   Go nex door and go upstaris, talk to May/Brendon then go back out.Then, by

101, a boy will be standing there. Go up.

ROUTE 101

   Walk over too the bag and pick a pokemon. I suggest Mudkip or Treeko. Then, 
you'll be sent into battle. beat the Pokemon and you'll be in...

THE LAB

   Prof.Brich allws you too keep the pokemon you used, and sends you to go see 
what 
your rival is up too.

   go through the grass and talk too your rival, that will bring you to a fight

   Try avoding the battles, but you can fight for the tranning.

   Avoid the frist two fights and then talk too the leader.

   Just catch up on some tranning here. I suggest you go back and catch a Tallow

you havent done so. Train that, because the wild Mukuhatas will give it a big 
bundle 
of Exp. I beat alot with a Lvl:6 Tallow. Once it's on at least Lvl:15, head back 
out

DEWFORD TOWN GYM

   This Gym is easy, the master uses pich blaknees in the gym, but each trainer 
you 
fight will make it brighter, so make your way throuhg then talk to Brawly.

TM4:Steel Wing, and like all the other ones, use it wisely! Now head out too the 
dock and sail too

ROUTE 109

   Walk foward from here to get too the main place.

SLATEPORT CITY
--------------
   here, go to the building suronnded by ships and talk to the frist guy you see. 
Then head back out and to the building right above it, you must pay $50.00 to get 
in, but you have too do this. When you pay, the team magma/aqua memmber closest 
to 
you will run out, from here, head upstaris, and talk to the man at the table.
