Getting Past The Part In The Hollywood Sewers

Save your ammo untill now. Only use guns against the large monsters, use a melee weapon against the monsters that were in that Horror Film (In-Game). Make sure that you find a key to the Nosferatu place in the sewers, not too far from the entrance to their place. You might have to go up at some point.

Cheats

Give Yourself Xp, Weapons And Blood Packs

Open the Console (~) and type the following for each specific item:
Xp: Type Giftxp #

Bloodpack: Give item_g_Bloodpack
Blue Bloodpack: Give item_g_bluebloodpack
Elder Vitae Pack: Give item_g_eldervitaepack

Any weapon: Give item_w_ (scroll down the list using the down key to find the weapon you want and press enter.

A tip, Give yourself a ton of melee weapons untill it tells you that your inventory is full. Then tell it to give you a melee weapon that you don't already have and it will keep spawning for how many times you did it. Then sell a melee weapon, then pick up one of the weapons you spawned then sell that, and keep going like that. However, you are going to eventually have to leave and come back in again because it will start to not let you sell any more. Don't worry, the weapons you spawned will still be on the floor and you can continue selling them.

Increase Ammo Capasity

Type in: sk_max_ (weapon)_rounds #
Input weapon name instead of weapon. There will be a list of weapons when you type sk_max, so you can just scroll down the list.

How To Cheat

Create a shortcut to Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines onto your desktop, then right click it and left click on properties. Where it says target, go to the end of the destination and type -console 1. When you play, USE THE SHORTCUT. You should be able to get to the console with the ~ key.
