Placing Bets

After selecting your team and players, etc., you get to the Strip Mall where you can buy clothing. Keep pressing Left and you will move to a new screen. It will open an area with Hair Cuts, Pawn Shop (Buy Ice), and between those shops is the Betting Room. There is also a Tattoo Artist before the Pawn Shop.

Get More Momentum

Hold Turbo and keep tapping Crossover. If done long enough, you will get a fireball on your side of the momentum meter.

Bonus

When you are playing a team that fouls to stop you, turn on fouls. When the team fouls enough, you will get a free shot and the ball back. It will then say "Bonus".

Get A.O, Hotsause, Speedy, 1/2 Man, and Headache to defeat any team that faces you.

Easy Steals And Stop Fouling

Use the following trick if you are having problems because the CPU steals the ball too much, or fouls you to take the ball. To steal the ball easily, hold White (defensive side step) and stay with your opponent while repeatedly pressing X until you steal the ball. If you are tired of the CPU always pushing, set the fouls to "On" in the game rules menu. When the CPU fouls you, you can go to the line to shoot your foul shots.

Win the World Tournament two times. Note: This was done under the Greatest Of All Time difficulty setting.

San Juan Coquis Team

Win the World Tournament once. Note: This was done under the Balla difficulty setting.

Alternate Clothing Colors

When buying clothes, press Up or Down to change the color of all your clothing.

Street Hoops Unlock 3 And Street Hoops Unlock FMV Sequences

Win the last two levels of the game (The African Village and Greese) to unlock two extra FMV sequences that contain parts from the making of the game and the and one of the mixtapes.

Unlocking Courts

To unlock the courts you have play through World Tournament mode. When you unlock Coquis, you also unlock the San Juan, Puerto Rico court. Play with them and you will unlock the London court and London team.

Easy Money

When you first start off, bet on Winner of Game and Leader At Half. Play up until you get to the Dome level. Once you become familiar with the game or already know it, you should have close to $50,000. Easy money winners are, 10 Grand on Winner of Game, Leader At Half, Most FGs, Most 3's, and Most Steals. You have a better chance of stealing and making threes when you become on Fire. Play a one on one game (controller one vs. controller two). Bet money on the game, keep playing the game over and over, and watch your money grow. Get at least $30,000 then play a one on one game. Go to bet. Bet on most 3's, winner, and dunks. You will have a better chance at winning. If not, restart the game and it will be as if you never made the bet. Note: This trick requires two controllers. Go to the game modes screen and set up a game against yourself; player one on one team and player two on the other team. Next, go to Cash Checking/Bookie and play. Bet on the winner, most 2 pointers, etc. You will easily win the game and double your money. Create a player that is horrible. Start a Lord Of The Courts game and get your team set. Then, go back out and play a Half Court Game, 1 vs. 1. Select your best player and play against the bad player you created. Keep betting on things that you are sure that you can win. The game only allows a $10,000 maximum on each separate thing you can bet on. Keep betting and playing that same person repeatedly. When you are comfortable, go back to your Lord Of The Courts game and you will have the money. Two controllers are required for this trick. Go into half court mode and select one-on-one. Bet a lot of money then have player two miss frequently and travel. When it is player one's turn, play well.

Call For Alley Oops

Turn your back to the oppenent guarding you, then press Y + black then quickly press black + Y to preeform an alley Oop. (it doesnt always connect 100% but it works better than just black + Y)

Play As Dennis Robman

Play balla, and get ten or more rebounds.

Beat the Urban Hitmen in world tounament mode.

Go to the clothing store (FootAction) before starting a game and keep purchasing P.Miller clothing until you have spent a couple thousand dollars on it. When you leave the store, you should be notified that you unlocked Master P and his son Lil' Romeo.
