Finding Ammunition And Medipacks

You'll find a lot of ammunition and medipacks if you try to find all of the secrets in each level. See the appropriate level-specific hints to guide you to these secrets. Also, look for destructible items around each level, as these often contain medipacks and ammunition. You can shoot these, preferably using your pistol to save more powerful ammunition for targets that can return fire. Specifically, try shooting out wooden crates and urns. You may sometimes have to press the CRAWL key before firing if the crates and urns are low to the ground. Not every crate or urn is destructible or contains items, but you can still find many items by trying to shoot them all.

Cheats

Level Skip

Turn Lara exactly North according to her compass, then enter the inventory screen. Highlight the "Load Game" selection, hold H + E + L + P, then exit the inventory screen. Note: An easy way to have Lara face exactly North is to have her hang from something facing North.

Unlimited Large Medipacks

Note: This code will only work when your health is not full, and you have exactly one Large Medipack. Press [Esc] to open the inventory screen. Highlight the Large Medipack, then hold [Look] ([Keypad 0] by default) and press 9 on the top row of the keyboard. Then, use the Large Medipack once. Exit and re-enter the inventory and you should have unlimited Large Medipacks.

All Items

Turn Lara exactly North according to her compass, then enter the inventory screen. Highlight the "Large Medipack" selection, hold W + E + A + P + O + N + S, then exit the inventory screen. Note: An easy way to have Lara face exactly North is to have her hang from something facing North.

All Weapons, Infinite Ammo, Medipacks

Turn Lara exactly North according to her compass, then enter the inventory screen. Highlight the "Small Medipack" selection, hold G + U + N + S, then exit the inventory screen. Note: An easy way to have Lara face exactly North is to have her hang from something facing North.
