Difficulty: 4/10
 
A fancy way of saying, "Give 50 people their 'ice cream' in a row". For
every four you sell, you get a wanted level. This is because it's not 
ice cream...it's magic powder. Yea...magic...Drive around for a bit to 
get rid of the star, then do four more. For the best results, stay near 
a Pay-and-Spray. Do this, get out of the truck, and you'll get your
prize.     

Reward: Cherry Popper Ice Cream Factory Asset completed  

11.Boatyard 
$10,000 for a boat that goes supper fast! I will tell you next
time!

Located where it says Vice City Port Authority.
Price: $10,000
Location: Essentially the huge docks found in Viceport on the west isle.
$ Per Day: $2000
Mission: 

*Checkpoint Charlie*
Difficulty: 4/10
     
Get in the Squalo or Cuban Jetmax sitting on the docks to start this. 
The thing that makes this an absolute bi--hard thing is that there are
three jumps you have to hit to get some checkpoints. EVIL. Make sure you
hit every one of them head on. Keep going through picking up all the
checkpoints. The 2:30 time limit isn't bad if you don't miss any of them
or just blatantly screw up. As I said, the jumps are the hardest part.

Reward: $1000, and the Boatyard Asset completed.


12.Taxi Company 
Kaufman Cabs on the map.

Price: $40,000 
Location: At the north end of Little Haiti. 
$ Per Day: $5000
Missions: 

Get in the Kaufman Cab on the left side of the garage to start these
missions.

1. *V.I.P.*
Difficulty: 3/10

It's time to go pick up a very important person from Starfish Island.
Get out to the main road and head over there. If you have fifteen or more
seconds left, face west back towards whence you came. When you stop and
honk, a rival taxi will come and still your fare. Now, if you were facing
west, just force into the nearby wall and drive-by him until the V.I.P.
gets out, but DON'T SET THE TAXI ON FIRE! It's going to go kamikaze on
you after you take the guy. If you weren't facing west, just turn around,
and whack him into the wall and do the same thing. Drive the guy to
Escobar and drop him off.
 
Reward: $1000

2. *Friendly Rivarly*
Difficulty: 3/10

This is fun who doesnt like blowing up taxis?! You're losing fares 
all                             over town. Take out three rival taxis to fix this.
Just do the same thing as in V.I.P., drive up to the taxis and drive-by
until they pop and explode. Easy as pie.

Reward: $2000
 
3. *Cabmaggedon*
Difficulty: 5.5/10

This is a fun mission. Seriously, it is. Drive to the ally at the docks
and honk for Mercedes. When you do, six taxis will show up. It's the
demolition derby of all cab-osity. Don't go back towards the 
gates                                 because they're locked. Drive around for a 
minute avoiding as much
contact as you can. Try to force as many as you can into the sea without
going in yourself. Once the time limit expires, a Zebra Cab will show up.
Either do the drive-by and ram tactic, or get out and make one well-aimed
Rocket Launcher shot. Even if the car explodes, the driver lives...so run
him over.

Reward: $5000 and the Kaufman Cab Asset completed, respawning Zebra cab at 
cab co.

13.Printing Works $70,000
Vice City Printing Works on the map.

Price: $70,000 
$ Per Day: $8000
Missions: 

1. *Spilling the Beans*
Difficulty: 4.5/10
    
The Print Works is about to get into some counterfeiting business, but
you'll have to find out when the plates are being delivered. Drive to the
docks and go into the boat. Kill only the guards that are in your way
and head up the stairs until you get to the pink dot. Once you get your
info, do the same thing back. Kill all the guards that you have to, and
get back in your car. You have two stars, but don't bother with the Pay-
and-Spray; the Print Works is right down the road.

Reward: $2000

2. *Hit the Courier*
Difficulty: 3/10

Now, it's time to get the plates. Contrary to instinct, DO NOT JUST RUN
IN WITH GUNS BLAZING! There are many...errr...well...chicks with guns. 
Some have Shotguns. Don't screw with them. Wait for the courier in the
helicopter to get in her Sentinel XS just run her off the road after you
have gotten away from the psychos. Once she dies, take the plates back
to the Print Works.

Reward: $5000, and the Print Works Asset completed.     


14.Car Showroom $50,000 "GREAT BUY!" Garages: Four 2 car Garages
Sunshine Autos on the map. "best investment you can make!"
     
Price: $50,000  
$ Per Day: $1500, $4000, $6500, $9000 (depending on how many lists)

Landstalker. 
Blista Compact--Rare sometimes, then on every corner. Beware or something.

 you have to show the guy your shooting so you do use it.

A:I have listed 14 houses and that is al of them.
  
Q:How do I beat the mission "The Driver."
A:I would hit Hillary in the rear fender causing him to spin out,
because those Sabre Turbos dont handle well.Or you could park a 
hot-ring racer near the club.
