This is my first chao guide... so you might not like it.
I have Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, so everything should be correct.

2. CHAO INFO ==

How do I get to Chao World? To get to Chao World break open a blue box during a      
                            level.Then when you beat the level you will go to chao 
                            world.

What Are Chaos? Chaos are strange creatures that are start out looking cute.But you
can change that by making them evil or good. or leaving them neutral.                    
                

How do i get more chaos? there are 3 ways. by waiting for a chao to have flowers    
              
                         around them (means it is mating time) or by buying heart   
                         heart fruit from the black market
                         or by buying eggs and hatching them.

Chao evolution- chaos evolve 2 times. if you evolve them, then they change their 
                appierance. If you want your chao to evolve, just give them hero,
                dark,or chao fruits.(chao fruits make nuitral.) then give them chaos
                drives for 1 hour.  they will evolve the first time. do this again
                for another hour. they will slowly trart changing after the hour is 
                up. so after the hour is over, lets say you have a swimming type 
                neutral. after it evolves the first time and you sit with it for
                another hour. start giving it chaos drives. the beige on it will
                start turining blue with each few chaos drives. (for more info. on 
                the second evolution see chao types-"second evolution"

Death or Reborn? after your chao turnes 5 years old it will soon go into another
                 cacoon. its color decides its fate. if it pink, it will be reborn 
                 with all his stats at 1 (he will have all its badges and will be
                 able to swim and walk still) but if the cacoon turns grey, then
                 your chao will not come out of the cacoon. instead if will 
                 disapear.  To keep your chao from dying, always be nice to it.
                 never jump on it or attack it. and if u ever put an item on its head
                 dont take it off!!! unless he is 0 or 1 year old. but to take it off
                 you have to attack the chao.

3. Chao Types ==

HERE ARE THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF CHAOS, AND A SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THEM  
(ONLY THE TYPES I KNOW)

FIRST EVOLUTION...

NEUTRAL-

SWIMMING TYPE- THIS CHAO LOOKS LIKE A FISH, IT IS MOSTLY GREEN 
               IT HAS SOME YELLOW ON IT, INSTEAD OF WINGS AND A TAIL 
               IT HAS FINS

FLYING TYPE- ITS HEAD HAS TWO LONG POINTS COMING FROM THE BACK OF ITS HEAD AND 
             THEY CURVE DOWN.ITS A GOOD FLYER.

RUNNING TYPE- THIS CHAO IS LIME GREEN AND SMALL WINGS 
              IT LOOKS JUST LIKE SONIC BUT NOT THE RIGHT COLOR.

POWER TYPE- THIS CHAO IS TALL, ITS ORANGE AND HAS ZIGZAG STRIPES 
            AND BIG HANDS.

DARK-

SWIMMING TYPE- THIS CHAO IS BLACK AND HAS EATHER A BLUE OR GREENISH FACE
               WITH 2 SPIKES ON THE BACK OF ITS HEAD GOING VERTICALLY.

FLYING TYPE- THIS CHAO LOOKS ALOT LIKE ROUGE THE BAT.

RUNNING TYPE- THIS CHAO LOOKS LIKE SHADOW EXCEPT THE SPIKES HAVE NEON 
              GREEN ON THEM INSTEAD OF RED.

POWER TYPE- THIS CHAO IT BLACK, ITS HEAD,ARMS,TAIL, AND LEGS LOOK LIKE A BEE HIVE


HERO-

SWIMMING TYPE- THIS CHAO'S HORNS GET LONGER AND BECOME BECOME FLAT ALONG THE CHAOS  
               HEAD.

FLYING TYPE- THIS CHAO'S HORNS LOOK LIKE FEATHERS, AND BECOME PURPLE, PINK AND/OR 
             BLUE ON ITS BODY AND HEAD.

RUNNING TYPE- THIS CHAO HAS ONE BIG HORN COMING FROM HIS HEAD, AND IT AND HIS FEET
              ARE YELLOW AND BLUE. (CHAO KARATE STANDARD #1)

POWER TYPE- THIS CHAO IS STORMY (CHAO KARATE STANDARD # 3)
                                    
Second Evolution-

Now that you have read about the first evolution chao, you are ready to be amazed at
what you can turn those chao into for their second evolution.  But first, I will 
explain a little more about second evolution.  Do you know how the first evolution 
is right?  It has a light blue cocoon.  Well, there is NO 
cocoon for the chao’s second evolution.  This is a gradual change that is 
only noticeable over time.  You can notice it a little bit after you give the chao 
animals or chaos drives, after they take their nap.  But remember to be patient and 
you will get the desired effects.  The second evolution chao are most definitely 
worth the time and effort, because they are very special and look COOL.  


HERO
Swim/ Swim-  The ears get long and it gets a little purple on its body.  

Swim/ Fly-  This is an elegant chao.  The ears grow wavy and it has green colors and 
            also yellow.  

Swim/ Run-  This chao gets a blue tone and the ears grow down and curl  a bit 
            outward. It looks a little bit like hair.

Swim/ Power-  This chao gets pretty big.  It has big, wide horns.  The colors get 
              a little bit lighter. 

Fly/ Fly-  This chao has two feathers coming out of the head, instead of the normal 
           two that are like horns It gets big wings and looks elegant.

Run/ Swim-  This chao gets two small horns growing out of the main one.  

Run/ Fly- The colors turn somewhat purple and 
          it has small bluish wings. 

Power/ Power-  This chao is mainly white and has three horns that are red and it gets
               big.  

NEUTRAL

Swim/ Swim-  This chao gets kind of big.  But it is unique because the ears get long 
             and flat along the side of its head and it takes on a blue tone where it
             used to be beige.                 

Swim/ Power-  This chao is the “Fat Chao,”  That name suits
              it properly because it gets pretty big and fat.  

Fly/ Fly-  It is purple.The head of this 
           chao goes back and curves down a bit.  This chao also has   
           very long wings. 

Fly/ Power-  This chao is red. The horns grow upward and get very 
             long.

Run/Run-  This is the Sonic Chao.  It is  blue and looks just like Sonic.  The 
          quills of this chao get longer, like Sonic’s and he gains two additional  
           
          quills on it back.

Power/ Power-  This chao gets big fists and turn red.    

DARK-

Fly/ Power-  This chao looks a lot like the Dark Chaos chao.  It is purple, but the 
spikes curl up and in to make a holder for the spike ball.

4. CHAOS CHAO ==

MOST PEOPLE WILL NEVER SEE THESE CHAOS BECUASE THEY ARE VERY VERY HARD TO CREATE.
BUT THERE ARE 3 TYPES. THE LIGHT CHAOS (NEUTRAL),DARK CHAOS,AND HERO CHAOS TYPES.
TO MAKE THESE CHAOS, GET A CHAO. LET IT DIE AND BE REBORN 2 OR 3 TIMES 
(3 RECOMMENDED) AFTER THAT GIVE IT ONE AND ONLY ONE!!! OF EVERY SMALL ANIMAL. (21)
AND IF IT IS HAPPY WHEN IT EVOLVES NEXT IT WILL BE AND IMMORTAL CHAOS CHAO. THEY ARE 
VERY POWERFUL AND IMMORTAL. ALSO VERY COOL LOOKING. ALSO THE CHAO'S PERSONALITY
CANNOT BE NAIVE OR CRY BABY (MIGHT WORK WITH CARE-FREE,UNTESTED)

5. CREATING A GREAT CHAO ==

IF U WANT AN AWSOME AND COOL LOOKING CHAO THEN FOLLOW THESE STEPS (THEY ARE VERY HARD
BUT THAT ARE DEFINATELY WORTH THE TIME AND THE EFFORT TOO)

1. BREED CHAOS UNTILL YOU GET ONE WITH ALL GRADES FOR STATS AS AN "S"
(RECOMMENDED: THE FINAL EGG SHOULD BE LIKE THE STARTING 2 EGGS)
2. MAKE IT A CHAOS CHAO (I THINK LIGHT CHAOS CHAO LOOKS BEST)
3. GET ALL STATS TO MAX (99 WITH ALL BARS FULL, SO 100)
