How to Get Over The Gate at the Forest
In order to get over the gate, you must first beat the game. Once you've beaten the game, you get a jetpack. Then go to the forest and go to the gate by the little girl with the buggy. Climb the stairs behind her and when you reach the top, switch into the jetpack. From there you should be able to fly over the fence.
