Story :
U.S.Leon Scott Kennedy, one of the few survivors of the destruction of Racoon 
City...Well, he's back, but this time in a new horror. Leon has been sent on a Solo 
Mission to rescue the Presidents daughter, Ashley. On Leons way, he discovers that 
the people from this little town in Europe, have been possessed by something. It's 
now up to Leon to save this town, and the United States.

The Mercenaries is a Mini-Game you unlock after you beat the game. Your mission is 
to get a 5 star ranking on all 4 stages with all 5 characters :
- Leon Scott Kennedy
- Ada Wong
- Jack Krauser
- Hunk "Mr.Death"
- Albert Wesker
Beat all 4 stages with a 5 star ranking with all the characters above, and you 
unlock the Handcannon. A powerful Magnum, that can be upgraded to unlimited ammo. 
Im going to give you tips on how to achieve the handcannon.

As you know from above, the Mercenaries is a Mini-Game you unlock after finishing 
the game. Im gonna tell you how to complete the Mercenaries, and you won't have to 
play this evil Mini-Game again!! Its evil well because its so freakin' hard!!! Im 
pretty sure no one can accomplish the Mercenaries in just one day, no ones that 
good.

Leon, his weapons arent very great, but you know alot about him, and alot of his 
moves. But, he is very difficult to use in the MINI-GAME because of his 
weapons...but Leons cool :)

You already got the taste of Ada in the MINI-GAME "Assignment Ada". Nothing 
different besides the costume (Red Dress she wears in the game). Same weapons, Ammo 
and everything else. But she is very good to play with, considering she has alot of 
ammo compared to the others.

- *JACK KRAUSER* - :
Special Moves :

Krauser is actually the best. He would be an easy 398369054656654756 points if they 
gave him a TMP as well, because his BOW fires to slow. So if your fighting a BELLA-
SISTER, and shes close and you miss a shot with a BOW, start digging your self a 
grave..But his arm transforms into a demonic looking claw that kills anything in 
one hit, it can even kill a whole group of Gannados and Mini-Bosses put 
together..Pretty much, he kills anything infront of him. His Kick move is Lethal to 
the max. Usually kills any Zealot/Gannado with only one kick. His knee 
attack...Kills anything in one hit, even a BELLA-SISTER (90% of the time). What 
KRAUSER does is that he gets his knee and crushes there head, hence the 
name "Knee". All I got to say is, Krauser is an easy 60,000 on any map.

- *HUNK* - :

Hunk is my alltime favorite, even though hes difficult to use..Because he only has 
a TMP..But hes special moves make up for it. The Neck Break works on BELLA 
SISTERS,  But..On the Village, HUNK is who you have to be. Also, his Kick is 
probably another one of my favorite special moves. When there on there knees, Hunk 
runs at them and kicks them right in the face, sending them flying.

- *ALBERT WESKER* -
Special Moves :

Albert Wesker, he is also another one of my favorites. His THRUST PUNCH kills 
almost any enemy in one hit. What it does is he punches them so hard, they fly back 
about 10 feet, literally. His C. Kick kills in one hit as well. I dont know if it 
kills the BELLA SISTERS, because ive never tried it on them, but it kills any 
ordinary enemy. What he does is when there on there knees, he lifts up his foot and 
slams it on there head, crushing there heads. Wesker has one downfall, he has no 
ammo..

1. Gannados :: Just your temporary village baddies...There the weakest of the 
bunch, so there not a problem. There armed with a throwing axe, rake, a stick thats 
on fire, a stick of dynamite, ect.

2. Zealots :: These are those creepy looking baddies you fight in the castle, with 
the bald heads, that look kind of like Quan Chi from Mortal Kombat..There armed 
with a shield, mace, bows, sythes, ect.

3. Soldiers :: The baddies you fight on the island that wear helmets and such. 
There armed with a taser like thing, shields with spikes, axes, bows, ect.

4. Iron Faced Zealots :: These zealots where a metal mask, that looks like a skull. 
Hes armed with a mace, or sometimes even a shield. Sometimes hes actually bare 
handed, but you can still stun him in the face with a shot with a RIOTGUN ect.

5. Bella Sisters :: These are the Mini-Bosses you face in the Village map. There 
two sisters that are armed with Chainsaws. So pretty much, they kill you in one 
slice of the chainsaw...But there the easiest of all the Mini-Bosses..but still 
deadly.

6. Garradors :: Garradors are the enemys that appear on the Castle map. There 
blind, but have excellent hearing and are armed with claws. So, its kind of 
impossible for you not to make noise, which actually makes these guys hard..

7. Masked Zealot  "Leader Zealot" :: This is the Zealot that wears a skull mask 
with horns, and are armed with a Sythe. Not even an explosive barrell can kill this 
guy, so hes a toughie compared to the other Zealots.

8. J.J. :: This guy appears in the Military Base map. He is a big fat ugly guy with 
a mustache, and a Machine Gun that will turn your health down to yellow with a shot 
of it. Hes extremely dangerous, and the KILLER7 is usually the gun that shows him 
whos boss.

9. Dr. Salvador "The Cracked out Chainsaw Man" :: This guy appears in the 
Waterworld map. He wields a double bladed chainsaw, spins around like hes all 
cracked out, and is incredibly fast. It takes two shots in the head with a KILLER7 
to stun him..So he is incredibly powerful as well. Watch out for him...hes a 
toughie.

10. Metal Garrador :: Just your friendly neighborhood Garrador, but this time he 
wears a metal suit..makes him harder as well. Now, you can only nade him and shoot 
the little parasite on his back.

[[[ 5. Ammo ]]]
  ----------------

1. Handgun Ammo :: You'll find this ammo along the way for Leon, Ada, and Wesker.

2. Shotgun Shells :: You'll find these for Leon's RIOTGUN.

3. TMP Ammo :: This ammo will be found for Hunk and Ada's TMP.

4. Arrows :: These are the easiest ammunition you can find..Arrows are all over the 
place for Jack's (Krauser's) bow.

5. Magnum Ammo :: This is the toughest ammunition there is to find...You'll 
probably find 5-10 rounds for your KILLER7 throughout the whole map. This ammo is 
for Weskers "KILLER7"

6. Rifle Ammo :: This ammo is also easy to find. Most enemys in the castle scenerio 
will drop almost nothing but Rifle Ammo. Get this ammo for Ada and Wesker's SEMI-
AUTO RIFLE.

[[[ 6. Grenades ]]]
    -------------------

1. Hand Grenade :: These little demons will kill any Gannado, Zealot, Soldier right 
away. As for Mini-Bosses, it wont kill them, but it will throw them to the floor. 
You usually get alot of these from the dead bodies of the Bella Sisters.

2. Incendiary Grenade :: This grenade will set your enemies in flames.

3. Flash Grenade "Flash Bang" :: This Grenade will stun any enemy, ANY ENEMY!!! 
Gives you a free shot :D.

[[[ 7. Herbs/Healing ]]]
       ---------------------

1. Herb (Green) :: This will restore a temporary portion of your health.

2. Herb (Red) :: You cant use this alone, you must have it combined with a Green 
Herb.

3. Herb (Yellow) :: You wont run into any of these throughout "The Mercenaries" so 
I dont even know why I mentioned them..I guess just so you know.

4. Herb (Green) + Herb (Red) "G+R" :: Completely Restores Health, your gonna need 
alot of these.

5. Chicken Egg (White) :: Restores a little tiny piece of your Health, I guess 
there kind of usefull..

6. Chicken Egg (Brown) :: Restores as much health back as a Green Herb..

7. Chicken Egg (Gold) :: Completely Restores Health...That's what im talking about.

8. First Aid Spray :: Completely Restores Health... You will usually get these 
after killing Mini-Bosses such as, Bella Sisters, Garradors, J.J., and Dr. Salvador.

Chicken Egg's only appear in the Village scenario.

[[[ 8. Scenarios ]]]
       ---------------



    - ( Village Scenario) -
Difficulty : Easy/Medium

        The Village is an easy map..Enemys are weak, but they surround you too 
much. Even sometimes you'll be surrounded with BELLA-SISTERS in the croud, which 
makes things harder. So, if you start of near the door with the red INSIGNIA sign, 
go to the lonely village lady, waiting for you. Go to where she is, and kill her. 
That should get the attention of some Gannados. Jump through the window, collect 
the time, open the red chest, but don't collect the 30 second kill bonus just yet. 
slash the barrel and collect the GREEN HERB. Go through the door, move the dresser 
like thing infront of the other door. Should keep some Gannados from coming in from 
there, for a while. slash the barrel and collect whatever AMMO is in there. Go back 
through the door you came from, and there should be Gannados coming through the 
window, and some already in the room. You will also hear the Gannados smashing down 
the door and where you put the dresser on...Your surrounded..which is good for 
once. Collect the 30 second kill bonus and start blasting those Gannados with your 
RIOTGUN, BOW, or TMP. If you have any nades, thats help. By just in that cabin, you 
should of atleast killed 10 or more Gannados, which equals 10,000 extra points 
(from 10 Gannados). When those Gannados are taken care of, jump back out the 
window, collect the TIME (30 Seconds)  in the barn and make a run for the white 
barn that has a ladder, and a red explosive barrel. Once you made it there, collect 
the time, climb up the ladder, knock the ladder down, open the red chest, but dont 
collect the 30 second kill bonus. Wait for atleast 10-20 Gannados to enter the room 
(including the bella-sisters). When theres that much, collect the 30 second kill 
bonus, and shoot the red explosive barrel. Hello 10,000 - 20,000 extra points. 
Also, while the bella sisters are on the floor, jump down and raise the ladder, and 
climb back up. Let them come up with you. This is where you can mess them up. Stun 
them, and use special moves on them, such as Hunks "Neck Snap, Kick" or 
Krausers "Kick, Knee". Its easier than wasting ammo on them, So the special moves 
should kill them, and you should have about 30,000-40,000 points total. Your almost 
there! Just stay up on the barn, and let them come to you. Keep throwing nades in 
large crowds of Gannados. If your running low on time, and you haven't reached the 
60,000 yet, jump off the top off the barn, lift the ladder, and run through the 
doors and collect whatever time you havent got yet. Also, if theres no Gannados in 
the barn at the time, going outside will attract the attention of more Gannados, 
which is good.

__   ***INDIVIDUAL CHARACTER TIPS***__

Leon Scott Kennedy :
          To tell you the truth, I just explained what to do for Leon on the main 
part ^^. But I'll make it more clear. Just dont let the Bella Sisters climb up the 
ladder with you when your in the Cabin/Barn. Because Leon's special attacks arent 
very powerful, unlike Weskers, Hunks, and Krausers. Also, being caught surrounded 
isnt so bad when you have Leon, because of his RIOTGUN. It will blow away anything 
infront of him ina group, and even make the Bella Sisters fly. But getting 
surrounded...really isnt good anyways..lol.

Jack Krauser :
Krauser is the best, but getting caught in a crowd with Krauser...sucks ass if you 
dont have the Claw move available, because all Krauser has is a bow, which fires at 
a slow rate, and well..Dig yourself a grave if your caught surrounded in a crowd 
with the bella sisters, so avoid crowds as much as possible. If you start to see a 
crowd happening, either 
A. Use the claw move and make it clear to those Gannados not to mess with you.
B. Run like a little girl.
If you have the Claw Move available, teach them whos boss. If you dont have the 
Claw Move available, run like a little girl. Make sure not to collect TIME like a 
mad man, because you dont want to end up with  60,000 points and still have 2 
minutes left..and also you being surrounded :x. Because it is hard for me to get  
60,000 points with Krauser on the Village. Mainly because they surround you to 
much, and its not good to be surrounded with Krauser, as stated above. Make sure 
not to collect the 30 second kill bonus when your Claw Move isnt available, or 
theres no croud. Like in the two story barn, dont collect the 30 second kill bonus 
when theres no Gannados to explode...thats just stupid..

Ada :
Only problem you will have in this map with Ada, is here low Health. Bella Sisters 
go down with Ada's SEMI-AUTO RIFLE easily, and her TMP combined...AND DO NOT GET 
SURROUNDED AS WELL!!!! You may have a TMP, but it isnt strong for crap, unless you 
stun one, and you can Fan Kick all of them, or if theres a nice little explosive 
barrel for you. Always keep your distance from the Bella Sisters. And when your in 
the two story barn, always have the ladder kicked down, and when one tries to pick 
up the ladder, shoot him/her, or throw a Hand Grenade. Mainly because Ada's health 
is two low for anyone to be right next to you. So keep your distance.

Hunk :
Hunk, easy as pie to get 60,000. His Neck Breaker kills a Bella Sister like that, 
and his TMP is powerful, and is easy to control. With Hunk, Grenades and explosive 
barrels are your buddies. Let a Bella Sister get near, and snap her ugly neck, or 
kick her face in..Either one works... Also, try to avoid crowds as well, and dont 
use your Neck Snap when theres 5-6 Ganados around you as well, because thats 
stupid, unless you use Hunk's beatiful, powerful "Kick". Also, use Grenades when 
theres a crowd forming, especially when you have a 30 second kill bonus going on.

Albert Wesker :
Only hard thing for Wesker in this map, is that not alot of ammo is dropped..And 
Wesker doesn't start off with ammo..so yeah. Also, getting surrounded with Wesker 
is a drag, but thank to his Thrust Punch, its easier than getting surrounded while 
being Ada. Make sure to collect 30 second kill bonuses at the right time (when 
theres alot of Ganados). After enough Ganado deaths (around 6,000-10,000 points) 
You will hear the terrifying sound of chainsaws. Hmmm...wonder who that could be? 
You guessed it...The Bella Sisters. They will stop at nothing for your head. So 
make sure to throw Grenades at them, and blast them with your KILLER7/SEMI-AUTO 
RIFLE. I just recently figured out that most Headshots end up giving you ammo from 
the dead Ganados bodies.. So more headshots the more ammo, i figure. Also, Weskers 
special move, the "C. Kick" will smash off there heads, which will also give you 
ammo. To perform a second special attack, in this case, Weskers "C.Kick" you have 
to shoot the Ganados feet, until they get on both of there knees. When there on 
there knees, go up to them and press A. Always make sure to stand a distance from 
The Bella Sisters, because if they get close enough... :

And you dont want that.. And if the Bella Sisters get to close for comfort, blast 
them to shreds with your KILLER7. If there far, use your SEMI-AUTO RIFLE, and blast 
them in the face. Nothing better then seeing a Bella Sister go flying 
back...Besides this :

- (The Castle Scenario) - :
Difficulty : Medium/Hard

This scenario is pretty tough, mainly because of the all the Archers, and the 
Garradors. In RE4, Garradors are easy because you dont have to make noise, and 
noise attracts Garradors. In the Mercanaries, you have to make noise because 
Zealots will be all over the place, and well..Things get tough. Well anyways, when 
you first start out, slash or shoot the barrels behind you and collect the items. 
make a run upstairs, make a right, ignore the Zealots and collect the time and 
shoot the barrels. Next, ignore the Zealots once again, make a right and head 
upstairs. Collect the time, slash the barrels and collect the Herb (Green) and 
random item. Jump off the top, wait for the Zealots to get near the explosive 
barrel. When they get close, blast the barrel and watch them all go flying. Now go 
through the door, run up the stairs, kill the Zealots with shields and the other 
Zealots. Get the Herb (Green), run up stairs and collect the other Herb (Green). 
Collect the TIME, and collect the 30 second kill bonus. Now run back down stairs, 
and there should be a gang of Zealots, kill all of them, and you should have some 
points. Now go back upstairs, go through the door, collect the Herb (Red), and 
combine it with a Herb (Green), if you have any. Now go through the double doors 
and collect the time. Keep moving until you see the cutscene of the Zealots and 
the "Leader Zealot" making an appearance. Wait for the Zealots to get next to the 
Explosive Barrel. When they get close, blast it and kill those Zealots. But notice, 
The Leader Zealot is still alive? Yeah he's pretty tough. Well, while that Leader 
Zealots on the floor, finish him with shots in the head with your Handgun or TMP. 
Now take out the Archer Zealots with either..
A. A Hand Grenade.
B. Blast them to shreds.
I would suggest blasting them. You have to save your nades for the "Big Guy", in 
this case, the Garrador. Now go upstairs, open the doors, collect the time, and 
wait for more enemies. When the rooms full of baddies, collect the 30 second kill 
bonus, and have some fun. Once the Garrador appears, throw Grenades at him 
(Incendiary, Hand). You have to blast the parasite on his back with the BOW, 
RIOTGUN, TMP, SEMI-AUTO RIFLE, KILLER7. KILLER7 is my personal favorite because it 
only takes two or three shots, so being Wesker is probably easiest on this map, 
because you get AMMO like that in this Scenario.

___*** INDIVIDUAL CHARACTER TIPS***___

Leon Scott Kennedy :
This map is a real pain in the ass with Leon, but you can get through it by 
listening to what i gotta say. Do exactly as stated above, because usually when I 
explain a scenario, Im explaining how to do it with Leon as well. IF you have to 
face a Garrador, sucks for you. Its to hard to kill a Garrador with just a RIOTGUN, 
because hardly any Zealots drop Grenades. Its really rare to find 3 Hand 
Grenades..You'll only find that many if your lucky. Well, try not to face this 
Garrador, and if you have to, just run or you can try to kill him..But, they are 
alot of points..So try to save the explosive barrel for the Garrador. When the 
Garrador gets on his knees, get close and blast his back with the RIOTGUN. If you 
have any nades, use them now. But I'll tell you, Its gonna suck when you have to 
face the second Garrador..

Jack Krauser :
What can I say besides, what the hell is 60,000? because with Krauser, 60,000 is 
like 20,000 points compared to everyone else. Use your claw move on the Garrador, 
and do the same on the Metal Garrador (If you have to face him). When theres a gang 
of Zealots, use the claw move, or blow up the explosive barrels. All of Krausers 
moves are incredibly powerful, even his Kick and Knee attacks. Trust me on this, 
Krauser is the easiest 60,000 you'll get.

Ada :
Hmmm, Ada. This isn't very difficult with Ada, besides the whole health thing. Try 
to use your Sniper on the Garradors, and throw a Grenade at them, if you have to. 
If your surrounded with Ada, use your sniper rifle to kill up to 5 ina row, if 
theres 5 lined up. Or just use Incendiary Grenades, to set them in flames. You can 
also drain your TMP AMMO on the Garradors and when your surrounded, (if you 
absolutely have to..). Remember, RIFLE AMMO is dropped like no one wants RIFLE AMMO 
anymore. Your attatch case should be full with nothing but RIFLE AMMO, so yeah.

Hunk :
Ehhh, I had trouble on this scenario with Hunk at first, but after a few tries, I 
got use to it. A plus about this map, is that you get alot of TMP AMMO, mainly 
because its his only gun. If your caught in a crowd, use Hunks "Kick" Move to break 
the crowd, or just throw a Hand Grenade. Better yet, don't throw a Hand Grenade, 
save it for the Garrador, because you'll need all the nades you can get. Also, If 
you find yourself low on AMMO, starting using your Neck Breaker move, or the Kick 
(Neck Breaker more recommended). BUT I highly doubt you will ever find your self 
low on ammo, because TMP AMMO is everywhere!! you cant escape it, as stated above 
^. Ok, the Garradors...ugh...Did I have trouble with those guys. If you have any 
nades, use them. I waste 5 Hand Grenades, that went right under him, and he still 
survived. Hes tough, ill give him that. So just throw Grenades, and when he gets on 
his knees, blast the parasite with your TMP. He should die after a few TMP shots. 
Always make sure to dodge his rush move, where he rushes you with his claw 
out..That pretty much kills you instantly if he gets you.

Albert Wesker :
Albert Wesker is the same as Ada, just that he has a nice KILLER7 that will teach 
those Garradors whos boss. 2-3 shots on the Garrador, and he hits the floor. Just 
like that. Thats all you really need to know, so Im telling you to save all of your 
KILLER7 ammo for the Garradors. Once the Garradors are dead, use your KILLER7 
freely. It can go through multiple bodies at once...YEAH its that powerful. Its 
easy to get a kill count up, and get you lots of points on the 30 second kill 
bonuses. Just do that, and you'll get 60,000 like nothing.

NOTE : For Military Base and Waterworld I can only give you tips, and how to kill 
J.J. / Dr.Salvador. I will not have any Individual character tips for those two, 
because I'll explain what to do in the main summary.


- (Military Base Scenario) - :
Difficulty : Medium

Well, this map isn't easy or hard. Enemies are easy, and so is the Mini-Boss, but 
its not that simple to get 60,000, because enemies don't come from everywhere, and 
theres not alot of 30 second kill bonuses...I only found one or two, but there 
might be more. Ok, well just blast the enemies with your HANDGUN, SHOTGUN, TMP. 
Soon enough, J.J. Will appear. If your Wesker, blast him in the face twice with his 
KILLER7, and hes dead. If your ADA, you can do a switch of shooting him in the face 
with yor SEMI-AUTO RIFLE and your TMP. With Leon, blast him in the face with his 
trusty RIOTGUN. Hunk, throw HAND GRENADES at him and blast his face in with his 
TMP. Krauser...Ahahaha...Just use your Claw Attack on his, or blast his face with 
the BOW. I think it takes about 3-5 shots in the face with the BOW to put J.J. in 
his death bed.

***No individual character tips..its all explained up there ^^^^***

- (WaterWorld Scenario) - :
Difficulty : Medium/Hard
This scenario is tough..The enemies are all over the place, even some with ROCKET 
LAUNCHERS. They have every single weapon that a Zealot and a Gannado does..And the 
Mini-Boss, Doc. Salvador...Is a pain in the freakin ass. Hes really tough, hardest 
Mini-Boss. Hes incredibly fast, very powerful, and can take alot of bullets. The 
way to kill this guy with Krauser :
A. Claw Attackkkkk!!! :D
B. Shove some arrows up his ass.
If theres Doc. Sal and a gang of Soldiers, all in a crowd and your surrounded, use 
your BOW..HAHAH JK!!!! CLAW ATTACK THEM!!
Leon :
A. RIOTGUN shots to the face
B. Knife him :P
Incase you didn't notice, the knife him things a joke..don't try that..or you'll 
find yourself decapatated. So just blast his face open with your RIOTGUN.

Ada :
A. Rifle shots in the face
B. TMP
C. Rifle/TMP Combination
D. Grenades!
Use all of them, it'll take out ol' buddy Sal easily.

Hunk :
A. TMP
B. Grenades
C. TMP/GRENADE Combination.
Well, Sal's tough with Hunk, but the grenades help, and the TMP will stun him after 
a few shots in the face.

Wesker :
A. KILLER7!!!!
B. Rifle
C. Grenades
D. KILLER7, RIFLE, GRENADES Combination.
D. Stupid...Geezz..

Well, thats my FAQ. I hope it helped you. Remember, theres no way you can 
accomplish this Mini-Game in one day, unless your super super pro at RE4. I beat 
RE4 seven times, and couldn't beat this game easily. So remember, not even skill
