|Introduction|
I suppose I should start with my name.  It's cheating liar.   Let me tell you
that this is my fifth FAQ that I've written.  There's more to
Smash than just the characters, so pay attention!  This game
is meant to be played over 100 hours!  Think of it as a Nintendo-character Final
Fantasy game.  Any way here are some of the other unlockables in the game.


|Unlockable stages|
Past Stages:
These are stages from the original SSB on the N64.  there are three of these
stages in the game and they are incredibly hard to unlock.  They are Kongo
Jungle, Yoshi's Island, and Dream Land.

Past Kongo Jungle:

This is probably the first one you'll go for.  To unlock this stage, complete
15-Minute Melee with any character. I recommend using DK for this one.

Past Yoshi's Island:

This is probably the second hardest past stage to unlock.  To unlock it, send
Sandbag flying 1323 feet in the Home-Run Contest.


Past Dream Land:
This is the Kirby's stage from the original game.  To unlock it, clear Target
Test with all 25 characters under a certain time limit.


Other unlockable stages:

Flat Zone:

This is Mr. Game and Watch's stage.  To unlock it, unlock Mr. Game and Watch.

Mushroom Kingdom II:
The is a SMB2-themed stage complete with logs falling down the waterfall.  To
unlock it, Get the Birdo Trophy.



Brinstar Depths;
Play 50 VS. Matches.  This stage has Kraid in the background.  He will
occasionally rotate the stage.



Big Blue:

This is actually Stage 8 of Adventure Mode, except you ride on the F-Zero racers
instead of waking along the ground.  To unlock it, play 100 VS. Matchs

|Tricks|
These aren't vital to unlocking anything, but they are fun!

On the Super Mario Bros. stage, get knocked sideways and pause. your character's
head will be inside the brick or ? blocks on the stage!

Also, on the same stage as before, pause the game right as you jump up to hit a
block.  Your character will be grimacing!
