Free Ally

When you build a market, sometimes an enemy tribe will ask you to send them a certain amount of resources. Go to Diplomacy (ALT+D), click them to Ally, and you will gain an ally free of charge. Note: Once you do this, you will not be able to this with any other tribes.

Extra Base Advantage

To have a better chance of winning, you might want to build more than one base. Enlarge the base you start out with, making it completely fortified with at least two castles. Then, send a scout cavalry, or some other fast moving unit, to the opposite side of the map from your base. After you have checked the area and confirmed that it is safe, send a villager to build a castle and a town center at that location and fortify that base. This is very helpful if your enemy knows where one of your bases are located, so you can retreat to the other other one if that base is destroyed.

Defense

You should always build walls and towers to protect yourself and always place walls from one forest to another, never build walls from one mine to forest or mine to mine or forage bush to mine otherwise when you have collected all the resources in the mine that part of the wall will become open and the enemy will enter as soon as the wall has become open.

Invinsible Army

If you don't have a lot of resources but want to win thoroughly, make a large number of archers (specialized archers, like Longbowmen and Hand cannoneers are best), a few monks, and some ranged siege weapons (either Mangonels, bombard cannons or trebuchets) and give them a common number. Then put them in Line formation on either defensive stance or stand ground. The monks will heal your archers as they are hurt and the archers and siege weapons will destroy the enemies and their town. The longer ranged your guys are, the better. Just watch out for enemy mangonels, as they will kill your guys like flies.

Tactics

Bigger doesn't always better. They said. If you wanted to win a war (in multiplayer game) you should plan your tactical and political skills. You could 'use' your ally as your defensive structure and then after you almost defeat your enemy, change your diplomatic stances to your ally as enemy after your troops get in their town center and the attack and demolish your ally and then you could be the single leader.

Easy Win

Now, to easily destroy all enemy buildings, create a large number of petards (saboteur unit), group them and sneak them into enemy's base. Take them to important buildings but make sure you don't go to near military units. Guide them and attack a building. 8-10 petards can destroy a castle, town center & other strong buildings.

Building An Army

To make your army most effective against the enemy, first find out what type of unit is their special unit. Your army should be comprised of many units that have strengths against that unit type (If their special unit is a mounted one, then your army should be filled the highest level spearman you can create, etc. ) . In the same way, your army should be filled with units which have strengths against the other unit your enemy likes to attack you with most often. The rest of your army can be filled with whatever you like.

Super Cheat - Cut and Paste

Press Enter, type in a cheat, highlight the whole cheat with your cursor, press control + C, hit enter, and when you want to use that cheat again, press Enter, press control + V, then the cheat automatically appears on line.

Monastery Build Up.

Note: this code only works if your ally has at least one of the relics. If your ally's Monastery (that has a relic in it) has been damaged, and they send someone to fix it up, to make it's health rise faster while the villager is working click on the Monastery and then click on the relic inside of the Monastery. This will make it's hit point's rise faster.

Help With Naural Wonders Code

NOTE: THE NATURAL WONDERS CODE DOES NOT LET YOU DO A LOT OF THINGS LIKE BUILD AND EVERYONE IS YOUR ENEMY. Like all other codes, just type it again to turn it off. NOTE2: It's very hard to win the game by killing someone while you are a wolf, especially when there's arrows about.

A Easy Way To Destroy A Castle

First you need to be in the imperial age and on map with water to make transportation easier.At your castle and blacksmith reasearch everything that improves berserks. Then at the dock make the transports able to carry 20 people by reasearching. Then load 20 berserks on a transport. Sail down and get as close to the castle as possible. Then attack and hope no troops come to stop you and you should destroy the castle with minimle lose of life.

Fast Resouces

Use this to get a lot of resources quickly. This code is especially useful when getting food (cheese stack jimmy's. Press Enter, type in the cheat, highlight it, press Ctrl+C, and then press Enter. Then every time you want to type this in press enter, Ctrl+V, and enter.
