The Boletarian Palace Red Eyes

This is for the people trying to defeat the red eyed knight in the boletarian palace this is actually really easy you just need a couple of items. all you really need is at least two fire bombs and two turpintine at least 10 full moon herbs and either a cross bow or a regular bow or a magic user with flame toss the special item needed for this is the thief's ring okay so what you do is have the thife's ring equipped and get as close as you can to lock on to him with out him running at you pull out one of the bows which ever you have and shoot he will run at you (make sure you always take the lock on off of him in order to run)he will chase you but for a short distance only and the turn around walk back to his post repeat the process till his health is jus before half down then comes in the turpentine - put it on you weapon and go towards him and pull out the fire bombs and time your throw right other than that heal frequently and don't let him heal if you hit him in the process it will cancel his heal (beating the red eyed knight will reward you with 2050 souls each time he is beat).

Best Way To Beat Old King Doran In 1-1

First, equip armor that allows you to roll but can protect you decently. Then, equip your weapon of choice, (the Crescent Falchion from 4-1 works very well) a catalyst, and a spell that can do damage from a distance, like Soul Arrow or Soul Ray. Travel through 1-1, and past the Red Eye Knight with the spear, who is very hard to kill. Then, open the large doors with the key you get from Ostrava in 1-4 (or earlier if you killed him. ) After that, Old King Doran will give his speech about how you can take his sword, Soulbrandt, if you show him you are a formidable foe. Get his health down to half way, and grab his sword as he talks. Then, run out of the room and onto the bridge. Equip your Thief's Ring, and when he turns around to go back inside, backstab him and run halfway across the bridge. He will come out, then turn around and go back inside. When he goes inside, follow him and backstab him again. Repeat as necessary. NOTE: IF OLD KING DORAN GETS BACK TO HIS ORIGINAL POSITION AND TURNS AROUND TO FACE THE DOORS AGAIN, GET CLOSE ENOUGH TO LOCK ON TO HIM AND CAST A SPELL AT HIM TO LURE HIM OUT AGAIN.

Best Soul Farming

First, equip a bow and arrows. Then, go in to World 4-1, or the Adjucator's Archstone. After that, run forward and off the first ledge, and turn around. Travel down the hallway, and shoot the Reaper at the bottom of the pit. BE SURE TO STAY ABOVE, IF YOU DROP DOWN HE WILL PROBABLY KILL YOU IN 2 OR 3 HITS. This gets you 4, 592 souls on your first playthrough, and the number increases every time you beat the game. FOR MORE SOULS- equip the Ring of Avarice from 5-2, Valley of Defilement, or use the Soul Thirst spell.
