LAUNCH FAILED. THEY
WILL SPEND MONTHS REDESIGNING, GIVING US TIME TO DISRUPT THEIR SECRET
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.

MISSION 4: 
1. Find the explosives hidden in a bush outside the north gate.  
2. Break into the secret research laboratory.
3. Blow up the laboratory.
EQUIPMENT LIST: 6 stun grenades, mine detector, explosives hidden by one
of our agents.

This is where MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE starts getting hard.  Now you will
have to avoid the guards where possible, avoid any mines in the level,
AND complete your mission.  Good Luck!

Hug the edge of the screen, and run up to the top (NB, you may have to
walk up a little first, to stop you from exiting the level).  Still
hugging the screen, run as far right as you can, until you reach a
small, grey box.  Press B when the inventory flashes/beeps.  You now
have the explosives.  Run back across to your left, then run all the way
down, hugging the screen as you go.  Now run to your right, until you
reach a small, marked out path leading up.  Follow this to the gates.
You won't be able to enter here, but there will be a hole in the fence
to your right.  Enter through the hole.  Run around to the left of the
jeep, then straight up to the large, brown building.  Run around the
back of this building, and to the blue windows.  Walk into them to enter
the complex.
Once inside, you will see three laser beams ahead of you.  Crawl past
the first, jump over the second, and crawl past the third.  You will see
a guard walking up and down.  Get as close to him as you possibly can,
and press B when he's near you.  If you did this correctly, you should
kick him, saving you a grenades.  Now follow the red path on the floor
and enter the room next to you.  Follow the path in this room until you
see another guard.  Wait until he is to your left, then launch a grenade
at him.  Qucikly run to the right, and in through the door.  Now follow
the red stairs to the end, and press B.  You have now layed the TNT.
Leave the building by following the arrow next to the door you just came
through, then run back to the start of the level to exit.

DEBRIEFING:
CONGRATULATIONS! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED, THE LABORATORY IS DESTROYED AND
THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BUILD ANY MORE BOMBS. HOWEVER, ONE BATCH OF THE
DOOMSDAY BOMB WARHEADS WAS PRODUCED. WE MUST FIND THESE.

MISSION 5: 
1. Go to the intelligence headquarters.
2. Climb to the roof.
3. Use listening euipment to discover the location of the warheads.
4. Withdraw undetected.
EQUIPMENT LIST: Listening equipment, rope with grappling hook, silenced
pistol.

This level is one of the easier levels, of the harder variety (you'll
understand what I mean later on...), so just follow the guide, and
you'll be fine.  You will have to shoot more guards than usual though,
so be warned...

Run straight down and to the far left of the cop car. Run to the lampost
on the left, and then down again.  Hugging the building at the bottom,
follow it to the right avoiding the guard, until you reach a little
alleyway.  Run to the top and shoot the guard.  Run to the right, shoot
the guard there, and run down, to the lamposts.  Run across to the
right, to the cop car, and shoot the guard above you.  Run to the right,
then straight up, and your inventory will flash/bleep.  Press B and
you'll climb to the roof.  Press B again, then when you reach the top,
follow the path across the roofs.  You'll reach a part where your
inventory will flash/beep.  There's no need to press B here, simply run
'into' this area, and you'll jump across the gap ahead of you.  Run to
the large, blue windows, and press B again to climb up.  Do this again,
then enter through the window in front of you.  Once inside, head down
to the rooms on the right, and enter the penultimate room on the bottom.
Your inventory will flash/beep the instant you enter here, so press B.
When done, leave the same way you came in.  To exit the level, run to
the area you started in.  

DEBRIEFING:
CONGRATULATIONS! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED, WARHEAD LOCATION RECEIVED.

MISSION SIX:
ONE OF OUR AGENTS IS NOW TRACKING THE WARHEADS. THEY'VE BEEN MOVED TO AN
ARMY SUPPLY CAMP NEXT TO A VILLAGE.
1. Go to the army supply camp.
2. Dig under the wall.
3. Destroy the warheads.
EQUIPMENT LIST: Spade, 6 stun grenades, explosives.

This level can get tricky, mostly due to the fact that there are many
guards in the camp, and you don't carry a gun.  Follow the guide, and
you should be okay...

Start off by running straight down, then right, then up.  Go right from
here, and then down again.  You will come to a point where you may go
left, or carry on heading down.  Go left, as far as you can go, then run
down till you can't go any further.  Head right, and you'll come to a
small clearing, where you may go down, or right.  Head down, then left,
and you'll see a patrolling guard.  wait until he is on your right, then
run to the space ahead of you.  From here, run down, then right, but be
careful of the guard.  You should be able to dodge past him.  If not,
use a grenade, the carry on running to the right.  You will come to
another area where there are a few paths leading in different
directions.  Run down, then right until you see another guard.  Use a
grenade, then run up, to the second fence area.  Your inventory will
flash/beep, so press B.  You are now in the camp.  Head right until you
see two buildings.  Run up through the middle of them, and you'll see
another building with grey double doors.  Press B when your inventory
flashes/beeps.  Now run down between the two buildings again, and head
right past the jeep.  You will see a number of guards now, so run down
from the jeep, and head right to the two lamposts, setting off grenades
as you go.  Exit the level by walking between the lamposts. 

DEBRIEFING:
CONGRATULATIONS! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

MISSION SEVEN:
UNFORTUNATELY OUR AGENT SUPPLIED US WITH INCORRECT INFORMATION. THE
LOCATION IS A BUNKER IN A DESERT AIRFORCE BASE.
1. Enter the base.
2. Find the bunker.
3. Destroy the warheads.
EQUIPMENT LIST: Wire cutters, mine detector, explosives.

Again, this level can be a little tedious due to all the mines scattered
about the place.  My only advice is to follow the guide, don't walk
about 'exploring'...

As with mission three, your aim is to collect the various objects needed
to complete your mission, and enter the bunker as before.  Unlike
mission three though, you will not need to wait by the oasis for the
agent to contact you, so instead make your way to the building at the
bottom left of the level, avoiding the mines as you go.  Once there,
enter through the door in the middle.

OVERALLS OBTAINED

Run to the next building, and enter through the first door.

TOOL OBTAINED

Carry on to the third and final building, and enter through the first
door. 

PARTS OBTAINED

Again, as with mission three, head up to the large building located
above the building you just visited.  Now instead of going inside, look
for a building to the left of it.  Head for the doors at the front, and
enter through them.  Once inside, it's fairly simple what to do.  Run
forward past the barrels, and you'll see a set of stairs leading down.
Proceed down them, avoiding the guard (it may be best to take him out).
Now you need to destroy the warheads, so walk to the middle of the large
structure to your right, and when your inventory flashes/beeps, press B. 

WARHEADS DESTROYED

Head back to the point you entered, and exit the building.  To avoid any
possible death on the way back, follow the EXACT same route you used to
get back to the start of the level.  Exit.

DEBRIEFING:
CONGRATULATIONS! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED, DOOMSDAY WARHEADS DESTROYED.

MISSION EIGHT:
RESCUE THE UN WEAPONS INSPECTOR.
1. Go to the main prison.
2. Knock out the guard and use his uniform.
3. Bribe a second guard to discover the weapons inspector's cell number.
4. Go to the cell and free the weapons inspector.
5. Go to the prison roof.
6. radio a helicopter gunship to collect you.
EQUIPMENT LIST: Cosh, cash, radio transmitter. Steal a weapon when you
arrive at the prison.

This level is anotehr one of the 'easier hard' levels.  Just follow the
guide, and you shouldn't have any problems...

You'll see a guard in front of you as soon as you start the level.  Walk
up to him and press B when your inventory flashes/beeps.  Now walk
through the door, avoid the guard above, and walk through the first door
on your left.  Avoid the guard above, and walk past the tables to the
standing guard.  Your inventory will flash/beep, so press B. 

THE PRISONER IS IN CELL H

Exit the room, and run down past the room you started in, until you see
the light cast by a door in front of you on the left.  Go through it.
Walk straight forward, and down until you see a guard.  Run past him and
through the door below you.  There will be a guard patrolling up and
down right in front of you, so kick him.  Walk to the left, and you'll
see two more.  Kick them also.  Now walk down through the door of the
first guard you kicked.  You'll see another walking from left to right.
Run past him, and through the narrow passage to the left.  Go through
the doorway below.  Walk to the right, and you'll see a table. Walk to
the computer in the middle of the table, and press B when your
inventory, right on cue, flashes/beeps.  Now pay attention to the three
filing cabinets just to the left of the table.  Walk to the cabinet top-
left, and press B.  Proceed back to the door you entered these set of
rooms by, and go through it, back to the main level.  Run down, and
right.  You should pass a sign with the letter K-O, F-J written on it.
Carry on to your right, then up, hugging the wall on the right.  When
you come to a room with a man standing inside, your inventory will
flash/beep, so press B.  Once thsi is done, run to the top as far as you
can go, then up the stairs on your right.  Press B when your inventory
flashes/beeps.  

DEBRIEFING:
CONGRATULATIONS! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

MISSION NINE: 
THEY HAD MOVED THE WEAPONS INSPECTOR SO THAT WAS ONE OF OUR AGENTS YOU
RESCUED. THE AGENT REPORTS THAT THE WEAPONS INSPECTOR IS NOW IN A PRISON
CAMP.
1. Find your way to the camp.
2. Plant the gas grenades in the camp to neutralize the guards. 
3. Find and save the UN weapons inspector.
EQUIPMENT LIST: 6 gas grenades.

This is the penultimate level.  There are no mines on this level, but
plenty of gun-toting guards, so be careful!

Run right down to the bottom of the fence, and then run right until you
see a hole in the wire.  Proceed through the hole, but watch out for the
guards.  Hug the fence, following it around to the right, until you get
to a point at the top where a tower is visible.  From here, try to run
down in a straight path, until you see another tower.  You have to be
quick here, so position yourself at the bottom of the tower, and press B
when your inventory flashes/beeps.  When done, run back up to the bottom
of the first tower you saw.  As before, press B when your inventory
flashes/beeps.  Now think back to when you amde your way to the first
tower...you should have seen a grey building on the way.  Make your way
to this building, and enter through the door.
Without a gun, this next section of winding tunnels is very tricky, and
requires a lot of concentration.  Begin by following the path to your
left, until you reach a choice of multiple paths.  Wait for the guard to
walk left, then take the path to the right, then up.  Take the next path
leading up (to the right is a dead end), then run left.  You'll see a
guard above, so quickly run by him when his back is turned, and take the
path leading up.  You'll come to another guard, so stand as close as
possible to him, then kick him when he's next to you.  Follow this path
down, and you'll see another set of guards.  Kick these also, to avoid
any trouble.  Run to the right, then up, and you'll see the UN weapons
inspector.  Walk up to him.

PRISONER RESCUED

To exit the tunnels, follow the same path back that you used to get
here.  Leave the camp through the hole in the fence, and run back to the
start.

DEBRIEFING:
CONGRATULATIONS! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED, YOU SAVED THE WEAPONS INSPECTOR.

MISSION TEN:
WE NOW HAVE TO BANKRUPT THE RULER OF THE DOOMSDAY WEAPON STATE TO STOP
HIM DEVELOPING MORE DOOMSDAY WEAPONS. HIS GOLD IS IN THE CENTRAL BANK
VAULT IN THE CITY CENTRE.
1. Go to the bank.
2. Find the cables supplying electricity to the bank.
3. Use insulated pliers to cut the cables.
4. Find the vault and place a homing device there.
EQUIPMENT LIST: Homing device to guide in a cruise missile, magnetic
crampons, insulated pliers.

This is it, the final level of your impossible mission.  Just remember
all your survival skills learnt from each of the previous levels, and
you should be okay.  You have your gun back in this level, which is a
good sign of success...best of luck!

Start off by shooting the guard above you, next to the desk, then run to
the right and position yourself by the wall, just above the chequered
floor.  Another guard will walk along, so shoot him when he passes by
you.  Now run along to the right, following the path the guard just came
from.  You'll enter a small room, where you'll see some machinery at the
top.  Walk up to it, and your inventory will flash/beep.  Press B.  Run
back to the desk by the start of the level, and follow the path to the
far left, where you'll come to a room identical to the room you just
visited.  Walk up to the machinery and press B when it flashes/beeps.  

ALARM DEACTIVATED

Now follow the path back to the desk, but take the path leading up, with
the alarm beam.  Shoot the guard you see.  Run through the passage on
the right, and shoot the guard walking up and down.  Follow this path
up, and run into the room on your right.  You'll see a table with guns
on it.  Walk up to it and press B (when your inventory flashes/beeps),
avoiding the guard.  Leave the room, and take the path leading up.
There will be three guards walking from left to right ahead of you.
Shoot them all.  Take the path to the left, and continue in that
direction until you see another alarm beam.  Walk up, and you'll enter
the next section of the level, through the gold vault.  
There will be two guards on either side of you.  Shoot these, then wait
by the first path you see.  Shoot the guards that appear, then continue
upwards.  There will be paths leading up, left and right.  Guards will
be ahead of you, so shoot them when they walk by.  Take the path to the
left, and follow it all the way around until you see a path leading
right.  Take this path, and follow it, heading upwards and shooting the
guards on the way. You'll enter a room with two sets of machinery on
either side.  Walk up the set on the left, and your inventory will
flash/beep.  Press B, then repeat this for the set on the right.  Now
head back, taking the path on the right, and heading down.  Follow the
path, walking by the alarm beams as you go.  Enter the room, and walk up
to the machinery, pressing B when your inventory flashes/beeps.  Now
head back to the start of this section, where you entered.  You'll now
be back in the gold vault.  Run all the way to the desk at the start of
the level, and exit as usual.

DEBRIEFING:
CONGRATULATIONS! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.
