Successfully complete Smack Attack, Gate Relay, and Flag Relay with each character to unlock additional FMV sequences.

Play As T. Wrecks

Win Smack Attack, Gate Relay, and Flag Relay in all three levels of the Jungle world to unlock T. Wrecks.

Play As Brian The Brain

Win Smack Attack, Gate Relay, and Flag Relay in all three levels of the Space world to unlock Brian The Brain.

Gate Rally Mode

Beat smack attack one time to get gate rally mode.

All Special Attacks

Enter in as your profile as Uniquips.

Get Plastic Graphics

Go to the character select screen pick 'load' and put in FANPLASTIC. Go to the event selection and go to Smack Attack. Now Press down and pick Event Settings. Now pick Options and select rendering modes. Pick Render Plastic

Type in ENCHILADA! (exactly as I put it in capitol and dont forget the !). You'll get all the characters, places, and, levels.

Big Head Mode

While playing a game, hold L + R + Up.

All FMV Sequences

Enter the character selection screen, select "Load", then enter "MULTIPLEX!" as a name.

Pen And Ink Graphics

Enter the character selection screen, select "Load" then enter "PENCILS" as a name.

Movement Power-ups

Enter the character selection screen, select "Load", then enter "MOVEITNOW" as a name.

Ranged Weapons

Enter the character selection screen, select "Load", then enter "GUNSMOKE!" as a name.

Personal Weapons

Enter the character selection screen, select "Load" then enter "UNIQUEWPNS" as a name.

Hazard Weapons

Enter the character selection screen, select "Load" then enter "HAZARDOUS" as a name.

Play As Whack Angus

Enter the character selection screen, select "Load" then enter "WHACKFAD" as a name. Note: This also unlocks the Desert world. Alternately, unlock all modes (Smack Attack, Flag Rally, Gate Relay), then win all three levels in the Desert world in each one (total of nine). After completing the last level, Whack Angus will be unlocked as a playable character. His personal weapons are throwing Butchering Knives.

Play As Count Earl

Enter the character selection screen, select "Load" then enter "COUNTDEAD" as a name. Note: This also unlocks the Transylvania world. Alternately, win Smack Attack, Gate Relay, and Flag Relay in all three levels of the Transylvania world to unlock Count Earl.

Space World

Enter the character selection screen, select "Load", then enter "BRAINSALAD" as a name.

Jungle World

Enter the character selection screen, select "Load", then enter "TWRECKSPAD" as a name.

Invincibility

Type in cody as your name.

All Melee Weapons

Enter "MELEEDEATH" as a name to unlock all melee weapons.

Unlockables
