   Now let's get down to buissness.When you first start pause and make sure your
 kids have no less than an A-.Then press start and build your house your way.Don't
 ask me how or what to put in the house.When your done have at least 20,000 
 simoleons to buy a yatch for an earlly retirement.If you don't raise it or do the
 a cheat code/hints and tips at the bottom.When your done save and save often!
 Get your job promotions and go to work.When the kids come home from school they 
 should go to prep school.If they didn't have them go to school the next time.
 When you get home if you get promoted get some sleep.The next day throw a big 
 ass party.First call for pizza then party at 7:00 a.m.Then go to the frig and serve
 breakfast.Get everything then go in the tub and if a limo shows its Malcom and
 he is there to slap you in the aas to say you WIN!CONGRATULATUIONS!

      EXTRA MONEY: Do the freeall cheat and fill the yard with the love tub.Then 
save and turn off the PS2       
 and go straight to your game and sell the tubs you din't wan't.
