Getting Started
_________________________________________________________
In the world of Pokemon there are many things you can do.
You can catch Pokemon and become a breeder, you can become a
collector of certain types or attributes, you can study Pokemon
as a proffession, but most likely, your here to catch, raise and become the
best Trainer ever.

First off you need a Name and Gender, so, Prof. Birch will ask you:
"Are you a boy? Or are you a girl?".
First things first, choose whether to be a boy or a girl.
Once finished, he will ask you what your name is.
You get to pick a custom name so choose wisely for you cannot change
it in-game.

If you choose girl, your rival's name will be Brendan.
If you choose boy, your rival's name will be May.
Either way you are the kid that moved next door to Prof. Birch from Johto.

The Story:
You are a boy/girl who moved to the little town of Littleroot.
Little do you know that a great adventure is about to unfold. You will
catch, train and battle Pokemon in loads of environments.
Grasslands, deserts, volcanoes it's all here.

Now, you arrive in Littleroot Town via moving truck. The doors
open and you walk outside. Your mom is waiting for you just outside
the truck. The first thing you need to do after talking to her is go upstairs
into your bedroom and set the clock your father bought you. Finish that
and your mom comes upstairs to tell you that everything is put away neatly and that
they're done moving. Turn on your PC and withdraw your Potion.
Then go downstairs and your mom calls you to the TV. After talking to her, go
outside and head nextdoor. Or explore the town. You won't be allowed to
leave yet so talk to your neighbours. Go upstairs in their house and there will be a
Pokeball/Item.
Try to take it and May/Brendan will enter the room and ask
who you are realizing that your the kid who moved nextdoor.

After talking to your Rival, head to the exit of Littleroot and
there will be a little girl standing there.
Walk past her and she will tell you that she can hear someone out there.
So you go instead, and Prof. Birch is being attacked by a Zigzagoon.
He calls you for help and tells you that there are Pokeballs in his Bag.
Go to his bag and press A. You have three choices for Pokemon:
Treeko, a Grass-Type, Torchic, a Fire-Type,
or Mudkip, a Water/Ground-Type.
Here is the stats for each one:
___________________________________________________________________________________
Treeko | Torchic | Mudkip |

__________________________________________________________________________________|

Once you choose your Pokemon, you have to use it in battle
and defeat a Level 2 Zigzagoon. Not much of a challenge but still.
After defeating the Zigzagoon, the Pokemon gets 17 Experience Points.
Birch invites you to his Lab.
Once there, he gives you the Pokemon you chose to fight the Zigzagoon with.
Now you have your very first Pokemon.

Now to get the running shoes, simply head North toward Oldale Town,
and keep going to find your rival and your first Trainer battle.
Fight your rival and he/she will have the type that your Pokemon is weak against:

If you chose... They will have...
Treeko...........................Torchic
Torchic..........................Mudkip
Mudkip...........................Treeko

Defeat your rival and head South to Littleroot.
Go in the Pokemon Lab and your rival will give you 6 Pokeballs to
start with and Prof Birch will give you a Pokedex.
Now go outside, talk to your mother and you get the Running Shoes.

I think that's about all you need to know about getting started.

How to find the Regis
________________________________________________
To do this, you must beat Mossdeep Gym Leaders Tate and Liza and
have a Pokemon with the move Dive.

Now, to find the Regis you must catch a Relicanthy from the Sea Floor,
good luck, they're hard to find.
After you have your Relicanth, catch a Wailmer and evolve it into a Wailord
(Wailmer evolves at level 40).
Keep both pokemon in your Party. Surf on Route 134 and find the diving spot.
Note: I said the because it's the only one on Route 134.
Dive in it, and go South and there should be braille. Just press
B infront of the braille and you will float upwards.
Now you should be in a cave. Go North toward the braille at the front of the
room. Put your Wailord first in your Party and Relicanth last.
Now read the braille and press B or A. An Earthquake should occur and the
Regi doors will open.

Now you've done what's said above and the game says:
"It sounds like three doors opened somewhere far away..."
and you're asking yourself, "What do I do now?". Never fear.
The locations of the Regis are quite simple to come by.

Remember that big rock South of the Desert? That is the location
of the first Regi, Regirock.
When you get inside, you'll be in a room
with nothing in it but a door behind you and a thing of braille at the opposite wall.
Go to the braille and read it. Exit the braille and take two steps to the
Left, and two steps Down. Use Rock Smash right where you're standing
and the braille will dissapear leaving a door in the wall. Enter it, and you
will enter the Regirock Room.
Regirock is level 40 and there is only one of it in the game
so save before you battle him and have your Pokemon ready.

Now that you've caught Regirock, you're asking yourself,
"Now where are the other two Regis?". Once again they're really simple to find.

Remember that big rock on Route 120, when you were on your
way to Lilycove City the first time? That is the location of the next
Regi, Registeel. When you get inside, it's the exact same
as the first one. Except there are two differences.
The first difference is that you must do something completely different
to get to Registeel.
The second difference is that it's Registeel, not Regirock.
The thing you must do to get to Registeel is simple.
Go to the braille and read it. Exit the braille and go to the middle
of the room. Use Flash, and the braille will dissapear revealing the door to
Registeel.
Once again, Registeel is the only one of it's kind so have your Pokemon ready and
save before battling.
Registeel is at level 40.

Now you've caught Regirock and Registeel.
Your probably wondering, "Where is the last Regi?".

The last Regi is Regice. You probably won't remember this big
rock because you've probably never seen it.
Make your way across the water like your heading toward Dewford town
from Petalburg City. Keep to the West side of the sea and eventually
on Route 105 you'll find a little island with some trees. Rest ashore there.
Make your way around the trees and keep going until you find
the big rock. You'll have to get Surfing a few times too. Also there
are one or two Trainers along there so be careful.
Once inside the rock, go and read the braille and exit it.
Make a full lap from where you are clockwise along the wall. Once the
lap is finished, the braille will dissapear leaving a door.
Regice is the last Regi and is the only one of it's kind in the game so
once again, have your Pokemon ready and save before battle.
Regice is level 40.

Now you've caught all three Regis. Kudos to you.
