well lets start off with weopons the best for this is the grenade launcher and 
other weopons that can take out a vehical/cop quick

other stuff:CAN NOT BE ON THE FIRST FEW MISSIONS OR YOU WILL FAIL AND HAVE TO 
START IT OVER AGAIN!

              well I am going to get this started and the first thing to do is 
get a fast car and I mean a realy fast car
second you need the grenade launcher out and fire at the cops while driving
third and most important KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE MINI-MAP

CHEATS FOR SUITABLE CARS:enter OLDFAST for the best car to do this or enter 
666999 for the other car that is the best to do this.OK so you are driving 
away from the cops this is when the mini-map comes in handy,now keep driving 
intill you cross the red border on the mini map(not the red border around it 
the red border you get when cops come!)Than once you cross that border slow 
down and get out.Now this is where the difrent tactics come in you can 
A.blow up the cop cars up with the cops caught in the explosine
B.get out the assault rifle and kill all the cops that followed you
C.take one of the cops cars and RUN while shooting at them while driving
Now to get away with it
A.pay the police
B.fast talk a cop(The way I always go for)
C.avoid all cops intill your heat dies down(I find this a dificult and boreing 
task)
Well there you go all the easy to do ways to get away from the cops!
