This could almost be called the complete guide except I don't have a walkthrough for any of the levels. This guide has everything else though, from item selling prices to the experience you get by killing monsters. Everything from this guide I found by playing the game. Although I used legolas to get all of this information, it should be the same for any of the other characters, it just won't all be there.

	CONTROLS:

Control Pad	- Move Character

	ATTACKING:

You have unlimited attacks, even if your Legolas (unlimited arrows). To attack someone press B near them (if your Legolas your arrows will automatically shoot towards them) and you'll will here one of two noises. A metal clang means their armor defended the blow. A splat sound means you hit them.

	SKILLS

Your character has several skills that you can add points, the max is 20 (not counting item bonuses). Press START,L to see your skills. To see a skill select passive or active using A and select the skill you want (also with A). A description of the skill and what everypoint assigned to it does is shown at the bottom of the screen. Your passive skills are always active. Such as defense or attack bonuses. Your Active skills must be used by pressing A. While playing, a picture of your current active skill is shown in the	left-upperhand corner of the screen. Press L to change it to the active skill you want. Press A to use it. Every Active special you use takes a certain amount of spirit points.

	HEALTH AND SPIRIT POINTS:

Your health and spirit points are represented by to circles on the left and right lowerhand sides of the screen. Red is your health and blue is your spirit points. If your health 	reaches zero (the circle shows empty) you lose some experience and have to restart the level. When you use spirit points, they recharge at a normal rate. Your health does not recharge, but things like fruit, lembas bread, mushrooms, and kingsfoil leaves can restore health. Each food healths a certain character more, like lembas bread heals legolas the best, because he's an elf. Mushrooms are hobbits food, thus Frodo is healed more by those.

	ITEMS:

Along your journey through Middle Earth, you will need weapons and armor. To pick up an item you see on the ground, press R. When you pick up food it is automatically eaten, likewise, when you pick up gems, they are automatically stored to your gem pouch. Items are stored to your inventory once you pick them up. You can hold 8 items in your inventory. To equip items press START to view your inventory. Then select the item you want with A. Then you can choose to equip it, or discard it. Discard will delete the item, only do this if you don't want it. Equip will eqiup the item in the correct spot. The item will be shown to the left of your inventor on the model of were the items go. To unequip an item, equip a different one, or you can select the item of the armor model on the left and choose unequip.

	GEM POUCH:

Your gem pouch is used to store all your gems. Press START,L and look in the lower left hand corner of the screen, to the right of the orc head there is a pile of gems. Below that is the number of gems you have. You can only hold up to 600000000000 gems. Gems can be found in by killing monsters, opening chests, chopping down crates, stumps, and other objects, and selling items. Gems only use is for buying items from shops.

	SHOPS:

To access a shop press R when your next to it. There are 3 different shops you will find while playing the game. In every one you can sell your items for the same price. One is the Ent Pool. It looks like a tree stump with a square on top. Here you can buy ent water for 500 gems. The price stays the same even after you buy it. The second shop is a Shrine, it looks like a stone priest praying on a box. They sell Attribute and Skill Points. The price increases after you have already bought one. The last shop is a forge, it looks like a stone well with a yello top. You can buy wet stones that increase in price and bonus or you can gamble. The gamble is where you pay a certain amount of money, and get a random item. The price of this also increases as you buy it more.

	EXPERIENCE:

Experience is needed to gain levels, and thus, more power. To see your experience press START,L. Look near the upper left hand corner of the screen. There will be your characters name followed by a list of traits such as experience needed, hitpoints, spirit points, armor quality, etc. Experience is listed as EXPERIENCE, the number of experience you need to gain another level is listed as NEXT LEVEL. You gain experience by killing monsters. The harder the monster, the more experience you get. Also, the small bar on the bottom of the screen with several green boxes represents how much experience you have. The lit up green boxes are what you have, and the dark are what you need.

	CHARACTER ATTRIBUTES:

Your characters attributes can be seen by pressing START,L. In the upper left corner is your characters name and in the upper right corner, a small picture of his or her face. Below the face are your attributes. For all characters they are the same, STRENGTH, ACCURACY, HEALTH, DEFENSE, and COURAGE. Strength increases the max damage you do. Accuracy increases the least amount of damage you can do. Health increases your hit points. Defense increases your... defense. And Courage, doesn't do much. Each attribute can only be upped to 99 (not counting item bonuses). Besides your main attributes, you also have much smaller ones, these are below your name in the upper left hand corner. LEVEL, EXPERIENCE, NEXT LEVEL, HIT POINTS, SPIRIT POINTS, DAMAGE, ARMOR QUALITY, TO HIT, DODGE, SHIELD BLOCK. Level is your current level. Experience is your current amount of experience. Next Level is the amount of experience needed to gain another level. Hit points are the amount of hit points you have, the first number is your current hit points, the one after the slash is how many you can have at maximum. Spirit points are how many spirit points you have, they are just like your hit points in terms of the slash. Damage is how much damage you can do, the first number is the least, and the second number is the most. Armor quality is how good your armor is, I'm unsure of what the scale of it is, im guessing 1-100. To Hit I'm not sure about, but I think is the chance of you hurting a monster instead of missing. Dodge is the chance that your opponents attack will miss. Shield block is the chance that your armor will block the attack. In the lower left hand corner is a orc head above some numbers. These are your kills, every 500 kills you gain a skill point.

	LEVELING UP:

Every time you gain a level you get 5 attribute points and 1 skill point. Some of your lower attributes, hp, sp, damage, also may raise a little

	POITIONS:

Many times, while playing the game, you may find a big colored pot. These pots heal one of your stats. Red pots heal health, Blue heal spirit points, and there are rare white pots that don't seem to heal anything (although they probably do something).

	RINGWRAITHS:

Ringwraiths can appear to you anywhere in the game excep when your in Moria. Ringwraiths are extremely hard even for my level 43. Ringwraiths appear when the eye (in the upper right hand corner) gets full and starts to flash white. The eye starts of as invisible, but it will increase in size whenever a crebain escapes you, or when your in Moria and the drummers are playing (they can't make it full though). The eye goes down by itself, but certain items make it faster.

Here are some of the things I have found online and while playing the game that may help you when playing with Legolas (and possibly some other characters).

::::::::TIPS:

1. Whenever your in a tight spot, find a safe place and wait for your health to recover

2. When you first get skill points put one into Overdraw and the rest into Meditation until it reaches about 5

3. When choosing what to put your skill points in, favor passive over active because mostof Legolas' passive traits have to do with adding attack, also they all work at once, as for active, they require spirit points and you can only use one at a time.

4. If you every get stuck trying to pass a closed door or blocked opening, look 			around. Sometimes your supposed to go a different way or theres a lever you have to pull.

5. If you notice, every 500 kills you gain 1 skill point. It's smart to assign it right away so you can use whatever bonus you assign it to.

6. There is a maximum limit to gems. It is 64,324 so if your nearing this amount, 			feel free to spend them or you won't be able to hold any more.

7. Almost never buy attribute points from the Shire. Only by skill points as they do a lot more than an attribute point.

8. Always charge up your overdraw (use trick number 2) before you go into a big battle.

9. Whenever you can, stock up on entwater. Entwater is basically an extra life. When you faint, you immediately revive with full health.

::::::::TRICKS:

1. You may have heard this one, but its really good. When using overdraw, instead of pressing A and waiting for Legolas to pull the bowstring back and let go. Just press B and then A really quickly. This fires the overdraw arrow immediately.

2. This is another common one. Normally, once you charge overdraw all the way (hold down A) you can't move around until you release it. If you want to move around while overdraw is charged hold down A (to charge it) and hold down B, let go of B after about 2 seconds and then A right after it. Your overdraw should continue to charge and you can walk around. To shoot it just press A (or B A for a quick shot). If you let your meditation kick in or use Forest Friend the inside color of the charged circle of overdraw will change. I forget what these do but they increase damage and probably accuracy.

3. There are always levers you have to pull, but in one level, theres one that you don't need to pull and isn't always there. It's on the East Mountains - West Woods level. When you start off, a couple of guys will attack you. Kill them and move south, on your way there will be more orcs, kill them and keep going until you reach the bottom of the map. Once your there, go right until you hit a wall. Then move up, you'll be in patch of land fenced off by rocks. Go up and to the left out of the small opening and go up to the top of the map. Once 		your there you'll see a red pot (health) and a river. Follow the river down until you see a place to cross (white patches). Cross the river and hug that side while walking down. You'll see another place to cross (cross it) and you'll be in a "hidden place". Keep following the river down to the right. Once the river goes straight down and then curves to the right, go left away from the river. You should pass two trees, then by the big rocks the lever should be there. My belief is that the lever activates a ambush of uruk-hai at a certain point of the map, if your a low level, I wouldn't pull it, other wise you get some good items and xp.
