In this game you will need to move as quickly as possible in order to save the
survivors and horde as much of the items as possible for the best score. Every
time an aftershock happens you have a huge chance to find more items that fell
from rooftops and uncovered in various areas. Start a game on Normal mode and
rescue all the survivors, getting all but the last achievement in which you
need to play through Survivor Mode.

KEEP AT LEAST TWO PAINKILLERS, NEVER DRINK THE WINE, NEVER SMOKE CIGARETTES,
NEVER EAT THE TOMATOES, USE BULLETS AS A LAST RESORT, KEEP ONE FRUIT COCKTAIL

In Episode 2 I found Painkillers in the alley where the men break through the
fence, but upon several other play-throughs after on the same difficulty they
were not there. If anyone can figure out what makes them appear let me know by

In Episode 2 I had an aftershock while in the apartment the first time I played
through, however when I played several other times after on the same difficulty

1 x Painkillers

After the cut scene head straight down the road until he mentions the traffic
that he misses. Take a left to go towards the bridge since you won't find any
items heading to the right. Get on the right side of the wreckage and jump
across the gap on the metal sheeting. Head to the support beam on your right
and climb up the ladder. Curve around the right and climb the pole and then
curve once again around the right to another ladder. Quickly shimmy to the
right across the water and all the way around the next support beam past the
railing to finally climb up on to a beam.

Go across the beam and drop down along the edge to hang. Now shimmy once again
to the right and down the ladder. Curve to the left and slide down the pipe and
drop off the pipe once you hit the bottom of the pipe. Now head up the path on
the right side of the police car to go across a beam and jump over to the next
beam. Climb the arch supports and do a jump climb when you hit the gap. Curve
to the left and continue up the ladder to jump climb one more time before
reaching the top of the first beam. Head across the beam to the left and drop
down to hang to shimmy the rest of the way to the ladder. Climb up and curve to
the left and head up some more. You will now need to shimmy around zig-zagging
going up a ladder and then across to the left, then up a ladder and across to
the right. Now curve around the right corner and get across the other side to
climb one more ladder. By this time your stamina will be eaten up pretty bad so
you will have to overexert yourself to reach the top.

Head to the right and watch a cut scene. Head to the right and jump over to the
broken cable and slide down to the bottom. Drop off at the end and turn so the
military truck is on your left. Crouch down and go under the fallen beam to
find some PAINKILLERS. Head back the way you came and then jump over to the
turned over truck to go across like monkey bars. Now head up the slope to the
right and climb over to the ladder on the side of the firetruck to get down to
the lower level.

Head across the structure jumping across two gaps. Head to the left of the
police car and slide down the slope. Cross the beam and climb the post to jump
to another. Now jump to the platform ahead and enter the sewers. Go forward in
the tunnel and turn right at the intersection to find a door on the left and
finish the level.

Victim # 1

Aftershock (possibly in the apartment, only had it occur once in a few
            play-thru)

Head through the sewer and you will run in to a homeless man on the left. Do
not engage him, he has a gun with ammo...and yours is empty. Back away from him
to the right and leave the sewers on the right at the next intersection. If you
made it fast enough up 

Head around the cars to the left and go all the way to the end until you hit a
blockade. Turn to the right and go down an alley and jump up on to a box to
pick up a RETRY. Climb the fence and drop on the other side. Head over to the
right to start a cut scene. A man armed with a machete will appear behind you.
Let him get a little closer and then pull out your gun. Order him to step away
until he is right up next to the pit behind you. With the gun still on him
walk up to him and shove him in the pit to get his MACHETE. Now head back to
the gate and use it on lock.

Upon entering this next area two guys will come from the left wanting to hurt
you. Let the one enemy get near you and kill him with a surprise attack
unlocking your first achievement.

ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED - First Machete quick kill

Upon killing him you will get a BULLET, take your gun out but do not shoot him.
Get up near him as he surrenders and knock him out quickly as two more people
will break down the fence in the back of the area. Now run back in to the
fenced area and let them in behind you. Pull out your gun, they only have
machete's. Circle around them quickly so the pit is behind the enemies. Tell
them to get back cycling between both of them quickly. Give them the order to
back up immediately and quickly kick each one of them in to the pit. Now head
back to the area you fought the two enemies at and head over to the fence the
second group broke through. Down this alley you may find some PAINKILLERS,
however upon a few other play-throughs they weren't there for me...might be
random. Head back out of the alley and over to the right around the wreckage
to find another gate to open.

Head down in to the sunken road and pick up the FIRST AID KIT, do not use it.
Now turn to the left and go up the sloped path. Take the left alley to wrap
around and grab the SODA CAN. Now leave the alley the way you came and you will
meet Victim #1. Give them the First Aid Kit to help them, then move on after
they are done talking to you...if you even want to listen. They tell you about
the earthquakes that started day after day, followed by a lot of harmful dust
in the air, and aftershocks that are still going on. You will also unlock your
second achievement.

ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED - My first rescue

Leave the alley and head to the left. Don't get to close to the old woman on
the left side sitting at her porch as she is armed with a gun and will unload
it on you if you get to close. You can't get in to her apartment if you do
decide to kill her so don't bother as you will just trade your bullet for hers,
gaining nothing. Wrap around to the left and cross the pit by using the pipe.
Wrap over to the left to watch a quick cut scene as you have made it to your
house. You won't find any items down any of the routes at this time, so just
head inside the apartment building.

Inside the apartment you find that no one is home. Head over to the fireplace
and read the letter left by Julie and Mary almost a year ago. Watch the cut
scene and then head towards the exit to find the kitchen with a FRUIT COCKTAIL
left on the shelf. While exploring the apartment I had an aftershock happen
which may be random....upon two other play-throughs it didn't happen again for
me. Leave the apartment and head across the street to find a lost girl in the
park. Chase after her as she runs away to the left. Climb the boxes and then
over the fence to drop down the other side.

Get out of the alley as she goes under a fence and runs off. You must then go
around an ambulance and cross the gap by going over a fallen street light. Move
forward and jump the gaps, head to the right down the alley. Climb up the box
and over the fence to get a short cut scene of three men trying to grab the
little girl. Let one man get close and quick kill him, shoot the other one with
the second gun on the left. Quickly aim the gun at the third man with the
machete and get up to him and kill him with a machete. You will have to
struggle fight him to win. Get the BULLET and watch the cut scene.

A storm is about to start up and you have to get to the shopping mall. Use the
machete to get through the gate on the opposite side. Head to the right and
climb the fence to the other side. Run straight to exit the alley and take a
left as the storm starts to kick up. You will be back at the park and apartment
area, take a left at the intersection. Head straight down the street to make it
to the Mall and finish the level.

Victim # 2

Head around to the left and then go to the right as she starts to tell you the
best spots are upstairs. Head up the broken escalator and wrap around to the
left. Move through the wrecked walkway until you see a "Need Water" sign next
to an open store door. Head inside to get a PITON and then go out on the ledge
ahead to jump on the climbing wall. Do a few jump climbs until you start to
overexert yourself and then use the Piton you just picked up. Jump climb a few
more times and then shimmy across to the left to reach floor 3.

Head around to the left and leave the shop. Take the broken floor ramp up to
the fourth floor as you start to hear someone coughing. Head to the right of
the elevator shaft through the plastic and in to the safe area. Head to the
left and grab the SODA CAN and then continue to the other item to start a cut
scene. If you didn't run in to the item just before the cut scene kicked in
grab the PITON off the table. Head back out and over to the elevator. Get down
to the ledge of the elevator shaft. You need to then head to the right and
slide down the pipe to reach the floor below. Here you will find Victim # 2. He
needs an inhaler.

Shoot the lock with your final bullet on the gate just to the left of the
victim and open the gate. Inside you will find PAINKILLERS amd a RETRY, the
retry seems to only appear if you are below 5 retries. If the retry is not
visible on the left side of the room or if you know you won't really need it;
it is best to save the bullet. Now head over to the other elevator shaft that
you didn't come from and drop to hang. Shimmy to the left and climb the bars.
Shimmy to the left and climb the pole to shimmy to the right past the closed
elevator door. Climb the pole past the first section and when you reach the
fifth floor shimmy to the left to climb in the elevator door.

Get around the rubbage to enter a shop that contains the INHALER you need to
give to Victim # 2. Get out of the store and go left heading north according to
the map. Straight ahead you will find a FRUIT COCKTAIL. Now go across the
walkway to the other side and you will find a SODA CAN. Head back to the
elevator and climb back down the elevator shaft by using the pipes and shimmy
around the sides to reach the bottom. Get back to the victim and hand over the
Inhaler. Now go over to the first elevator shaft and climb up to the floor
where the little girl is resting. Save up your stamina and then get back in the
shaft to head up. Shimmy to the left and up the pipe and up the fuse boxes.
Shimmy around the pipe and climb up the bars in the wall. You will have to use
your Piton soon around when you jump climb over to the left. Jump climb a
little more and swing around to the left to finally climb to the top.

At the top you will find another PITON to replace the one you just lost. Head
to the edge of the walkway and drop to the ledge, then climb down the bars and
drop to the ledge below so you can carefully cross on foot to what used to be a
balcony. Either go inside and through the hall to the other balcony or you can
also continue to carefully walk the small ledge to the same spot. Head in to
the restaraunt area and go around the counter on the left side to find
PAINKILLERS behind it. Head over to the window washer lift and collect the
JERRYCAN. Skip the Lookout point for right now and go across the sitting area
to reach the east side of the mall. Climb up the ledge to the other side.

*WARNING*

DO NOT GO TO THE RIGHT AND SLIDE DOWN THE LEDGE, THIS TAKES YOU BACK TO THE
INHALER!

Head straight ahead to get a FOOD CAN by crawling under the beam ahead. Now
before you drop back down to the restaraunt you will want to walk to your left
as you face the sitting area. Hang off the yellow ledge and shimmy across to
the right. Once you get around the rubble you can safely climb up the ledge to
carefully walk the rest of the way along the thin ledge. In this area you will
find a FIRST AID KIT. Now head back the way you came to look through the
telescope now for a cut scene. Now head over to the Window Washer's Cart and
activate it to use the Jerrycan and finish the level.

2.04 - Dust

*Note more items are laying around but its safer to come back later*

Head over to the tent in the middle of the area to pick up some PAINKILLERS.
Now go to the northern section past the police car and the gray car to slide
down the side of the road. Make sure to go slowly as the game prompts you so
you don't hurt yourself. Down on the lower part you will need to climb the pipe
straight ahead. Now wrap around to the pipe on the left and climb up the side
of the road here to get to a higher spot. You will find PAINKILLERS and a
wooden ramp that lets you drop back off at the very top where you started. Head
back to where you just were crossing the brown pipe and slide down the second
sloped section and now slide down the second slope to get in to the dusty
streets. While in these streets your stamina will continuously decrease until
you get out of it or die.

Immediately head to the right. Go behind the car on the right to grab a SODA
CAN. Get back around the car and over to the support beam to climb the pipe,
go around to the right and climb the pipe the rest of the way up to reach the
train tracks above and be back out of the dust. Head to the north across the
broken beams as he comments on the fog. Going to the very end you will start a
short cut scene showing that you can get in to the construction site very close
by.

If you take the furthest pipe down to the streets and head back a little bit to
the wrecked street you will find a WATER BOTTLE and SODA CAN. Quickly get back
to the pipe and climb back up for fresh air, refilling your stamina. While up
here head to the third pipe on the right to go back down to the street and grab
the FRUIT COCKTAIL on the bus stop bench and the PAINKILLERS behind the bus
stop. Quickly get back to the support and climb the pipe back up to the train
tracks above for air.

Now cross the tracks to the left side, this is just to save extra breathing
room instead of going down the same pipe. You can either collect more items
further down the road or just head out of the level by going for the exit. To
get more items we need to first establish a safe zone across the street close
to the exit. Slide down the pipe on the left side of the tracks and then run
around the large hole in the street to the right. Don't take the first pole,
use the second and climb straight up to the safety zone. Take the WINE as you
let your stamina regenerate, don't use it as you will need it for a victim
later. Slide down the right pole to the bottom again and then get over to the
pit to further up the road for a SODA CAN. Do not bother crossing the fallen
light pole at this time, we will come back later to get the far item more
suffeciently later on. Hang off the ledge above where the wine was found and
shimmy to the right to get out of the level.

Aftershock

Victim # 3

Head forward and climb the scaffolding on the left side to reach the floor
above. Now slide down the slope and grab on to the ledge to shimmy over to the
left and climb up to the floor you have now come down to. If you don't grab on
to the ledge than you will fall in to the pit and get injured. Climb back up
the pole and try the slide again. Move forward taking the WATER BOTTLE on the
pallets to your left. Now go down and behind the stairs to find some
PAINKILLERS. Now head back up the stairs and up the next set as well.

Head up the concrete ramp and learn a new move to slide roll. Slide down the
slope and slide roll to the left to be able to grab the pipe a little further
over. Shimmy over to the right and get up on the beam to catch a breathe. An
item, most likely a piton will be at your upper right. Now climb up the bars in
the wall and shimmy to the left to get on the floor. If the item is there you
can climb the bar on the side of the wall and shimmy around to the right. Then
jump climb over to the right and drop down on to the item. (I haven't seen this
item myself but my friend says it is there...he of course didn't pick it up)

Now head forward through the hall and climb the pallets ahead on the right.
Slide down the other side and you will hear people talking about leaving
someone since they won't make it anyway. Head around to the left to encounter
some hostiles. Quick kill the first guy that walks up to you and unlock another
achievement, shoot the bald man usually on the left with the gun and train the
gun on the third guy. Quickly walk over and pick up the BULLET off the man and
get the third guy to back up to the fire, just like the men at the pit kick him
in to roast him.

ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED - Machete quick kill, the third

Head over to the guy you shot and put him out of his misery with the machete.
Now get over to the garage door and lift it up to move on.

Climb the exposed metal column to the next floor above and head to the back
right for a RETRY that only apears if you are below 5 retries. Climb the pallet
stack and slide down the other side as some people start to talk. This battle
will be a little tough as you will be up against four enemies. Two of them are
carrying guns. Surprise kill the man with the gun that approaches you to gain
a second BULLET, then aim and kill the second gunman. Take his BULLET and shoot
one of the two with the machete. Now with the final guy alone kill him in a
struggle fight. Head to the next room wrapping around to the left. Head around
the wreckage and go to the right to locate some PAINKILLERS past the stairs and
behind the last pillar. Now turn around and head up the stairs.

Wrap around the floor to the left and open the garage door. You will
automatically get in to a fight with some tough and weak enemies. Shoot the man
with the red bandana and then get the other two to surrender. When they get
down on there knees get over to them and strike them with the gun to knock them
out. Now lift the next garage door to move on. Head forward and look to the
left to find a PITON. Move forward and cross the wood walkway to start a very
short cut scene. Jump across the skywalk and you'll see a pipe sticking up on
the right edge, slide down it and shimmy to the left to find a FIRST AID KIT,
don't use it as you will need one for a victim very shortly. Get back up to
where you were and then cross the wooden walkway to the red elevator, you will
be prompted to find two Jerrycans now.

Head around the other side of the elevator and climb the pipe on the side of
the building. Enter through the missing window and head over to the pillar in
the far right. If you wrap around the pillar you will find bars you can climb
up and then go across the fallen ladder-like structure to get up on the other
side. Now hang on the ledge to the right and drop down below to get one of the
JERRYCAN's needed. Now grab the ledge and drop to the floor below to get a
WATER BOTTLE. Now head over to the pillar to the left of the crates and climb
the bars here to get to the ledge and the red piping. Get on the ledge above
the red pipe along the side of the building and then head up the pipe going up
along the pillar. From here climb up on to the ledge above and head to the left
of the room. You will have to hang on the edge again and make your way around
to a spot that you must climb jump a gap to the left. Continue to where you
will find a ledge with PAINKILLERS on it.

Now get on to the ledge with the broken wall on the middle of it. You will have
to hang and shimmy across to reach the other side. Jump up to the ledge and go
to the right and slide down a pipe attached to the wall. You will have to curve
around the wall and slide down a second pipe to finally reach the ground. Take
the second JERRYCAN along with two PITONs. Now head to the ledge to the right
of the two stack of bricks and climb the pillar. You will have to climb jump up
to move on. Now shimmy to the right along the pipe beside the wall and climb
back up the ledge. Get on top of the crates and climb up the ledge. Exit the
building the way you came and slide down the pipe. Get back in to the red
elevator and fill it up with the two Jerrycan's you found.

Once the elevator hits as high as it can go, get out on the left side. Shimmy
over to the left and climb the pipe on the side of the building . Continue left
and climb jump up, soon you will need to use one of your Piton you picked up as
a rest spot. You can head over to the right and wrap around the building to get
on top of the elevator to grab the SODA CAN on top. Now climb back up the bars
and jump climb to the pipe on the right to climb straight up to the floor above
so you can grab the WATER BOTTLE up here.

*CHECKPOINT*

Get down on the pipe on the left side of the floor and shimmy to the left. Jump
climb over and then head up and around to the right to get a FOOD CAN. Now
quickly shimmy to the left and drop to the pipe below to get back on the
walkway checkpoint area that you were just at. Climb up the bars and go around
to the right to reach the pipe. As you reach the end of the pipe it will bend
and then finally break. You will then land on a ramp having to quickly slide
over to the left and grab on to the pipe below.

Quickly shimmy to the right a little bit and climb up the bars just before the
big break in the ramp to plant another Piton. Rest up here and then get back
down to the bar and shimmy to the end. Climb up the bars and then you will see
a ledge on the right that you can climb jump over to about halfway up. Get up
on the ledge here to refill your stamina. Once refreshed continue up the bars
back on the other side. Quickly climb up the bars ahead, you will need to jump
climb two more times before reaching the pipe up top that you can stand on to
rest. Side step to the left and drop down to the slope to grab a bar and get
another PITON. Jump climb to the right on to another bar and then drop down and
roll to the long line of bars just off to the side. QUickly climb up the bars
and get back to the pipe above to rest. Now walk across the pipe to the right
and drop down and slide along the slope to the left edge to grab on to the pipe
in the corner. Get over to the pipe attached to the building and climb up to
reach another floor to rest at sometimes you can find a PITON and FRUIT
COCKTAIL up here (not always though).

Climb up the red pipe and around the corner on the bars to the pipes on the
outside of the building again. Go up and to the left and up again. Take the
next right and then slide down to the level of the ledge with the SODA CAN on
it to grab it. From the ledge with the soda can head over on the piping and
make your way up and finally to the right using the Pitons that you collected
at the last second before it starts straining your stamina. Cross the bar over
a large gap and hop over to the twisted bars next to the drop box to finally
climb up on to it and start a cut scene. Inside you will find ANTIBIOTICS
which doesn't show up in the inventory and a GRAPPLING HOOK.

After the cut scene, use your grappling to jump over to the building. Now head
over to the wooden walkway and use your grappling hook a little to the left on
the ledge above, make sure to jump off the hook to make it to the other side.
Head down the little ramp on to the machine and use your grappling hook again.
This time you need to turn yourself to face the right and see a climbing pillar
that you can jump over to. Climb up and once again use your grappling hook to
the right and swing jump over to the other side of the building.

As you approach the ramp you should experience an aftershock, stay put until it
passes. Now slide down and grab the PITON on your right. Now climb out to the
ledge and take the piping down to a wooden platform below. You will need to
slide roll way over to the left while occasionally grabbing some pipes to
quickly shimmy over to the side and get to the wooden ramp. Rest up once you
are on the wooden ramp and then slide roll carefully back over to the other
side using the pipes to get away from he edge and safely touch the concrete
below.

Head over to the edge for a very short cut scene and then use the grappling
hook to go across the crane straight ahead to grab on to the bars. Climb down
and on to the pipe that you can shimmy over to the left and down another bar
to finally land on a ledge below. Head over to the right and you will start to
hear victim # 3 calling out to you. Get down on the outter edge to shimmy
around to another ledge with ORAL REHYDRATION SALTS. Don't use these as you
will need some for a victim. Get above the pallet of bricks and drop down to it
to locate Victim # 3. Take his gun for a BULLET and give him one of your First
Aid Kits. He will tell you most of the crates have already been raided, but
every time a quake happens new items will appear all over the city! You will
unlock an achievement!

ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED - Three victims helped

Now head over to the front left and climb the bars on the side of the pillar.
Back on the floor above head to the left and jump over to the broken crane
structure. Get around to the left side and drop down the crane bars to the
crate below. Now head to the exit of the level.

Head over to the edge of the platform and hang off the edge to get over to the
pipe and slide down to the dust covered streets below. You need to locate a
place of safety...like the train tracks you should have noticed just before
coming down to the dusty streets. Run straight ahead across the street and
climb the white pipe to get up on the train tracks. Go around the train to pick
up an INHALER on the tracks. Slide down the pipe here and cross the street to
find another pipe to climb up in to a little camp spot on the roofs of the
buildings. Here you will hear someone calling for help and an INHALER to pick
up. Climb back down and get back over to the train tracks above. Now head back
around to the other side of the train and go south to go up a step on the
tracks. Slide down the first pipe on the right to get a SODA CAN on the bus
stop bench, then get back on the train tracks. Now head north down the tracks
crossing the beam.

(If you go further south you get a cut scene saying you can climb the rail cart
and use your Grappling Hook to get across, this places you at the spot where
Episode 4 put you in the dust right before you went in to the construction
zone)

Go to the second pipe on the left and slide down. Head across the street and go
down the subway stairs to grab an ADRENALINE SYRINGE, then get back up the pipe
to the tracks above. Head down one more time to check out the corner of the
camp for a SODA CAN, you can find another SODA CAN to the right of this inside
a tent. Head back up the pole to the train tracks and get on the other side of
the train car and go down the pipe so you can enter the center of the small
tent area below for a SODA CAN laying in the center. Head back up to safety on
to the train tracks. Now head down the sloping tracks that lead down to the
street below and go over to the building on your right, (In the bus stop in the
corner of the broken tracks is a FRUIT COCKTAIL) left side of the building.
Climb the pipe and shimmy across the brick to the second pipe. Once at the top
shimmy around to the left to get on the roof safely. Up here you will find a
BATTERY easy to spot from this location. Now head back down the pipe and along
the side of the builing by a car you will find a FRUIT COCKTAIL. Along the far
back is a SODA CAN right next to Victim # 4. Why the hell does he get to just
stand around acting stupid in the dust and you can't breathe at all!? Climb the
pipe by the billboard above to get up on the ledge for a breather. Now go
across the sign to the other side closer to the building you just came from and
jump over to it and climb back up, the building to the north does not want you
to go through it yet.

Back on the roof of the building head to the east end of the roof and drop down
to the fire exit. Go down the stairs to get the WATER BOTTLE and go back up the
stairs. Now jump to the next roof and go over to the elderly couple, they are
Victim # 5. Hand them the wine you picked up from Episode 4. You will then
unlock an achievement!

ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED - Five victims helped

If you want another Adrenaline Syringe climb down the building with victim # 5
back to the west and run through the alley in a small tent camp to locate the
ADRENALINE SYRINGE. Get back up to the train tracks and head south now to use
grappling hook. I find it best not to move on in this area at this time so you
can come back better equipped. Head south and go across the beam on the left
all the way to make it to a spot that you can use your Grappling Hook again.
Head back up the long pipe on the right and wrap around to the left on to the
large brown pipe.

Climb up the side of the cliff and this time you will encounter a man up here.
Pull out your gun and go over to him to struggle fight. Now head over to the
ramp and drop down to the top section. You will then be confronted by a group
of four people. Quick kill the guy walking up to you on your right as he has a
gun, this unlocks an achievement, and take his BULLET.

ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED - Fifth quick kill

Pull out your gun and shoot the guy on the far left, this man should be the one
with the second gun. Run away from the other two picking up this BULLET and
then turn around to aim at them both and get them to back up to either the edge
of the cliff to kick off or up to the fire to kick them in. Now head back to
the window washer lift to finish the level.

Watch the cut scene and then leave the safe zone with Mei now strapped to your
back again. Take a left heading back down the ramp and use the Grappling Hook
before you reach the floor below. Head to the back of the walkway and go to the
right. When you reach the other side of the mall hang on the floors edge and
shimmy over to the pipe. Climb up to the floor above to grab the PITON and then
slide down the pipe to the basement and leave the level.

Move forward to pick up the handgun containing a BULLET just to the left of the
escalator. Head down the stairs to get in a fight with four hostiles. Quick
kill the man that walks up to you and then shoot the man on the right as he has
a gun. Take his BULLET and then aim at the other two, get them to back up to
the fire and kick them in. Wrap around to the right of the fire and enter the
door to locate TWO PAINKILLERS around the corridor of the room by the rubble.
Now quickly head down the escalator and over to the people straight ahead to
start a cut scene. Aim your gun at the man on the right with the machete and
he will toss his weapon down, knock him out to save Victim # 6. Take the FOOD
CAN in the corner. Now head across the room to lift open a gate.

Head down the escalator and cross the tracks to the two people sitting at the
cooking pot. Take the MEAT but do not eat it! This will lower your score and is
needed for a victim. Behind the two people you will also find some RAT MEAT.
Head up the stairs to the left and crawl in to the make-shift house for a WATER
BOTTLE and exit through the side of the little house to get down the tunnel to
find a handgun that usually contains TWO BULLETS. If you have been saving your
ammo well you should have around 5 bullets now! :)

Head back down the stairs and head south so the two people are on your left.
Go in to the door way on the left to find two hostiles that are cannibals. You
will have to shoot one and struggle fight the other, they will only move
forward to kill you with no chance of a quick kill, shoot the padlock and open
the gate to rescue Victims # 7. Grab the RAT MEAT and CIGARETTES in here before
you leave. Leave the room and head all the way to the north to crawl under the
cave-in. Watch the cut scene.

Go to the left side and slide down the broken subway rail to reach some rocks.
Work your way over to the pipe on the right and slide down, going up just
wastes your stamina! Go down to reach the rocks heading to the left to climb
over to a ledge on the left holding a FOOD CAN. Now get back on the wall and
climb to the right past the pipe, do not slide down the pipe any further, it is
a waste of stamina! Head to the right across the rocks and you can safely stand
on a ledge soon to regain your strength. Continue to the right and learn how to
do a long jump to the right. This takes up a significant amount of stamina and
you may have to use a Piton at this point, but if you have at least
three-fourths of your stamina you can make it all the way down without. Go down
the path and drop to the next rock taking a little more stamina. Climb the rest
of the way down to reach a ledge below.

Head over to the right and climb the broken track and long jump over to the
right to another piece of the fallen track. Climb the rest of the way up to
rest. Head to the back left of the rubble in front of you to get behind it and
locate a SODA CAN. Climb back down the ledge and now over to the right across
some rocks and jump climb over to another rock. Continue to the right and slide
down a pole (You may have to use a Piton if your stamina isn't practically
maxed) and you will reach a cliff to rest. On the cliff is a BULLET by a
briefcase. Use your Grappling Hook to swing across the chasm for a PITON and
WATER BOTTLE. Swing back over and climb back up to the spot where you got the
Soda Can.

Climb the bars on the left wall to get on top of the tunnel for a cut scene.
Now climb up on top of the train tunnel (If you jump over to the pipes on the
right you will head back to the subway tunnel you came from) and climb up the
wall. Head over to the left as Mei asks if she can open her eyes yet, keep
going left till you are promted to perform a long jump over to the tracks.
Quickly climb over to the door and get in before you start to overexert
yourself.

Go to the end of the train car and hang on the ledge. Start climbing down and
then loop around to the roof to slide down a pole really fast as Mei screams.
At the end of the pole drop down to the next car and climb up after the short
cut scene. Head down the final car and back in to the subway system. In the
first door on the right you will find a cage that requires a battery to get to
a First Aid Kit we will have to come back for. Continue down the tunnel to
see some bodies on the ground. Get ready and three hostiles will get up, shoot
the man in the middle quickly as he has the gun; this is a tough guy and weak
guy situation. Take his BULLET and then get the other two to back up to the far
left corner preferably to kick them in the pit you have to climb down soon. One
of the will drop PAINKILLERS once they are dead. Head over to the right pit and
get around it to climb over the rubble and find more PAINKILLERS on the side.
Now crouch under more rubble to head in deeper for a WATER BOTTLE. Get back to
the second pit and climb down it.

Once you hit the ground you will be in another conflict with four guys. Quick
kill one of them and then shoot the tough black guy, this will make the other
two surrender and easy to knock out. Head south for some PAINKILLERS and then
head back to the north. Now you must head down a tunnel on the right to move
on. Get down in the trench for a SODA CAN and get back out. Head to the far
back left to find Victim # 8, give her two food cans. Head to the other side of
the room and out the other hole opposite the victim. Now head up the stairs as
your character asks about Henry. Head up a second flight and enter a parking
garage. Head forward and to the left to get behind an ambulance and you will
locate a FRUIT COCKTAIL. Now enter the elevator to finish the level.

After the cut scene head away from the group to get a BOW and ARROW. Just like
bullets your arrows are very rare; however you have the ability to grab arrows
back again, unlike bullets. Learn how to shoot the bow and switch weapons. Grab
your arrow again when you are done. Head over to Henry to learn of the location
where there might be a radio transmitter...located on a boat that has been
going off a few days ago. Head to the back bedroom where Henry came out of to
take the ORAL REHYDRATION SALTS off the bed. Now head out the way you came
through the only working elevator in town to exit the level.

Head through the tunnel, you are safe from the dust until you walk through the
flaps at the end. You are now in the corner of the map below the elderly couple
that was drinking wine. If you climbed the water tower and slid down the side
of the building you would be very close to this location. Wrap around to the
left to leave the gated area and continue left down the street to locate a SODA
CAN and wrap around the downed helicopter for a FOOD CAN, then head back to
your safety zone. Go back along the left side of the fence as you head out of
the gated area again and you will run in to a WATER BOTTLE, head across the
street from here to collect an ADRENALINE SYRINGE and now get back to the
safety zone once again. Do not go for any items further down the road as you
will have to use at least one Soda Can to get back to safety at this time, we
will return later better equipped.

Now head back out of the gated area straight across the street to find a PITON.
Wrap around the rubble now heading down the road to the east. Look along the
left side of the road for a fire escape ladder and climb up it to get to some
fresh air above, along with another PITON. Go back down the fire escape to the
street and run across it to the dead end corner to locate a shelter, enter it
to find a FOOD CAN. Now run back out and have the wall on your right as you
head south passing a car with a SODA CAN next to it. Get to the pole next to
the tall sign and quickly get to the ledge above to pull yourself out of the
dust, you may have to use a Piton depending on how long it takes you to get
over to the pole. Head back down the pole and head south to cross a fallen
light post. You may seem some odd creatures on the left side of the road, don't
worry about them. Look to the right for another SODA CAN and run over to the
pole next to another tall sign to climb out of the dust. Slide down the pole on
the east side of the road and look behind the bus stop for a FRUIT COCKTAIL.

Head back up to the north and cross back over the fallen light pole. Go over to
the nearest building on your right just to the left of the alley ahead to climb
the pole and get to the fire escape above the alley, you can find an INHALER up
here. Get back on the other side of the fire escape and shimmy to the right to
the other building. Get up on the ledge and shimmy over to the pole near the
camp below and slide down it. Head inside the wide open shop for fresh air and
the strange figure straight ahead behind the curtain. He will tell you he is
friendly, so approach and you will find out it is Victim # 9. Give the deformed
man a Fruit Cocktail, Can of Food, Soda Can, Inhaler, and the Meat. In return
the deformed man places a SHOTGUN on the table just to your left. Take it and
leave the store, climb the pole and get back over to the fire escape.

Head down the alley to find a WATER BOTTLE on the right side and get in to the
open area taking an immediate left. Go inside the makeshift shelter and grab
the WINE. You can also get a SODA CAN in the back corner. Get back out of the
alley and back up the pole to the fire escape above for fresh air. You will
probably have to use a Soda can. Head back down to the alley and wrap around to
the right to find a dead end alley with a WATER BOTTLE in it. Now get back up
on to the fire escape. Now get down again and head back across the gap to reach
the pole up to the tall sign. Head down in to the dust again to head south and
down the subway stairs to get a FIRST AID KIT. Get back up the pole for air.
Get back down to the street and go down past the subway entrance on the left to
grab  FRUIT COCKTAIL and then head around the rubble to your right to locate
PAINKILLERS at the bus stop. Continue south and you can find some RAT MEAT at
the dead end. Head west down the alley, you may start to hear voices and pick
up the SODA CAN, you may have to use it. Head up a little more to find another
WATER BOTTLE next to a dumpster. Get to the left side and climb the ladder you
find to catch your breathe as you start to hear Victim # 11.

Head back down to the streets again and cross the road to locate a pipe heading
up to the walkway above. Head all the way to the right and grab the WATER
BOTTLE under the stairs. Wrap around the stairs to locate Victim # 10, give him
the Cigarettes you found by the canibals to unlock an achievement.

ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED - Ten victims helped

Continue past the victim and jump the gap to the boards ahead. Now climb the
crate and up to the ledge above. Grab the PAINKILLERS and ORAL REHYDRATION
SALTS up here. Now get back to the victim and go up the stairs to locate Victim
# 11. She is handcuffed to the bench which requires a bullet, however three
hostiles (most likely her buddies set up to steal items from people) will
appear from around the corner. Pull out your gun and et them to back up to the
edge of the building to kick them off the edge. You most likely have to use a
bullet to kill one of them as they on't think you will shoot them. Use another
bullet on the handcuffs to free the victim. Head back down the stairs and slide
down the pipe again at the end of the walkway. Head west in to the main street
to find yourself back at the train tracks again. Climb the pole here and head
north along the tracks till you get a cut scene at the bend. Don't bother
trying to give the other bottle of Wine to the elderly folks as they are no
longer sitting around here. Head to the left and in to the building where the
cut scene pointed you towards. Climb the pole at the blown out hole in the wall
and enter the building. Slide back down to the streets and look behind the
cloth directly behind the pole for a WATER BOTTLE, get back up to the floor.
Head through the door on the right and exit the level.

Head across the walkway for a short cut scene and then head the rest of the way
to the ship to be encountered by three hostiles. Back up towards the fire and
then surprise kill the one that gets close to you. Pull out a gun and then get
around them to have them back up to the fire and kick them in. One of the
enemies will drop some PAINKILLERS. Don't head in to the ship just yet, go
around to the right and run along the path to hear someone say they will find
you as your sneaking around. Wait just before the open door for him to come out
as you tap the quick kill button to dispose of him really quickly.

Head inside and around to the left in to the bedroom the enemy was in to find a
FIRST AID KIT. You can also find more PAINKILLERS in a room towards the front
of the ship. Now head back to the backside of the ship and go downstairs. Take
the door on the right and turn immediately to the left to find a hostile with a
gun. Quickly draw your bow and shoot him to take him down and get the BULLET
and your ARROW back. You will also find PAINKILLERS in the corner. Head out of
this room to the left and skip the next two doors to the right as they seem not
to have anything in them. Continue past the door on the left for a moment and
wrap around the hallway to the left to overhear an interrogation going on with
Victim # 12. Pull out your gun and shoot the man through the doorway, then wrap
around to the other side to give the victim two Painkillers. Now head back to
the door you just skipped to head down in to an engine room and wrap around
below to get an ADRENALINE SYRINGE, head back to the room where the stairs
were.

Now head through the left door you skipped earlier and go left down more stairs
since going to the right leads no where. When you enter the next room you will
turn your light off again to find a group of hostiges held captive by three
guys. Sneak around to the right and shoot the one on the far right with the bow
as a silent killer. The other two (middle with a gun) will then get up to look
for you, sneak over to get the ARROW again and shoot him. Grab his BULLET and
the ARROW to shoot the last guy as well before they know what happened. Now
head down the hall and up the ladder to find an armored enemy. Go in to
precision aim mode and shoot him in the head. Grab your ARROW if you used it on
him and then take his BODY ARMOR. Head backwards to grab a RETRY off the crate
and then head the way the armored enemy was coming from. Head up the stairs and
carefully move forward to shoot a hostile coming around the corner with a gun.
Even though he can shoot the gun, you will only receive an EMPTY GUN whether he
shoots at you or not. Wrap around and enter the door on the left to fight
another hostile armed with a machete. Take the BULLET by the opposite door and
the FRUIT COCKTAIL in the next room. Head back around the walkway and go left
past the stairs. You will find a sign that says Quarantine Keep Out. Get on the
edge of the ship and shimmy to the right to find an open doorway. Head inside
to give Victim # 13 some Oral Rehydration Salts. Leave the way you came and go
up the stairs.

There doesn't seem to be anything on this floor of interest, so head up to the
next one. Head in to the open doorway to grab the TRANSMITTER, like the
medicine for Mei it does not show on the list. When you grab it the door you
came in will close forcing you to take the stairs. Run back up the stairs
immediately and wrap around the railing drawing your bow for attack as the
first of two enemies run up the stairs. Kill him immediately and take your
ARROW to kill the second. Head down the stairs and wrap around to the right to
go down more stairs very carefully. When you hear a man talking head back up
with the bow drawn to kill him as he comes after you. Take the Arrow to get one
more guy that will charge you.

Head out the door to the right and go around the hole in the floor to climb
down the chain. A man will be impressed you made it past everyone and tell you
that you can take the RAT MEAT and WINE off the crate but not to take the WATER
BOTTLE and RAT MEAT inside his house, doing so makes negative points against
your score. Leave his personal stash alone and head back up the chain and
through the ships hallway past a help sign from the sick victims. Poke your
head out the door on to the side walkway and get back in as two hostiles come
running at you, kill the one with the gun and take his BULLET. Then dispose of
the second one, he will drop PAINKILLERS.

Do not go the way you came wrapping around to the right, instead go forward to
be attacked by three hostiles. Shoot the first with an arrow, then pull out the
handgun and shoot the other two, one has BODY ARMOR. Collect your ARROW and
head down the stairs that were previously raised. As you move forward either
take out the  bow already drawn and ready to go, poke around the corner and
shoot any of the four hostiles closest to you. Back up and switch to your gun
to get them to back up a bit and grab your ARROW. Get back a little and switch
to the bow to shoot another person quickly with the arrow. Switch to the
handgun again and be careful as a fifth hostile comes on to the boat with a
BODY ARMOR vest on. If you can't get to your arrow to pick it up at this point
you will have to shoot the armored man in the face with the gun. Get the others
to back up so you can get the ARROW and kill one more with the bow, then
struggle kill the last one. Head off the ship crossing back over to the
building you arrived from. Now take a left in to the hallway to finish the
level.

Head forward to leave the office building as you activate a cut scene featuring
the tall sign right out the window. Cross the flag pole and jump to the pole
along the sign to climb up to the top. Run across the top of the sign and jump
to the building ahead and climb up the pole the rest of the way. Go to the left
and get over to where the elderly couple use to be sitting. Climb the ladder on
the water tower to circle around to get on the side of a fallen skyscraper. Go
to the right and slide down in to the dust below, this is where you went to the
right and met the deformed man with the shotgun. So head straight along the
left side to wrap around the gate and get back in to the apartment for a cut
scene and finish the level.

Henry somehow got word of where Mei's mom is, apparently held captive at a
hotel across town. Now you must head over and scope the place out, rescuing her
if she really is there. After the cut scene you will notice it has finally
become night. You won't find any items in the apartment so head over to the
elevator and finish the level.

2.14 - Strangers

Victim # 14

Move forward cautiously as you will be close to four hostiles, most likely
followed you from the ship. Get out your bow as you are about to head down the
steps to get auto-aim on a hostile standing out in the dust looking through the
plastic at you, kill him with the arrow. Now pull out your handgun and slowly
go down the steps while you are slightly turned to the right to see around the
corner with your gun drawn. Usually the hostile with the gun will be right at
the corner so immediately shoot him. You can then tell the third hostile with
the machete to back up as you back up to where you shot the arrow to pick it
back up through the plastic. Now either walk up to him with the gun still drawn
to quickly start a struggle kill or quickly equip the bow and kill him with it.
Take the BULLET the hostile dropped and you also get a GAS MASK, this allows
you to walk in the dust a lot longer without worry of hurting yourself.

You automatically appear outside the sealed walkway, continue ove to the first
hostile you killed through the plastic to pick up his BULLET he dropped. Now it
is safe to head east and look on the left side by the rubble for a FRUIT
COCKTAIL and continue to the east to look behind the car in the road when the
screen shifts telling you that you are not meant to head that way yet for a
SODA CAN. Note that you may have already grabbed these from a previous episode
if you decided to run out here and get them unsafely. Head back to the safe
hall near the apartment for fresh air, then leave the gated area again.

Head west and then turn to the south down the street, climb the large sign if
you want to get some air at this time at the top. Slide back down and continue
south and cross the fallen street light near the deformed man's place. Head
along the right side to go up a wooden ramp and climb a ladder to be back at
where you gave a victim some cigarettes. As you climb up some things in the
background will start to fall down making some loud noises. From what I can
tell a new victim has now been trapped under some rubble further south in the
street, although he most likely has remained silent for me until now. Climb
back down the ladder and go down the ramp again. Looking at your map you will
see two large red markings on the map just left of the Harbor Center. The
north marking is the rubble and pit blocking you from the deformed man. Go to
the little notch in the southern block on the left side. Hop down to the pipes
below and then hop to the slanted ledge below that. On this ledge you will
locate an ADRENALINE SYRINGE. Now locate the narrow pipe leading to another
ledge with a safe zone tent on it. Here you will find a SODA CAN and Victim #
14, give him a First Aid Kit to patch up his leg. Get out of the pit the way
you came.

Head back east down the alley looking to the left to find the ladder you used
to catch a quick breathe before and climb it. Now scale the side of the
building and ready your bow to kill the hostile that is usually lounging around
the bench up and to the left. Look to the right in the corner for a WATER
BOTTLE and retrieve your ARROW. You can head up the ramp on the left to find a
victim that you currently can not help...they need tomatoes. Take the RAT MEAT
in the make-shift house and head back down to the alley to go west. We will
have to come back for them later. Wrap around to the right at the stores and
climb up to the top of the train tracks above. Get on top of the train to the
left and use your Grappling Hook to swing over to the other side.

Head over to the pipe on the right side and slide down just like you did way
back in Episode 4. Now head west to the pit that wasn't wise to cross back in
Episode 4. Cross the fallen street light and head up the street on the left
side to run in to the hotel sign and a FRUIT COCKTAIL. You may have grabbed
this can back in Episode 4 on a near suicide run. Go to the right of the sign
to get in to the pit and head west for a short cut scene, the front door must
not be accessible. Head over to the side entrance to finish the level.

Head in to the banquet room on the right and go left in the room to get behind
the counter. Wrap around to the left and get the PAINKILLERS and RAT MEAT. Now
head over to Victim # 15 and give them a First Aid Kit. They will tell you that
the woman you are looking for was "welcomed" and is most likely in the bedrooms
on the fourth floor. Get back to the hall and pass the door on the left for now
to go down the hall on the right. Enter the mens restroom on the right to get
some PAINKILLERS next to a body. Head back to the door you skipped and you will
turn your light off.

Crouch down and quietly go up the stairs to find four hostiles, one with Body
Armor up here. While they start to talk quietly go to the left and drop down
still crouching to get by the front entrance where one of the four walked to,
sneak over to him sort of fast to kill him quietly with a melee attack. Then
head up the stairs so the others can see you and they will approach you. While
they walk towards you see who has what weapons and quick kill the first guy to
approach you as you get the auto-aim to lock on to the hostile with the gun.
Right after the quick kill pull out the bow and shoot the gun holder with the
arrow. Now pull out your handgun as you back away from the Body Armor enemy
and shoot him in the head when you are ready. Collect the BULLET, BODY ARMOR,
and PAINKILLERS left by the enemies. Search the back left of the room for a
FIRST AID KIT. Head up the stairs on the west side of the room and lift the
gate up to continue.

Turn right and sneak to the back of the counter. You will find two women having
to dance for four hostiles in the room. One with Body Armor, another with a gun
while the other two just have machetes. Silently kill the guy against the left
wall with the bow and immediately crouch down so they don't really know where
you are. Wait for another hostile to walk over to you and tap the quick kill
button to take him out as he rounds the corner unknowing. The next machete
holding guy will usually walk past your location to the previous room, follow
him quietly and either silently kill him or struggle kill to take him down. The
last one will be the Body Armor guy. Sneak back in to your original hiding spot
as he makes circles around the room. As he walks away from the body you used
the bow on sneak over and retrieve your ARROW, use it on his head to take them
all out and get some BODY ARMOR. The gun you pick up from the enemy will be an
EMPTY GUN. Head to the south east side and go through the plastic lining to
lift a small gate. Head through the ticket booth and go through the door in the
back left.

Ignore the stairs around to the left for now and keep moving forward. Look to
the left for some RAT MEAT and get your bow ready. Move forward and a hostile
will run around the corner from the right, let him have it. Turn back around
and enter the side office where you can shoot the padlock off the gate with the
handgun. Lift the gate and go inside for an ADRENALINE SYRINGE, PAIN KILLERS,
WATER BOTTLE, and ORAL REHYDRATION SALTS behind the fridge if you need them.
Now head back to where you killed the hostile to head up to the fourth floor
since the third is blocked.

Head down the hallway quietly and take the first right going north. Take
another right and enter the door on your left to hear a woman about to be
raped. This is Victim # 16, you must shoot the hostile through the curtain
using manual aim. The victim will then unlock the door for you once you leave
this room. Get your ARROW back if you used the bow, he only has an EMPTY GUN
when you pick it up. Look in the bathroom for a BULLET. Go back to the room
where you shot the hostile through the curtain and go to the far right side
where a rug runs off in to the hole. Drop down and descend the bars to the
third floor and grab the FRUIT COCKTAIL. Get in the hall back on the fourth
floor and run to the west where the hall opens up a little larger with
elevators. Quickly get to the left side over where the FOOD = HOME sign is
and turn around as two guys come out of a room behind where you just came from
in the hall, a third guy in the opposite corner of you behind some boxes next
to the elevators, a fourth from down the hall further west, and a fifth from
the northern room. Quick kill the first enemy, shoot someone with the bow and
get out your gun to shoot anyone that runs at you, usually the masked man from
the north. Collect your ARROW and shoot one of the last two with the bow and
pull your gun out again to get him to back off. Now either collect the ARROW
and kill him with it too or just struggle kill him.

Head back down the hall the way you came looking on the left side for the door
the hostiles came out of. Go through the hole in the wall to find a survivor
and a FOOD CAN in the other bathroom. Now head back to the elevators to go in
the northern room. Go in the bathroom and through the broken wall to the other
bathroom for PAINKILLERS. Go through the next room to find a dufflebag full of
money and another scared survivor. Get back in the hall and go west, taking the
left turn at the blocked intersection. There will be a shadow of a person on
the floor, sneak over to the bedroom next door as this is a hostage on the beds
shadow. There are three hostiles a little off to the left of her around a
slight corner. In the bedroom on the right grab the FRUIT COCKTAIL out of the
bathroom. Now sneak in to the bedroom with the hostage and shoot the hostile
standing on the right for the easiest target. Carefully get back in to this
other bedroom and wait for the second hostile to come in and quickly struggle
kill him. Soon the third guy will come out, so head over to the bathroom where
the Fruit Cocktail was. He usually will not fully enter the bedroom. Sneak up
behind him and silently kill him with the machete. Take this third hostiles
BULLET along with the first dead hostiles BULLET. In the other room behind the
hostage you will find TWO FOOD CANS. Now head over to the hostage to locate
Mei's mommy.

*CHECK POINT*

Follow Mei's mother down to the 2nd floor and she will ask you to check and see
if the coast is clear. Notice the office door on your right is now closed...hmm
suspicious. Upon moving further west a hostile will appear ahead of you coming
from the basement as two others, one with Body Armor, come from the other
stairwell. Behind you two more will come out of the office that was previously
open, one has Body Armor and the other has a gun. Walk over to the man with the
gun and quick kill him, take his BULLET. Now pull out your handgun and shoot
the two with BODY ARMOR in the head. Take out your bow and shoot one of the two
guys, then quickly switch back to the gun. Retrieve your ARROW or back him up
in to the fire and kick him in to finish the fight.

Move forward and take the stairwell on the right to go downstairs and take the
PAINKILLERS and then head to the other side to go down the stairs and in to the
basement. When you get in to the basement turn to the right immediately and go
over to the candles. You will hear some moaning behind the door, get your gun
out and move around a lot to make the hostile torturing Victim # 17 come out of
the room, kill him with the bow and then use his BULLET on her handcuffs to
free her. Take the WATER BOTTLE and then go to the upper right of the room and
get the CIGARETTES on the floor then head after Mei's mother to exit the level.

Head down the escalator and hop the toll bars. Go to the other side and hop
the bar on the other side to get to a SODA CAN. Hop back over the bar and go to
the right to lift the gate up. Head down the stairs and three hostiles will
approach you. Luckily the one with the gun gets to you so you can quick kill
him. Take out your gun and scare the other two, quickly switch to the bow and
shoot one of them as you grab the first guys BULLET. Switch back to the gun and
take your ARROW, now deal with the last person. Head east down the tracks and
skip the door on the right to find an item on the other side of the walkway
above behind the fence. Climb the fence at the spot where the item is to land
on a FRUIT COCKTAIL. Jump back over the fence and wrap around to the door you
skipped.

Head towards the back and go down the stairs to start a conversation with Mei's
mother. Hop on the tracks and go to the left heading north towards Henry's
house. Head to the end and take a right in to the sewer system that you were in
before with Mei. Head up to the far north corner where the survivor was, she
seems to have hung herself...regardless of whether you gave her the food
earlier or not. Head east through the next tunnel and go up the stairs. You
will now be in the parking garage below Henry's Apartment. Once again check the
other side of the garage near the ambulance for a FRUIT COCKTAIL that respawns
here whether you got it earlier or not. Now head up the elevator to finish the
level.

Watch the cut scene as Mei tells you how much she loves fireworks. It is now
early morning as Mei and her reunited mommy sit on the couch. You won't find
any new items in the apartment so head down the elevator to finish the level.

Head outside the tunnel in to the dust covered streets and go west and around
to the south down the street. Look for the pipe on the left to climb up that
you used to climb to get oer to the deformed man and take a breather on the
fire escape. Get back down to the street and cross the light pole and head
south passing a bus stop. Shortly after you will get a cut scene and can see a
path across the pit towards the skyscraper. Cross the beam and then climb the
pipe on the support beam just to your left to exit the level.

Aftershock

Watch the cut scene and then climb up the structure in front of you. Climb jump
over to the pipes and go up to the top, use a Piton here. Now get on the
horizontal pipe and climb inside the building. Drop down each window to the
floor below. Crouch through the doorway and then jump up and climb through the
door in the ceiling. Jump up to the next ledge and get on the pipe along the
left wall. Jump climb over to the other pipe and then climb up to the ledge
above. Now climb up once more through a hole in the ceiling with pipes around
it to get on the next floor. Go to the left wall and jump up to the pipes to
shimmy to the right and get to the other side.

Head over to the hung up blanket and drop in to the other side to reach a dark
place in the skyscraper. Drop down another level immediately and see another
blanket on the wall to walk through. Inside you will find a WATER BOTTLE. Head
back in the dark area and go left to find the other blanket to walk through.
Wrap around to the left and drop down to get a FRUIT COCKTAIL. Go to the second
hole and drop down on to a beam. Head across the beam and shimmy across the
pipe. At the end of the pipe drop to the air duct moving to the right and then
dropping down once more to more air ducts. Keep jump climbing over to finally
reach a pipe and drop on to a floor.

Cross the beam around the corner and then get out on to the glass panel on the
far right to jump over to the pipe and then use the air ducts to go around and
up the wall and back over to the right again to climb over to the ledge for a
breather. Grab the FOOD CAN waiting up here for you. Now get back on to the
pipe and climb up to the top pipe to jump climb straight up to the floor above.
Head past the blanket to reach the door to outside that you can crawl through
and get a BULLET. Now head through the blanket and climb the pipes to the top
and jump climb over to the right to drop on a ledge for a breather. Now get
back on the pipe and shimmy to the left to get on the other side of the pit.

Work your way up the ramp and climb up a ledge. Then turn to the left to head
up another ramp and climb out on to the roof for a cut scene.

*CHECK POINT*

Head to the top right corner of the fallen skyscraper to jump to a pipe on the
side of the building. Head up and around the piping to get around the corner on
the left and long jump over the gap. Get over to the ledge and stand up on it
to raise the stamina. Now continue to the left and long jump across and shimmy
over to another ledge. Get across the pipes in the ceiling like monkey bars and
drop to the ledge below. Climb up the pipe and shimmy over to the left to take
the BULLET, now get over to the floor. Hang off the floor to the right and long
jump over to another pipe. Climb up and use the Grappling Hook t swing over to
another ledge. Climb the pipe and jump climb up to the next pipe to reach the
floor above. Now shimmy to the right and get around the other side of the
building to drop down to the floor below and enter the open window for a FIRST
AID KIT. Get out the window and shimmy to the right and climb up another set to
wrap around the building to the left performing long jumps to another floor.

Head to the far end of the office for a cut scene and then drop out this window
to shimmy and climb up the pipes to the office above. Climb over the desks and
get out your bow as the hostiles talk about the game 6 of the World Series just
before the quakes started. These are actually nice but cautious people, so
either sneak by them crouched going around to the left or walk by noticed and
jst go by them as they threaten you. Get to the back of the office wrapping
around to the left and go through the hall taking the first right in to the
stairwell. Head upstairs and over to the large office room, keep moving forward
to find some people behind a plastic sheet that grew some TOMATOES, only take
the two on the counter and leave the other three for them. The little boy at
the other end asks if you will fix the elevator as well and tells you his
parents are downstairs. Exit on the little boys side and head over to Victim #
18. Now head around the other side to find two people talking near an elevator
that needs repairing. You can not repair it just yet so head in and climb the
pipes to the opening above.

Head over and pick up the PITON as an aftershock starts. Now head over to the
open window to climb out and shimmy to the far left to reach a ledge with a
FRUIT COCKTAIL on it. Now head back to the beginning and start climbing up and
then across the top of the broken window. Head up and then jump climb to the
left. Head up and you can get to a ledge to rest on. Continue up to get an
INHALER and then loop back around to another ledge. Repair your stamina to full
bar for this next part, drop down to the next ledge and quickly shimmy around
and climb up to the top as the pieces start to fall and reach the top.

*CHECK POINT*

Head to the other side of the roof and slide down to the right and get the SODA
CAN on the ledge a little ways down just before the wrecked section. Now slide
down more and roll to the left to get the PAINKILLERS at the very edge of the
building. Start climbing down the side of the building and get over to the now
broken window up and to the right of where you got the tomatoes. Inside the
office you will find a JERRYCAN for the elevator. Now get back out the window
and climb over to the room near the survivors to get back inside. Leave the now
opened door and turn right to open another newly opened door. Wrap around to
the right inside to grab some more PAINKILLERS. Now go to the elevators and get
inside the shaft again. Hop down to the lower elevator and use the Jerrycan on
it to go down a few floors.

Now head through the blanket and you will be attacked by a crazy survivor. Kill
him and then grab the other JERRYCAN off to the right in the large room. Go
back in to the elevator lift and head over to the second elevator to use the
Jerrycan on it and unlock an achievement.

ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED - Elevator repair service

Head over and out of the shaft to be thanked by the man trapped down here and
take the PITON on the table. Head to the left and make your way through the
only path you can go. Head out the window on the left and shimmy over to the
bars on the side of the building. You can climb up to grab a SODA CAN at the
top if you like, then afterwards climb all the way down to finish the level.

Come out around the backside of the alley where an old camp was (this is where
you found wine # 2) and four hostiles will come out, one with a gun and another
in Body Armor. Quick kill the one with the gun and pull yours out to get the
other two regulars to back up. Take out the bow and shoot one of them, then
pull the gun back out. Give the Body Armor man a good head shot and then melee
kill the last one. Take the BODY ARMOR and head west out of the alley now.

Now that we have the Tomato victim # 19 needs head south and cross the fallen
light pole. Head along the right wall and go up the wooden ramp to climb the
ladder out of the dust when you reach it. Head around the walkway and then
climb down the pole at the end, back track just a little bit and then climb the
ladder across the alley. Climb up the side of the building and then go up the
stairs on the left to give Victim # 19 the tomato, this also unlocks an
achievement.

ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED - Some tomatoes for her

Head back down the ladder to the alley and continue west to climb up the pipe
getting on top of the train tracks. Run to the north and climb up the side of
the building to reach the roof. Go to the east and climb the ladder to get on
the water tower. Head over to the fallen skyscraper and slide down the side
back in to the dust. As you move forward four more hostiles will approach you
near Henry's Apartment. Two with Body Armor and one with a gun. Quick kill the
gunmen and pull out your gun to shoot the two Body Armor guys in the head. Take
the BULLET and TWO BODY ARMOR, the fourth hostile usually surrenders, so knock
him out. Continue to the east and look to the right behind a dumpster just
under the fire escape for a WATER BOTTLE. Stop by the hall near Henry's
Apartment for a breather and then continue to the east to finish the level.

Aftershock

Mei has been kidnapped so you and her mom must locate her and meet back at the
pier to get on the boat together, you handed her mom your only handgun so
hopefully you were generous and gave some items for that wonderful shotgun..let
alone didn't use your shells. Head west and climb the red structure instead of
following Mei's mother, the game won't let you down the path to far. Spin
around the support and then descend on the other side of the barrier. Look
along the left side for a second ARROW in the archery range. Now move up to the
fence and over hear your last Victim # 20. Take the FIRST AID KIT around to the
right and then climb the small building just to the right of it. Get up another
level and turn to the left to drop down near the victim. Give him the First Aid
Kit and unlock your achievement.

ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED - Ultimate Rescuer

Now take his PAINKILLERS and climb the scissor lift to get back on the building
you were just on. Start using the rooftops to you advantage and get spotted by
a hostile here and there to slowly take them out with your two arrows. One of
the four has a HANDGUN you can regain. You will fight a total of seven hostiles
in the main park area, THREE BULLETS can be grabbed. You can enter the diner
just to the east of the merry-go-round for a FIRST AID KIT when the coast is
clear. You will then find six more hostiles, three with guns to get BULLETS and
a fully armored man, somehow I shot him blindly with an arrow; take his BODY
ARMOR. Get back on the roof tops through the middle ramp to get over to the
Space Fun section and you can find PAINKILLERS up here. Use the rooftops to
look below and make sure you killed everyone. Now head over to the north east
corner to find Henry's wheelchair.

Head up the stairs and go to the gate on the right where music keeps playing,
like a cell phone or something. Bust the gate open with the machete to locate
Mei sitting on a park bench...wtf? Right after the cut scene an after shock
will happen flooding the area....well I guess we can safely say victim # 20
drowned with that freshly patched wound. Note that you have now lost your bow
since Mei has to be strapped on your back. Go to the right of the stairs over
to the walkway ledge to jump over to another rooftop. Make your way to the
central rooftop and wrap around to the right to get a quick cut scene of Mei's
mother. Move towards her voice and drop on to the trailer. Now jump across and
climb the structure near where victim # 20 was. Head across the rooftop with
Mei's mother and down the stairs, then head down the walkway to the boat for
the final cut scene and unlock some achievements depending on your dificulty.

Victim # 1 - In Episode 2, you will find a First Aid Kit, don't use it. Instead
             give it to the wounded guy and his mom on the bench as you pass
             by.

Victim # 2 - In Episode 3, after you drop off the little girl at the safe zone
             head down the elevator shaft and back up the other elevator shaft
             to reach the fifth floor. Head in to the shop on this side of the
             mall to find the inhaler to give him.

Victim # 3 - In Episode 5, after getting to the crate as you head to the exit
             you will find a man in the last building off to the right of the
             exit before climbing down to it with a crushed hand. Give him a
             First Aid Kit.

Victim # 4 - In Episode 6, get the battery on the roof in the north east and
             then give it to the victim on the street just below the building
             in the north east corner of the street below the building.

Victim # 5 - In Episode 6, on the roof to the north of the starting point you
             will find an elderly couple. They need the Wine you found from
             Episode 4

Victim # 6 - In Episode 8, right after killing the first group of four hostiles
             head down the escalator to the people ahead to star a cut scene.
             Simply aim your gun at the man on the right to get him to drop his
             machete, then knock him out.

Victim # 7 - In Episode 8, when you meet the two people serving meat head to
             the south to kill the two cannibals and free the people from the
             cage.

Victim # 8 - In Episode 8, right before you leave in the sewers head to the far
             back left of the room to find her sitting behind a barred area.
             Hand over TWO Food Cans.

Victim # 9 - In Episode 10, as you head south out of Henry's Apartment look for
             the pole on a building to the left just before the gap and to the
             left of the alley. Climb it to get up to the fire escape and get
             an Inhaler. Then shimmy to the right to get on the ledge by the
             building to the right and over to the pole at the far end to slide
             down. Head in to the open shop for clean air and hand the Victim
             Fruit Cocktail, Food Can, Soda Can, Inhaler, and the Meat. In
             return you get a Shotgun!

Victim # 10 - In Episode 10, heading further south from victim # 9 you must
              turn to the east. Climb the pole on the right building and head
              to the far right and around the corner to find him on the floor.
              Give him the Cigarettes.

Victim # 11 - In Episode 10, up the stairs right next to victim # 10, you must
              first deal wit three hostile machete holders and then shoot her
              handcuffs off.

Victim # 12 - In Episode 11, down in the first lower level go through the door
              on the right and head all the way to the back. Shoot the man
              torturing the victim through the door and then move on through
              the hall to give the victim 2 Painkillers.

Victim # 13 - In Episode 11, before heading up to the third floor go behind the
              stairs to see a sign saying Quarantine Keep Out. Jump over the
              rail on the right and shimmy over to the right to get to an open
              door. Give the victim some Oral Rehydration Salts.

Victim # 14 - In Episode 14, as you head south from Henry's apartment look at
              your map and you will see two large red markings on the map just
              left of the Harbor Center. The north marking is the rubble and
              pit blocking you from the deformed man. Go to the little notch in
              the southern block on the left side. Hop down to the pipes below
              and then hop to the slanted ledge below that.  Now locate the
              narrow pipe leading to another ledge with a safe zone tent on it.
              Here you will find Victim # 14, give him a First Aid Kit to patch
              up his leg.

Victim # 15 - In Episode 15, right when you start head in to the banquet room
              on the right side of the hall and find them agaist the back wall
              near the fire. Hand over a First Aid Kit.

Victim # 16 - In Episode 15, when you finally reach the fourth floor take the
              first right turn and go right at the next intersection to over
              hear the victim telling the man to get away from her. You must
              enter the room and shoot him through the curtain to save her
              before he rapes her. She will unlock the door once you leave the
              room.

Victim # 17 - In Episode 15, when you finally make it down in to the basement
              take an immediate right to hear moaning coming from behind the
              door near the candles. Run around the door to alert the hostile
              on the other side so he opens it and then kill him. Shoot the
              handcuffs to free her.

Victim # 18 - In Episode 19, after passing peacefully past the three people
              talking about the world series head up the stairs and in the
              corner of the office building laying on the bed is the victim.
              Give him some Oral Rehydration Salts.

Victim # 19 - In Episode 19/20 - When you reach the survivors in the second
              skyscraper take the two tomatoes you are offered off the table
              and then finish the level. Once you are in Episode 20 head out of
              the alley after dealing with the four hostiles and head south. Go
              all the way to the end of the road and go west to locate the
              ladder on the left side of the alley. Climb up and deal with a
              hostile if he is up here, then go up the stairs on the left to
              hand over the tomatoes.

Victim # 20 - In Episode 21, after you climb over the rubble at the entrance to
              head around the left side to grab a First Aid Kit. Now climb the
              small building next to the item and then get up on to the roof of
              the next building. Head over to the left side and drop down to
              give him the First Aid Kit.
