Don't Waste Lives And Hearts
If you don't want to spend all lives and want the most of the for later Stages, use the Quick Save option before falling to death or dying.
1 Extra Live
When playing The Devil Flies by Night Stage, at the place that you should use Maria to dash into a very narrow corridor (you will see like water) there's a machine before the corridor, destroy it and get an extra life.

Unlockables
Save Maria
To get maria as a playable character, go to stage2 and get the key that is in the candle in the hallway you get chased by the bull, after that you go downstairs where those fish guys are and make it to the locked gate in the end and go next to it and throw the key and BINGO you got Maria!
Boss Rush
Beat the game with either character to unlock a boss rush mode.
