IV Credits
A. The Game
What do we know? Rockstar has done it again. They made a masterpiece which was
“GTA IV done better.” More cars, more to explore, more things to do, and most
importantly, more good music!
B. The Station
Los Santos Rock Radio is the classic rock radio station of the Los Santos
metropolitan area. Every metropolis has one, so why would Los Santos not have
one? The station plays classic hits from the late 1960s, to the mid 1980s, and
Kenny Loggins hosts it. Heck, Iggy Pop hosted LRR in GTA IV, so this was a
good choice I say.
C. Why Did I Write This Guide?
I noticed that in previous GTA games, people have contributed lyric guides to
the songs found in the game’s radio stations. I’ve been on Gamefaqs a lot
lately, and realised that no one has cared to contribute a guide to this game
(GTA V), so I thought why would I not do it myself?
D. Format
Before every song, there will be a box listing the artist, song title, album
(if known), and the year of release. Please note that the album and year will
be of the song’s ORIGINAL appearance. (Some songs may appear on live and/or
greatest hits packages, but to make it simple, I will just put the debut
appearance). I may have some remarks on some of the songs, so I will put them
if I happen to have any. These could be a little trivia, or other comments.
So without further ado, shall we begin?
Artist: Simple Minds, Song Title, “All the Things She Said,” Album: ? Year:
1985
Don’t you look bag on the big lost fools (crying for tomorrow).
Don’t you look down like a hero says (dying all around).
Take me to the street where the bonfires burn.
Took my in your arms and I fade away when I hear you say what you gotta say.

Anywhere you go, you know I’ll still be waiting.
All the things she said, she said.
Everybody close your eyes. There’ll be no compromising.
Of all the things she said, she said.

Threw to the street where the heartbeat’s beating (it’s beating to an odd
beat).
Peaceful revolution and a perfect wedge surround me.
Tell me ‘bout the ocean moving in slow motion.
I see a glitter in the sun that is freezing in the moonlight.

Never look back, never look back, never look back.

Wherever you want to go, I will still be waiting.
All the things she said, she said.
You fought the fight so long, but surrender to temptation.
All the things she said, she said.

Stars will fall out for you, love will surrender.
I’m calling out to you.

Want to be near you in the first morning light.
I’d be with you. I dream about you.
If could leave you, I would leave here tonight.
I’ll be with you. I’ll stay with you tonight.

Guitar solo

Tonight

Anywhere you go, you know I’ll still be waiting.
Of all the things she said, she said.

When I look into your eyes, I see a new day rising.
Of all the things she said, she said.
Through the eyes come and to never know what hated.
Of all the things she said, she said.

She said this is our time.
She said this is our place.
This is a space my heart wants to be near.

Everybody close your eyes. There’ll be no compromising.
All the things she said, she said.

Artist: Gerry Rafferty, Song Title: “Baker Street,” Album: “Night Owl,” Year:
1978 **Baker Street is an actual street in London.**
Winding your way down on Baker Street.
Light in your head and dead on your feet.
With another crazy day, you’d drink the night away and forget about
everything.

The city desert makes you feel so cold.
It’s got so many people, but it’s got no soul.
And it’s taken you so long to find out you were wrong when you thought it held
everything.

You sued to think that it was so easy.
You sued to say that it was so easy.
But you’re tryin.’ You’re tryin’ now.

Another year and then you’d be happy.
Just one more year and then you’d be happy.
But you’re cryin.’ Your cryin’ now.

Way down the street there’s a lot in his place.
He opens the door he’s got that look on his face.
And he asks you where you’ve been. You’ll tell him who you’ve seen, and you’d
talk about anything.

He’s got this dream about buyin’ some land.
He’s gonna give up the booze and the one-night stands.
And then he’ll settle down in some quite little town, and forget about
everything.

But you know he’ll always keep movin.’
You know he’s never gonna stop movin.’
Cause he’s rollin.’ He’s the rollin’ stone.

And when you wake up it’s a new mornin.’
The sun is shining. It’s a new mornin.’
And you’re goin,’ you’re goin’ home.

Artist: Robert Plant, Song Title, “Big Log,” Album: “The Principle of
Moments,” Year: 1983
My love is in league with the freeway.
Its passion will ride as the cities fly by.
And the taillights dissolve in the coming of night.
And the questions in thousands take flight.

My love is a miles-in-the-waiting.
The eyes that just stare and the glance at the clock.
And the secret that burns and the pain that grows dark.
And it’s you once again.

Leading me on (leading me on)
Leading me down the road.
Drive me on (drive me on)
Drive me down the road.

My love is exceeding the limit.
Red-eyed and fevered with the hum of the miles.
Distance and longing my thoughts do provide.
Should I rest for a while at the side?

Your love is cradled in knowing.
Eyes in the mirror still expecting they’ll come.
Sensing too well when the journey is done.
There is no turning back, no.

There is no turning back on the run.

My love is in league with the freeway.
Oh the freeway and the coming of nighttime.

My love is in league with the freeway.

Artist: Foreigner, Song Title: “Dirty White Boy,” Album: “Head Games,” Year:
1979
Hey baby if you’re feelin’ down, I know what’s good for you all day.
Are you worried what your friends see? Will it ruin your reputation loving me?

Cause I’m a dirty white boy.
Yeah dirty white boy.
Dirty white boy.

Don’t drive no big black car.
Don’t like no Hollywood movie stars.
You want me to be cruel to you. Don’t give a damn what I do to you.

I’m just a dirty white boy (dirty white boy.
Yeah a dirty white boy (dirty white boy).
Dirty white boy.
Dirty white boy.

Lead guitar solo

Cause I’m a dirty white boy (dirty white boy).
Dirty white boy (dirty white boy).
Yeah dirty white boy.
Dirty white boy.

I’ve been in trouble since I don’t know when.
I’m in trouble now, and somehow I know I’ll find trouble again.
I’m a loner but I’m never alone.
Every night I get one step closer to the danger zone.

Cause I’m a dirty white boy (dirty white boy).
Yeah, dirty white boy (dirty white boy).
Just a dirty white boy.
Dirty white boy.

Come on, c’mon boy (dirty white boy).
Hey, white boy (dirty white boy).
I’m a dirty white boy.
Dirty white boy.

I’m just a dirty white boy (dirty white boy).
Dirty white boy (dirty white boy).
Yeah dirty white boy

Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!

Artist: Don Johnson: Song Title: “Heartbeat,” Album: “Heartbeat,” Year: 1986
I don’t care what you say.
You can give it away.
Your money don’t mean too much.

I’ve been out on my own.
Wanna go alone now.
Cause that’s the way it’s got to be.

Everybody tells me how.
I can beat the odds for now.
I’ve been standing by the fire but I just can’t feel the heat.
Can’t feel the heat.

Hearbeat, I’m lookin’ for a heartbeat.
Heartbeat, I’m lookin’ for a heartbeat.
Beating like mine.

Lookin’ at me
It’s easy to see
You think you know just how I feel.

Yeah but you did me wrong.
And if I take too long.
For my restless heart will feel.

I’m lookin’ for love like mine.
They tell me it’s so hard to find.
Well I feel it in the rhythm, my heartbeat in the street.
In the street.

Heartbeat, I’m lookin’ for a heartbeat.
Heartbeat, I’m lookin’ for a heartbeat.
Beating like mine.
Beating like mine.

Tell me is it real now?
We get a heartbeat.
Tell me is it real now?
We get a heartbeat, heartbeat.

Guitar solo

Heartbeat, I’m lookin’ for a heartbeat.
Heartbeat, I’m lookin’ for a heartbeat, heartbeat.

Heartbeat, I’m lookin’ for a heartbeat.
Heartbeat, I’m lookin’ for a heartbeat, heartbeat.

Artist: Steve Winwood, Song Title: “Higher Love,” Album: ? Year: 1985
Think about it, there must be higher love.
Down in the heart or hidden in the stars above.
Without it, life is a wasted time.
Look inside your heart, Ill look inside mine.
Things look so bad everywhere.
In this whole world, what is fair?
We walk blind and we try to see.
Falling behind in what could be.

Bring me a higher love.
Bring me a higher love oh.
Bring me a higher love.
Where’s that higher love I keep thinking of?

Worlds are turning and were just hanging on.
Facing our fear and standing out there alone.
A yearning, and its real to me.
There must be someone whos feeling for me.
Things look so bad everywhere.
In this whole world, what is fair?
We walk blind and we try to see.
Falling behind in what could be.

Bring me a higher love.
Bring me a higher love, oh.
Bring me a higher love.
Where’s that higher love I keep thinking of?

Bring me a higher love.
Bring me a higher love.
Bring be a higher love.
I could rise above on a higher love.

I will wait for it.
I’m not too late for it.
Until then, Ill sing my song.
To cheer the night along.
Bring it...oh bring it...

I could light the night up with my soul on fire.
I could make the sun shine from pure desire.
Let me feel that love come over me.
Let me feel how strong it could be.

Bring me a higher love.
Bring me a higher love oh.
Bring me a higher love.
Where’s that higher love I keep thinking of?

Artist: Bob Seger and The Silver Bullet Band, Song Title: “Hollywood Nights,”
Album: Stranger in Town,” Year: 1978 **What a perfect song to put in a game
set in a make-believe Los Angeles, don’t you think?**
She stood there bright as the sun on that California coast.
He was a Midwestern boy on his own.
He looked her into those eyes so innocent and blue.
He knew right then he was too far from home.

Oh.
He was too far from home.

She held his hand as they walked down that long and lonely beach.
They watched the waves tumble over the sand.
They drove for miles and miles on those twisted, turning roads.
Higher, and higher, and higher they climbed.

In those Hollywood nights.
In those Hollywood hills.
She was looking so right.
It was giving him chills.

In those big city nights.
And those high-rolling hills.
Above all the lights.
She had all of her skill.
Oh-oh.
Yeah!

He headed west cause he felt that a change would do him good.
To see some old friends, that’s good for the soul.
She had been born with the face that won’t let him get away.
He saw that face and he lost all control.

Oh.
He had lost all control.

Night after night, day after day it went on and on.
Then came that morning when he woke up alone.
He’d spent all night staring down at the lights of L.A.
Wondering if he could ever go home.

In those Hollywood nights.
In those Hollywood hills.
She was looking so right.
In her diamonds and thrills.

All those big city lights.
And those high-rolling hills.
Above all the lights.
With a passionate kill.

Hollywood nights.
Hollywood hills.
Above all the lights.
Hollywood nights.

Hollywood nights.
Hollywood hills.
Above all the lights.
Hollywood nights.

Artist: Stevie Nicks, Song Title, “I Can’t Wait,” Album: ? Year: 1985
I can’t wait.

I love you.

I can’t wait, I can’t wait.

Sometimes she talks to him. and sometimes when she’s only dreaming.
Then when she wakes up, somehow she still believes him.

Yes I know you, know we’ve been out of touch.
Yes I know you, to be continued.

I can’t wait I can’t wait.
Am I wasting my time if you can’t make up your mind?
Well I can’t wait, I can’t wait.
Now I get to know when I can see you again.
I can’t wait I can’t wait.
Well I know you’ve been out of touch.
Well I can’t wait, I can’t wait.
I can’t wait.

What can I do when I’m crazy for you baby?

She wonders how many more hours her heart will feel broken.
In secret she says she needs to see him, but no words are spoken.

Well she dances around in a circle and she’s got that feeling now.
Blame it on something at first sight.
Put the blame on me if you want to.
To be continued.

I can’t wait, I can’t wait.
Am I wasting my time? Make up your mind baby.

I love you.
I love you.

How will we feel 20 years from now?
How will we feel 20 years from now?
How will we feel 20 years from now?
How will we feel 20 years from now?

How will we feel 20 years from now?
How will we feel 20 years from now?
How will we feel 20 years from now?
How will we feel 20 years from now?

Well I can’t wait, I can’t wait.
If I’m wasting my time while you make up your mind, baby.
I can’t wait, I can’t wait.
And I got to know when I can see you again.

I can’t wait, I can’t wait.
No, no time will, make up your mind, baby.
I can’t wait, I can’t wait.
I love you, I love you.

Artist: Phil Collins, Song Title: “I Don’t Care Anymore,” Album: “Hello, I
Must be Going!” Year: 1982
Well you can tell everyone I’m a down disgrace.
Drag my name all over the place.
I don’t care anymore.

And you can tell everybody ‘bout the state I’m in.
You won’t catch me cryin’ cause I just can’t win.
I don’t care anymore.
I don’t care anymore.

I don’t care what you say.
I don’t play the same games you play.

Well I’ve been talking to the people that you call your friends.
And it seems to me there’s a means to an end.
They don’t care anymore.

And as for me I can sit here and bide my time.
I’ve got nothing to lose if I speak my mind.
I don’t care anymore.
I don’t care no more.

I don’t care what you say.
We never played by the same rules anyway.
I won’t be there no more. Get out of my way!
Let me by I got better things to do with my time.

I don’t care anymore.
I don’t care anymore.
I don’t care anymore.
I don’t care anymore.

Well I don’t care now what you say.
Cause everyday I’m feeling fine with myself.
And I don’t care now what you say.
I’ll do all right by myself as I know.

Cause I remember all the times I tried so hard.
And you left my face cause you held the cards.
I don’t care anymore.

And I really ain’t bothered what you think of me.
All I want from you is just to let me be.
I don’t care anymore!
Ya hear I don’t care no more!

I don’t care what you say!
I never did believe you much anyway!
I won’t be there no more, so get out of my way!
Let me by, I got better things to do with my time!

I don’t care anymore!
You hear I don’t care no more!
I don’t care no more!
You listenin’ I don’t care no more!
No more!

Oh-oh-oh yeah, yeah
Oh-oh-oh yeah, yeah
Oh-oh-oh yeah, yeah

You know I don’t care anymore!
Don’t care no more!
No more, no more, no more.
Don’t care no more.
No more, no more.
No more, no more.
No more, no more.
No more, no more.
No more, no more.
No more, no, no more.

Artist: The Alan Parsons Project, Song Title: “I Wouldn’t Want To Be Like
You,” Album: “iRobot,” Year: 1977 **Clever album title like they knew the
future huh?**
If I had a mind to, I wouldn’t wanna think like you.
And if I had time to, I wouldn’t wanna talk to you.
Oh-wow, I don’t care what you do.
I wouldn’t wanna be like you.

If I was high class, I wouldn’t need a buck to pass.
If it was alright, I wouldn’t need your appetite.
Oh-wow. I don’t care what you do.
I wouldn’t wanna be like you.

No, no ,no

Guitar solo

Up on the borderline.
Thinking for a lonely time yay.
If I had a motherload, a couple men and midnight shone.
Oh, oh I don’t care what you do.
I wouldn’t wanna be like you.

Oh, oh. I don’t care what you do. I wouldn’t wanna be like you.

Oh-wow. I don’t care what you do, I wouldn’t wanna…
I wouldn’t wanna…
I wouldn’t wanna be like you.
I wouldn’t want to be like you.
Oh
Yeah
I wouldn’t want to be like you.

Artist: Chicago, Song Title: “If You Leave me Now,” Album: “Chicago X,” Year:
1976 **Not exactly perfect for this station, but still a good song.**
If you leave me now, you’ll take away the biggest part of me.
Oooh-ooh no baby please don’t go.
And if you leave me now, you’ll take away the very heart of me.
Oooh-ooh no baby please don’t go.
Oooh-ooh love I just want you to stay.

A love like ours is love that’s hard to find.
How could we let it slip away?
We’ve come too far to leave it all behind.
How could we end it all this way?

When tomorrow comes then we’ll both regret the things we said today.

Acoustic guitar solo

A love like ours is love that’s hard to find.
How could we let it slip away?
We’ve come too far to leave it all behind.
How could we end it all this way?

When tomorrow comes then we’ll both regret the things we said today.

If you leave me now, you’ll take away the biggest part of me.
Oooh-ooh no baby please don’t go.
If you leave me now, you’ll take away the very heart of me.
Oooh-ooh no baby please don’t go.

Oooh-ooh love I just want you to stay.
Oooh-ooh girl I just want you to stay.
Oooh-ooh girl I’ve got to have you by my side.

Artist: Kenny Loggins, Song Title “I’m Free (Heaven Helps the Man),” Album: ?
Year: 1984 **In the game he actually says “I’m free by me.” I personally think
“Danger Zone” would have been more appropriate.**
Lookin’ into your eyes I know I’m right.
If there’s anything worth my love it’s worth a fight.
We only get one chance, but nothing ties our hands.
You’re all that I want listen to me. Nothing I want is out of reach.
I’m free!

Heaven helps the man who fights his fears.
Love’s the only thing that keeps me here.
You’re the reason why I’m hangin’ on.
My heart’s staying where my heart belongs.
I’m free!

Running away will never make you free.
And nothing we sign is any kind of guarantee.
But I wanna hold you now, and I won’t hold you down.
I’m shaking my past making my breaks.
Taking it all if that’s what it takes.
I’m free!

Heaven helps the man who fights his fears.
Love’s the only thing that keeps me here.
You’re the reason why I’m hangin’ on.
My heart’s staying where my heart belongs.
I’m free!

Instrumental break

I wanna hold you now, and I won’t hold you down.
You’re what I want, listen to me. Nothing I want is out of reach.

Heaven helps the man who fights his fears.
Love’s the only thing that keeps me here.
You’re the reason why I’m hangin’ on.
My heart’s staying where my heart belongs.
I’m free!

Heaven helps the man who fights his fears.
Love’s the only thing that keeps me here.
You’re the reason why I’m hangin’ on.
My heart’s staying where my heart belongs.
I’m free!

Heaven helps the man who fights his fears.
Love’s the only thing that keeps me here.
You’re the reason why I’m hangin’ on.
My heart’s staying where my heart belongs.
I’m free!

Artist: Billy Squier, Song Title: “Lonely is The Night,” Album: “Don’t Say
No,” Year: 1981
Lonely is the night.
When you find yourself alone.
And your demons come alive.
And your mind is not your own.

Lonely is the night.
When there’s no one left to call.
You feel the time is right.
See the writings on the wall.

It’s a high time to fight.
When the walls are closing in.
Call it what you like.
It’s time you got to win.

Lonely, lonely, lonely.
Your spirit’s sinkin’ down.
You find you’re not the only.
Stranger in this town.

Red lights, green lights, stop and go drive.
Headlines, deadlines jammin’ your mind.
You’ve been stealin’ shots from the side.
Let your feelin’s go for a ride.

There’s danger out tonight.
The man is on the prowl.
Get the dynamite.
The boys are set to howl.

Lonely is the night.
When you hear the voices call.
“Are you ready for a fight?”
“Do you wanna take it all?”

Slow down, showdown waitin’ on line.
Show time no time for changin’ your mind.
Streets are ringin.’ March to the sound.
Let your secrets follow you down.

Somebody’s watchin’ you baby. So much you can do.
Nobody’s stoppin,’ you baby from making it through.
One dance will show you now baby what the music can do.
One kiss will show you now baby. It could happen to you.

Guitar solo

No more sleepin’ wastin’ the time.
Midnight creepin’s first on our minds.
No more lazin’ ‘round the TV.
You’ll go crazy, come out with me.

It’s gettin’ lonely.
Lonely is the night.

Artist: Bob Seger and The Silver Bullet Band, Song Title: “Night Moves,”
Album: “Night Moves,” Year: 1976
I was a little too tall could’ve used a few pounds.
Tight pants, points, over and out.
She was black-haired beauty with dark eyes.
And points of her own sittin’ way up high.

Way up firm and high.

Out past the cornfields where the wind’s kinda heavy.
Out in the backseat of my ’60 Chevy.
Workin’ on mysteries without any clues.

Workin’ on the night moves.
Tryin’ to make some front-page, drive-in news.
Working on the night moves.

In the summertime.
In the sweet summertime.

We weren’t in love oh no far from it.
We weren’t searching for some pie-in-the-sky-summit.
We were just young, and restless, and bored.
Livin’ by the sword.

And we’d steal away every chance we good.
To bathrooms, and alleys, and trusted woods.
I used her, she used me, but neither one cared.
We were getting our share.

Working on the night moves.
Trying to lose some awkward teenage blues.
Working on the night moves.
And it was summer time.
Oooh, oooh. In the sweet summertime, summertime.

No wonder.
Felt the lightning, and waited on the thunder.
Waited on the thunder.

I woke last night to sound of thunder.
“How far off?” I sat and wondered.
Starting humming a song from 1962.
Funny how the night moves.
When you just don’t seem to have as much to lose.
Strange how the night moves.
With autumn closing in.

Ooooh.
Night moves.
Oooh-oooh.

(Night moves) night moves
(Night moves) yeah
(Night moves) Remember
(Night moves) I surely remember
(Night moves) Ain’t it funny how you remember?
(Night moves) Funny how you remember.
(Night moves) I remember, I remember, I remember, I remember
(Night moves) Oh, oh oh.
(Night moves) We were working
(Night moves) Working and practicing
(Night moves) Working and practicing on the night moves.
(Night moves) OH I remember.
(Night moves) Yeah, yeah yeah I remember.
(Night moves) I remember, Lord I remember, Lord I remember.

Ooooooh.
Oh yeah yeah yeah.
Ah-hah, ah-hah.
I remember, I remember.

Artist: The Small Faces, Song Title: “Ogdens’ Nut Gone Flake,” Album: ? Year:
1968
An instrumental track from what I can tell.

Artist: Def Leppard, Song Title: “Photograph,” Album: “Pyromania,” Year: 1983
**For those that didn’t know, this was a tribute to Marilyn Monroe.**
I’m outta luck, outta love.
Got a photograph, picture of.
Passion thriller look too much.
You’re the only one I wanna touch.

I see your face every time I dream.
On every page, every magazine.
So wild and free, so far from me.
You’re all I want-my fantasy.

Oh. Look what you’ve done to this rock’n’roll clown.
Oh. Look what you’ve done.

(Photograph) I don’t want your.
(Photograph) I don’t need you.
(Photograph) All I got is a photograph.
But it’s not enough.

I’d be your lover if you were there.
Put you hurt on me if you dare.
Such a woman, you’ve got style.
You make every man feel like a child, oh.

You’ve got some kind of hold on me.
You’re all wrapped up in mystery.
So wild and free, so far from me.
You’re all I want-my fantasy.

Oh. Look what you’ve done to this rock’n’roll clown.
Oh. Look what you’ve done.
I gotta have you.

(Photograph) I don’t want your.
(Photograph) I don’t need your.
(Photograph) All I got is a photograph.
You’ve gone straight to my head.

Guitar solo

Oh. Look what you’ve done to this rock’n’roll clown.
Oh. Look what you’ve done.

Artist: Queen, Song Title: “Radio Ga-Ga,” Album: “The Works,” Year: 1984
**Lady Gaga derived her stage name from the name of this song.**
I'd sit alone and watch your light.
My only friend through teenage nights.
And everything I had to know.
I heard it on my radio.

You gave them all those old time stars.
Through wars of worlds - invaded by mars.
You made 'em laugh - you made 'em cry.
You made us feel like we could fly.

So don't become some background noise.
A backdrop for the girls and boys.
Who just don't know or just don't care.
And just complain when you're not there.

You had your time, you had the power.
You've yet to have your finest hour.
Radio.

All we hear is radio ga-ga.
Radio goo-goo, radio ga-ga.
All we hear is radio ga-ga.
Radio blah-blah.
Radio what’s new? Someone still loves you.

We watch the shows - we watch the stars.
On videos for hours and hours.
We hardly need to use our ears.
How music changes through the years.

Let's hope you never leave old friend.
Like all good things on you we depend.
so stick around cause we might miss you.
When we grow tired of all this visual.
You’ve had your time – you’ve had your power.
You’ve yet to have your finest hour.
Radio.

All we hear is radio ga-ga.
Radio goo-goo, radio ga-ga.

All we hear is radio ga-ga.
Radio goo-goo, radio ga-ga.

All we hear is radio ga-ga, radio blah-blah.
Radio what’s new?
Radio, someone still loves you.

Artist: The Cult, Song Title: “Rain,” Album: ? Year: 1985
Hot sticky scenes, you know what I mean.
Like a desert sun that burns my skin.
I've been waiting for her, for so long.
Open the sky and let her come down.

Here comes the rain.
Here comes the rain.
Here she comes again.
Here comes the rain.

Hot sticky scenes, you know what I mean.
Like a desert sun that burns my skin.
I've been waiting for her for so long.
Open the sky and let her come down.
Here comes the rain.
Here comes the rain.
Here she comes again.
Here comes the rain.

I love the rain.
I love the rain.
Here she comes again.
Here comes the rain.
Oh, rain.

Rain
Rain
Rain

Oh, here comes the rain.
I love the rain.
Well, I love the rain.
Here she comes again.
I love the rain.

Rain
Rain

driving through them as he says them.**
Well I’ve been lookin’ real hard and I’m tryin’ to find a job.
But it just keeps gettin’ tougher every day.
But I’ve got to do my part cause I know in my heart.
I’ve got to please my sweet baby yay.

Well I ain’t superstitious and I don’t get suspicious.
But my woman is a friend of mine.
And I know that it’s true that all the things that I do.
Will come back to me in my sweet time.

Keep on rock’n me baby.
Keep on rock’n me baby.
Keep on rock’n me baby.
Keep on rock’n me baby.

I went from Phoenix, Arizona all the way to Tacoma.
Philadelphia, Atlanta, L.A.
Northern California where the girls are warm.
So I could be with my true baby yay.

So keep on rock’n me baby.
Keep on rock’n me baby.
Keep on rock’n me baby.
Keep on rock’n me baby.

Baby, baby, baby keep on rock’n.
Rock’n me baby.
Keep on rock’n, rock’n me baby.

Don’t get suspicious now don’t be suspicious.
When you know you are a friend of mine.
And you know that it’s true that all the things that you do.
Are gonna come back to you in your sweet time.

Artist: Elton John, Song Title: “Saturday Nights’ Alright (For Fighting)”
Album: “Don’t Shoot Me I’m Just The Piano Player,” Year: 1973
It’s getting late I haven’t seen my kin.
Ma’ tell me when the boys get here.
It’s seven o’clock and I wanna rock.
Wanna get my belly full of beer.

My old man is drunker than a barrel full of monkeys.
And my old lady she don’t care.
My sister looks cute in her braces and boots.
A handful of grease in her hair.

Oh.

Don’t get us none of your aggravation; we’ve had it with the discipline.
Saturday nights’ alright for fightin.’ Get a little action here!
Get us oilier than a diesel train; we’re gonna set this dance alight.
Saturday night’s the night I like, Saturday night’s all right.

All right, all right.
Woooooooooooooh-ooooooooh.

Well they’re packed pretty tight in here tonight.
I’m lookin’ for a dolly who’ll see me right.
I can use a little muscle to get what I need.
I can sip a little drink and shout out, “she’s with me!”

Among all the sounds that my belly likes.
Are the sounds of a switchblade and a motorbike.
I could use a lot of drive I come from working class.
Whose best friends floats from the bottom of a glass.

Saturday, Saturday, Saturday
Saturday, Saturday, Saturday
Saturday, Saturday
Saturday night’s alright.

Saturday, Saturday, Saturday
Saturday, Saturday, Saturday
Saturday, Saturday
Saturday night’s alright.

Wooh!

Artist: Greg Kihn Band, Song Title: “Breakup Song (They Don’t Write ‘Em),”
Album: ?, Year: 1981
We’d broken up for good just an hour before ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah.
Now I’m staring at the bodies as they dance across the floor ah ah ah ah ah ah
ah.
Then the band slowed the tempo and it took me down ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah.
It was the same old song with a mellow kind of sound ah, ah, ah, ah ah ah ah
ah.

They don’t write ‘em like that anymore.
They just don’t write ‘em like that anymore.

We’d been living together for a million years ah, ah, ah, ah ah, ah, ah, ah.
And now it feels so strange in the atmospheres ah, ah, ah, ah ah, ah, ah, ah.
And then the jukebox plays a song I used to know ah, ah, ah, ah ah, ah, ah,
ah.
Now I’m staring at the bodies as they’re dancing so slow ah, ah, ah, ah ah,
ah, ah, ah.

But they don’t write ‘em like that anymore.
They just don’t write ‘em like that anymore.

Now I’m not staring at an empty glass ah, ah, ah, ah ah, ah, ah, ah.
Cause it’s so easy to say that you’ll forget your past ah, ah, ah, ah ah, ah,
ah, ah.

They don’t write ‘em like that anymore.
No, they just don’t write ‘em like that anymore.

They don’t write ‘em like that anymore.
They just don’t write ‘em like that anymore.

They just don’t
No they don’t
No, no, uh, uh.

Artist: Julian Lennon, Song Title: “Too Late For Goodbye,” Album: “Valotte,”
Year: 1984 **Sounds a lot like his late father, doesn’t he?**
Ever since you’ve been leaving me, I’ve been wanting to cry.
Now I know how it feels for you, I’ve been wanting to die.
But It’s much too late for goodbye.
Yes it’s much too late for goodbye.

Time has come since I’ve been with, and you’ve been starting to lie.
Now it seems you don’t care for me, and I don’t understand why.
But it’s much too late for goodbye.
Yes it’s much too late for goodbye.

Ever since you’ve been far away, I’ve been wanting to fly.
Now I know what you meant to me. I’m the one who should cry.

Harmonica solo

And it’s much too late for goodbye.
Yes it’s much too late for goodbye.

Ever since you’ve been leaving me, I’ve been wanting to cry.
Now I know how it feels for you. I’ve been wanting to die.
And it’s much too late for goodbye.
Yes it’s much too late for goodbye.

Ooooh-oh-oh-oh

Doot, doot, doot, doot, doot, doot, doot, dooot, para pa para pa.

Artist: The Doobie Brothers, Song Title: “What a Fool Believes,” Album:
“Minute by Minute,” Year: 1978 **Kenny Loggins, the DJ on this station, wrote
this hit with Michael McDonald.**
He came from somewhere back in her long ago.
The sentimental fool could see trying hard to recreate what had yet to be
created.

She musters a smile for his nostalgic tale.
Never coming near what he wanted to say.
Only to realize there never really was.

She had a place in his life.
He never made her think twice.

As he rises to her apology anybody else would surely know.
He’s watching her go.
But what a fool believes he sees.
No wise mean hs the power to reason away.
What seems to be is always better than nothing.
And nothing at all.

Keeps sending him somewhere back in her long ago.
Where he could still believe there’s a place in her life.
Someday, somehow she will return.

She had a place in his life.
He never made her think twice.

As he rises to her apology anybody else would surely know.
He’s watching her go.
But what a fool believes he sees.
No wise man has the power (who got the power).
To reason away.
What seems to be is always better than nothing.
And nothing at all.

There’s nothing at all but what a fool believes he sees.

III Disclaimer

You can contact me at any time by email at dabba_a(at)msn(dot)com. I check my
email almost every day and would appreciate that when you contact, you put GTA
V, or something similar in the subject line so I won’t accidentally delete it.
I have to do that almost every day-delete tons of emails from senders I don’t
know.

Reasons to email me are

*	Song corrections (I know most if not all of these songs by heart but
would still appreciate it).
*	Questions
*	Additional Info (album titles much appreciated if you know the ORIGINAL
album (not any live or greatest hits packages please).
*	Comments on how to make this guide better.
DO NOT email me for the following reasons.
*	Asking for a complete script of what the DJ says. Since GTA:SA, radio
station broadcasts are no longer looped, so to that would mean sitting
with my PS3 on a lot trying to follow just what Kenny Loggins says when.
Things tend to change and what he says will differ, especially with the
time of day. Furthermore, since it’s hot now, leaving my PS3 on would
heat up my room abruptly. Even so, it’s just too much work.
*	Asking for news reports-same reason as above. They often vary depending
on how far along you are in the game and they’re not all that
interesting anyway. A Google search will find you the news broadcasts,
so feel free to do a guide on them on your own if you really want to.
*	Reasons other than about the guide (don’t ask on how to do a specific
mission). There are plenty other guides to help you with this, and
YouTube videos also help a lot.
Only Gamefaqs(dot com) can have this guide. If you happen to search and find
it somewhere else, please let me know immediately. In the future, I may allow
other sites to use it and will update the guide accordingly, but for right
now, only the aforementioned site please.
What’s included in this guide is for your personal use ONLY. You can print it,
view it on a PC, phone, or tablet, but don’t sell it or try to copy even a
TINY part of it unless you have received written permission for me to do so.
Also I do not own any of the songs in this guide. All of this is copyrighted
to the rightful owner(s) so pirating/copying/illegally downloading the music
is a crime. Therefore, do not ask me for permission if you intend to do
something like this as I won’t grant it. You might as well be smart and
refuse, or suffer the consequences.
