Obtain Pandora
After you beat the giant frog with the two ladies attached to his head with Dante you get the gun weapon Pandora.
Other Difficulties
To unlock the difficulties "Dante Must DIE", "Heaven or Hell", and "Hell and Hell" you must beat the game on all difficulties.
Obtain Lucifur
After you beat Berial with Dante you get the sword weapon Lucifur.
The Gilgamesh
You get this after you beat Echidna.
