Imformaton:It is a popular myth.I saw him only once on the 
game which was in the middle of the ocean.Here is how I found
him.I first got a AT-400 and flew north.After about 2 days on 
the game,the radio changed to KDST but the radio was off and
I didnt change it,it changed itself.After about 5 seconds 
after the radio changed,I dropped out of the plane and landed
in the water.I pressed start and tryed to find the Infinite
Lung Capacity Cheat around my house.I finally gave up and 
played the game again.I tryed to get myself drowned and when
I died,I turned the camera around.There it was near the 
surface and a little far away from me.It was huge.It looked
like the way I told you in the What It Looks Like Section of 
this myth.Then after a brief second of seeing this monster,
the wasted screen came up and I reappeared at a hospital in 
San Andreas.I'm not sure if it was the myth it could have
been the AT-400.
