                                     HINTS AND TIPS

1) When facing Papu-Papu, you can jump on his head even if he has JUST started 
swinging his staff.

2) When facing Ripper Roo, stay on the block you are, then activate the first TNT 
that gets to you and jump to the block on your left. Then activate the next TNT 
that gets to you and jump to the middle block. Then activate the next TNT that 
comes to you and jump to another block. If done right, you should defeat Ripper Roo.

3) All LIVING enemies can be killed by jumping on them OR spinning them away OR 
either. (One of the ways will have to work) Except for levels where you are riding 
an animal. (EG - a hog)

4) DO NOT waste lives by trying attacks on bosses that you are not sure of.

5) Keep doing the level TEMPLE RUINS. It is easy and you can get a lot of lives 
playing it.

6) If you see TNTs in levels, activate them and run away. They DO count as boxes.

                                          FAQs

1) What are the controls?
A) The controls are as follow:-

X - jump

O - tornado attack

SQUARE - tornado attack

TRIANGLE - displays how many lives you have, what bonus tokens you have, how many 
wumpa-fruit you have and how many boxes you've got in the level you are playing.

UP - goes forward

DOWN - goes backward

LEFT - goes left

RIGHT - goes right


2) How do you get gems?
A) You get gems by getting all the boxes in a level. (Even the TNTs)

3) How do you get bonus tokens?
A) Bonus tokens are found in boxes, etc. etc. There are 3 kinds:-

Girl Bandicoot tokens - Get 3 and you get transported to a bonus level. 
Cortex tokens - Get 3 and you get transported to a bonus level.

Some bald geezer with screws in his head tokens - Get 3 and you get transported to 
a bonus level.

4) How many times can I do a bonus level?
A) Just ONCE everytime you play the level and after you've finished it once you can 
never play it again! So make it worthwhile and don't fall down or screw up!

5) How do I save games/Where are save game points?
A) Save game points are ONLY at the end of bonus levels. At that is another reason 
to play the bonus levels!

6) Why is the game SO DAMN HARD?!!?
A) To make it challenging.

7) Whats the story in the game?
A) Nothing really. Crash is washed up at N.Sanity Beach and you have to play from 
then!

8) Who is the MEGA-BOSS?
A) Neo Cortex.

9) Are there any cheats for this game?
A) Yes. But nothing like unlimited lives or anything. Type them in the the password 
option to be transported to a level.

10) What types of boxes are there and what do they do?
A) the boxes and what they do are as follow:-

'?' boxes - Give either lives, bonus tokens or wumps-fruit.

Wumpa-fruit boxes - Give wumpa-fruit. You can bounce up and down on them.

Bounce boxes - Make you jump really, really high.

TNT - Bad stuff. Jump on them and they start a count-down to explode. Tornado them 
and they explode right on the spot and blow you up!!

Life boxes - Give a life.
