Introduction [NTRO] -------------------- I personally have not written an FAQ for a long time and not for such a popular game for sure. I had enjoyed reading the 100% Completion Guides for the prior Grand Theft Auto games. I was dismayed to find that there is not one for GTA4. So I felt it my duty to put one out there. So enjoy. Before we Begin... [B4BG] -------------------- There are just some things that I will cover before we begin. I will not be giving basic help or other information; I expect you to know how to do the controls, or what the stars mean, etc. Other FAQs cover this information adequately. Unlike the previous GTA games, there are some parts of the story, like killing pigeons, where your completion percent will not rise until you complete all of the objectives within. Like other GTA games though, you can choose which order you want to go in terms of missions. I will just be giving the information in the order I went. Here are the requirements to get 100% in Grand Theft Auto 4: +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Complete the Story........................................................60% Win a full game of darts, pool, bowling, and beat the high score in QUB3D..5% Gain the special abilities of LJ, Packie, and Brucie.......................5% Complete each activity with LJ, Packie and Brucie..........................5% Complete each required random encounter missions...........................5% Complete 50 Unique Jumps.................................................2.5% Kill 200 Flying Rats/Pigeons.............................................2.5% Complete 30 Most Wanted missions.........................................2.5% Complete 20 Current Crime vigilante missions.............................2.5% Complete the Assassin Missions.............................................2% Complete Brucie's Races....................................................2% Complete Brucie's Exports..................................................2% Complete Stevie's Car Thefts...............................................2% Complete Little Jacob's Deliveries.........................................2% +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ This is everything that has to be completed. There is nothing else. I will go into more detail in these during the walkthrough. Also, the method I do, I prefer doing as much of the side stuff as I can before continuing the story. By no means do you have to do this, just be sure to remember what you've skipped. To help with that, I will be putting a checklist at the bottom of the guide. There are prerequisites that sometimes hinder progress, but by following this you should not run into any issues. In regards to the random characters, not all of them are needed for 100%. Besides Jeff, all of the ones not required are ones you will run into during the story, and have the choice between killing them and letting them live. Cherise, Clarence, and Ivan are these people, and they are not needed for 100%, including Jeff as well. So I will not be covering these people during the walkthrough. You will not get the Liberty City Minute achievement following this, as it will take you more than 30 hours to beat the story more than likely. -------------------- VI. Walkthrough [WKTH] -------------------- Just a warning, I WILL be posting spoilers throughout, so do not continue, and use the non-spoiler walkthrough if you want to remain surprised. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1. The Cousins Bellic [M001] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Roman Reward: $25 Achievement: Off the Boat - 5G ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This opening mission gives you a simple introduction to the game. One thing you will notice is the newfound difficulty of driving. It is more realistic than in previous GTA games. There is no time limit on this mission so you can practice driving all you want. Just do not destroy the car or kill Roman or you fail the mission. Another new feature in this game is the GPS device. You will be able to use this for directions at your discretion later on. Anyway, follow the GPS directions on your radar at the bottom left of the screen to your new safehouse in Hove Beach. When you arrive you will be shown the basics of how to save, how to find your house, and where to meet Roman for further missions, among the other basics of the game. You will also be introduced to the garage system so to say. You park your vehicle within the yellow square next to the safehouse and it will remain there for as long as you need it. You can park a maximum of two vehicles. The game will tell you to go see Roman so jack a vehicle and head to the R on your radar and into the yellow arrow. You do not have to meet him now, but why not get adjusted to the mission system? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 2. It's Your Call [M002] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Roman Reward: $30 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Again, you will be driving Roman around. This time, you will be going to a hardware store on Dillon Street. Get into Roman's Taxi (the one with the blue arrow above it) and follow the GPS to the hardware store. It turns out that Roman is going to play a poker game within the store, and he wants you to keep a lookout for some loan sharks. He gives you his old cell phone incase you need it, and you will. While you wait, the game will tell you the basics of how to operate the cell phone. The game tells you to use the right stick to look around, and I suggest you do. Roman will call you while you wait to tell you he is doing well. Eventually, the vehicle described shows up. You will know when you hear some yelling about Roman. Quickly press up to open the phone, Press A for menu, A to enter the phonebook, and A to call Roman. He will run out and jump into the car, while the loan sharks will chase after you. You have to both lose them and get back to the depot. Fortunately, they are easy to lose. Drive into the yellow arrow to complete the mission. Now we can begin to do some of the other options around town. There is not much we can do, since things like pigeons require a gun and we do not have one yet. Go to your safehouse and save if you have not already. You can use saving to advance the time by 6 hours if you ever need to. When you wake up, you will get a text message from Roman telling you to get there. We can ignore this for now though. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 3. Random Encounter (Brian #1) [RE01] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Brian Reward: $100 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Drive over to Roman's cab depot and you should see a small icon of a blue person on your radar. If you do not, go back and save again and wait until he does. When you get near the icon, exit your vehicle and walk up to him. He will be standing next to the stairs near the alley. When you get near him, the camera changes to focus on him, so go ahead and walk up to him and get to the cutscene. In this case, it actually is not a mission, Brian is bragging about himself an awful lot, and because he's so awesome, he gives you $100. Thanks bro. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 4. Stunt Jumps (Broker) [JMP1] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Next, let us attempt to do some stunt jumps. Currently, you have Broker, Dukes, and Bohan open to you. Broker and Dukes are both on the main island that you are on, while Bohan is the small island above you. The dividing factor between Broker and Dukes is the freeway in the middle of the island that goes into Algonquin. Broker is the south part (where you should be right now) and Dukes is the northern part. There are two stunt jumps in Broker, eleven in Dukes and four in Bohan. A motorcycle like the NRG-800 is recommended, or a fast car. You can skip this and come back to it later if you're having difficulty hitting them. I suggest putting the locations into your GPS by pausing the game and pressing A on the map. You will get a crosshair where you can move around the map. Put your waypoint into the screen by pressing A. When you unpause, directions will pop up. I follow the numbering as given on the IGN guide. Link: http://guides.ign.com/guides/907969/page_6.html ******************** Broker [SJBR] ******************** 1. This one is on the expressway, but we will not be able to complete it until we access Algonquin. So keep this one in mind when it is unlocked. 2. At the waypoint you will see the ramp pointing toward the expressway. Drive down Tutelo Avenue for a running start. You will need to fly over both lanes of the expressway. I try to take off slightly right of where the jump is facing to remain safe. Land in the grassy area and you should be fine. ******************** Dukes [SJDU] ******************** 1. Once you arrive at the intersection you will see the ramp with wooden boards lying against the rock pile. Get a running start beginning at around the Al's Furniture building, and hit the ramp. It looks like you want to jump over the billboards below you, but it doesn't have to be perfect. When I did it, I only went over them slightly in a Huntley Sport. 2. This jump is at the 90 degree curve facing southbound, it has a small pile of rocks and a wooden plank laying on it. Luckily, you have a long straightaway to pick up speed. This is one of the easier jumps, you don't even have to jump completely over the expressway on ramp, I landed within it and still counted the completion. 3. This one is on the same street, but at the opposite end. This time, there is a sign lying on the ground facing eastbound. You simply have to jump onto the freeway to complete this one. 4. Enjoy the scenic drive to this one; it's on the western side of Broker. This one is facing eastbound at the 90 degree curve, it is the wooden plank. Build up speed on the straightaway west of there and hit the jump going slightly to the right. As long as you avoid the poles at the bottom and land safely the jump should count for you. 5. This jump is at the end of the street, facing westbound. Get a running start, hope nobody pulls out in front of you, and fly over the platform below. You do not have to jump completely over the pool, it counted for me and I landed in the pool. 6. When you came upon the last jump, you may have noticed that at the end you could not turn left due to construction. In this jump, you will have to jump over that construction. The ramp looks just like jump 2 in Dukes. I had difficulty getting it to register when I tried to jump it, but it seems you may have to stay on the left side to make it register. I made the jump, landed on top of the small building, rode on and landed on my side after hitting the ramp on the other side wrong and it still counted the jump for me. 7. This one is hidden within the alleyway facing westbound. You aren't able to get much running speed but you do not need it. Just land cleanly into the junkyard and it will count. 8. This ramp may be hard to find if you're coming in from the west, but it is facing eastbound, the white ramp on the side near the light pole. You do not need much speed. Just avoid the light pole and land cleanly on the street and it will count for you. 9. This one also is not immediately noticeable. Coming in from the west, you should see some holes in the wall to your right. Drive through one of them and onto the railroad tracks. Pick up speed and jump onto the boardwalk below. Be careful not to go too fast or you'll fly into the water. 10-11. This is a two part jump. The first jump will be in the alleyway past the end of the street, facing southbound. Pick up speed by going past the hill at least, and then jump onto the roof cleanly for number 10. Keep going straight and hit the ramp right in front of you and land on a roof with more ramps to get number 11. Now we can head to the island of Bohan. Right now there are two ways to access it, via the toll bridge at the north part of the island, or the expressway at the western end of the island. Both routes have a toll booth, which costs $5. You have to pay it unless you want to get a 1 star wanted level. Also try not to get into Algonquin since you will end up with a 6 star wanted level which is nearly impossible to escape. ******************** Bohan [SJBO] ******************** 1. This ramp is somewhat hidden, but findable if you know what you're looking for. This one is a large blue ramp. You will need to cover a long distance to get this one, but luckily there is lots of room to build up speed. You have to jump over the water and onto the land on the other side. I suggest aiming to the right of the building for clean entry. 2. This one is also hidden. There is a stretch of unfinished freeway that is to the south of the jump. Enter there, and then make a U-turn after the curve. You should see a ramp going way in the air. Drive up that, and keep going to the end, and jump off the blue ramp. Just land on the street below for it to count. 3-4. This is also a two part jump. It is upon a piece of abandoned freeway above the water. You have to enter this portion via the second street to the right of it, or Coxsack Ave. Drive through the blockades on the right side and begin to build up speed. Soon you will see a blue ramp. Jump on it and land onto the second portion of the freeway to complete number three. If you have momentum and are pointed straight toward the blue ramp, great, keep going. If not, try to stop and not fall into the water. Back up as far as possible, and jump off the second blue ramp. You only have to hand on the roof below for it to count. With that, we are done with the stunt jumps for now. You should have 16 jumps completed (with 1 left to do in Broker). If you do, we can move on. If you haven't, I suggest going to the safehouse and saving at this point. Since there is not much else we can do with what we have, let's do some more of the storyline. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 5. Three's a Crowd [M003] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Roman Reward: Free article of clothing ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hop into Roman's vehicle and follow the GPS to the subway station. Drive into the yellow arrow and press down on the L stick to honk your horn. Mallorie and Michelle will enter your vehicle, and ask you to drive them to Michelle's apartment. Again, just follow the GPS. Michelle seems to be taking an interest in you as you drive there, but comments that you could use some new clothes. After you drop them off, you will call Roman and he recommends you a clothing shop near the safehouse. The first piece of clothing you buy will be free, but everything else will come out of your limited stock. Buy one piece to complete the mission. I recommend you save after this to advance the time a bit. Michelle will call you and ask her to pick you up. While you are on your way there, Roman will call and say that he needs your help urgently. This is your first real choice of the game, though the biggest difference is slightly modified cutscenes. I chose to date Michelle first, but picking Roman won't be much different. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 6. First Date [M004] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Michelle Reward: none Achievement: Gobble Gobble Gobble - 10G (optional) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Pick up Michelle by going into the yellow arrow. She will want to go to the amusement park on the Boardwalk. Once you arrive, she will point out that the amusement park is closed, and that she would like to go to the nearby bowling alley. Head there and walk inside. Press the LB button near the guy at the counter. You will be able to play five frames for free. Follow the directions on the screen to bowl properly. When you finish bowling, drive her back to her apartment to end the mission. Now you can date her as you wish, and she will occasionally call you to go out on a date. If you chose to do First Date first like I did, Roman will call you soon from the hospital, annoyed that you didn't protect him. After the phone conversation, go and pick him up, then drive him back to the office. Eventually you will get a call from Roman saying that he is in trouble again, which will automatically trigger the next mission. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 7. Bleed Out [M005] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Roman Reward: $50 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Go to the basketball courts as directed. Enter the court to trigger a cutscene. You have to beat up the two guys until their health bars are down to zero. The game will give you a tutorial on how to fight; it is a pretty simple fight. Afterward, one more person runs into his car and takes off. You have to give chase in Roman's vehicle. Get in with Roman and chase after him. This is your first car chase of the game, and don't worry about catching the car. Just follow it. Don't fall too far behind or you will fail. You will also see some scripted vehicles during the chase, like the garbage truck near the end. Once he gets out, chase him up the stairs and into the room. The game gives instructions on how to disarm him, but it is not necessary. Be careful if you only have your fists, as he has a knife which can hurt. Just keep hitting him with your own strategy until he is dead. Go back to the vehicle and drive Roman to the depot to end the mission. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 8. Random Encounter (Brian #2) [RE02] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Brian Reward: $200 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Near your safehouse there is a man tweaked out who needs your help. As it turns out, it is Brian, the cocky man who gave you $100 earlier. He needs you to drive to a deal where he is getting a huge rock of cocaine one can assume. Drive him there. Once that is complete, drive him back to his apartment to end this simple mission. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 9. Easy Fare [M006] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Roman Reward: $100 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When the mission begins, you have to get into Roman's vehicle and pick up a customer. The drive is fairly straightforward and not far from where Michelle lives. Once you arrive, drive into the yellow arrow and the man will enter your vehicle. The man, names Jermaine, wants to go to Masterson Street, near where you dropped off Brian in your last encounter. You will be entering an alleyway. I suggest backing into the arrow, and you will see why. It turns out that this is a police sting and you will be given a two star wanted level. You have to escape the wanted level if you want to continue the mission. If you are unfamiliar with the wanted level system in GTA4, it goes like this. You can't lose your wanted level until you exit the circle in the radar and you still have to remain hidden for a period of time. If the cops see you the circle will reappear over you. So just drive fast thru a straightaway or take lots of turns to confuse them. Keep an eye on the radar to see where the cops are located so the circle does not reappear. Once you lose it, drive Jermaine to the Pay n Spray as marked on your radar. Drive into the yellow arrow to end the mission. When you call Roman to let him know of the good news, he seems to be in a hurry. Since there is nothing else to do, let us investigate. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 10. Jamaican Heat [M007] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Roman Reward: $150 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Roman will ask you to pick up another customer named Little Jacob. This time you don't have to get in Roman's cab, but since it's the closest one, may as well grab it. He is standing near to the western park entrance. Pull up, honk your horn and pick him up. He needs you to drive him to a deal nearby. On the way, he will give you your first gun, a pistol. Once you arrive, get out of the car, and walk up the steps to the overview. Pull out your pistol meanwhile. Follow the instructions to crouch and wait until the cutscene triggers. After the cutscene, hold down the L trigger to auto-aim and hold down R to fire. Use the R analog stick to switch between enemies. Don't jump down right away after killing the three men, since one more will pop out from the second story of the building to your left. After you kill him, meet up with LJ, pick up some extra pistol ammo if needed, and drive him back to his place to end the mission. Soon after the mission ends, Vlad will call you and tells you to meet him. He will pop up as a V on the radar, and conveniently across the street from your safehouse. I saved, and then called Little Jacob, and he will pop on the map in Northeast Broker. I then called Roman and he gives an offer to do some cab jobs for him. These are NOT required for 100% and will go away after a certain mission. So if you want some extra cash go ahead and do them. There is no different in whether you do LJ's or Vlad's missions next, but I chose to do LJ's. Now that you have some pistol ammo, you could go and start shooting some pigeons. I prefer to wait until later since some will require using a sniper rifle. Though if you want to begin them, then by all means. Just don't miss one. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 11. Concrete Jungle [M008] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Little Jacob Reward: $200 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ LJ begins by wanting to you to give him a ride to a place in eastern Dukes. Subtitles are good for one reason. Deciphering what LJ is trying to say. Anyway, getting to the location, he is suspicious that this drug deal may be a setup. When you arrive, he will ask you to pull into the alleyway to your left. I suggest getting your car parked as far left as you can when you pull into the second yellow arrow. Once the cutscene ends, pick up speed and kill the three thugs. It is recommended that you try to run over them to avoid a gunfight. Once they are dead, go back and pick up LJ in the blue. Afterward he will tell you to drive to an apartment in central Dukes to kill the people who set you up. This mission introduces you to the cover system. Get behind the cover and shoot the man on the stairwell. They will now focus on a man with a shotgun. Walk over to the other window and put a few bullets into him. Now exit cover and go into the house and kill the other two thugs. Pick up any spare ammo and then take Jacob back to the cafe to end the mission. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 12. Bull in a China Shop [M009] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Vlad Reward: $50 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You will be instructed to drive to a laundromat in southern Dukes. Once you arrive, walk into the yellow arrow, and the owner will refuse to pay up. You will have to scare him. There are a couple ways to scare him. If you want to follow the game, go across the street, and pick up the brick to throw through his window as instructed. Otherwise, you can just take your pistol or shotgun to blow his window out. Either way, he will pay up. Drive back to where Vlad is to end the mission. There won't be any new missions immediately available, so just save and drive around a bit. Eventually you will get a text message from Vlad where the next mission will become available. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 13. Hung out to Dry [M010] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Vlad Reward: $100 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Once again you will have to go to another Laundromat. Fortunately, this one is close by. Enter the laundromat and the shop owner will try to escape through the back. Follow suit and break into one of the vehicles in the back as he tries to escape in a van. When you catch up, keep ramming him until a cutscene plays. This time, the mission ends immediately after. Another mission will pop up right away. Since we have nothing else to do, let's do it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 14. Clean Getaway [M011] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Vlad Reward: $150 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You will be dropped off near the subway by Vlad. Run to the subway entrance and after entering the yellow arrow, run up the subway platform and enter the train once it arrives. After arriving, run down the stairs and toward the blue dot. There will be two men cleaning up the car you need to steal. You can either kill them or just jack it without hurting them. Either way, just grab the car and get away from those two. You will call Vlad and he will tell you to go to the car wash to clean it up, since he has no use for a dirty car. Follow the car wash blip and then enter the yellow arrow once you arrive. Take the car to the lockout to complete the mission. The next mission will be a car chase so you may need to get a car that can keep up. If you want a fast car, I suggest going down to the very southeast of Broker (next to the bowling alley). Drive to the very end of the street and there will be a mansion to your right. Enter that driveway and there will be an unlocked Turismo. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 15. Ivan the Not so Terrible [M012] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Vlad Reward: $200 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Take the vehicle that you chose for the mission and drive to Roman's business. Before you even arrive, he will take off. You don't have to follow too close, just take it nice and careful. Just look out for the scripted trucks. After he stops, he will begin to climb on top of the construction site via ladders. The game will tell you how to climb them. Next you will have to chase him on rooftops, and the game will show you how to jump across rooftops and how to climb things. At the end of the chase you will have your very first game altering decision. This is not a major one however. You choose to let either Ivan live or die. If you let him live, he will show up for a random encounter later (which does NOT count for 100%). If you kill him, then nothing happens to your benefit. Make your decision and then the mission will end. Be careful not to fall off the roof and die. There is a stairwell off the roof to the right of where you entered the roof. Climb down them and then go down the ladder onto the street. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 16. Uncle Vlad [M013] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Roman Achievement: Fed the Fish - 5G ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Drive Roman to the bar where you took the missions with Vlad. Roman will try to talk you into not doing anything stupid during the ride. After you enter the bar, you will be fighting two guys while Vlad escapes. Just use your pistol and kill them both. Afterward, run after him and hop into the car with Roman. This is another scripted car chase so just follow him until he wrecks his vehicle. Follow him to trigger the cutscene. Afterward, lock onto him and shoot your gun to perform an execution on him. After the mission ends, the game suggests you call Roman. Do so and it will tell you to meet him near the Pay n Spray. Do so to trigger the next mission. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 17. Crime and Punishment [M014] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Roman Reward: $200 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You will begin this mission at the mansion where you got the Turismo earlier. First you have to steal a cop car. If you run up the street you can hear a cop car coming, and he will run out of the vehicle once you're nearby. If this does not work, call 911 and tell them to send a police vehicle to your location, and then hijack it. There will be three blue blips on your radar, each representing a van you have to pull over. When you reach one, turn on your siren and get close behind it so it will pull over. It will always be the last one you pull over that is the one you are looking for. Once you reach the third, the passenger will pull out a gun, while the driver runs away. Don't worry about the passenger, just take the van and drive it to the lockup to complete the mission. If you get a wanted level, lose it first. Soon you will get a call from Dimitri and it will open up missions being taken from Mikhail Faustin. He appears as the "F" on the radar. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 18. Vigilante Missions [VGMS] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Achievement: Cleaned Up the Mean Streets - 20G ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Let's take a break from doing current missions, shall we? Now that you know how to hijack a police vehicle, let's go ahead and get these out of the way. Once you are sitting still in a police vehicle, press the LB button to bring up the police scanner. Select "View current crimes" to get a selection of three crimes to go after. Once you select one, you will be given a time limit to reach the crime scene. Take out all of the criminals to complete the mission. You will want to do the "Criminal on foot" missions. They are the easiest, and usually only involve one criminal with a pistol. Just run over him or shoot him from your vehicle to complete it. This is also good for picking up some extra cash and ammo from the criminals. If you get a wanted level while shooting a suspect, don't worry, it will go away when he dies. Do 20 of these to get 2.5% added to your game completion and the achievement. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 19. Do you Have Protection? [M015] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Faustin Reward: $400 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Take a vehicle and drive with Dimitri to the sex shop. Luckily this is a short and straightforward drive. Enter the shop and the game tells you what you need to do. Target the guy on the far right, then target the guy in the middle. Next, use free aim to shoot the middle guy in the leg. Afterward, leave the shop and then drive to the gun shop. Enter the shop and go buy a micro-SMG. It costs $1200 but Faustin was nice enough to let us buy it for free. After that, just drive back to the mansion to complete the mission. After completing the mission, Little Jacob will suddenly reappear. Since doing this mission will open some side quests, let's go with him. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 20. Shadow [M016] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Little Jacob Reward: $250 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ After the cutscene ends, and trying to figure out what Badman is supposed to be saying, follow the directions to South Bohan. One thing I suggest you do is to go into your cell phone options and turn it to vibrate. If you haven't already, refill on your health before entering the yellow arrow. This is a stealth mission. You have to follow the dealer at a safe distance and try not to be seen. If he gets scared, he will begin to run, and you'll have to run to keep up. When the dealer crosses the street the second time, you'll see why you put your phone on vibrate. Roman calls at a bad time. If you put it on vibrate, Niko will just tell him that it is a bad time, and the dealer is none the wiser. Eventually he will enter one apartment building, but he will just walk through it. Then he will enter a second one, and the game tells you to go up the flight of stairs, but do not attack him yet. When you reach the top, grab the pistol ammo if you need it, and take cover next to the grey door. Shoot the door open and kill the first thug. Then enter the room and kill the two standing in the back. Once they are all dead the mission ends. After you call LJ to let him know the competition is dead, you can call him again. Niko will ask if there's any work and LJ will offer you some. These will be LJ's drug runs, and we may as well do them. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 21. Little Jacob's Drug Runs [LJDR] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Achievement: Courier Service - 10G ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ LJ has a total of 10 drug runs for you to do. Many of these involve either a gun fight at the end or a time limit. The ten he gives are in random order, so I will just be giving them in the order that I get them. To access these jobs, call Little Jacob on your cell phone and select "Job". You must use the vehicle he provides to finish the mission, since that is where the drugs are stashed. Each job will award you $250. You might run into a spot where Jacob does not answer your call. If this happens, just save to advance the time and he should be available afterward. ******************** Drug Run #1 [JDR1] ******************** Location: Cerveza Heights ******************** After you call him, drive to the vehicle shown by the blue blip. There is no time limit for this mission, just drive to the Cerveza Heights car stack at your leisure. Once you arrive, exit the vehicle to stash the drugs into the dumpster. I suggest parking your vehicle perpendicular to the exit of the alleyway, and have your weapon drawn. You will be ambushed by five thugs. Quickly kill the two in front of you, and then get the other one standing on the roof next to them. Turn around and get the two thugs on the roof (you may have to exit cover to get one of them) to end the mission. ******************** Drug Run #2 [JDR2] ******************** Location: Beechwood City ******************** This one isn't too hard. You will be given approximately 20-25 in game minutes, or about 40-50 seconds, to get to a location where a buyer is waiting. The location is pretty close however; the only issue is the traffic. When you arrive, walk into the garage and into the yellow arrow to complete the mission. ******************** Drug Run #3 [JDR3] ******************** Location: Schottler ******************** This is another timed mission; you will be given about 30 or so in game minutes to deliver to a man standing under the expressway bridge. The blip may be confusing, but just drive after the bridge, turn right as soon as possible, then turn another right into the small tunnel where he is standing. Walk into the yellow arrow to end the mission. If you haven't gone after pigeons yet, you will see one or two around here. I prefer to wait until I'm going after them so I don't miss one. ******************** Drug Run #4 [JDR4] ******************** Location: Festival Towers in Meadows Park ******************** This one is not timed so we can take a break from all the rushing. Drive to the yellow arrow where the dealers are located. This is another ambush, but by the cops this time. As the dealers pull out their guns, just run back to your vehicle and peel away. Lose your wanted level (which should only be 2 stars if you did not do anything drastic) to end the mission. ******************** Drug Run #5 [JDR5] ******************** Location: Meadows Hills ******************** Before doing this one I suggest you stock up on health and, if possible, get some armor. Drive to the alleyway and try to park your vehicle close to the stash point. Afterward, gang members will be coming at you from all sides of the alleyway. Kill the one guy coming from the way you likely entered quickly, then turn around and concentrate on the two sitting at the car. After you get them, turn around and finish off the remaining two on the other side to complete the mission. ******************** Drug Run #6 [JDR6] ******************** Location: Meadows Park ******************** Pick up the vehicle from the usual spot, and drive over the yellow blip. This is going to be another ambush mission so be prepared. Once you enter the drop off point, two men will attack you from both entrances. I suggest using your car to block the north entrance beforehand. Concentrate on the two to the south with no cover. Afterward, work with cover to blow the other two guys away at your leisure. After they're all dead the mission ends. ******************** Drug Run #7 [JDR7] ******************** Location: East Island City (or EIC) ******************** This is another timed mission, and not that easy. You will have about 45 in game minutes to reach the yellow arrow. Follow the directions without getting into major traffic problems and you should be there. However, the blip on the radar can be confusing. What you need to do is go down the embankment once you arrive at the curve, and run into the tunnel entrance. Run through the runner and into the yellow arrow to end the mission. You will also see another pigeon in here, but again, I prefer to wait until later. ******************** Drug Run #8 [JDR8] ******************** Location: Outlook Park ******************** This is going to be another ambush. Drive to the nearby park and go into the small tunnel with your weapon ready and your vehicle blocking one of the entrances. There will be 4-5 guys who ambush you, some with shotguns. Quickly eliminate the two on the opposite side of your vehicle, and then blast away the ones behind your vehicle to end the mission. ******************** Drug Run #9 [JDR9] ******************** Location: Willis ******************** This will be another cop ambush, but should not be too difficult Drive to the alleyway as indicated and walk into the yellow arrow. Cops will soon arrive and you get a two star wanted level. Like the one at Festival Towers, don't worry about the cops or the dealers, just hop into your vehicle and get out of there. Lose your wanted level to end the mission. ******************** Drug Run #10 [JDR0] ******************** Location: Steinway ******************** This is the last one for me. You will know it is the last one since you won't be driving a random crappy vehicle, rather you will have Jacob's Huntley Sport. This one is going to be a timed mission. You will have 1 in game hour to get to the dealer's location. As long as you keep driving safe you should get there in no time. Once you get to the end of the last road, just out and run through the apartment complex to your right, and you should see the dealer. Walk into the yellow arrow to end the mission. There is no indication that the missions are over, except that LJ won't ask you to call him for more work, and the "Job" option will be removed from his options. Let's go do some activities with LJ. I'll explain in a bit why we are doing it now. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 22. Activities (Little Jacob) [ACLJ] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Achievements: One Hundred and Eighty - 10G (optional), Pool Shark - 10G, Retail Therapy - 10G ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Why did I choose to do this now? Because he carries the single best friend bonus in the game. If your friend percent gets to 75% with LJ, you will be given the ability to call him at anytime, and you can buy guns/armor from him at a discount price. This is very convenient, and saves you cash. So let's do that now. Little Jacob likes the following activities: Darts, Drinking, Eating, Pool, Show, Strip Club. Take him on all six activities to add more to your percents. All of your friends, except Roman, are only available at certain times of the day. If you call them and they are asleep, you will lose some like percent from them. For example, LJ is only available from 13:00 to 04:00. When you begin, invite him to an event that you don't have on your map, such as darts. After playing a game, you can leave. You can take your friends on additional activities, up to three at once, so this could be finished in two times. On the radar you should also have a place to eat and drink on your radar. I suggest holding off drinking until last, for reasons you will see. Also, in regards to pool, darts, and bowling, you have to win a game of each to count toward your 100% total. So when you play with Jacob in pool or darts, you may as well play until you win one. For a first, I did darts, eating, and drinking. I recommend using the map that came with the game, or search online for a map, to find the other places. There is a pool table at the place where you picked up the drug vehicles for Jacob, the Homebrew Cafe. There is a strip club in south Bohan and a show where Faustin is currently waiting for you. Chances are you will have to wait a couple in game days until Jacob will go out with you again, so if you want to skip down and do some more meanwhile, go ahead. Once you do all six activities, not only will you have the percents added for beating a friend at pool and darts, you will also have LJ give you a friend bonus of the discounted guns, which also adds to your percent. You will also have completing the activities with LJ of course, which adds more to your percent. You may have noticed a video game in the pool hall or the strip club. This game is called QUB3D and is also required for 100%. Let's cover that. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 23. QUB3D [QUBD] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Achievement: King of QUB3D - 15G ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is a game within a game that you have to complete to get 100%. If you are good at Tetris, you will do alright at this game. Make sure you watch the tutorial though to see how to play. The powerups are very important and without them, it is very difficult to beat the high score. Use them wisely, and getting 11k should not be much of a problem. I am horrible at Tetris yet I beat this one without much difficulty. Right now I am at 22.75% completion. Hopefully you are too, if you are following this completely. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 24. Random Encounter (Brian #3) [RE03] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Reward: $500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Let's get some extra money for some body armor from Jacob. North of the weapon shop in northern Broker, you should see a random encounter. If you don't, go do something to advance the time. I was able to pick him up at around the 21:00-22:00 hour. It is Brian, this time he has cleaned up, and wants to pay back money to some of his dealers. Drive him to the area specified. The two dealers begin to beat up Brian however, and you have to scare them off (or just kill them, doesn't matter). Afterward, drive Brian back to his place to end the mission. If you wish, you can buy some stuff from LJ now. Right now, you can only buy pistol, shotgun, SMG, and armor but more will be unlocked as you progress through the story. Afterward, go to the F on your radar to continue through the story. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 25. Final Destination [M017] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Faustin Reward: $500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ First, we need to drive to south Bohan to locate Lenny. Luckily, he does not move around so you don't have to rush to the blip. Once you get onto Bohan, you will call Faustin to confirm that this is still on, and then the blip turns left, representing Lenny. He will be on a station platform. Go up the stairs south of the blip and have your gun ready. Once you reach the top of the stairs a cutscene will start. The guy with Lenny will start shooting you with an SMG. He can really cut through your armor so kill him quickly, and then chase after Lenny. He will go down the stairs and to a Banshee in an alley. Try to kill him before he drives away, but if he does, get into the vehicle near the top of the hill and chase after him until he is dead. After he is dead, another mission from Faustin will pop up again, this time from his mansion, so let's go there. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 26. No Love Lost [M018] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Faustin Reward: $600 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ First, drive to the blip nearby. After arriving you will have to become involved in a bike chase. This may be your first introduction to riding a motorcycle in this game. There is no point in trying to kill him during the chase, so just follow him and try to avoid the scripted cars and their crashes. Once the cutscene begins, the bikers will begin to shoot at you so just stay back as they each ride into the park. Most will have pistols, though one has a shotgun and one has a SMG. Just keep your distance, using trees for cover as you kill them one by one. Keep advancing and keeping cover until they are all dead and the mission ends. Roman should have sent you a text message something during this. If not, just wait for it, he will tell you to meet someone at his cab depot. So go ahead and meet him there. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 27. Logging On [M019] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Roman Reward: None ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is a breather mission, more of a tutorial than anything. This mission also introduces you to another important contact, Brucie. You will be told to drive to the nearby internet cafe, so head there. Once inside, speak to the assistant, and then walk to a computer. The game will show you how to use the computer. Just enter the email system and send a positive reply to open your account. Leave the internet cafe to end the mission. Pretty soon Roman will call you to tell you about the extra work Brucie has for you. Let's go and do that. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 28. Brucie's Exotic Exports [BREE] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Achievement: Order Fulfilled - 10G ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ To access these, go to the internet cafe, and check your e-mail. Brucie will have a car for you to get at a certain location. Even though the locations and the cars are fixed, the pairings between the two are randomized. How you are paid per vehicle is dependant on how good the condition is. If you trash it too much, it will be undeliverable. I suggest taking each vehicle to the Pay n Spray for maximum profit. These are the vehicles you will need to grab, and the maximum value of each, in the order which I received them. 1. Intruder - $1,000 2. Sabre GT - $1,000 3. Feltzer - $1,500 4. NRG900 - $800 5. Cavalcade - $1,500 6. Banshee - $1,000 7. Sanchez - $800 8. Patriot - $1,000 9. PCJ600 - $800 10. PMP600 - $1,000 Here are the ten locations, in the order that I received them. ******************** Exotic Export #1 [BEE1] ******************** Location: Firefly Projects ******************** Begin to drive to the blue blip as usual. There will be three guys standing in front of the vehicle. Don't worry too much about them, just hop into the vehicle and take off. If you have a bike, you might want to kill them first so they can not knock you off, and then lose the wanted level if applicable. Then drive it to Brucie's lockup to get the money. ******************** Exotic Export #2 [BEE2] ******************** Location: BOABO ******************** There will be a number of people standing next to the vehicle in this scenario. Like before, just hope into the vehicle and go, unless you have a bike, where you'll likely have to kill them beforehand. Afterward, just take it to Brucie's lockup nearby. ******************** Exotic Export #3 [BEE3] ******************** Location: Meadows Park ******************** This is going to be a moving vehicle so there is no fixed location. Just keep an eye on the radar as you drive to it. The man in the vehicle won't put up much of a fight so just jack it from him and drive it back to the lockup. ******************** Exotic Export #4 [BEE4] ******************** Location: Cerveza Heights ******************** At first the location will be fixed so just follow the GPS to the location. The driver will soon leave after you arrive. If this is a bike, you can just shoot the driver and take the bike, but if he's in a car you might get involved in a chase. Either way, jack the car and get it to Brucie. ******************** Exotic Export #5 [BEE5] ******************** Location: South Slopes ******************** This one is just like the one at Meadows Park; it is a moving vehicle mission. Fortunately, this one is very close to your current location. Find a way to make the driver stop (I ran her into a pole, you could also just kill her), jack the vehicle, and get it to Brucie. ******************** Exotic Export #6 [BEE6] ******************** Location: Outlook Park ******************** Again, this one is very close by. The vehicle will be pulled over and the driver being searched. Get in, and take off since you will get an instant 2 star wanted level. Do what you can to lose the wanted level, and take the vehicle back to Brucie. You may need to use the Pay n Spray here since the cops likely shot at you. ******************** Exotic Export #7 [BEE7] ******************** Location: Beechwood City ******************** This one is pretty simple. There will be 2 people standing around the vehicle, but won't do too much if you take it. You will probably have to kill them if you have a bike however, since they can easily knock you off. After grabbing it, just take it to Brucie's. ******************** Exotic Export #8 [BEE8] ******************** Location: Chase Point ******************** This one is all the way in Bohan so it won't be an easy ride. However, getting the vehicle itself isn't hard. The person on the vehicle will be talking to a hooker. Just hijack the vehicle and take off since he has a gun. Then just take it to Brucie. ******************** Exotic Export #9 [BEE9] ******************** Location: Schottler ******************** There will be two guys guarding this vehicle. To make it easier on yourself, especially if you have a bike, just blow them away quickly, or you can just hijack it quick and run. Afterward just jack it and take it to Brucie's. ******************** Exotic Export #10 [BEE0] ******************** Location: Meadow Hills ******************** This car is parked with no driver in sight. There are police around though, and you will get an instant 2 star wanted level. As an alternative, you can just wait a few minutes until the cops are gone, and then jack it. I don't know how well that works but that is another option. Just do what you can to lose the wanted level and then take it to Brucie's. With that, we are done with Brucie's exports. Before we go back to the main story, there is one other random encounter that we can do, so let's do that. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 29. Random Encounter (Badman) [RE04] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Reward: $500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Unlike Brian, there will be only one encounter with Badman. Go up to where you played darts with Jacob earlier, and go east of it. His icon should come up pretty soon; he is sitting on a bench facing the main street. If not, advance the time some. You will also have had to complete the LJ mission "Shadow", so if you skipped that, go ahead and do it. After you speak to him, drive to the red blips, where each represents a thug. Pull next to the alley and use the cover system wisely while killing each thug one by one. If you have an SMG, it works well, or a shotgun. Pick up loot and ammo as you go since they drop quite a bit. The last thug will try to run; it should be no problem if you have auto-aim activated. Once they are all dead, a cutscene starts and the mission ends. Now that that's out of the way, let's go back to the story for a bit. All that is available is Faustin so head to his mansion. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 30. Rigged to Blow [M020] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Faustin Reward: $700 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In my opinion this is a fun and simple mission. First, drive to the blue blip where the truck is. Once you arrive, you will find out that the truck is actually rigged with explosives, and you have to be extra careful while driving it to Bohan. The truck is slow, but there is no time limit so there is no hurry. Do you see the green light on the back? That is the health bar for the truck. If you damage it too much it will blow up and you'll be at the hospital. Once you get near the area, pull into the garage carefully into the yellow arrow. Press the LB button to activate the bomb, and a cutscene will begin. Now just run out of the area to end the mission. I ran about a block south before it ended for me. Soon after Roman will call you letting you know Brucie has some more work for you. In addition, Dimitri will have some missions for you too, when he texts you saying that you need to have a talk with him. You can choose either one at this point. I chose to do Dimitri's first, just scroll down a bit further if you prefer to go with Brucie. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 31. The Master and the Molotov [M021] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Dimitri Reward: None ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dimitri wants you to go to Faustin's club (the same place where you went to the show with LJ) and kill him. First take the short drive to the club and pull across the street into the yellow arrow. After the cutscene, Dimitri will text you letting you know that he left you some body armor at the side of the club. Grab that then enter the building, but not before pulling out your weapon. Kill the two men standing right in front of you. Turn around and kill as many of the guys as you can standing by the bar, until the cutscene shows Faustin running out of the building. Kill the remaining thugs and chase after him. When you get to the intersection shortly after, there are 2-3 thugs there. Kill the guy right in front of you then get the guys down the stairs. Continue going straight toward the upward stairs, and then walk outside. More thugs wait out here, and you can hear Faustin yelling at you about how Dimitri lied and will eventually turn on you. Anyway, kill the thugs right in front of you, then go up the stairs. Go to where Faustin is, and you can either kill him straight with an SMG or pull out a pistol and do an execution. Either way, the mission ends after Faustin dies. Soon after, the game suggests that you call Dimitri, or you can wait until he calls you. I suggest saving before you call him since right after you call him the mission will begin. Afterward go ahead and call him. He tells you to come alone. I wonder why... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 32. Russian Revolution [M022] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Dimitri Reward: None ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Wait until Little Jacob calls you, he knows about this deal and is worried. He is already waiting at the warehouse so drive there. Soon you will find yourself in the middle of a firefight. Indeed this was a setup. Jacob will be helping you out but you'll be doing most of the dirty work. Kill the first wave of men; the SMG works great here if you have it. If not, pick up from the dead, most of them have SMGs themselves. Once LJ tells you to move forward, pick up the body armor sitting at the first metal thing. The cover here isn't completely safe, so try to kill at quickly as possible, and keep moving up when safe. After you kill most of his men, Dimitri and Bulgarin will run out the door, but they are gone for now. The cops are here and you have a two star wanted level. Kill and loot what is left, then run out the door and jump into a police car as quickly as possible, but don't forget LJ. Lose the heat, and once you do, drive LJ back to the cafe to end the mission. The game tells you right after that you can call Roman to inform him of what is going on. He is whispering and telling you to meet him in western Dukes. The next mission triggers immediately. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 33. Roman's Sorrow [M023] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Roman Achievement: Lowest Point - 5G ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This mission is pretty much a breather, a story advancer more than anything. Go to the blip shown and pull into the yellow arrow. A cutscene starts where you find that Roman is hiding in the trunk of his car. Niko gives Roman the bad news, and he gets annoyed, but says that they need to get their stuff and get out of the area. Drive back to your safehouse, and meanwhile Roman calls Mallorie to ask if they have a place they can go. Once you arrive, you find that your safehouse is on fire. Afterward, go to the cab depot and you will find that it is on fire too. Go to Bohan and get to hear Roman yelling at you the entire time. Once you arrive at the blip the mission ends. This place is your new safehouse. The one you started out with is gone permanently, so now if you want to save, you have to come to Bohan to do so. This one is just like your old one pretty much. You can save two cars here, and if you save any cars at your old one, then they will stay there even though the safehouse is gone. Anyway, a new contact pops up, Manny. I want to go back and do some of Brucie's missions though, so let's head that way. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 34. Search and Delete [M024] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Brucie Reward: $3,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Brucie is probably the most entertaining and interesting character in the game. He also pays well for this stage in the game, so no reason to dislike him. First thing is that you need to get a cop car. If you still have one from when you did Russian Revolution, great. If not, the easiest way to do so is to dial 911, then have a cop come to you, then jack the car. Once you get one, you will call Brucie and he will tell you who to search for, a Lyle Rivas. Enter the computer database like you did when you did the vigilante missions, click "Search Police Records", and then click "Search By Name". Enter Lyle Rivas into the keyboard then click Enter. Once it comes up, press A to put his location on the radar. At this point you don't need the cop car anymore, so you can get rid of it if it is damaged. Drive to the blip, and walk inside, but be sure to have your car in an accessible spot. Once you walk into the yellow arrow, Rivas will take off. Run back to your vehicle and get on his tail. This is another scripted chase so just drive careful and watch out for the trucks that spill their load due to him, and the vehicles he forces to crash. Once you enter Bohan, he will slow down and now you can wreck him. Hit his car a few times until he gets out of his vehicle. Kill him and the mission ends. Good thing he pays so well. Another Brucie mission pops up immediately so let's do that. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 35. Easy as Can Be [M025] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Brucie Reward: $3,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Remember that guy you just killed? Now you have to go get his car. Brucie expects things to go smoothly, but you should know better. Drive to the yellow arrow, and then walk to the car in the alley represented by the blue blip. When you get in, 4 thugs in two cars will pull up. One will be right behind you and start shooting right away. Kill both of them and then you have a choice. There is a vehicle sitting to the right of the vehicle. Those are also thugs. You can either kill them or drive away. The thugs drive quite well and will keep shooting at you, but they give up right before you get to the lockup. Pull in the garage the end the mission. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 36. Out of the Closet [M026] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Brucie Reward: $6,750 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Yet again it's related to Lyle Rivas. This time it is his cousin. First thing is you should drive to the internet cafe. Once you arrive, Brucie tells you that you need to go to love-meet.net and to find the guy with the screen name "FrenchTom". There should be an ad for love-meet on your homepage, so click that, and then go to "Male". Click your own ad for some laughs, named "SweetBellic". Find FrenchTom then click "More". Then go down and click "Date". Now log off. At this point, it's just a waiting game. Technically you are done with the mission for now so you can do other stuff. The mission resumes once FrenchTom replies to you so keep a check for your e-mail. For the sake of this FAQ though, I'll wait until he replies. Roman will send a text message eventually (I saved twice to advance the time before he sent it) saying that you should check your mail. Once you do, reply to FrenchTom's email positively (by clicking the green button on top), then you will be given a certain time to meet him at the 69th Street Restaurant near your old safehouse. A reminder will be put into your phone also. Now just find a way to advance the time, depending on how long it is. Once it is time, drive to the restaurant and walk in. After the cutscene ends, press LB to get up, pull out your pistol and kill him. If you get a wanted level, lose it to end the mission. Another Brucie mission pops up. This one will open up a couple side missions we can do, so let's go ahead and do that. Brucie also introduces you to internet dating, but dating is not required for 100% so I'm going to ignore that. Feel free to do so if you want though. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 37. NO. 1 [M027] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Brucie Reward: None ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is actually a street race. You will be driving while Brucie rides with you. First drive to where the car is located. It's a yellow Comet, you can't miss it. Once you're in, drive to the start line. As for help, just drive fast but keep an eye out for future corners. The arrow in the checkpoint will tell you which direction the next one is. Some may be tricky though, such at one early when you curve right and it points toward the right but you actually have to make a left onto another street. The end is on the straightaway in Outlook, nearing the roundabout. All in all, it's a pretty simple race. You can get into first place pretty quickly, and you'll stay ahead as long as you don't make any major screw ups. Just take Brucie home to end the mission. He lets you keep the Comet too. How nice of him. At this point we are officially 1/3 of the way to 100%. My percent is 33.42%, and hopefully yours is too if you did things in my order. Soon after this, Brucie will call you (or you can call him like I did), and he will say that you can call him for a street race any time. He has 9 of them, 3 on each island. Right now we can only do 3, but let's get them out of the way. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 38. Brucie's Street Races (Broker) [BSR1] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Each race has a $500 reward, but more importantly, contributes more toward getting 100%. Just call Brucie and select "Race" and he will give you one of three races. It depends on which island you make the call from for which races you'll get, but that is not an issue right now since we can't access the other islands yet. I will post the races in the order which I get them. ******************** Dukes Boulevard [SRDB] ******************** Laps: 3 My Time: 3:55.25 ******************** This race has a lot of straight-aways but quite a few sharp corners so you need to be prepared for when they come. You also have to be careful when you're making the turn onto the expressway, you can easily flip over here. Otherwise, the competition is pretty terrible and you shouldn't have much problem winning. I even lapped a guy, and it's a pretty short race. ******************** South Broker [SRSB] ******************** Laps: 3 My Time: 4:50.44 ******************** Not an easy race by any means, this one a lot of sharp corners and a few times you will have to watch your radar to see which street to go on. Luckily the competition is absolutely terrible so you can take your time like I did. ******************** Airport Run [SRAR] ******************** Laps: 3 My Time: 4:46.96 ******************** This race has a mix of long straight-aways and tight corners, so you will need to keep your guard up the entire race so you don't miss one. The expressway and the airport loop are good places to pick up speed. Everywhere else, watch for the corners. Again, terrible competition allows for an easy win as long as you're careful. We are done with them for now. Let's go back to the story. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 39. Escuela of the Streets [M028] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Manny Reward: $1000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Manny is an interesting...character. Anyway, let's drive up the street to where the dealers are. Pull into the yellow arrow to start a cutscene. We will have to follow the drug dealers to their warehouse, but we can't let them know that we are following. Just keep a safe distance. Be careful near the end, the dealer will take a right turn, but there is a stoplight immediately after and you could easily fail right there when he stops. After he stops, wait until the yellow arrow pops up and then pull up. Once you're on foot, turn around and climb up the stairs onto the roof. Go down the roof and then walk across the wooden platform onto the other roof. Keep going until you see the open skylight. Kill the person there, then jump in and immediately kill the people around you and take cover. There is a soda machine where you can refill health anytime. Take cover and watch the blips on your radar for thugs. Each of them have SMGs and can tear you apart if you aren't careful. Work through them one by one until they are all dead. Leave the warehouse and the mission ends. Soon after this, Brucie will call to do an activity with you. Now you can go and do activities with Brucie like you can with Roman or LJ. However, since we are unable to do all the activities required just yet, I will wait till later on to do them. There is also a new random encounter unlocked with the mission we just finished. Let's head there. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 40. Random Encounter (Mel) [RE05] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Reward: $500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Remember back when you did missions with Faustin, there was a brief mention of a drunkard named Mel? Well, this is him, and he is cleaned up. He wants you to drive him to a meeting with loan sharks. He wants you to try to talk sense to them. However, they don't, so you'll have to kill all 3 of them. They'll hide behind their vehicles, but a few blasts with your SMG or shotgun will take care of them. Drive Mel back to where you were to complete the mission. Like Badman, Mel is a one timer. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 41. Street Sweeper [M029] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Manny Reward: $1,100 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This mission can be a pain, but the way I did it, I tried to keep it easy on myself. Make sure you have SMG ammo or it won't work. I drove to the vicinity but I did not enter the general area. You have to kill five thugs. Three on foot, two drive away in a car. Stay diagonal from them in that intersection, there will be two of them talking. Quickly kill the two talking to each other, and then get in your vehicle. Don't worry about the car just yet; it won't be going anywhere too fast. Go and kill the third guy, then chase after the car. You can either shoot the guys out or just tip over their car. Either way, once they are dead, the mission ends. Soon, Mallorie will call you and let you know of another contact that lives nearby, named Elizabeta. She is a pretty minor character but she will lead you to some major contacts later on. Let's see what she's up to. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 42. Luck of the Irish [M030] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Elizabeta Reward: $1,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Elizabeta introduces you to Patrick "Packie" McReary, who will be seen a lot later on. Anyway, you have to oversee a deal that Elizabeta isn't sure about. Go to the building specified (which you can walk to, it's only a couple blocks down the road) and climb up to the top story. Pick up the sniper rifle, and walk to the vantage point. The game will show you how to operate the sniper while the deal goes down. Once it inevitably goes wrong, begin shooting everyone involved, except Packie of course. If Packie gets in trouble, quickly locate him and shoot the guy grappling him. They do not have good cover so they should be mostly easy shots. One guy will get into the van in the back so don't forget him either. Once they are all dead, the mission ends. Now that you have a sniper rifle, you could go and get all the pigeons right now. I'm going to do one more mission though and you'll see why. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 44. Blow your Cover [M031] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Elizabeta Reward: $2,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You will be working with Playboy X during this one. Drive down to north Broker to where the contact is. Once you arrive, follow Playboy up to the contact in the third floor. As it turns out, it was a setup, as there are numerous N.O.O.S.E agents here. Kill the people in the room, and then Playboy suggests getting away via the roof. Keep climbing each story and kill the cops at each level, picking up ammo. Keep doing this until you reach the roof. Be sure to kill the two agents before you get the health pack, unless you need it bad. Move with Playboy, being sure to pick up the armor. Climb down the stairs, being careful of the agents waiting for you. Run outside and lose the two star wanted level. Afterward, Playboy will ask you to drive him back to his place...in Algonquin. That's right, you now have access to the middle island after this mission. This is why I wanted to wait until I finished this one before chasing pigeons. Now that Algonquin is unlocked, there are a number of side missions that we can do. Manny has returned suddenly, and Playboy X calls and offers us work, but let's ignore them for now. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 45. Stunt Jumps (Algonquin) [JMP2] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Now we can concentrate on the ones in Algonquin. There is still one in Broker that we could not access previously. Again, I am going by this map: http://guides.ign.com/guides/827005/page_177.html ******************** Broker [SJBR] ******************** 1. This one is on the expressway in the middle of Broker heading toward Algonquin. Build up speed, hit the ramp at the start of the divider, and land all 4 wheels on the platform below to count the jump. You don't need to get a lot of speed going into this one as it is difficult to hit otherwise. ******************** Algonquin [SJAL] ******************** 1. This one is facing southbound between the two lanes, inside the construction. I had a hard time getting this one to register; it seems that you need to go directly straight off the ramp, over the triangle of cones. 2. This is by far the hardest stunt jump in the game, just by how you have to get there. I suggest getting some armor because you're going to get a 4 star wanted level, and you have to have a motorcycle. So first find a motorcycle. Now you need a game plan. Here is how you get to it: Enter the parking lot, go to the right, and then go around the back side of the building heading north. Once you get to the end of the building, take a quick left, and then drive up the stairs. After that, go left then go around the building. Keep going until you see a wooden ramp. This is not the jump. Go slow and land on top of the skywalk. Then go left, and take the second wooden ramp to the next roof, which again, is not the jump. Finally go to the right and fly over the large wooden ramp that goes off the building. This is the jump. Land the jump and hopefully it counted for you. If so, get out of there, quick. 3. For the next two, you're going to need a boat. For some reason, finding a parked boat is extremely hard. I found a Jetmax in southwest Algonquin however in the dock between the extended peanut-shaped road and Happiness Island (the small island between Algonquin and Alderney). If it's not there, keep searching, or you may have to resort to stealing a moving one which is no easy task. Anyway, mark the spot and head that way. I also suggest doing these during the day so they're easy to spot. Anyway, this one is facing northbound and it is tucked between two barges. Hit the ramp and land it for it to count. 4. Keep going south until you pass Colony Island, then turn around. This ramp is a small wooden one facing northbound. Just land it for it to count. Though if you got the boat where I suggested it, you probably are going to do this one first. 5. Now that we are heading south, head to the blip. This jump is tucked in an alleyway facing northbound. Get a running start from the street, and just land on the street without hitting that roof nearby for it to count. 6. This ramp is within the walkway of the large building in the region. Get a running start from the street across from it, then the jump with a considerable amount of speed. You have to jump over both lanes of traffic and onto the side street behind it to make the jump count. 7. This one is a bit harder than it looks. You will have to jump the entire block, over the other makeshift ramp on the other side, and land pretty much straight to make it count. You will likely need a fast car to hit this one; it took me like 5 tries to get a clean hit with a Feltzer. You want to hit the one facing westbound, not eastbound. 8. Lets head to the scenic Star Junction. Go to where both intersections meet and then face southbound. You should see the small pile of rock and the wooden plank there. Build some speed and hit it angling slightly to the left to land on the street. It seems that you'll have to land about perfect on all 4 wheels for it to count. 9. This one is very close by to where you landed. Once you're there, you should see a small construction zone with a ramp similar to the one at jump 8 at the end. Pick up speed by going to the end of the street, and then hit it. You have to jump the intersection for it to count; it doesn't seem you have to land straight. 10. This one is pretty misleading since it is on top of train tracks and you have to go down quite a few blocks to get on them. Before we begin, a motorcycle is absolutely necessary. From the Pay n Spray, go south on the road to the right of it for 5 intersections, then take a left. There should be a parking sign to your right and a gas station to your left. Now, take a right, but on the right side of the fence. Turn right soon after and go up the flights of stairs. Once you get to the top, turn around and you should see some abandoned train tracks. Ride them until you get to the jump marked on the blip. During the ride you will have to cut to the left a couple times, so be on the watch for that. Keep going until the tracks end at an upward slope. This is the jump. Take off and land on the main road below to count it. 11. Once you arrive you will see the ramp facing southwest toward the street. Go back to the northern side of the parking lot to get enough speed. Take off, and you will have to land completely on the tin roof on the other side of the street for it to count. 12. This one is tucked away in an alley facing eastbound. Pick up speed on the street just went of it, and land safely on the street below for it to count. 13. This one is located in the construction area just north of the street. I flew over about everything and landed in the walkway just before the water and it counted right before I crashed, sending everything flying into the water and nearly dying. Hopefully your result is better. 14. This ramp is facing eastbound, it is the gray one to the right of the stairs. Get a running start from the street to the west, and then hit it. You don't need a big jump to get this one. 15. This one is very close to where you landed just now, so just drive up a bit and it'll be on the left. You'll need to build up speed to get this one though. You'll need some speed to get this one. You should see a dirt road just a bit north-west of the ramp. Pick up speed from there so you can get a straight shot. Hit the ramp straight, and you have to land right under the bridge to get this one to count. You should have 18 jumps left to do at this point. They are all in Alderney, so we will have to wait until later to finish them. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 46. Activities (Brucie) [ACBR] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Achievements: Gobble Gobble Gobble - 10G (optional), That's How We Roll! - 10G ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ At this point, you can now do every activity with Brucie. Brucie likes to do the following activities: Boating, Bowling, Drinking, Eating, Heli Ride, Show, and Strip Club. There are two activities unique with Brucie: Boating and Heli Ride. With Boating, just meet Brucie at his place, and he will have two women with him. You won't have to go anywhere; the cutscene will put you right into the boat. Drive to the yellow blip, and then drive back. Heli Ride is about the same thing but more difficult since you're flying a helicopter. Fly them to a spot, and then fly back. Also, with the Boating and Heli Ride, you can't do multiple activities at once. Since LJ did not like bowling, we can complete a part of the game if we have not already, to beat a friend at a full game of bowling. Remember, it MUST be a full game. Many people get stuck here. You can also use this time to try to get the Gobble Gobble Gobble achievement, three strikes in a row. Brucie is available from 07:00 to 01:00. If you call anytime in between, he will deny you and you will lose like points. During this, we will also unlock Brucie's special ability (to use a Helicopter at any time). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 47. Brucie's Street Races (Algonquin) [BSR2] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We can do some of these while we wait for activities. You have to actually be on the island of Algonquin when you call to get these races. Otherwise, you will redo what you have already done. ******************** Star Junction [SRSJ] ******************** Laps: 5 My Time: 06:05.15 ******************** This is a shorter track than some of the other races, but it is still not easy due to the fact that there are many sharp turns where you have to watch your radar, and heavy traffic. Just stay careful and it should be a simple won however. ******************** Road to Bohan [SRRB] ******************** Laps: 3 My Time: 05:08.63 ******************** As the name says, you'll be driving through part of Bohan during this race. There are a few corners to watch out for though. When you're on the northern bridge to Bohan, you will have to take your first right so you'll probably have to slam on the brakes. Also when you're on the expressway soon after you'll have to take the off ramp so be sure not to miss that. There are also a few sharp corners, but other than that, not too bad of a race. ******************** South Algonquin [SRSA] ******************** Laps: 3 My Time: 05:02.36 ******************** This course hosts a lot of sharp turns at the beginning and end of the track, with mostly straight-aways in the middle (with a couple sharp turns during it). Like all the other races, just take it nice and simple and you will win easily. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 48. Pigeons (Broker/Algonquin) [FLR1] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Well, here is the collecting packages portion of the game. In my opinion it is one of the most tedious and boring. I will be using the numbering on these maps. http://guides.ign.com/guides/827005/page_9.html. There are 50 on the Broker/Dukes island (22 in Broker, 28 in Dukes), 22 in Bohan, and 72 in Algonquin, which equals 144 out of 200 pigeons to get. The main reason this is more annoying is that you can't just run over them, you have to shoot them for it to count and you often get a wanted level due to it. I'll assume that you are already at the area of the blip, and I'll tell you how to reach each one. Using a pistol is best, since you should have a ton of ammo for that, but a few will require a sniper. Let's begin in Broker. ******************** Broker [FRBR] ******************** 1. It is under the dock on the west side, next to the water line. 2. Pull into the northern street, on the porch at the house to your right. 3. From the blip, continue north into the alley. Use your vehicle to climb on top of the building to your right. Go to the street ahead of you and the pigeon will be sitting next to the hole. 4. It is on the railing next to the diamond walkway. Keep following it until you see it. It is sitting at a corner. 5. Go onto the expressway facing eastbound, then keep left. As you rise up, keep an eye on the median. When it goes down to about street level, the pigeon will be there. 6. This one requires a sniper rifle. Sit across the street from the roller coaster at the area that has "SCREAMER". Look at the highest point at the railing and the pigeon should be there. 7. At the base of the large Ferris wheel. To get there, jump onto the booth marked "Craig's Candys" and then jump onto the part marked "Liberty Eye". Look inside the base straight ahead and it is sitting on a green bar. 8. Once you get to the intersection that it marks, stop and look to your left. There is a large "Welcome to Firefly Island" sign. The pigeon is sitting at the western end of it. Be sure to get it quick, cause for some reason people here will shoot at you. 9. Pull over before you reach the bridge. Jump down to the lower walkway, then look for an abandoned boat ramp. Here you will find the pigeon sitting on one of the poles. Again, people will shoot back. 10. Enter the alleyway until you arrive at a small courtyard. Keep checking alcoves until you see a pigeon sitting in one above a door. 11. There's two ways to get this one. It is on top of the entrance to the building where you killed Faustin. The easy way is to get on the freeway, and use a sniper rifle to get it. If you don't have a sniper, just take the same route that you did during that mission. Once you get up to where Faustin died, look down and you will see the pigeon on the same platform as the "Perestroka" sign. Jump down there and shoot it. 12. Drive into the park toward the gazebo. It is sitting on a railing on the gazebo. 13. At the top of the Broker Navy Yard sign. Use your vehicle to climb on top of the concrete part adjacent to it, then jump on top of the sign and shoot it. 14. When you first enter the BNY, look to your left, the red building. You want to enter there. I busted through a fence. The pigeon is sitting on top of the pipe. If you can't reach it from the ground, jump onto something for better access. 15. Enter the alleyway specified, then look for a metal roof building. Climb on top of it, and the pigeon will be at a nearby platform. 16. Go to the spot specified and look for a building called "Jerk n Gizzada". The pigeon will be sitting below and to the left of the sign. 17. North of the roundabout, there are two green alcoves on the western side of the street. The pigeon is sitting on the north side of the one closest to the roundabout. 18. There is a small grey extension on the map showing the open garage door. Enter there, and look on the fire escape for the pigeon. Might be hard to see at night, it is on the edge toward the bottom. 19. On the street specified, it is sitting on a rail of some stars leading to a residence on the south side of the street. 20. Just a bit up the street there is a fire escape on the eastern side of the road. Look toward the bottom to find the pigeon. 21. At the 90 degree turn, look to the right into the construction stuff, and the pigeon is hidden within there. 22. Back when you did the drug run to this place for Jacob, you may have seen the pigeon up there. Head back to where you did the deal and get the last Broker pigeon. If you have not done Jacob's drug runs yet, once you get to the bridge, drive past it, then immediately turn right when able, then take another right into the tunnel. Then look up to find it. Right now you should have 178 pigeons left. If not, find what you missed, or make a note of it. ******************** Dukes [FRDU] ******************** 1. You actually passed by this one while finishing up the ones in Broker. At the intersection, it is south of the storage place, on the wall next to the road. 2. You likely passed this one while doing one of Jacob's drug runs. If you haven't done them yet, go around the band then down the embankment. There is a tunnel that goes under the street. Run in and the pigeon is sitting on the ground. 3. Go up the street a bit and into the park. There are several pools here, go to the one with the diving board and the full pool. Go up the stairs and the pigeon is on a rail at the very top. 4. Keep going down that street until the right curve. There is a cemetery next to the road. Enter there, then look down to the bottom of the area, and you will see a pigeon on top of a metal roof. 5. At the area there will be a small playground north of the road. Look for the monkey bars, and there will be a pigeon on top of it. 6-7. These two are right next to each other so I'm putting them together. Go to the entrance to the parking lot and you will see one on top of the wall, then one right next to it at the base of the tree. 8. When you get to the T intersection, stop and look north. It will be sitting on a rock. 9. Go to where the unique jump is located, the pigeon is hidden under the ramp. 10. When you get to the intersection, climb the stairs that are somewhat blocked off leading to a subway platform. When you get to the top, turn left and look up, the pigeon is at the alcoves. 11. Stop at the intersection, and look at the tree at the northwest corner. The pigeon is hidden in there. 12. Go into the alleyway next to the darts place, and watch for the pigeon sitting on top of the fence guarding a house. 13. This one is on the bridge. It is next to a pillar in the eastbound lanes. 14. Enter the alleyway and look for a basketball court. The pigeon is sitting on top of one of the backboards. 15. This one you're going to need to go out of the way for. It is at the top of the building and is not accessible unless you have a helicopter or grenades to toss up there. Fortunately, we can get a helicopter. See the Helicopter circle in SE Algonquin? You can steal a helicopter from here and fly it onto the roof to get this pigeon. Once you get on the roof, look in the taller portion with no windows, the pigeon is in there. If you have grenades, toss them in there and you should get it. 16. This one is also on top of a roof, and requires a sniper rifle, so you will have to go a bit father to be able to reach it. Go south from the blip until you reach stairs to the train station. Go to the very top level, then start running along the tracks toward the blip. Keep going until you nearly crest the hill. Once you get there, look to the left. Do you see a row of houses just past the 90 degree curve? The one closest to the street has a pigeon on its chimney. 17. Before you leave the train station, go down to the first level of tracks. From there, turn right and when you pass all the ticket booths, turn around, and you should see a pigeon sitting on a roof. 18. Go south of the large fountains, and the pigeon will be next to a statue at its base. 19. Enter the circus tent at the blip from any direction (I entered from the Northwest). The pigeon is sitting at the southwest entrance. 20. This park is where you did that mission against that biker gang before. Look for a concrete structure near the road, the pigeon is sitting on the edge of it. 21. Go on the street shown, and look for a green canopy overhanging an entrance on the eastern side of the street. Above that canopy is a pigeon sitting on top of a concrete structure. 22. This is another rooftop pigeon. First enter the train station at the end of the road. Next, go to the west end. You are able to jump onto the roof here, use the short wall or a bench as a boost to get up there. Once you're up, walk carefully across and then to the right. If you can't climb certain parts, just use the jump button to advance. Cross the street, and keep going until you arrive on the roof. The pigeon is hiding at a doorway at the eastern side. 23. This one is located under the bridge just north of the car wash. Stand north of it and watch near the support beams toward the top. It might be hard to see. 24. This begins the set of Francis International Airport ones which are bothersome due to the amount of cops around. For this one, stay on the main circle road and watch for tool booths to your left. This pigeon is sitting on a pole. 25. This one will require a sniper rifle. Enter the subway toward the north end of the road then run south along the tracks. Do you see the holes in the terminal? The pigeon is in the southernmost hole. Keep running until you have a good vantage point to shoot it. 26. Keep running north along the tracks until you see the "flyUS" building. Run to the northern edge and jump onto the roof. Run to the right until you get to the end then jump to the air conditioning units. The pigeon is hiding between them. Do not run to the back of the building unless you want to trigger a 4 star wanted level. 27. This is probably the toughest pigeon to access because it's almost impossible to render unless you step into the 4 star wanted level zone. It is sitting on the control tower itself, so a sniper rifle is absolutely necessary. I can't get it to render unless I step into danger, so what I did was just run up to there, pulled out my rifle as quick as I could and shot it. The pigeon is sitting about the middle of the control tower. 28. This one will most likely require a boat, so finding one would help. This one is under the Bohan Bridge itself. The pigeon sits on the sixth water covered support. Just shoot it and you're done. You should have 150 flying rats left. If not, go back and find the missing ones, or make a note of it. If you haven't saved yet, now would be a good time since you're near your safehouse. ******************** Bohan [FRBO] ******************** 1. From the intersection, jump down to the ground below. After landing, run straight ahead and look down at the rocks sitting just above water, the pigeon will be sitting on one. To get back on the road, run to the northwest until you reach a parking lot with some parked vehicles. 2. Enter the alleyway at the blip and the pigeon will be sitting on a trash can in the middle. 3. This one is at the center of the roundabout, sitting on the concrete edge. 4. Once you arrive at the blip, look at the building to your left with the lights sticking out of it. The most northern light has a pigeon sitting on top of it. 5. From the blip, go a bit more to the south and east to find the stairs. Go down them, the entire way then take a left onto the wooden walkway. Look into the rusted ship to your left, and you should see the pigeon on the ledge of a window. 6. This one is on the roof of the building marked. Go between the two buildings, and you will see stairs to the building. Climb the stairs then go up the ladder. Do this a second time on the second floor. Afterward, run to your right and you will see the pigeon. 7. This one is on top of a concrete structure on the south side of the street. Go up a bit and climb onto the lower wall. Walk carefully on it eastbound, and you will see the pigeon ahead. 8. You will need to approach this one from the northwest side, on the small bean-shaped road. At the eastern side of that road, enter the alleyway and keep your eye on your right, the pigeon will be at one of the high points of the wall. 9. Find a way to get onto the beach next to the water. I just drove a vehicle off a hill down there. Go to where the three piers are on the eastern side, and go under them. The pigeon is hidden between the middle one and the eastern one. 10. Head toward the west until you see a concrete platform. Climb onto it and run across it toward the western piers. The pigeon will be sitting on top of a small concrete wall. Now just find a way back to the road. I ran west bound up the hills. 11. You may not be able to see this one from the street, but it's possible so keep an eye out. Once you're at the area, look for a rock that juts out, the pigeon will be sitting there. You might have to jump onto the rock itself since I couldn't aim it from the street. 12. Heading eastbound, once you arrive at the tunnel, don't enter it; instead go to the sidewalk to the right of it. Look to your right for the alcove that says "1665". The pigeon will be in this alcove sitting on a fence. 13. Enter the alleyway specified. Toward the middle of it is a fence with a pigeon sitting on top of it. 14. In the middle of the construction stuff, look for the tall wooden structure. The pigeon is hidden within it. 15-16. This is another one with two right next to each other. Look for a small brick wall in the empty space, presumably where a building used to be. There is one pigeon on the small portion, and another one at the top of the tall part of it. 17-18. Again, two right next to each other. I wish they were all like this. Anyway, at the street specified, look for the Cleaners building. Once you see it, look at the southern part of the roof. Two pigeons will be sitting next to each other here. 19. This one may need a sniper rifle unless you have good pistol aim. Go off the road by any means (I cut off right before the expressway off ramp then ran back to the ships. When you near the part jutted out, look out toward the rocks. The pigeon will be sitting at the far rock on the edge. 20. Run toward the expressway and into a construction site. Keep running south and east until you see a large concrete tube near the water. The pigeon is hidden inside it. 21. Take the dump truck, or just run if you want. Don't go onto the street, stay right of it. Keep going until you can see the road beginning to rise to your right. Get out, climb over that wall, and run under the street. Eventually you will see a concrete wall, and the pigeon will be sitting on top of it. 22. This pigeon will be sitting next to the alleyway, on a railing of stairs leading to a door. Congrats, you just finished the first area. You should have 128 pigeons left. If not, go back and see if you missed any. Otherwise, take a note. All that is left for now is Algonquin. However there are 72 pigeons here. If you want to skip them for now, go ahead, I don't blame you at all. ******************** Algonquin [FRAL] ******************** 1. It is in the alleyway between the two streets at the point where they meet the closest. It is preferable to approach it from the street to the west but it is doable from the eastern street. It is sitting on a railing. 2. This one is sitting right by the water. There is a row of concrete blocks and it is on the southernmost one. You can shoot this one without having to go down to the bottom luckily. 3. It is on the eastbound lanes of the bridge, just past Colony Island. It is sitting on a railing near the support beam on the southern side. 4. Go to the far northwest of Charge Island, the pigeon is sitting on a beached boat near the northernmost dock. 5. Keep going until you see a parking lot on the western side of the street. It is sitting in the small island within the parking lot, near a light pole. 6. On the bridge, facing eastbound, it is sitting on top of the westernmost support beam. It is very hard to see in the dark, but it's there. 7. This one likely needs a sniper rifle. Go to where the land stops sticking out in the water east of the expressway. There should be a boat in front of you. Look past it for a second boat with a box on it. Zoom in on the box to find the pigeon. 8. This one is sitting in plain sight at the intersection, on a railing leading to a subway. 9. At the eastern entrance to the park, it is sitting at the very top of the northern pillar. 10. When you get to the building, jump onto the roof from the southern side then just run north to the pigeon. 11. Go to the plaza on the western side, and it will on a short wall at the entrance. 12. Just north of the intersection, look for a white awning. The pigeon will be on top of it. 13. When you get to the museum on your right, look southbound at the railing to find a pigeon. 14. Enter the alleyway from the north, and it will be on a concrete railing, fully visible. 15. When you get to the end of the street, turn around, facing westbound. Look up at the fire escape then look up at the broken wall to the right of it, the pigeon is sitting on the wall. 16. Pull up to the alleyway on the north side of the street, the pigeon is sitting on top of one of the car blocks. 17. This one is almost due north of Playboy's place. Enter the alleyway north of the X, and at the north end, the pigeon is on top of a concrete structure. 18. When you get to the end of the road, continue going down until you see the construction equipment. Once you see it, look for a set of turquoise pipes. The pigeon is in the dumpster to the left of it. Jump in and shoot it. 19. From the intersection, look toward the southeast for a fire escape. Once you see it, look for the pigeon sitting on the rail. 20. Once you get to the marker, drive down the road until it ends into a dirt path. Make a U-turn under the road, and watch to your left for the pigeon sitting on the railing. 21. This is a rooftop one, so there's a couple ways to get this one. If you want to get a helicopter, you can, but you can easily access the area on foot. Enter the hospital parking lot from the north side. Look for a white door next to an ambulance. Enter that, and there should be some stairs. Take the stairs all the way to the top. Yes there are some 15-20 flights of stairs, but keep going until you reach the roof. After that, go to the northern side of the air conditioning unit to find a ladder. Climb that and the pigeon is up there. Also enjoy the view of the city. If you haven't played through the game before, you may be interested in seeing part of Alderney on the western side. 22. On the way back down the stairs, look for another entry to a lower rooftop. Once you find it, run all the way around to the southwest corner of it to find a pigeon. 23. When the road splits, watch for a pigeon on top of the railing next to the train tracks. It is on the side of the southbound lanes. 24. Enter the courtyard like area as specified. Then look for a small playground with a set of swings. South of this, the pigeon sits on top of the small structure. Climb the stairs to the west of it to access it. 25. This one will require a sniper rifle. Go as far west as you can then jump down to the courtyard at the bottom. Run north until you can't go anymore, and you should be able to see the Broker Bridge. Zoom in on the eastern support beam. It is on the first platform, the one above all the vertical green things. The pigeon is toward the middle of that platform. 26. This one is on the bridge itself, so get on it, and it will be on the railing on the south side. Afterward, take off since you'll no doubt get a wanted level if you haven't accessed Alderney yet. 27. At the intersection, look at the street with the Do Not Enter signs and the gates around it. There is a pigeon on the top of the northern one. 28. To the left, or south, of the door at the museum, there is a pigeon sitting on a window ledge. With this one, we are officially halfway done with these things. I used this point to go save, since getting pigeons are time consuming. 29. If you access this form the street to the east of the building, just get out of your vehicle, jump the fence, then run to the west side of it, where the pigeon is sitting on a ledge on the building. 30. Going south on the street to the east of the courtyard, stop and enter the courtyard, then run to the west, and then south until you see some stairs near the elevated plants. Go up the stairs, and you should see the pigeon to your right on an elevated plant. 31. Starting at the north end of the alleyways, walk in and keep going until you see an opening to your right. Turn right and the pigeon is sitting on a ledge. 32. Enter the walking area from the south, then look for Seagull Theatres. A pigeon will be sitting up in a tree in front of the theatre. 33. This one will require a sniper rifle. It is at the very top of the right steeple of the church. Stand across the street and a bit farther back to be able to reach that high. 34. This one is inside a small corner next to the expressway. Go a bit south of the bridge and then when you get to the bottom of the hill, stop. Go to the western side of the road then jump over it and onto the small walkway next to it. Head north and you'll run into the pigeon. 35. There is a plaza near where you got the last pigeon. Enter there, and then find the stairs between the two soda machines. Go up the stairs then go around the center where the cable cars are at and the pigeon is sitting between them. 36. When you get to the S-curve on Union Drive, jump off the road and onto the ground below. Go under the bridge and look for an arch near the alleyway marked on your map. The pigeon is hidden within here. 37. After you pass the first intersection on Colony Island, look to your left for some large stairs. The pigeon is sitting on one of the long steps. 38. Drive up the street and look for the cable cars to the right. On the northwest corner of it is a pigeon sitting on the edge. 39. This one requires a sniper rifle. Drive to the very end of the main road then take a right when it ends. You should be facing the L shaped building on the map. Look at the roof of the building and you should see the pigeon sitting on it, toward the middle of the building. 40. Go to the end of the first street to the right then head north. Look for a playground within the park. The pigeon sits on top of a merry go round. 41. Go south from the first street to the right, and run to the eastern end of the building. Look at the third floor, at the far left window toward the front of the building. The pigeon should be there. You can also grab the combat shotgun here if you want it. 42. At the T intersection, there should be a large statue of the upper torso of a man. The pigeon is behind this statue. 43. Look for the BAWSAQ building just south of the intersecting of the X roads. Once there, go south of it to the tree, the pigeon is hidden within it. 44. On the other side of the road, look for the PARK sign. A pigeon is sitting on a metal box just below it. 45. This one will require a helicopter. Go down to the Helitour place in SE Algonquin (there is a marker for it) and steal one. Now land on the very tall building at Star Junction (you should have it marked but it's still hard to miss). Land on the Helipad above. Once you do, go down the ladder on the west side of the building, take a right and you should see the pigeon to your right. 46. Since you should have a helicopter handy, let's use it again. This is where you did the unique jump from the abandoned train tracks which were hard to access. If you need help getting to it otherwise, follow the directions of Stunt Jump 10 in Algonquin. Take the helicopter, and when you take off to the west you should be able to see the train tracks below. Land on them wherever you think it's safe then run toward the end of the tracks, the pigeon will be hidden beside a pillar. 47. Located at where you entered to get the previous pigeon if you didn't have a helicopter. Go up the stairs then stand in front of the tracks. Instead of jumping onto the tracks themself, let yourself fall in the crack in between, and the pigeon will be here. 48. Going up the street, look westbound for a bus stop, the pigeon will be sitting on top of it. 49. Go on the main road near the blip, Union Drive West, and look for the wall painted like an Italian flag (red, white, and green). Go behind this wall and the pigeon is in the middle of the area next to a tree. 50. Go into the alleyway between the two streets. From Union Drive West, Go up the stairs ahead, then turn around, the pigeon is sitting on the railing. 51. Enter the cemetery behind the church; the pigeon will be sitting on top of a headstone. 52. This one is at a rooftop but won't require anything extra. From the blip, head east then turn at the first right. Exit your vehicle and you should see a blue arrow. Walk into it the press LB to get to the rooftop observatory. From there, run to your left back to the northern part of the building, and the pigeon will be on a ledge. 53. This one will likely require a sniper rifle. Look for the place called Shark Credit Card, and then look above the sign for the shark face. The pigeon is sitting within the teeth of the shark. 54. Look for the glass canopy marked "Viendemonte". The pigeon is sitting on the southern corner of it. 55. Right before the expressway begins, go down the stairs to the right of it. At the bottom, look to your left for a wooden fence, and jump over it. The pigeon should be there. 56. This one will require a helicopter. So grab one from the usual place, and fly to the western support beam to the north of you. Land on top of it, and the pigeon will be on a railing at the northern end. 57. Go under the bridge and head into the skate park with a circle of ramps. The pigeon will be sitting on top of the ramp at the western side. Stand a bit back on the platform you entered on to be able to shoot it, or just get a vehicle and climb up there. 58. To the east of the road just north of the helitours place, this pigeon sits on a red metal thing in between the fence. 59. This is a very difficult one to get at this point in the game. You may just want to wait until you get grenades or a rocket launcher to access it. I found a way though. I stole a boat, then I parked it right next to the alcove that it is sitting in (it is the one that looks like the state of Utah in the mirror, on the western side). It is the alcove that is to the left, sticking out more. Anyway, I parked a boat there, I jumped onto the front of it, then I jumped onto the tiny ledge under it (I don't know if it was just luck or not), then I climbed into the alcove for an easy pigeon. If you can't do this, just wait until you get a rocket launcher or grenades, and toss them in the alcove for an easy get. 60. Enter the construction site east of the blip then keep going until you see crates of boxes. Jump onto the smallest one, then jump to the one on the left. From here you can shoot the pigeon on top of a larger stack of boxes, but you can keep going for a closer look if you wish. 61. Follow the road until you reach the docks sticking out of SW Algonquin. Take a left here and keep going until you reach the water. The pigeon sits on a rail leading into the water. 62. On the eastern side of the street just before the road splits, look in the bushes for a pigeon sitting in between them. 63. Keep an eye between the two roads for a walkway. The pigeon is sitting right in the middle of a circle, direct in plain sight. 64. On the small road just north of the Bank of Liberty, it sits on top of a small pole. 65. This one is sitting right on the building, between park benches. 66. Find a way over to the Statue of Happiness Island southwest of Algonquin. Before you do, be sure you have at least 5 shots on your sniper rifle, you will need it. Anyway, once you arrive, go up the stairs in front of the statue to get to the base of it. Run around to the north side, and shoot the pigeon at the top level. Pick up the armor if you need it. 67-71. I lumped these five together since they are all on the statue itself. From where you are standing now, shoot the one at the front of the statue's crown (67), the edge of the cup the statue is holding (68), and on top of the thumb that is holding the cup (69). Run to the northwest side then get the one on the statue's left shoulder, next to its neck (70). Finally, run to the right to the west side then get the one on the left hand between the pointer finger and the thumb (71). If you attracted a wanted level, there are a number of boats to use to escape. 72. Whatever you do, do not enter the complex itself or you will get a 4 star wanted level. From the street, look for a statue in the yard at the northern end, the pigeon will be sitting on that on the northern side of it. If you have 56 pigeons left to kill, great, we are done with them for now. If not, make a note of what you missed. Congratulations on making it through so far, it is very tedious I know. Now let's get back to the story for a bit. We have a choice between Playboy X and Manny; I prefer to do Manny right now because it opens up more random characters. So let's go save, and then go to the M. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 49. The Puerto Rican Connection [M032] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Manny Reward: $1,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Drive to the Algonquin Bridge as it instructs. When you arrive, you will have to follow a train from the streets. You will have to really keep an eye on the route you're taking if you don't want to lose it. The train mostly stays over the road so the only real tricky part is when it begins to curve away from the amusement park. The route I took is that I took the last left available, then I took the first right, then the first left, then the first right, then the first left, then the first left, then the first right, and its back over the road again. Be careful after the third turn, do not stay straight or you'll end up at a dead end and most likely fail the mission. Soon after it will say the targets got off the train. Go a bit more to the east to find the stairs. Climb up them and then quickly kill the three guys up there to end the mission. Like I said before, random characters will open up now. Head down to where your old safehouse was, then to the boardwalk to get the first one. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 50. Random Encounter (Ilyena Faustin) [RE06] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Reward: None ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Luckily, she does not know that you were the one who murdered her husband. She wants your help in scaring off her daughter's boyfriend. Drive to the red blip to talk to the boyfriend. Obviously he isn't going to listen to you. The game wants you to chase him down and beat him up until he agrees not to go out with him. Though, I find it easier to just kill him right there. Either way the mission ends. Our next random character is located in southwest Algonquin, between the rectangular-ish road at the west, and the museum marked by the solid gray block on the map. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 51. Random Encounter (Hossan) [RE07] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Reward: $500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hossan is an old friend from back home, and needs your help getting some backpay. Drive to the blip as directed and pull into the yellow arrow. The man will take off in a Banshee. Luckily he drives slowly so you can stay with him. This is also not a scripted chase so you can damage him and shoot at him all you want. Kill the driver, then get his backpay. Finally, take Hossan back to his place to finish the mission. Our next one is located directly in Star Junction so finding him shouldn't be too difficult. He is standing under the Thespian Theaters sign. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 52. Random Encounter (Pathos #1) [RE08] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Reward: None ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This one is pretty simple. Pathos is being heckled by two guys, your job is to kill them both. They won't fight you, they're too busy with Pathos. After they're dead this mission ends. The next encounter will be very close to where Hossan was. However, this person only comes out at night, so try to advance the time a bit if needed before heading to the area. She is about 1 block south of the museum mentioned earlier. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 53. Random Encounter (Sara #1) [RE09] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Reward: None ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Drive Sara back to her place and listen to their conversation if you want. After you arrive, it's not quite over yet. Her husband comes after you, angry that you were with her. Simply point a gun at him and he will run off and the mission will end. That's all of the random characters for now. There will be more from Sara and Pathos but we will have to wait for that. During this, you should have gotten a text from an unknown contact telling you to meet them at extreme southern Algonquin, and a call from Elizabeta asking for help with Little Jacob, so we have a choice from three different contacts. I chose to do Elizabeta just to get her next mission over with, but you can choose what you want. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 54. The Snow Storm [M033] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Elizabeta Reward: $2,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There are different ways to do this, and if you want to do it differently, go ahead. I'm going to do it the easy way though. Basically, we have to drive to Colony Island to the abandoned hospital to get Elizabeta's coke back. Head down there, but don't enter where they tell you to. Instead, run to the very back of the hospital, and climb the ladder. Now kill the guys on the roof. Walk very carefully along the top of the roof. There will be two guys below you in a room ahead. Kill them, then take a left and walk along that wall. There are two more guys at the end. Kill them and jump down to collect the coke and the armor. Afterward, the cops arrive at a 3 star wanted level. Since all those gang members are alive, they will be shooting at the cops instead of you, and vice versa. Run straight ahead, and jump onto the round table, then jump out the window above you. Run around to where you parked your car and take off. Now you just have to do what you can to lose the heat. Pay n Spray works great if they don't see you go in of course. After you lose them, you'll call Jacob and you will meet in south Bohan. If you watch the cutscene, you will find a nice twist in the story. Michelle has been working for the government and has been told to watch you. She says that you won't be getting in trouble because you're useful for them, and to watch for calls from the company. Anyway, the mission ends with that. Soon after the E pops up again, so let's go there. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 55. Have a Heart [M034] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Elizabeta Reward: $3,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Elizabeta is stressed about the police coming to her. Manny walks in with his film crew during the cutscene and she kills them both. If you hated Manny, this is good news. Anyway, you need to take her car, where you placed the bodies, and take it to a doctor in Broker. Nobody can know about it though, and if you take damage too much the trunk will pop open, which you will have to get out and close. If the cops see the trunk open the mission becomes much harder. So just drive safe since it is not too long of a drive and once you arrive, the mission ends. Now that Elizabeta is done with, you can choose between the unknown contact and Playboy X. I chose to do Playboy X, but either decision is fine. Before you begin the next one I suggest getting some armor, and weapons from Jacob or elsewhere. Playboy will also give you weapons but every little bit helps. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 56. Deconstruction for Beginners [M035] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Playboy X Reward: $6,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There are easier ways to get through this mission but I think going through it normally isn't too difficult in itself. Take the long drive across Algonquin and jump into the car with the weapons in it. Afterward, enter the lift and go up to the roof. Take your sniper rifle and kill the three lookouts. I suggest lining yourself up with the red blips then going down to find them if you're having difficulty. Each death has a fun cutscene too. After they are dead, go back down the lift and head to the construction site. There will be a few guys in front of each union leader. The first one is easy, there are just a few thugs with him, after they are dead, just walk back and kill him. The next one is upstairs. Kill the first guy you auto aim on upstairs, then there may be another thug who comes up behind you from the right so take care of him. When you go up the ramp a cutscene begins where you'll dive behind cover and be told how to throw grenades behind cover. You don't need to do this, just kill the guys with your guns. The second union leader will be crouched behind a pole at the building. With the third one, you'll have to kill the first few guys quickly as you won't have much cover to start. Work your way to the end to get the third guy. The last guy is the toughest as they are bringing in more reinforcements. There is much more cover here though so just take your time and kill them one by one. Though don't lollygag as the last guy is attempting to escape by helicopter. He isn't in a big hurry though, so just take your time killing each guy, then kill the last union worker as he is climbing the ladder to end the mission. Another Playboy mission will show up. Soon after he will call you, letting you know that his friend, Dwayne, got out of prison, and he has some work for you too. Now a D will pop up for him. Let's continue with Playboy though. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 57. Photo Shoot [M036] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Playboy X Reward: $6,750 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is really a tutorial mission more than anything. Drive down the street to the basketball courts. As it turns out, Playboy gave you a new phone. Walk to the entrance, but do not enter, and take a photo as instructed by the game. Send the picture to Playboy and he will soon call back letting you know which one to kill. Just go across the street, pull out your sniper rifle, and put a bullet in his head to end the mission. Though be careful that the people he was with might pull out Uzi's and fight back. Soon after this mission ends you will be getting a call from Michelle asking you to meet them at the "United Liberty Paper". Now you have two question marks on your radar. Mallorie starts to call you some, worried about where Roman is. You can go ahead and do other things but because I don't want to be interrupted while doing something else, I waited until it triggered. Eventually Mallorie will call you (or I called Mallorie) and says that Roman has been kidnapped, and is in east Bohan. The next mission triggers automatically. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 58. Hostile Negotiation [M037] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Roman Reward: None ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is an easy way to beat this mission, but if you want to do it the hard way, go ahead. Drive to the industrial area. On the way, Dimitri sends you a text message showing Roman hurt. When you arrive, go to the tower to the right of the building, and climb the stairs to the top. When you start hearing conversation, go back down the stairs and have your gun ready. Most of the guards will come to you and you can kill them pretty easily. Once they stop coming, enter the warehouse and kill whoever is left as you work your way up the stairs. It is basically the same if you chose not to take this route, and just walk right in, just more thugs for you to kill. When you get in your room, a man will be holding a gun to Roman's head, and you have to use free aim to shoot the hostage taker in the head. When he is dead, follow Roman to a vehicle then drive him back to the safehouse to end the mission. On the way back Roman mentions getting a safehouse in Algonquin. Meanwhile let's finish up the other two random encounters. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 59. Random Encounter (Pathos #2) [RE10] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Reward: None ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Pathos will be located just north of where he was before, still within Star Junction. He has more hecklers now, but this time he gets shot. Kill the two thugs responsible. Drive Pathos to the hospital to complete the mission. Drive down to Pier 45, north of the Helitour place (It is the one that looks like a # sign just under the Broker Bridge). The next encounter is here. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 60. Random Encounter (Sara #2) [RE11] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Reward: $500 or $1,000, depending ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You will meet Sara again, but she won't recognize you this time. She wants you to drive to a clothing store to pick up a package. When you arrive, walk into the Perseus store and walk up to the guy with the blue arrow over his head. When the prompt comes up, you can either buy the item for $500 or rob him and get it for free. This is where the dependant reward comes in. She will pay $1,000 regardless so that is just net profit talking. Drive it back to Pier 45 to end the mission. Soon after this Roman should call and say he bought a place in Algonquin. It's actually a nice place this time. Unlike last time, you won't be losing your safehouse in Bohan, so you will have two choices now. Now we have three choices in where to go next. I like doing the oldest ones first, so let's go to the question mark at the very bottom of Algonquin. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 61. Call and Collect [M038] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Francis McReary Reward: $1,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Drive to the viewpoint as specified on the map. In this mission you will have to find the person Francis tells you to call. Walk into the yellow arrow then walk down to the boardwalk. Francis will text you his number. You can just click options and call him, or his number will be added to your contact list as "Blackmailer". I went down to the boardwalk near the hot dog stand and called. The man was wearing a sweatshirt with a yellow hoodie and standing near the hot dog vendor. Try to keep the conversation going while you walk around. You will know it is him when you start hearing his voice along with what is on the cell phone. You can call up to two times before he will be spooked and run off. Once he is dead you will have to lose a two star wanted level. After you do that, meet Francis at the location specified to end the mission. Soon after he will call and ask you to come to the police station for some more work. You will also soon get a call from Packie McReary, who you helped in one of Elizabeta's missions, and says he has some work, and to come to his mother's house in Dukes. For now let's stick to Francis. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 62. Final Interview [M039] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Francis McReary Reward: $1,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is another two part mission, just like "Out of the Closet". First, go to the internet cafe and go to the ad that has Tom Goldberg on it, or check your email and Francis gives you a link to it. You might need to check your emails anyway. Once on the website, click "Careers", then click "Submit Resume". Niko's fake resume will come up, so you can read that if you wish, then click "Submit Resume" again. Now leave the internet cafe, and you will get a contact on your phone called "Lawyers". They will call you eventually letting you know of the interview. That portion of the mission is done, so now you can do more missions, save, whatever. Meanwhile, I would go the Perseus clothing store next to your safehouse. You will need to buy a full suit, and some good shoes. I bought the obsidian suit and black wingtips I believe it was. After you save you should get a call setting up an appointment for noon the next day. If not just do some other stuff until the lawyers call you. Once it gets time, the blip for the interview will appear three hours before the interview starts, head down there at your convenience and walk into the yellow arrow. Do not enter holding a weapon. If for some reason your outfit does not work, there is a Perseus store across the street. Walk to the receptionist, then follow her to Mr. Goldberg's office. On the way she talks about how good he is. Too bad he's about to die. Walk in the door to begin the interview. Now, this is the easy way to complete it, and it only seems to work if you have a knife. Stand up, then walk to Goldberg and ask him where the files are. After he tells you, stab him to death. Now simply grab the files, walk out of the bank with no police attention, and drive to the yellow blip the end the mission. If you don't have a knife, you will attract the attention of the receptionist, and you will get a two star wanted level. You can either go through the bank and kill everyone, or shoot out a window behind the desk and jump out. The latter is much safer, since you'll skip the fight but you'll still have to evade a two star wanted level. Once you lose the wanted level, drive to the yellow blip the end the mission. Another Francis mission pops up immediately, and since we can beat this one without so much as getting shot using the sniper method, let's do it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 63. Holland Nights [M040] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Francis McReary Reward: $5,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Basically you will have to chase through the building to get to a guy named Clarence and kill all of his thugs meanwhile. The thugs are not that difficult so you can get to him with relative ease. Once you reach Clarence, you will have the option of either killing him or letting him live. If you let him live, he will pop up in a random character mission that is not required for 100%, so pick which you want. Afterward you'll have a two star wanted level which you have to escape. However, there is a very easy way to beat this mission. Go ahead and drive to the projects as specified. When you approach the projects from the south, you may see a large crane ahead. First, go into the yellow arrow at the projects themselves. Clarence will now be a red blip. Now run about a block south, and enter the alleyway on the right. Look for a wooden gate near a wooden fence. Enter that, and then climb up the stairs to the very top of the crane. Pull out your sniper rifle and do what you did during "Deconstruction for Beginners" to find Clarence. You will most likely only have 1 chance to shoot, so get him in the head to instantly end the mission. Francis has another mission, this time near where you first met him, so let's do that one since it is also pretty simple. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 64. Lure [M041] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Francis McReary Reward: $5,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ First, we need to drive to the vehicle where Francis stored a sniper rifle for us. Once you get into the car, drive to the apartment complex where the dealer lives. Pull into the yellow arrow. You will be told to go across the street and kill the dealer from there. Looking at the west side of the street, look for a red door next to a red awning. Enter here to access the stairs. Go up to the roof and to the vantage point. There are multiple ways to get the dealer to stand near the window. You can zoom in to the man's phone and call the number listen, but that may be too hard to see. You can also shoot the TV or shoot the satellite dish next to the window to get him to the window. If you shoot the TV, he will look out the window, and there is your opening. If you shoot the dish, he will walk up to the TV and start hitting it. Or if you call his phone after all, he will stand in front of the window. Once he is dead, leave the rooftop, and once you step outside the mission ends. With this, you should officially pass 50% complete if you did everything the order I did it, 50.27% to be exact. We are done with Francis for now, so let's see out other options. There is Dwayne, the unknown contact in the middle of Algonquin, and Packie. You can choose what you wish, but I chose to go with Dwayne next. So walk into the apartment complex to the D. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 65. Ruff Rider [M042] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Dwayne Reward: $6,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Drive to the arcade in Chinatown, south of Star Junction. Once you arrive you will confront the couple. After the cutscene, Jayvon will take off on his own, and you have the decision to kill her or let her live. Like Clarence, she will give a random encounter if you let her live. In addition, he takes off pretty fast so you would be better off letting her live and taking the bike to your right. Chase after him and once you catch up, try to shoot him off his bike. One shot will throw him off. Once he is off, kill him and get the money. Drive to the Cluckin Bell at Star Junction to meet Dwayne to end the mission. If you get a wanted level, lose it first. Another Dwayne mission pops up. If you choose to do this one next, be sure to have some armor for you, you will likely take a lot of damage. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 66. Undress to Kill [M043] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Dwayne Reward: $6,250 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Drive to the strip club in Bohan. When you arrive, take your vehicle and go to the south end of the building. Park it at the faded red door and be sure nobody can get out. Now go inside through the front, but make sure you don't have a weapon holstered. We are supposed to do this stealthily, but with the back door blocked, we don't have to be. The first guy will be in the private room left of where you locked in. Walk in there and kill the man in the room, then quickly run outside, and kill the bouncers who try to follow you. Since the men can not exit through the back, they will be forced to run through the front door. Just kill them as they come out to complete the mission. Playboy calls soon after, annoyed that you screwed with his business interests. Dwayne is done for now, so we have the unknown contact and Packie to choose from. I'm going to the unknown contact, but either choice is fine. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 67. Wrong is Right [M044] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: United Liberty Paper Reward: $6,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Drive to Hove Beach, near your first safehouse, then go to the apartment marked by the yellow blip. He is not home, so you'll barge in. Check his email account for where he might be. Click the email titled "Meet me" from Vasily. Once you do, you will be told to grab a car, drive to the jewelry store and kill Oleg. Be sure you have a somewhat fast car for this chase. This guy is tough to keep up with so just try to avoid accidents. The chase is scripted for the start of it, so don't waste ammo just yet. He likes to cut into narrow alleys and roads at a moments notice so be prepared to turn at anytime. He will be driving into Algonquin and the chase will stay there. At one point, he will duck into an alley but you won't be able to pass due to metal pipes falling. Back up quickly and head the direction you were going, he will cut back over in about two blocks. After he begins to slow down he is vulnerable to attack. I wasn't sure when to attack him exactly, but I shot him through the window around Middle Park. Soon after the mission ends, you'll get a call from Playboy X asking to see you. Let's go there, since this is a very important mission for the game. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 68. The Holland Play [M045] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Playboy X Reward: $25,000 or a new safehouse ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Another multiple part mission, basically you will need to wait for phone calls between Playboy and Dwayne. Basically, Playboy wants you to kill Dwayne. After the cutscene, you won't be stuck in the mission so you can do what you want, and you'll just have to wait until Dwayne calls you. It could be a while so feel free to move onto the next mission or two. Eventually Dwayne will call you, and he asks you to kill Playboy. I suggest saving at this point, since Playboy will call you and trigger the second part of this mission eventually. I did the 2 missions listed after this while I waited on the phone calls. You can also call Playboy X to trigger the mission after a bit. After it begins, there are two icons, a red X and a red D. Walk into the icon of the one you want to kill. Let's look at the two options. Kill Playboy X: You get Playboy's house as a reward and Dwayne will become your friend. Kill Dwayne: You get $25,000 and Playboy X still won't respect you. Neither of these choices will keep you from getting 100%, so pick the one you wish. Once you make your decision, go to the correct paragraph. KILL DWAYNE: Enter the D on your radar. Just head up to his apartment, and kill the thug, and then Dwayne. Dwayne won't try to stop you, since he's suicidal. You can do an execution with a pistol if you wish. The mission ends right there. KILL PLAYBOY X: Enter the X on your radar. This one is more difficult, but in my opinion it is the correct choice. Once the cutscene ends, thugs will begin firing at you from inside his house. Carefully eliminate them one by one, and then go out onto the balcony. Chase Playboy onto the adjacent roof, and then down the stairs. Watch out for a Patriot as you chase him, there will be gunmen in there. Use your auto-aim to kill them. Playboy will end up in an alley, where he tries to shoot you but his gun jams. You can kill him by execution or just gun him down. The mission ends here. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 69. Portrait of a Killer [M046] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: United Liberty Paper Reward: $6,750 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Wait a bit at first until the guy sends you a picture of the guy you need to search for. After you get the message, grab a cop car. Access the police computer then click "Search Police Records". Then click "Search by Photo", then press A to upload the photo. The man you need to get is named Adam Dimayev. Press A to mark his location on the map and head to Dukes. When you get there all of the thugs will turn into red blips. An easy way to get through this mission is to go across the street and crouch behind the low roll. From there, snipe everyone that you can. You should be able to get everyone on the lower level, with some left at the highest level. When you can't get anyone else, get a closer range weapon and head up the ladder on the western side. Once you get up, quickly take cover because their weapons can hurt. Kill them each one by one, and Adam will be on top of the roof, and the last one to kill. You don't have to get up there if you have good aim and pop him in the head, but otherwise climb onto the blue crate in front, then kill him to end the mission. Another ULP mission pops up, so head there. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 70. Dust Off [M047] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: United Liberty Paper Reward: $7,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Drive to the yellow blip. You will have to follow a helicopter by vehicle while you are on foot. Don't worry, as it is mostly going to stay above the main road. Stay on Union Drive East, then enter the small side road that's just above the bean shaped road. It will land nearly directly west of the Pay n Spray. Once it lands, there will be two guards standing at the entrance to the area, then five thugs around the helicopter. I just sniped them all from the street, but if you choose do go up there directly, be careful and make sure they are all dead before taking the chopper. After you take the chopper, fly it to Francis International Airport. You will get a two star wanted level but this is negligible since they can't get to you. Meanwhile, you'll have an amusing conversation with Roman during the ride. The game will give you directions on how to land it when you get close by. Follow the instructions and land it onto the yellow arrow to end the mission. They say they will call you when it is ready for you. Eventually, they will call you and the mission is automatically triggered. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 71. Paper Trail [M048] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: United Liberty Paper Reward: $7,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ After you hang up, drive to the blip in northwest Algonquin. The helicopter you stole earlier, along with Jacob, will be waiting for you. Jacob has a rocket launcher with him. Chase the helicopter marked by the red blip. Keep following him until you get over open water, where you want to get to about the same altitude as the other helicopter while giving Jacob a clean shot. Eventually he will hit the chopper and you get to watch it crash and burn. Once this happens, fly him back to the heliport marked on the map to end the mission. The guy finally agrees to help find the person you are looking for. Right now, all that's available is Packie. Let's head that way then. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 72. Harboring a Grudge [M049] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Packie McReary Reward: $7,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Take Packie to the docks, and listen to a very amusing conversation about prison life. Once you arrive, follow Packie to the roof. The game will tell you how to climb and stuff but you should know how to do it already. Once you start shooting, Packie will tell you to jump down, but don't do that yet. Stay on the roof and take down everyone you can. Once it is all clear, jump down. The people inside the building should come out now. Take cover behind the crates as they come out. Keep advancing to the building. There will be about 6 thugs inside the building itself when you arrive at it, on all sides. Keep an eye out and kill them. Once they are all dead, steal the truck, then wait for Packie to enter it. You will be driving to a lockup at west Algonquin. On the way, multiple vehicles will chase after you. The game will show you how to drop grenades out of your vehicle, but this is not necessary, since your truck is quite strong. Just drive it into the lockup and everyone after you will disappear, and the mission ends. Another Packie mission pops up, and since there's nothing else to do, let's head there. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 73. Waste Not Want Knots [M050] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Packie McReary Reward: $8,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You will need a four door vehicle to take the brothers to Colony Island. Once you arrive, follow them over the two fences and take cover as the gunfight begins. Just keep following them, they are able to hold their own against these guys. Advance when they do. When you get to the door, pop it open and hide behind the metal bar for cover. You will be the one who is getting the money. Shoot the guys ahead of you then run ahead up the stairs and into the office. Kill anyone who is hitting you or in your way. Enter the office to grab the cash. On the way back, rival gangs will have arrived. Run ahead, then jump over the railing in front of you, and exit out the doors to your left. Packie will be waiting for you, while the other two guys hold them off. Go out and swim to the boat that is out in the water. Once you get in the boat, drive to the yellow blip and into the yellow arrow to end the mission. Soon after you call, Packie will call you and give you the option to call Kate for a date, and then another mission will pop up. You will also get a call from Ray Boccino, saying he has some work for you, and the R will pop up. We should do Packie's mission next though because it is very important. Be ready though, get all your armor, weapons stocked. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 74. Three Leaf Clover [M051] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Packie McReary Reward: $250,000 Achievement: Full Exploration - 20G ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is either the most liked or most hated mission in the game, depending on who you ask. Basically you're going to rob a bank and get a huge reward for it. Again, you will need a four door vehicle. Drive to the bank in South Algonquin. Once you arrive, and the cutscene ends, you may notice you have a five star wanted level. Ignore it for now, and go down the vault door in front of you. Go to the end and grab the money. During the next cutscene, Michael is shot dead. Now you're down to three. When the cutscene ends, Take cover and kill as many cops at you can. Keep an eye on the radar for Packie and Derrick. When they move, you must go with them, you will fail if they get too far ahead. Keep killing cops at each station as they move ahead. Use grenades to knock out cop cars and piles of cops. The red blips on the radar represent cops you need to kill. Eventually you will run into an alley and a cutscene starts. Run down the subway and watch out for the two cops in the hallway. As you head down, kill the cops in that area. When they are dead, more will rush up the stairs. Kill them then head down the stairs. At the subway level more cops will be coming. Eventually you will have to start running down the train tracks. Soon a yellow blip will come up, you will be escaping through here. Keep going up the stairs, until you suddenly drop to a 3 star wanted level. There are a couple things you can do from here. You can either go up the stairs like normal, or run back down the subway and run outside the wanted level circle to avoid the police chase. Once you're back to street level, run to the SUV parked to your right, and take off. Lose the wanted level by any means necessary. Now drive back to their house to end the mission. A few things happened with the completion of this mission. First, you got all that money. This is likely more than you will ever need, so it is no longer a concern. Second, and more importantly, the island of Alderney was unlocked. We now have full access to the game, and we can finish up some of the side missions finally. In addition, Packie will soon call and become a friend, and will text you asking for you to date her sister, Kate. Gerry will also call and says he has some work for you. I also called Packie and he asks you to help his other brother, Derrick. Let's do other stuff for now though. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 75. Stunt Jumps (Alderney) [JMP3] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Achievement: Dare Devil - 30G ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Let's finish up the stunt jumps. There are 18 in Alderney. Again, I will be using the map on IGN: http://guides.ign.com/guides/827005/page_178.html. If you want to use a motorcycle, there is a motorcycle dealership in northern Alderney. From the Burger Shot, head south on the road, follow it as it curves, and it will be on the right, called "Westdyke Autos". ******************** Alderney [SJAD] ******************** 1. To access this one, follow these directions. From the Hickey Bridge heading westbound, take your first right, then turn right at the end of that road. Next, take a left and enter the gravel area. Keep going until you reach the large rock. I usually start here to build up speed. Go straight ahead, then hit the dirt mound just before the water. Land completely past the other side for it to count. 2. Go to the street that you will use for a running start for stunt jump 3. Instead, go down the left side which goes downhill toward the water. Take a right and the jump will be at the end of the tunnel angled toward the helicopter pad. Get a running start a bit past the tunnel, and hit the jump. You have to land on the helicopter pad for it to count. You don't have to stay on it, my car landed on it then rolled into the water. 3. You may want to save this one for last. Basically, go back to where you were before, and get a big running start in a fast car, at least from the bridge at the curve, probably into the alleyway. Hit the jump on the right side, pointing to the water, going as fast as possible. You will have to jump all the way onto Algonquin and land safely to count it. 4. From the beginning of the street to the east, pick up speed, and watch for the jump on your right. You will have to turn into it to hit it. Land safely with enough speed for it to count. 5. From jump 4, continue down the street until the right curve, the jump is at an alleyway on the left. Pick up a bit of speed from across the street, then hit the jump and land safely in the alleyway for it to count. 6. Go on the road north of the blip to pick up speed. Go down the alleyway just off center from it and jump off the hill. I just landed on the expressway and it counted for me. 7. Enter the parking structure found at the blip. Ride to the top level, and the ramp is going to be facing westbound. Get a running jump from the east side, and hit it with some speed. Land safely on the street below for it to count. 8. Get a running start from the street north of the jump. It is a white ramp in between two buildings. Fly over the fences for it to count. I actually got it to count by flying slightly to the right and hitting the alleyway adjacent. 9. This one is at the end of the parking lot at the blip. Start at the beginning of the lot, and pick up speed without hitting anything and launch off the jump. I landed in the grassy area below and it counted. 10. Get a running start from the street south of the jump. The jump is the stairs past the street. Land on the other side of the stairs for it to count. 11. This ramp is in the alleyway system at the blip, facing southbound toward the road. You may see a pigeon next to the jump. Land on the street safely for it to count. 12. Begin at the dirt road north of the jump that is facing southwest onto the expressway. Pick up speed from there and hit the jump going slightly to the right. Land onto the expressway to make it count. If it does not count landing on the northbound lanes, go more to the right and land on the southbound ones. 13. This ramp faces northbound toward the expressway. Build up speed south of the ramp, I did on the road. Hit the ramp and land on the southbound lanes for it to count. 14. The blip may make it look like you should go to the south, but head north instead and get onto the train tracks to the right. Once on, build up speed, and ride down the tracks southbound until you get to the dirt ramp at the end. Land on the street safely for it to count. 15. Once you arrive it will be small wooden planks pointing to ward the water southbound. Pick up speed on the sky ramp, then jump across the water the complete the jump. 16. For the next two I suggest using a regular vehicle if you have a bike, since it is a pretty dangerous jump. Build up speed from the west, then fly off the hole in the expressway. Just land straight without hitting anything on the way down for it to count. 17. Similar to the last one but on the other side of the curve. This time, build up speed from the northbound lanes heading west, then cut through the divider to hit this one. Again, just land safely without hitting anything on the way down to make it count. 18. South of the blip is an abandoned roadway. Go to the south end of it as indicated on the radar when it fades out. Enter here and drive on the western end of the concrete. Keep building up speed and you will hit the jump at the end. Land on the street it is aimed at to hit the jump. That's all the stunt jumps. You should get the achievement and 2.5% added to your completion percent. If you saved #3 for last like I did, you'll already be in Algonquin, and won't have to drive far to save. Now let's work on finishing other side missions. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 76. Brucie's Street Races (Alderney) [BSR3] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Achievement: Genetically Superior - 25G (optional) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As predicted, Brucie has three more races to do. I put optional for the achievement because you actually have to win 20 races, and you only do 9 naturally. So if you want to do more to get it, feel free. Like last time, you have to call Brucie in Alderney to get these races. ******************** South Alderney [SRSD] ******************** Laps: 3 My Time: 04:15.08 ******************** Overall this is a pretty simple track with many straightaways with a few sharp corners including a U-turn in the middle of the track. The only place where you might be thrown off is near the end, where the arrow tells you to go left but there are two roads there. Take the farther one for a better time. ******************** North Alderney [SRNA] ******************** Laps: 5 My Time: 05:39.15 ******************** This race features a few sharp turns at the beginning with a long stretch of staying on the same road, starting when you take a right onto the road next to the Burger Shot. There is one tricky area, when the next checkpoint is straight ahead but there are houses right in front of you. Cut through the alley to the right of the house directly in front of you to solve this. ******************** Elevated [SREL] ******************** Laps: 3 My Time: 04.04.54 ******************** Referred to as just plain Alderney by Brucie, this race has a bit of everything. It begins on the skyway, then you exit the skyway, so keep an eye on where you need to get off, and don't carry too much speed as you may very well fly into the water. Then will be a stretch of tight turns, and finally a straightaway where you can build up some speed. Now we are done with Brucie's races, but you can still race them for fun, just call him anytime. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 77. Pigeons (Alderney) [FLR2] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Achievement: Endangered Species - 50G ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Now we just need to finish up those annoying pigeons. We only have 56 left and all are in Alderney. I will be using the map from IGN for numbers: http://guides.ign.com/guides/827005/page_93.html. ******************** Alderney [FRAD] ******************** 1. Go behind the Alderney prison as indicated. Look for a half sunken ship next to the edge of it. The pigeon will be sitting on the back edge of the ship. Most likely you will have to go to the north part of the ship to see it. 2. At the T intersection, climb onto the dumpsters next to the building across from the end of the road. Then climb onto the small incline onto the roof and you will see the pigeon on top of the roof to your right. 3-4. Another case of two pigeons right next to each other. When you go up the street a bit, you should see a small dirt path with police vehicles around it. Enter there and go to the 90 degree turn in the wall. There will be one pigeon on top of the wall, and one on the ground right below it. 5. Look on the radar for four small dots. Now go west of them, near the road, and go up the set of stairs outside the fence. Climb up them and head east. You should eventually see the pigeon on the right sitting on the rusty pipe. 6. Enter the skyway from the nearby onramp heading westbound. Once you get to the top, you'll see the pigeon sitting on top of the beginning of the divider. 7. From the start of the abandoned expressway, go northeast on the road. Right after you pass the entrance to the business on the left, look just ahead of there and you'll see the pigeon sitting on the ground. 8. Go behind the industrial complex via the dirt road just west of the actual road. Once you get to the right curve, look ahead for some stairs. Go up those stairs, then take a left and the pigeon will be up ahead sitting on the wall. 9. Head north from where you came from. Cross the road and keep going until you are standing about the middle of the sunken ship to your left according to the radar. There is also a T intersection to your east. Just west of this T intersection is a ditch, and the pigeon is sitting on top of a wall panel within it. 10. Go to the bridge shown by the blip. The pigeon is sitting on the eastern railing, around the middle to northern end of it. 11. This one will likely require a sniper rifle. Go to the nearby skyway, and then go to the west side of the first pillar to the north of the water. Look up the pillar and the pigeon is sitting at the very top of it. 12. Go onto the skyway onramp to the west of the pigeon, and keep going until you see a box marked "LCPA". Jump onto the box, and look down at the other side of it to find the pigeon. 13. Enter the grassy area on the west side of the street just past the skyway. Drive north next to the water and you should see the pigeon sitting on a rock near the water. 14. Go onto the off ramp from either direction. Assuming you are going the correct way, watch for some shipping crates to your left as you begin the long curve. The pigeon is sitting on top of these crates. 15. Go under the skyway west of the Derrick icon. On the west side of it, look for the pigeon sitting on a wall under the skyway. You might have to climb up there or on top of your car if you prefer to shoot it from the street. 16. Enter from the street north of the blip, then go slightly past the end of the road according to the radar. Jump onto the boxes, and then jump onto the roof. Climb onto the top part of the roof and then look to the southeast. The pigeon is sitting on the other side of the roof. 17. Look for the Honker's strip club in this area (it's hard to miss really). Once you see it, look for the awning over the entrance, the pigeon sits on top of the awning. Since strip clubs don't like weapons, be prepared for a hasty exit. 18. Go north of Honker's and go past the first street. Afterward, watch the west side of the street for a blue box. The pigeon is sitting on top of this. You might still run into problems with bouncers however. 19. Enter the docks from the south and then take a right into the first pier to the north of the entrance. Once you get to the end of the road, take a left and you should see some shipping crates. The pigeon sits on the top crate, just climb up there. 20. Take a right if you are coming from pigeon 19, as this one is east of the roadway. Cross the railroad tracks and stay near the road heading north, watching for trees. This pigeon will be sitting on the ground next to a tree. 21. Stay on the side streets, this one is just north of the skyway. Look for the auto parts store, this one is on the eastern side of the rooftop. 22. Enter the docks from the northwestern entrance, and then go to the bottom pier, with the multiple buildings to the north of it. Go to the very end, and then go left. Go left until you get to the edge, where the pigeon sits on top of a pole. 23. From the intersection, go west and watch the brick wall on your right. The pigeon sits on top of this brick wall at the edge of it. 24. Look for a place called "Lennie's Fireproof Door Co.". On the west side of the building is some stairs. Climb two flights, then jump to your north to the other part of the roof. Climb up the ladder, and the pigeon sits on top of an air conditioning unit toward the road on the east side. 25. Drive on the right side of the road, and jump down onto the train tracks to the right of the road. Once on the tracks, run on them until they end. The pigeon will be hidden among the trash, sitting on a rail. 26. North of the northern entrance to the docks is a statue of a propeller. The pigeon sits on the rail behind this statue. 27. Just east of the beginning of the split on the road, there is a small area is grass and bushes. Look within the bushes on the ground to find the hidden pigeon. 28. Go down the road a bit and look for the Cluckin' Bell sign. When you see it, look for the small building to the east of it within the construction. The pigeon sits on top of this building. 29. Stand just north of the internet cafe on the same side of the street, then look to the northwest at the apartment complex. Look at the farthest left row, then on the bottom one, and the pigeon will be sitting on top of it. 30. This one will require a sniper rifle. Go across the street from the church and then face it. From the very top steeple, go down and left, and it will be sitting on top of the first rooftop below it. 31. Go to the park where the Derrick icon is at. Don't enter the yellow arrow, rather enter from the side so you don't trigger the mission. Once in, look to the north from the fountain in the middle of the park, and you will see the pigeon sitting on the ground. 32. North of the on ramp to the skyway, look to the east at the older style houses. Pass the second set of stairs, and then look into the area the fence blocks between the second and third. You can go down the stairs to get it or just shoot the pigeon from the street. 33. Once you arrive at the sharp bend, look to the west onto the gravel hill. The pigeon sits on the hill next to the building on the west side of the bend. 34. This is where you did stunt jump 11 at. Once you get to the area, go up the stairs to the northwest of the 90 degree turn in the road. If you see a hot dog vendor nearby you're on the right track. Once there, turn around and you will see the pigeon on top of the wall. 35. Go to the entrance to the Booth Tunnel but don't enter. Go up the sidewalk on the southern side until you get to the entrance. The pigeon will be sitting on top of the sign at the southern end. 36. Go around to the north of the tunnel entrance until you see two sets of stairs. Go to the northern set of them and the pigeon will be sitting under them. 37. On the southern side of this street is a concrete way that goes lower intermittently as it goes down the hill. If you are heading head, turn around then you get to the first decrease and it will be sitting at the corner. 38. Look for a billboard with "The Science of Crime" on it. It should be on the north side of the street. The pigeon hides behind the middle light at the bottom of the billboard. You will probably have to hit it from an angle. 39. From 38, go down the street a little to the south and just before the bridge, look on the west side of the street on the railing for the pigeon. It will be soon before the texture and size of the wall changes. 40. Look for the building that has the Alderney banners between the poles. To the right of the stairs, the pigeon is sitting on the ground behind the fence. 41. Stop when you are at the T intersection with the large building with all the stairs to your left (if you are facing north). The pigeon is sitting on the railing to the right of the top of these stairs. 42-43. You can get these two in one fell swoop if you wish. Go to the northeast corner of the small square. The first pigeon is sitting at the very edge of the hospital. Now turn around and find Mr. Fuk's Rice Box. The pigeon is sitting below and to the right of the sign, at the end of the railway. 44. Approach this from the south, entering the alleyway just south of the blip. Once you get to the end, look for the tree sitting in front of the base of the skyway. The pigeon is sitting on the ground next to the tree. 45. Enter the skyway from the road that leads back to Algonquin. As you head west, watch for an empty billboard on top of a small building. The pigeon is sitting on the building below the billboard. 46. Go to the northeast side of the hospital until you see the entrance. Left of the entrance is some ambulances. In between the two is a small raised island with a tree on it. The pigeon is sitting next to the tree. 47. Enter the alleyway to the south of the blip, on the right side of what kind of looks like a fork but without the middle tongs. Climb the ladder at the end of the alleyway, then take a right and climb the next ladder onto the higher rooftop. The pigeon will be ahead on top of the concrete structure. 48. Go north of the police station, and look in the grass area between the two marked alleyways on your radar. The pigeon is next to a tree. Since this is near the police station, be ready to run. 49. Go north on the road that ends on the beach, then make a U-turn east of the road. Keep going until you see a wooden ramp that points to the water. Look under this ramp to find the pigeon. 50. Enter the dirt road that goes to the most northeast parts of the island. Keep left at the two forks. When you enter the second fork, look to your left to find the pigeon sitting near some trees. 51. When you get to the bridge, go on it and then make a U turn at the bottom to the left side. Once you do that, go under the bridge where the hobos are hanging out to find the pigeon. 52. Across the street from the car wash, watch for the pigeon on top of the red fence. It sits near the beginning of the curve on the eastern side of the street. 53. During the big bend, it is sitting on the brick wall on the southern and eastern side of the street. 54. This one is on the roof of the strip mall, above the place called "Fanny Crab's". There is a place to the west of it called "Leftwood Sports". Go to the western part of this building and climb into the roof via the air conditioning duct. Once on, jump onto the air conditioning unit, and then make a running jump onto the next roof. This may take several attempts to do. Once on, look for the two water towers on the roof, the pigeon sits on the bars of one of them. 55. Just north of the intersection, look on the east side of the road for an air conditioning unit. A pigeon is sitting on top of it. 56. Watch on the south end of the street for some fenced off houses. Go to the easternmost one, and then run to the east side of that building. The pigeon is sitting on top of a concrete point at the top of the stairs. "All diseased pigeons killed. LC is a cleaner place". Besides the achievement, there's your reward for all this work, and 2.5%. At least you won't ever have to see another one again. There are a couple more things to do before we go back to the story, and we can do them at the same time if we wish. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 78. Activities (Packie) [ACPM] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Achievements: Dial B for Bomb - 10G, Liberty City (5) - 20G (optional) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We have one more friend that has activities needed for 100%, Packie. You can do these while doing the Most Wanted missions if you wish. What I did was I started with three activities with Packie, then bought weapons and armor from Jacob, then after I did some Most Wanted missions I finished the last three. Packie likes the following activities: Bowling, Darts, Drinking, Pool, Show, and Strip Club. Nothing new if you've already done Brucie's and Jacob's activities. When you complete them, you will unlock Packie's special ability, you can call him up for a car bomb anytime. The game will show you how to use it. Pretty fun, but not useful during the story except for a couple of them. You may also get the Liberty City (5) achievement by having all of your friends (Roman, Little Jacob, Brucie, Packie, and Dwayne if you kept him alive, otherwise only the first four) with a like percent of over 90%. If you did them as soon as you unlock them, Packie should be your last friend which is why I mention it here. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 79. Most Wanted [MWNT] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Achievement: Manhunt - 15G ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We could have done these earlier, but I felt that it wasn't wise because we did not have access to lots of guns like we do now. You will need them, some are quite difficult. Basically what you have to do is to get on a police scanner, and click "View Most Wanted". There will be 10 on each island, you have to be on the island itself, like Brucie's races. These are similar to the vigilante missions, but they are all fixed, and most are quite tough. You will have to kill the subject and everyone with him during each one in a variety of scenarios, ranging from many in a certain spot, to a few in a vehicle. There are no rewards for these, except for whatever the people you kill drop. ******************** Broker/Dukes/Bohan [MWDU] ******************** ==================== Maxwell Caughlin [MWMC] ==================== Location: Hollowback Street, South Bohan Wanted For: Gang Related Violence ==================== Once you arrive, a vehicle will pull away with him and another guy in it. Do what you can to make the vehicle stop, since the chase isn't scripted. Once they get out, just kill them both. ==================== Scott Guzowski [MWSG] ==================== Location: Steinway, Dukes Wanted For: Gang Related Violence ==================== There will be four guys in Steinway Park. What you can do is approach from the east and snipe one or two of them before entering the area. This one isn't overly difficult however so just drop down and quickly kill the four guys with your overpowering weapons. ==================== Antonio Rivette [MWAR] ==================== Location: South Slopes, Broker Wanted For: Racketeering ==================== When you arrive, there are a set of subway stairs at the northern side of the area. All of his guys, including him, are on the subway platform. Climb up the western stairs to make it easier. There will be a guy standing on the stairs, kill him then run up the stairs. All of the guys are on this second level. Quickly kill the four others to end it. One of the guys may run up to the third level itself, chase after him if this happens. ==================== Rodrigo Stavnes [MWRS] ==================== Location: Steinway, Dukes Wanted For: Racketeering ==================== Once you arrive, the four guys will begin to run to the west. So I suggest going to the street to the left of them when you arrive. Once there, just run them over, shoot them, do whatever to kill them. They won't shoot back unless you're close to them. ==================== Fernando Tisdel [MWFT] ==================== Location: Crockett Ave, Hove Beach Wanted For: Human Trafficking ==================== There will be four guys in a car, so this involves a car chase. They all have SMGs and will open fire on you. Just be careful and damage the car enough to get them out ==================== Tyler Pickrel [MWTP] ==================== Location: Meadows Park, Dukes Wanted For: Human Trafficking ==================== This is one of the easiest ones out of all the 30. Mostly because he is by himself and unarmed, so once you arrive, he will begin to run, so just kill him anyway you see fit. If you need help with this one, then how did you get this far? ==================== Preston Pecinovsky [MWPP] ==================== Location: Northern Gardens, Bohan Wanted For: Credit Card Fraud ==================== When you arrive, there will be five guys within the parking lot hiding behind two cars. Try to disable the cars because they will try to flee in them if you take too long. Since they use them for cover it will be easy if you just blow them up. Otherwise just use your vehicle for cover and take them down one at a time. If you still have grenades from earlier they come in handy. Once the five guys are dead it ends. Watch out for a couple of guys who shoot you from the street as well. ==================== Alonso Goralski [MWAG] ==================== Location: Francis Internation Airport Wanted For: Burglary ==================== There will be two targets once you arrive. One will be pulling away in a vehicle, another will be at the station with a shotgun. The best way to do it is to kill the shotgun carrier quickly then go after the car, or try to wreck the car quick, kill the occupant, then go back to the shotgun carrier. You can't let them get too far away or they will escape though. I went the route of killing the shotgun carrier first, then going after the car, though he escaped once. ==================== Bert Reker [MWBR] ==================== Location: BOABO, Broker Wanted For: Drug Trafficking ==================== There are seven thugs within the junkyard here. There isn't much you can do here besides take some hits. Once you bust in, kill the few around the door, then slowly trek toward the stairs where the other three are hiding. Kill the one on the right, then use the wall next to the stairs as cover to eliminate the last two. Some say that you can go to the warehouse nearby and snipe them all, but as long as you have armor and can kill quickly, it shouldn't be a problem. ==================== Freddy Paparo [MWFP] ==================== Location: Steinway, Dukes Wanted For: Grand Theft Auto ==================== Once you arrive there will be four thugs in a vehicle. All have SMGs and will shoot at you. Getting close is somewhat dangerous so I suggest using your guns to make the car stop. Once they get out, use your car as cover to kill each thug carefully. Once they are dead you are done. Now we are done with the Most Wanted on this island. When you are ready, drive to Algonquin and access the most wanted from there to get the following ten. ******************** Algonquin [MWAL] ******************** ==================== Shon Kikuchi [MWSK] ==================== Location: North Holland, Algonquin Wanted For: Gang Related Violence ==================== This guy is alone, but in a fast vehicle. Once you get to the area, he takes off. Chase after him and do what you can to make him stop. Once he gets out of the vehicle it's just another easy kill. ==================== Jimmy Kand [MWJK] ==================== Location: Northwood, Algonquin Wanted For: Gang Related Violence ==================== This is the easiest one, period. Go into the apartment complex via the southwest entrance. Go up one flight of stairs, and then run to the end of the hallway where Jimmy is laying on the ground, probably passed out. Kill him in any way you prefer to end it. ==================== Simon Nashly [MWSN] ==================== Location: Fishmarket South, Algonquin Wanted For: Racketeering ==================== This one can be particularly annoying due to the cops, though the cops can assist you as well. Once you arrive, men on the balcony will begin shooting at you. If they get the cops attention, they will begin to shoot back. You will still need to do most the dirty work though, and likely get a wanted level due to it. If so, just kill any cop you run into, they aren't a big concern. There are about 7 thugs in the area, on three floors of the market. Keep running around each floor and finding the thugs, many of them hidden at picnic tables. For me I was hunting the last one when I assume a cop killed him and ended it. Either way, your wanted level disappears. ==================== Tommy Francovic [MWTF] ==================== Location: Castle Garden City, Algonquin Wanted For: Racketeering ==================== This one is similar to Shon Kikuchi's, except he is on a motorcycle. This one is easy in that he will be coming out of the road that you enter to reach him, so try to knock him off right there, then kill him. Otherwise, use your regular methods to get him off. ==================== Barry Lamora [MWBL] ==================== Location: Colony Island Apartments Wanted For: Human Trafficking ==================== When you arrive on Colony Island, three guys will take off. Make a U turn at the edge of the bridge to reach them. Each will have strong weapons so be careful. Two guys will be here, quickly take care of them. A third guy will probably run off to the north, so go after him and kill him to end it. ==================== Lino Friddell [MWLF] ==================== Location: Middle Park, Algonquin Wanted For: Hit and Run ==================== When you arrive at the block they are congregated at, three guys will be standing at the west side. When you get close, they will start running toward the vehicle sitting at the north side. If you get in from the north and take the vehicle out of the picture, just shoot them down as they begin to run. ==================== Juan Haimo [MWJH] ==================== Location: Star Junction, Algonquin Wanted For: Burglary ==================== When you arrive at Star Junction, three guys will try to flee on motorcycles. For me though, when I arrived they came out one at a time, and very slow. I just shot them off one at a time. If you can manage that, they won't be far by the time they all come out, then it becomes a matter of just killing them. ==================== Darren Covey [MWDC] ==================== Location: Purgatory, Algonquin Wanted For: Arms Dealing ==================== Look for a small road extending north of the blips. Go here then keep right at the first split, then keep left go to the second level of the parking garage. The guys will begin to run after you as you enter. Shoot them down quickly. As it took me a bit to find the correct way in, when I found it, one guy was near the entrance to the parking garage itself. After that, three guys kept running toward me, but then tried to shoot me when I was out of their range, so I sniped them. I went up to the garage itself where I killed the final two guys. ==================== Leo Brodell [MWLB] ==================== Location: East Holland, Algonquin Wanted For: Drug Trafficking ==================== Leo and his guys are holed up in an apartment complex, which you will have to go through and eliminate each of them. Enter the door to the left of the loose clothing store, and immediately kill the guy in front of you. One more will run to the stairs, so kill him before advancing. Go up a few flights and one more guy will be waiting with a shotgun. Kill him quickly before he does too much damage. Once you arrive to the roof, one thug will be hiding behind the door, so eliminate him fast. One other is taking cover to the right of door on the roof. After he is dead, walk around and get the last guy on the adjacent roof. ==================== Christov Mahonvic [MWCM] ==================== Location: Fishmarket South, Algonquin Wanted For: Grand Theft Auto ==================== These guys will be tucked into a warehouse filled with garbage trucks. If you have grenades, you may want to use some to help. Most of these guys have shotguns, so keeping long distance will help you a lot. There are about 6 or 7 guys, and I managed to kill them all without being hit once without cover with an assault rifle. Now that we are done with Algonquin, go ahead and save if you haven't already. One more island to go before we are done with these. ******************** Alderney [MWAD] ******************** ==================== Marty Boldenow [MWMB] ==================== Location: Westdyke, Alderney Wanted For: Gang Related Violence ==================== Even though it says he is in Westdyke, he is actually down in Acter. Once you get close, some guys will see you and start shooting you. You'll be approaching from the west, then go south and enter through there. Kill the first couple guys to the right of the entrance before you enter. You can use your car as cover at the beginning. Using grenades here is a very good idea. Just do what you normally do for a gun fight and it should not be a problem. ==================== Noel Katsuda [MWNK] ==================== Location: Tudor, Alderney Wanted For: Gang Related Violence ==================== Quickly kill the guy at the entrance once you arrive. Once you do, there will be a few more guys standing to your north. Gun them down quickly, and there is two more on the other side of the wall to your left. Go through the fence and kill them both. This one is especially annoying because if you pick up a wanted level, it does not go away after they are all dead. You'll have to escape it and possibly lose your cop car in the process. Otherwise this is a pretty standard one. ==================== Rodney McEniry [MWRM] ==================== Location: Berchem, Alderney Wanted For: Racketeering ==================== Approaching from the east side, there will be one or two guys there to kill. Use cover to get them. Once that area is clear, go toward the middle of the alleyway, where there will be two more guys taking cover to the right. Kill them quickly as they have SMGs and shotguns and can really take down your health. ==================== Glenn Lushbaugh [MWGL] ==================== Location: Alderney City, Alderney Wanted For: Human Trafficking ==================== Once you get close, the men will take off in a vehicle. One guy will be constantly shooting you with an SMG. It has been said that others will also throw out grenades, so be careful of them. I just shot at the driver and passenger with my SMG. Once they were all dead, it ended. ==================== Phil Bacerra [MWPB] ==================== Location: Alderney City, Alderney Wanted For: Hit and Run ==================== Once you get to the Booth Tunnel four men will be escaping in two trucks. Since we don't have RPGs yet, what we want to do is to concentrate on one truck and kill the driver and passenger. Then go to the other and do the same. They will both go to the road and enter the Booth Tunnel into Algonquin. I got lucky that after I killed the first driver, a random ambulance blocked the second truck from entering the tunnel which made for an easy kill. ==================== Sergei Szerbin [MWSS] ==================== Location: Leftwood, Alderney Wanted For: Burglary ==================== These guys will all be standing next to the Pay n Spray. All you really need to do is take cover with your car across the street and kill them one by one. I managed to get them all without having to go over there. There may be one who you can't reach though, so go ahead and finish him off. ==================== Danny Hatmaker [MWDH] ==================== Location: Normandy, Alderney Wanted For: Arms Dealing ==================== Pass the gate at the north, then hide behind your vehicle for cover. First get the guy on top of the stairs, then get anyone else you can reach. Run into the boxes to get a couple more stragglers around. Once you can't get to anymore, and they are all a bit farther south than you can reach, go back to your vehicle, and drive past toe boxes to the road. The last couple of guys are hiding within this maze of boxes. They will come out of hiding to shoot though so be patient. ==================== Mervin Eskuchen [MWME] ==================== Location: Berchem, Alderney Wanted For: Drug Trafficking ==================== When you get to the blip they will be four guys in two Patriots taking off. Like the Phil Bacerra one, just concentrate on killing the driver and passenger in one of the vehicles. Once you get him, go after the second one. The Patriots drive slowly so it is not difficult to do. Also like the Noel Katsuda one, stars attained during this one will not disappear once they end. ==================== Frederick Harrison [MWFH] ==================== Location: Tudor, Alderney Wanted For: Grand Theft Auto ==================== When you arrive, run toward the first target on the ground, and go under the bridge. He will be standing in front of where you enter to find the rest of the guys. Go up the stairs, then keep running straight, killing any guy in your way. Other thugs may be shooting you from the back, so quickly make your way to the top after you kill a few of the guys. At the top, turn around and start shooting at the guys in front of you hiding behind the building. Once they are taken care of, there are two more at the other end of the platform. Quickly kill them to end it. ==================== Keenan Burdett [MWKB] ==================== Location: Leftwood, Alderney Wanted For: Armed Robbery ==================== Keenan and his thugs will be hanging within the parking garage, through all the levels. This one isn't really that difficult, especially if the cops get involved. Just keep running (or drive if you prefer) up each level. There will usually be 1-2 thugs at every second level upward. When you reach the roof, there are four. If you get a three star wanted level during this like I did, all of the guys on the roof will be concentrating on killing the cops, and you can get them pretty easily. Just keep an eye on your radar to see if there are any thugs on the level you are on. After he dies, you will be done with the Most Wanted side missions for good. All that is left for 100% are two side missions which we do not have access to yet, some random encounters which are not yet unlocked, and finishing up the story. If you have done everything that I have so far, you should be at 70.08%. Now we have a choice between Ray, Gerry, and Derrick. Doing Gerry's first mission will unlock a couple random characters, and doing Derrick's first mission will open some other stuff that I'll mention later but I want to advance the story more, so I'm going to do Ray's missions first. Feel free to pick any of the others though. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 80. A Long Way to Fall [M052] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Ray Boccino Reward: $8,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Drive to the apartments in north Algonquin. Once you get there, Ray will text you a picture of the guy you are looking for. He is usually just a bit west of the yellow arrow. Intimidate him by holding a gun to his head. Once he gives the information, you can either kill him or let him go. If you let him go, he will call letting him know you are coming. Go inside and to the elevator. Once you get to the top, immediately kill the two guys ahead of you. If you let the man call, they will be ready for you, else you can catch them off guard. Now methodically go around each floor counterclockwise killing each thug. Then when you reach the stairs, go up another floor. After two floors, enter the room with the yellow arrow in front of it, after killing the thug who walks in front of it. Shoot the door open and kill the three guys inside. Search for Teddy by going back into the kitchen, grab the health pack if needed, then walk back when a cutscene starts. After it ends, chase after him up the stairs until you reach the roof. There will be a couple thugs on the stairs so be careful. There will also be a couple on the rooftop. Once you reach Teddy, just shoot him once, watch him fall to his death, and the mission ends. The R shows up again, so let's head that way. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 81. Taking in the Trash [M053] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Ray Boccino Reward: $9,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Run to the nearby Trashmaster and you will meet the guys you will be working with. You will change into a garbageman's suit and be told to drive to the first pickup. Drive there and let them throw the bags in. Once they both get back on, drive to the second pickup. This one will have some trouble with it. A vehicle with some gunmen will be shooting at you. The Trashmaster is slow but durable so don't worry about the gunfire and just head to the drop off as indicated. If you want you can drop a grenade out which will help. Once you lose them, drive into the yellow arrow to complete the mission. Another Ray mission pops up, so let's see what he wants. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 82. Meltdown [M054] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Ray Boccino Reward: $9,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ray thinks that Luca and his crew stole the diamonds you left with them, so head to the blip. Drive into the yellow arrow and watch the cutscene. Once that ends, you will be getting into a fast car to chase them down. This chase is scripted, so just concentrate on keeping up with them, while avoiding some of the scripted crashes. Eventually they will crash in Middle Park. Once they get out, you will have to kill them each. The first three will be hiding under and near the tunnel. They aren't tough though so just kill them. Now you'll have to find Luca in the toilets. When you enter, the game will instruct you to shoot out stall doors until you find Luca. For me, Luca was in the one second from the wall on the east side, I don't know if it's fixed or not. Once you find him, kill him. Now you'll call Ray and tell him to pick up the diamonds at Middle Park. You can just run there. Walk into the yellow arrow to end the mission. Ray has another mission ready, so let's go there. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 83. Museum Piece [M055] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Ray Boccino Reward: $9,500 Achievement: Impossible Trinity - 10G ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Drive to the museum as directed. Once you get there all hell breaks loose. You will automatically begin in cover. Quickly kill the guy directly to your left. From here kill anyone you can reach safely. When that is done, advance up some cobblestones and kill guys in front of you while keeping an eye on those on the opposite side of the balcony. Once you get near the end, take the time to kill as many as you can on the bottom level since you will be going down there soon. There is a health pack to the left of the large room ahead, grab it if needed. Go to the stairs and kill anyone who tried to come up them, while also killing people you can reach. Once that has cleared, run down the stairs and take cover in the box where there is a piece of body armor. Kill who you can, while also watching the balconies above for new spawns of enemies. There shouldn't be many left, so once you clear it, head for the door. Once you open the door, kill the guy standing to the left of it. There are three more in this room, two by the crates and one at the stairs. After you exit the building, there are two more guys taking cover behind their vehicles. When they are dead, you will have to escape from the rest of their crew. Instead of going into the street and having people shoot at you, just go through Middle Park. Once you get far enough away the red blips disappear and the mission ends. Yet again there is a Ray mission; we may as well do it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 84. No Way on the Subway [M056] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Ray Boccino Reward: $9,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ray and a guy named Phil wants you to confront the bikers who may have something to do with the missing diamonds. Once you drive into the yellow arrow, two guys will flee. Jump onto the nearby motorcycle and follow them. Don't bother trying to shoot them yet as this is a scripted chase. After a bit they will jump into the subway, follow the yellow arrow into it, then make a U turn to follow them. Turn on your high beams as instructed, then keep following. Watch out for subway cars. There will be a few on each side throughout the chase. Eventually, one of the guys will die after running into a subway car once you get outside, right over Colony Island. Now you have the one guy to worry about. Soon after you will see two subway cars on both sides. Right before them, the biker will cut into a small walkway on the left, so follow suit. Now there is going to be a jump soon after and a stone wall. Either drive fast and fly over it, or go slow and go under it. I actually crashed into it, but it didn't make me fail. Go up the dirt hill on the left side, then go down the street. After you enter Broker, you will be able to shoot him. This should be easy if you get close. Just knock him off the bike and kill him to end the mission. I called Ray soon after this mission ended, and he mentions he found a guy you're looking for, Florian Cravic. The next mission will automatically trigger. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 85. Weekend at Florian's [M057] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Ray Boccino Reward: None ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ray said to find a man called Talbot Daniels at the Triangle, near Star Junction. First, you will need to pick up Roman at your first Algonquin safehouse. I suggest getting a four door car on the way because you will be taking Talbot with you. On your way to Talbot, Roman will try to talk you out of killing Florian. Once you pick up Talbot by pulling into the yellow arrow, grab your car and pull up to them. Now unlike other missions, you won't have a blip telling you where to go. You will have to listen to Talbot tell you which way to turn. You can't drive fast else he can't see the turnoffs. I will try to give directions here though. First keep going west, then turn right onto the first street after Star Junction (Frankfort Ave.), then you will take the fourth left onto Lorimar St. Next take the first right onto Galveston Ave. Now take your fourth left onto Obsidian St. It will be located on this road, keep going until the yellow arrow pops up. Once you arrive, Niko will find that Florian certainly has changed. It turns out that Florian wasn't the one who screwed them over, it was a man named Darko instead. Florian is now known as Bernie Crane, and he will soon call you and need your help. A pink "B" icon will pop up representing him at his apartment. However, there is still one more Ray mission, so let's finish with him. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 86. Late Checkout [M058] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Ray Boccino Reward: $11,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Drive to the hotel between Middle Park and Star Junction, and enter through the yellow arrow. Once you get in, go to the elevator on the right. Wait for it to come and enter. Once you get there, use this time to quickly run to the wall to the right for cover. Now take out all the guys one by one in the hallway. There are three blips but there are many more thugs so be careful. Once they are clear, go to the end of the hallway where there are two or three more waiting for you. Go up the stairs, and when you enter the door, there will be a guy who busts out of the door to your left, kill him then enter. You will be entered into an apartment with a lot of thugs. Kill each one of them carefully by using cover from the outside. Keep going through, and one of the blips will be hidden in the kitchen behind the counter. Grab the health pack if needed and go up the stairs just outside the kitchen. While going up the stairs, enter the double doors to your left. The second blip will be inside with a girl. Kill the guy, it doesn't matter if you kill the girl or not. Keep going up the stairs and be careful, since the guys up here have powerful guns. The glass is bulletproof though. Get the guy with the blip and the rest of the thugs, then you will be told to escape the hotel. You will get a two star wanted level meanwhile. Instead of going back down where you came and dealing with respawning thugs, grab the body armor on the roof, then go down the stairs to the right. There will be three thugs here so kill them. Go to the northeast side of the roof to find a window washing platform. Use this to head down to the ground and complete the mission once you run to the street. The stars will not go away though so do what you can to escape it. Now we are done with Ray directly. He will soon text for you and Phil to meet him. A grey P will pop up representing Phil. We've been putting off the McReary's though, so let's see what they are doing. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 87. Actions Speak Louder than Words [M059] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Gerry McReary Reward: $9,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If you haven't used Packie's special bomb ability yet, this will be your introduction to it. First drive nearby to pick up the bomb. It is sitting in an alleyway next to a dumpster. After you call Gerry, he will tell you to go to south Algonquin and to rig one of the Ancelotti's vehicles with the bomb. Once you arrive, the game will tell you how to do it. After you pull into the yellow arrow, follow them as they go, but don't get too close. This one will take a while since you have to go all the way to the top of Algonquin. The game will warn you if you get too close so just keep your distance. Once you finally arrive, go into the field across the street and pull into the yellow arrow. Call Gerry, then choose "Detonate" to blow it up. Now you will have to kill all the remaining survivors, there should be about 5 or so. Once they are all dead you will immediately get a two star wanted level. Escape this to complete the mission. Another Gerry mission pops up, but let's ignore that for now. This mission unlocked two more random characters, Eddie and Marnie. Marnie is located in southern Algonquin while Eddie is in western Alderney. Since we are already on Algonquin, let's do Marnie first. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 88. Random Encounter (Marnie #1) [RE12] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Marnie Reward: -$500 (yes, negative) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Marnie is located approximately two blocks west and two blocks south of the weapons shop. She is sitting on a park bench apparently tweaking badly. Drive her to Alderney City and drop her off. Niko will give her $500 after you arrive. That's about it with this one. She will have a second mission later, so we will cover that a bit later. Since Eddie is nearby, let's go to him. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 89. Random Encounter (Eddie #1) [RE13] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Eddie Low Reward: None ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ From Marnie's drop off, head north then take the first left. Then the first right, then take a left at the end of the road, and a right at the end of the road. Right before the expressway bridge there is an alley to your right. Eddie is in here. He is only available at night, from about 20:00 to 04:00. So if you aren't in this time frame, go save and come back later. Anyway, Eddie certainly is an interesting character. He will ask you to drive to the docks for some business. Once he comes back, he will tell you to drive to a location in Algonquin to drop him off. After you arrive, the mission ends. Like Marnie, Eddie has a second mission, but we should do some other things to pass the time until they reappear. Normally I would go back to Gerry, but Derrick's first mission will unlock some more stuff, so let's do his real quick. Sometime around here Roman reveals that has become engaged to Mallorie, and they are going to get married. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 90. Smackdown [M060] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Derrick McReary Reward: $6,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Derrick wants you to find a man named Bucky Sligo. You will need to get a police vehicle first. Luckily, you are parked near a police vehicle spawn area so just steal one from there. If they aren't there just do what you usually do to grab one. You searched by name in an early mission so you should know how to do it. If not, enter the database, go to "Search Police Records". Then click "Search By Name" and enter Bucky's name. Locate him, and head that way. He is in a Burger Shot in northern Alderney. Keep the police car though so Bucky will think you are a cop. Once you arrive Bucky will take off in his truck. Don't shoot at him though cause you need to get back to his crew. Bucky enjoys going off the road and cutting through yards, so keep an eye on where he goes. After a short chase Bucky will go to the place with his crew. Hide behind your vehicle and kill the two on the porch. Now, stand outside the door for cover and kill the three in the living room. There will be one more guy standing on top of the stairs with a shotgun, so get him quickly before he hurts you badly. Once he is dead, you will get a two star wanted level. Once you lose it, the mission ends. Soon after the mission ends, Ray will send you a text letting you know about an apartment he is going to give you in Alderney. So now you have safehouses on all three islands. This will come in handy. Also a bit after, Brucie will call you, letting you know that he has a friend named Stevie who wants you to steal some cars for him. Perfect, since he pays a lot more than Brucie does. Let's go do them. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 91. Stevie's Car Thefts [STCT] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Achievements: You Got the Message - 20G, Half Million - 55G (likely) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Stevie will text you what car he wants, where it is located, and a picture of it. Now you have to find it, and then return it to his garage in Bohan. Afterward, you will get money dependent on how good the condition is. After delivery, Stevie will text you another after a while. I suggest saving at the nearby safehouse after each one so it will be ready for you. When you finish all 30, you will be able to take any vehicle you want for money. So yes you could jack any car outside the garage and take it in for easy money. Though the cars and locations are fixed, the order is random. For the sake of this walkthrough, I'll put them in alphabetical order. I will also be listing the max reward for each vehicle, so if you damage it on the way, you will get less. Since you will be breaking into them, a busted window will not count against your reward total. Most likely you will pass $500,000 during these so I listed the achievement here. ******************** Banshee [CT01] ******************** Location: Middle Park West, Algonquin Reward: up to $26,400 ******************** From the car wash in western Algonquin (and near the Pay n Spray), head north, go around the bend, then take your first left. The Freeway is parked in front of the carwash on the street. ******************** Huntley Sport [CT14] ******************** Location: Northern Gardens, Bohan Reward: up to $13,200 ******************** This one is probably the most dangerous one since it is parked within a police station with cops around. From the strip club in Bohan, head southwest, then take a right. Follow the road as it goes to the left then back to the right. After the bend and right before the intersection, pull into the parking lot to your right with the police cars. The Huntley Sport will be parked right at the door. ******************** Infernus [CT15] ******************** Location: Outlook Park, Broker Reward: up to $33,000 ******************** From the weapons store in northern Broker, head east, then take the first right. At the portion of the grey box cut out, the Rancher is parked here. ******************** Rebla [CT23] ******************** Location: The Triangle, Algonquin Reward: up to $11,550 ******************** From the Cluckin' Bell in Star Junction (it should be on your map since you entered it for a Dwayne mission), go south on the slanted road, then take your second left. Next, take your first right and the Rebla should be parked to your left, in front of the awnings with the crabs on them. ******************** Sabre GT [CT24] ******************** Location: Meadow Hills, Dukes Reward: up to $8,250 ******************** From the most northeastern car wash, head north all the way to the end of the road, then turn left. Right before the end of this road, take a right onto the last driveway. The Sabre GT should be parked here. ******************** Sentinel [CT25] ******************** Location: Normandy, Alderney Reward: up to $8,250 ******************** From your Alderney safehouse, head east then turn right at the end of the road. Now turn right at the end of the road. Take your first left, then take your first left again. Right before the gate, turn right into the parking lot, the Sentinel should be parked here. ******************** Sultan [CT26] ******************** Location: Berchem, Alderney Reward: up to $11,550 ******************** From the internet cafe in Alderney, take the street going northwest. At the end of this street, enter the driveway facing you, slightly to the left of the street. The Sultan will be parked next to the garage. ******************** Super GT [CT27] ******************** Location: Chinatown, Algonquin Reward: up to $36,300 ******************** From the southernmost Perseus in Algonquin, head north on the road that curves, and after two blocks turn left. The Super GT should be parked on the side of the road straight ahead. ******************** Turismo [CT28] ******************** Location: Westdyke, Alderney Reward: up to $36,300 ******************** From the carwash in northern Alderney, go around the curve westbound, then take your first left. Enter the driveway of the first mansion you reach and the Turismo will be on your right. ******************** Voodoo [CT29] ******************** Location: East Island City, Dukes Reward: up to $6,600 ******************** From the place you play darts at in western Dukes, go south on the road just east of it, then take a left at the end of the road. At the end of this road, the Voodoo should be parked on the side of the street ahead, just north of the police station. ******************** Washington [CT30] ******************** Location: Steinway, Dukes Reward: up to $7,260 ******************** From the place you play darts at in western Dukes, head north on the road west of it. Take a left at the end of the road and continue going around the left curve. In front of the swimming pool to the place to your left, the Washington will be parked on the opposite side of the street. Once that is over you should be approximately 400 to 450 grand richer. Not bad. Marnie and Eddie should be ready for us for their final missions, so let's finish with them. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 92. Random Encounter (Marnie #2) [RE14] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Marnie Reward: -$500 (yes negative) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Go to the western end of the road that cuts through the middle of Middle Park. Marnie will be just south of the end of this road, about 1 block north of Bernie's apartment. Like the last one, drive Marnie to the train station. Again, Niko will give her some cash, and now she is gone. Let's check on Eddie. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 93. Random Encounter (Eddie #2) [RE15] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Eddie Low Reward: None ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Again, Eddie only appears from about 20:00 to 04:00. From the internet cafe in Alderney, head north, then take your first left. Eddie will be standing just off an alleyway to your right. Either way, Eddie snaps and starts attacking you. Kill Eddie to end the mission. He has a knife and drops probably $400 so grab what you can from him. If you don't care about police attention, just shoot him, it's also the safest method. Well, we are done with that. All that is left is the story, one random encounter not unlocked yet, and a set of side missions not unlocked yet. So let's advance the story. Right now my percentage is 79.36%. You have a choice between Gerry, Derrick, Bernie, and Phil. Choose what you want; I chose to do Gerry's next. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 94. I Need your Clothes, your Boots, and your Motorcycle [M061] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Gerry McReary Reward: $9,250 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You will be changed into different clothes to represent a different gang. Get onto the motorcycle up ahead, then drive to the meeting point in central Algonquin. When you arrive, you will be forced into a motorcycle chase. This guy enjoys driving into alleyways so keep an eye on him. This is also a scripted chase so don't bother shooting him quite yet. Eventually he will enter the Booth Tunnel. Once you get into Alderney for a bit you can start shooting at him. All it takes is one bullet to knock him off his bike and to hit an easy kill. Afterward, Gerry expresses concern that he may be going to jail soon. Meanwhile, we have a Derrick mission very close to our safehouse, let's check that out. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 95. Babysitting [M062] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Derrick McReary Reward: $7,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This mission begins with you driving a boat to a place just offshore of northern Alderney. He explains that you need to escort a boat full of counterfeit bills into Bohan. When you arrive, you have to follow Kim to the dock. On the way there will be attack boats going after you. First there will be about three. Concentrate on staying at a distance and making boats blow up one by one. Your SMG is perfect for this. Keep shooting until you get to a bridge where there will be a helicopter after you as well. Derrick will give you a rocket launcher. The game will tell you how to operate it. Once the helicopter is downed, eliminate any of the other occupants in the boats. Afterward, just escort Kim without anymore problems to end the mission. Another Derrick mission pops up in western Alderney. I suggest saving since the next mission can be quite difficult. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 96. Tunnel of Death [M063] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Derrick McReary Reward: $7,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Remember last mission when Derrick mentioned a man named Aiden? He said he was in prison. Now they are transferring him elsewhere, and we are going to break him out of the police escort, and kill him in a hidden area. Once the mission begins, wait for Packie to call you, he lets you know that they set you up with a truck and a rocket launcher. Go to the truck and get in. Drive to the Booth Tunnel as instructed and block the road as shown by the yellow arrows. After the cutscene ends, you will automatically be in cover behind your truck. Start shooting cops whenever you are ready. Kill everyone that is represented by a red blip. You can use grenades, a rocket launcher, whatever, just do not destroy the stockade with the blue arrow over it, as Aiden is in there. Once they are all dead, wait for Packie to get in and take off. You will have a three star wanted level, this one may be tough to escape. When you lose the initial cops behind you, just zig zag thru streets and watch your radar for new cops to avoid. Once you escape the cops, drive to eastern Alderney to ditch the truck. Don't worry, you can't regain your three star wanted level unless you do something crazy, though I lost them in Algonquin, and a cop started shooting at me when I passed through the Booth Tunnel, though I didn't get a wanted level. After you get to the spot, drive to the new yellow blip. On the way, Aiden will be thanking you for breaking him out. Almost makes you feel bad about what you're about to do to him. When you arrive, just kill him to end the mission. However, Packie took your car so you'll have to run back to the road. Afterward, Francis will send you a text asking you to meet him. It's an important mission in terms of the story, but we don't have to do it now. Otherwise, we can choose between Phil and Bernie. Since Phil's mission will open up another set of side missions, let's head that way. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 97. Truck Hustle [M064] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Phil Bell Reward: $11,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Get into the nearby car (Phil leaves in the other one) and head to the blip in north Alderney. Once you arrive you will take cover behind a wall. I suggest using a rocket and hitting the nearby van. Afterward pull out your trusty assault rifle or SMG and kill everyone you see. The wall you are behind will be good for most the battle. Once you get everyone you can from there, run through the parking lot, picking up ammo as you go, and keep shooting the remainder in the back. Eventually, a truck will start pulling out. Ignore everything else and chase after it. Run into the yellow arrow and Niko jumps on. Follow the on screen instructions on how to climb on top of the truck. Once you are on top, you'll get new prompts on how to move forward and to stay on top during corners. When you finally get to the end, a cutscene starts. Eventually you will call Phil and he tells you to take it to the large mansion on northeast Alderney. Once you arrive, the mission ends. After this mission ends, Phil will tell you of a guy who needs more work, and will recommend you to a pay phone. There will be a diamond with an X in the middle of it on your map now marked "Assassin". These are the assassination missions and there are 9 of them. Let's get them going. Phil will also let you know of a new contact, named Jimmy Pegorino, but we can ignore him for a while. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 98. Assassination Missions [ASAS] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Achievement: Assassin's Greed - 20G ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There are nine of these missions, most will involve you killing anywhere from one to several different targets. One thing to remember about these, is to pick up the body armor and the weapons in the fence behind it after starting each mission. These missions are all fixed, but appear in random order. Since they have named for each, I will put them in alphabetical order. ******************** Bailing Out for Good [ASN1] ******************** Reward: $3,000 ******************** You will be given a shotgun for this one. Head to the blip near the police station. Once you arrive, you'll be told to kill the guy leaving the police station. If you can, use a sniper rifle to nail him before he leaves, but if he gets in the vehicle, just chase after him with SMGs, and escape the wanted level if you have one. ******************** Dead End [ASN2] ******************** Reward: $6,500 ******************** You will be given grenades for this one. You will be told to follow the Patriot. There are a couple ways you can do this mission. First, you can just rocket the Patriot right there and end it. Or you can follow it during its very short drive. When it pulls into the alley, take your car and use it as cover. There will be near ten thugs to kill. Carefully kill them one by one, a grenade will be a big help here. Watch your radar as one guy may try to sneak behind you. Once they are all dead, the mission ends. ******************** Derelict Target [ASN3] ******************** Reward: $4,000 ******************** You will be given a shotgun for this one. Head up to the blips near your safehouse. Don't be fooled by the fact that there are only three blips, there are a ton of thugs here wanting you dead. Once you arrive, go to the stairs just past the parking garage going north. Go up the stairs then take cover as you get to the end. One of the targets will be here with a couple other thugs. Kill the target first then get the other guys. Inside the parking garage will be two more thugs. After they are dead, head upstairs. There will be a few thugs at each level, so keep an eye for them before advancing. Some will be standing in front of the stairs so prepare for that. Keep going up levels and killing the few thugs per level. Once you reach the last one, the mission will end. Most likely you will get a wanted level that won't go away by the end of it, and the cops will enter thru the warehouse to get you. Just try to get away from them as normal. ******************** Hook, Line, and Sinker [ASN4] ******************** Reward: $3,000 ******************** You will be given an SMG for this one. Drive to the blip at the very top of Alderney. You will be told to find a way to get to the target. You are too far away to snipe them so go to the boat and drive to him. He will take off afterward. Just keep shooting at the boat to make it blow up or just kill them both by aiming at them. The mission ends when they are both dead. ******************** Industrial Action [ASN5] ******************** Reward: $7,500 ******************** You will be given a shotgun for this one. Head down to the industrial park to where multiple blips are. From the street I was able to snipe one of them. I then went in the park itself from the open part of the fence to the west, to the back, where there was one more standing on some stairs oblivious. I killed him them headed for the stairs. A few of the guys will run after you to the stairs, so just camp them. After they are dead, go up and aim at anyone you can, there will be guys on both towers. Some will fall to their death, some will need to be killed fully. Keep running through the complex by going up stairs and across platforms as needed. Once they are all dead the mission ends. ******************** Migration Control [ASN6] ******************** Reward: $3,000 ******************** Be sure to pick up the weapon left for you, a sniper rifle, if you don't have any. When you arrive, you will be told to snipe the person entering the helicopter before they leave. Once the person is dead, this simple one ends. ******************** R.U.B. Down [ASN7] ******************** Reward: $4,000 ******************** You will be given an SMG for this one. Head down to the blips and there will be multiple targets making a deal. The best way to deal with them is to get a rocket and aim it at their feet and watch them blow up. If you miss, some will shoot you and some will flee on motorcycles so you'll want to get it right the first time. If you don't have a rocket or anything similar, this one will be difficult. Concentrate on the targets as they flee, and follow them on their motorcycles if they do get away. ******************** Taken Out [ASN8] ******************** Reward: $3,000 ******************** You will be given an SMG for this one. Head to the red blip, and when you get near the convoy will take off. The men in the vehicles will begin to shoot you hard if you touch them, so the best way to do this one is to take a rocket launcher and blow up the limo. If you don't have one, try a grenade. Otherwise you'll have to drive by it the old fashioned way. ******************** Water Hazard [ASN9] ******************** Reward: $3,000 ******************** You will be left a sniper rifle for this one. Your target will be on a boat just off the shore in southwest Alderney. Drive down there and stop just north of the blip. There will be three guys in a boat, but you only have to kill the one. Shoot him in the head to end it. Also get away before the other guys can hurt you. After you finish the final one, the assassin will let you know that he can't use you anymore. So now that we are done with that, there is only 1 random encounter left, but they won't be unlocked until near the end of the story, so let's get going. We can choose from Jimmy Pegorino, Bernie, or Francis. Let's do Francis' real quick. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 99. Blood Brothers [M065] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Francis McReary Reward: depends ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is going to be another important decision, like the Playboy X and Dwayne mission except there won't be any fighting. Francis wants you to kill his brother, Derrick, and they will be meeting inside a park. Derrick will call you on your way to the blip suspicious about the meeting, and he asks for your protection. So now would be a good time to make your decision. If you kill Francis, you get no reward. If you kill Derrick, you will get $10,000 and a chance to call Francis to remove a wanted level of up to 3 stars one time. The mission that triggers from this, Undertaker, will likely be slightly tougher as well. Though the money should not matter to you, and you can get a more reliable method of getting rid of stars by dating Kiki on lovemeet.net. The choice is yours though. Once you kill who you wish, leave the area to complete the mission. NOTE: If you killed Francis, you may notice that Francis' mission progress is still at 83.33%. This is because the mission "Undertaker" will count for Francis as well, so don't worry about it. Undertaker will automatically be triggered when Packie, and then Kate calls you. Meanwhile, let's do some of Bernie's missions. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 100. Hating the Haters [M066] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Bernie Reward: $6,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Bernie wants your protection from some guys bullying him at the park. Head to the yellow arrow, then follow Bernie through the park. Keep your distance. Once he goes under a bridge, he will be attacked. Chase after him as he gets on a Faggio. Do the same, and chase him through Middle Park. You can't hurt him yet so don't bother shooting at him. Keep with him for a while, and eventually you will run into Bernie. Pick him up and continue on. The hater will eventually go onto the road, where at the point he becomes able to hit. After he crossed a number of intersections I was finally able to shoot him off. After you kill him, Bernie will ask you to drive him all the way to south Algonquin to the Perseus store. After you get there the mission will end. While I was heading to Bernie's next mission, Packie called me and initiated the Undertaker mission mentioned before. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 101. Undertaker [M067] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Francis McReary Reward: none ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ After you hang up with Packie, head back to one of your safehouses and change into your suit and good shoes that you used during "Final Interview". Now the yellow blip will show up representing the church. Head there to attend Francis' or Derrick's funeral. Once the cutscene ends, you'll find that some Albanian's are coming to shoot you up. This is simple however, you don't really need to take cover at all, but you can hide behind one of the vehicles if you wish. There will be about three cars full of thugs who come, then a few coming out of the middle alleyway. Once they are all dead, Packie tells you to get in the hearse. If you take off immediately, another vehicle will come and start shooting at you. The hearse door will open, and if the coffin falls out you fail the mission. So just drive safe as they will go away after a little bit. As an alternative, just wait about a minute and the car will come after you at the church. Kill all of them and you will have a peaceful drive to the cemetery to end the mission. Just a quick note, this mission may be slightly different if you killed Derrick rather than Francis, but the overall premise should be similar. Soon after, Gerry will call you from the prison in Alderney, and says he could use some of your help, so now he is a contact again. Let's go back to Bernie for now though. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 102. Union Drive [M068] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Bernie Reward: $6,250 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Before you head to the blip, grab a fast car. There should be a Turismo on Bernie's street. If not, head to your safehouse in eastern Algonquin to the car dealership 1 block south and west to grab one. Once you do, head to the blip in northeast Algonquin. This is going to be another scripted chase, and probably the toughest one we've seen yet. At one point on the expressway they will go onto the wrong side of the road. You don't have to follow them as they will eventually come back over. Soon after a cop car will chase after them. Good news, right? Nope, he flips over, so watch out for him. Eventually he will crash in western Algonquin. Now it is just a matter of chasing after them and killing both the drivers. You can shoot them, run them over, whatever you wish. Once they are dead, drive Bernie back to his place, and the mission ends when you arrive. Soon after this mission, Bernie sends you a text message to meet him at Pier 45 in southeast Algonquin. Let's meet with him. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 103. Buoys Ahoy [M069] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Bernie Reward: $6,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This mission will only be available during the day time, from 05:45 to 18:45. So kill some time if you are not within these times. The intent of this mission is initially for fun, there will be a blip in southern Broker. However, Dimitri and his men will soon be coming after you, and you will have to chase them when they flee. They will be making a lot of crazy turns and slaloms. Don't even consider matching them, just keep it safe off to the side. Sometime around Charge Island there will be a police boat going after them, but yet again they fail as their boat blows up. Keep following them, as they hit land onto northwest Dukes. Hunt the three guys as representing by the blips. They won't leave the area, as they will each go to a certain hiding spot, so don't worry about them escaping. Once they are all dead, go back to Bernie to end the mission. Even though we are done with Bernie, he will call you sometime later, telling you that he is giving you the car Bryce gave him. Head to the new Bernie icon to pick up the Infernus. Not bad. Be sure to get it now though because it is a one time thing. Now we have a choice between going to Jimmy or Gerry. I chose to go with Jimmy since he's been there longer. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 104. Pegorino's Pride [M070] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Jimmy Pegorino Reward: $10,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You will be protecting Pegorino during a deal that will inevitably go wrong. Head to the blip and listen to the amusing conversation if you wish. Once you arrive, you will be given a sniper rifle and Jimmy will tell you to go up the roof of the building for a vantage point. It might be hard to find the stairs, so from the start of the cutscene, enter the door in front of you, then head right to the end of the hall where the stairs are located. When the deal goes bad, kill all five of the thugs and head back where you came. On the way switch to your assault rifle because there are a lot of unmarked thugs here. The easy way to get through this part is to not run into the building itself with all the thugs, but run to the right of the building. Run all the way to the back and enter through there. Pegorino will be sitting right in front of you. A cutscene begins and so does a car chase. On the way out there will be thugs shooting at you. Ignore them and keep up with the car. The chase will not last long though. Once they stop at the stairs, they will all get out. Quickly get out and kill them one by one before they can run upstairs and make it more difficult. Once all four are dead, pick up the offering from one of the bodies, grab the health pack if you need it, then drive Jimmy back to his mansion to end the mission. Soon after, Jimmy will send you a text message asking you to meet him back at the mansion. Let's do so. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 105. Payback [M071] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Jimmy Pegorino Reward: none ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If you want a reward here, you'll have to get whatever the guys you'll eventually kill drop. Which is a lot. Anyway, drive to the diner as instructed. Once you arrive, it's suggested that you drive into the arrow facing the north. When the car takes off, keep chase. In the short time you chase him he will cause a lot of havoc so keep an eye out. Also if you get too close the passenger will shoot at you so keep your distance. When you arrive, they will begin to shoot at you. Now would be a nice time to throw a grenade in there, and kill whoever tries to run. After it does its damage, kill whoever is left. Afterward you will most likely get a two star wanted level, so go lose that to end the mission. After the mission, go back to the Auto-Erotica where the gunfight happened, and pick up the loot they dropped. Each bundle is worth about $3,000, and I got about five of them, so it is worth the trouble. Immediately after this mission ends, Phil pops up. Soon after you will get a call from the United Liberty Paper, who says that there is a Mafia family that can help you. It is the Gambetti family, headed by John Gravelli, who is bedridden in a hospital in northern Broker. Now we have a choice between Phil, the Gambetti family, and Gerry. Phil's and Jimmy's missions seem to interchange during this portion of the game though, so I'll do Phil's next. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 106. Catch the Wave [M072] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Phil Bell Reward: $7,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You will be teaming with Phil during this mission. After you leave the strip club, go under the expressway to find the truck needed. Now drive to Charge Island as instructed. Once you arrive, things won't go as planned, and you'll be thrown into a firefight. Though if you were listening to the conversation this is expected. Begin by taking cover behind your truck and killing whoever you can hit. Once that is complete, move up next to the entrance for cover and kill more. There will be guys on top of the platforms and running down so keep an eye on them as well. Eventually Phil will move into the warehouse and ask you to cover him. Just move up to him when you think you got everyone in front of you. Keep working through the warehouse to the end until you get to the docks. Grab the body armor before you leave, then get onto the boat. Now follow Phil to the drop off point. It's not over yet, as there are two Russian boats that go after Phil. Do what you need to do to either blow up the boats or kill the occupants. An SMG works well here. After the boats are out of the way, just follow Phil to the drop off point in western Algonquin and climb onto the jetty to end the mission. Afterward, Phil and Jimmy immediately pop up, so pick which you want. I'm going to pick Jimmy because I think his next mission is pretty fun and short. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 107. Flatline [M073] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Jimmy Pegorino Reward: $13,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ One of Pegorino's bodyguards was wearing a wire, so we need to end his life. Head to the hospital, and be sure you aren't carrying any weapons when you enter. There will be police cars sitting in front of the hospital since Anthony is being protected by them. Enter the hospital then take a right toward the ER department. Take a right into the next room, and you will see a yellow arrow. Walk into it to change into doctor's scrubs. Now walk into the next hallway and take a left, you should see police near his door. Walk into the patient's room and wait for the cop to leave the room. Now walk next to the bed and turn off his life support. The cops will immediately know what you did so run for the exit as soon as you do it. Don't try to shoot at the cops as you run out, it will only make things worse for yourself. There is a health pack near the exit if you need it. Once out, you should have a two star wanted level. Escape it to end the mission. Nothing will change in terms of contacts, so let's return to Phil. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 108. Trespass [M074] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Phil Bell Reward: $10,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Drive to the factory as instructed. Phil will explain that we have to kill a guy known as Chubby Charlie before he tells that you took the ice. Once you arrive Phil will give you two options; enter into the front door, or enter via the tunnel. I've always preferred entering through the tunnel, so this walkthrough assumes that you do too. If you think the front door is better, let me know. Once you enter the tunnel, watch toward the end for an unnatural hole to your left. Enter there and at the end, try to kill one guy by a headshot, then pull out your gun of choice and kill the other one or two thugs. When you go up the stairs, you have to be quick since you're entering into a dangerous spot. Quickly kill the two behind the count then take cover behind it. Now kill the guys to your left before they hurt you any more. Once they are all dead, grab the body armor on the northern side of the room. Head up to the second floor where you will get your first glimpse of Charlie. Don't worry about chasing him yet, kill all the thugs on the floor carefully. Head up to the third floor where there will be thugs hiding behind the pillars. Be careful through here, and make sure they are all dead before advancing to the next room. If you got the guys hiding behind the doors already, take cover in the part of the door itself, and kill the few thugs that aren't well covered. Once they are dead, run and jump out the window at the other side of the room. There are more thugs here so quickly take cover and eliminate them one by one. Once they are dead, one more will roll out from behind the wall so kill him. Quickly run across the wooden bridge and turn around, and take out the guys on the roof. Go across the other bridge, then up the ladder. Take out these thugs, and keep going until you find another ladder. At the top of this ladder a cutscene starts. Shoot down the helicopter with either a rocket launcher or your assault rifle. Eventually the helicopter will crash from your attacks and the mission ends. Since there's nothing new happening, let's go back to Phil. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 109. To Live and Die in Alderney [M075] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Phil Bell Reward: $12,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Get into the car and drive up to the old mansion where you dropped off the truck back in "Truck Hustle". The trip will be similar, however, the police are tipped off so we will have to follow Phil while he tries to escape the cops. Don't worry about the cops for the most part, Frankie will be riding with you and taking care of them. Phil takes a fairly curvy route so watch where he goes. Eventually Phil will call you telling you that we are going to ditch the vehicles, so watch for the cue. Once you get close to the internet cafe, he will make a quick right and then a left into the alleyway. Enter here to trigger a cutscene. Kill the two cops behind you, and then head to the other side of the alley and prepare to take cover. There will be three police cars, and then a police van pops up. After they are all dead, run across the street to the escape van. A helicopter will show up now, shoot it down before taking off. This will actually reduce your wanted level from three stars to two, making it much easier to get away. After you lose the wanted level, drive them back to the safehouse to end the mission. Ray will send you a text soon about Jimmy having some more work. Let's see what he is up to. If you want to make this mission much easier, I would suggest buying a rocket launcher from the weapon store if you don't have it. It will cost a decent bit, but you have plenty of money anyway. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 110. Pest Control [M076] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Jimmy Pegorino Reward: $14,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is technically a two part mission, but Pegorino calls back very quickly compared to the others we have done. Meanwhile, head to Algonquin since you will need to go there anyway. After he calls, head to the yellow blip. As it turns out, Ray is in a convoy, and they tell you to follow him. He will tell you that they will make the guys stop for gas soon after they begin. They will make a few turns, but you should soon see a gas station on the right. Go past them and set up across the street. Once they pull in, shoot your rockets at the gas pumps. Both of the cars should blow up, and you just have to kill a few remaining thugs to end the mission. If you don't have an RPG like I suggested, throw grenades or shoot at the gas pumps. Don't let the cars escape or this will be come much harder than it needs to be. That's all for Jimmy right now, so now we can choose between Gerry and the Gambetti family. I chose to go with Gerry, but you can choose the Gambetti family if you wish. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 111. I'll Take Her [M077] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Gerry McReary Reward: $9,500 Achievement: Gracefully Taken - 10G ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Unfortunately, Gerry is in prison now, but he still has plans. Once the cutscene ends, go to any of the internet cafes, preferably the one in Alderney. Once you're online, click the advertisement for autoeroticar.com. Click "View Cars", then scroll down to the pink Feltzer, and her number will automatically be added to your phone. If it is between 08:00 and 21:00, you can call her now, else kill some time. Once you make the call head to her place. Once you are in the car, head for the coast. Be sure to stay on the route else she will get suspicious. When you are told to initiate the kidnapping, quickly turn around and head to the safehouse. This is going to be an interesting drive as Grace will continually grab at the steering wheel, so be careful you don't flip or you will fail the mission. Eventually Niko will knock her out cold, and then the ride there will become much easier. Once you drop her off, the mission ends. The next mission from Gerry opens when Packie calls you, which I will cover here because it's not really a mission at all. When he calls you, he will say that you need to take a picture of the girl. Head to the new marker named "Ransom" and go inside the blue door. Walk up the stairs, then enter the white door. Gracie will be sitting in here. Press LB to make her look at you, then take the picture, and send it to Packie. Walk out of the building to end the mission. Again you will have to wait for the next one, but eventually Packie will text you saying to meet Gerry. So let's head that way. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 112. She's a Keeper [M078] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Gerry McReary Reward: $9,750 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Gerry wants you to take Gracie to a new safehouse in north Algonquin. Head there to get in the vehicle. There's going to be some catches though. First, the car can't take too much damage or Gracie will die. Second, there will be men in cars chasing and shooting you. However, this won't be a long drive, just cut a right through the small alley, then right onto the street and you'll only be a couple corners from the bridge to Algonquin. Once you get to the bridge, this is your time to outrun them. You can also follow the route given and lose them too, I did after a couple turns. Once you lose them, Niko will make a comment about keeping her. Drive to the safehouse near the Pay n Spray to end the mission. This time, the next Gerry mission pops up immediately. This is a tough one however, so save beforehand and have full armor and health ready. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 113. Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend [M079] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Gerry McReary Reward: None ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This seems to tie in the story with the diamonds issue we had with Ray. Once the mission begins, there will be a phone call between you and Packie, he has a car waiting for you at the new location in northern Algonquin. Head there then get into the vehicle. Follow the yellow blip to the exchange location. As usual, things go badly. You will automatically be put into cover. Kill as many guys as you can from the car. Packie will start to advance eventually, so go with him. Keep killing everyone as represented by the blips. Packie will begin to go up the ramp in front of you. Pick up the body armor if you need it, then kill the guys at the top of the ramp. Now turn around and kill the guys on the platform behind you. Now you and Packie will be going on the ramp, now kill the two guys blocking the way. Packie decides that you two should split up. Head straight, and the camera will focus on three cars pulling up. Kill the two guys in each car. Now there will be guys on the left side of the platform. Run over to help Packie, and kill each guy carefully. There will be a health pack here if needed. Afterward, follow Packie and a cutscene begins where they throw away the diamonds. Kill the final two men, and then go down the ladder that Packie is standing next to. Head westbound out of the street and grab a vehicle. Drive Packie back to his mother's house to end the mission. With this, we unlock our final random encounter, Gracie herself. We have to wait three game days to do it though, so it would be a good idea to do some missions. This time, we don't have any choices, so we have to go to the Gambetti family. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 114. Entourage [M080] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Gambetti Family Reward: $12,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You will drive to south Algonquin to drive a guy named Bobby in an entourage. Keep within the entourage until the car in front of you stops. As it turns out, it's a sting from the Russians. The front car will be blown up by a rocket launcher, but you won't have to worry about him during the fight. Try to stay in the alley as the Russian's come. You will probably have to come out at some points to get the ones that are hiding, just be prepared to hide again once more waves come. There are a total of three waves of them. There is also a health pack here if you need it. Once you have killed all of them, pick up Bobby and get him to safety. This mission isn't over yet though, four Russian vehicles will be after you, all with gunmen. They aren't difficult to get away from though, just hit a couple of tight corners then speed onto a straightaway. Once all four are off your radar the yellow blip will return. Head there to end the mission. The Gambetti icon pops up immediately after, so head back there when you're ready. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 115. Dining Out [M081] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Gambetti Family Reward: $13,250 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Gravelli wants us to stop a business of counterfeit money run by an Asian guy named Kim. That sounds familiar, kind like the guy we helped into the country back in "Babysitting". Anyway, we will have to drive all the way over to Alderney to his restaurant, called Mr. Fuk's. You may have seen it while we were pigeon hunting. Once you arrive, speak to the receptionist in front. Go ahead and kill him to start the fight. Kill the few guys who run from the main room toward you. It's not easy to find adequate cover here so be careful. Once you go to the main hall, try to stay behind the wall for cover, then kill the people on the top balcony. Eventually you will have to wander in, keep finding guys to kill using auto-aim. Eventually, head up the stairs and kill more guys quickly. Once it is safe, run into the manager's office. Aim a gun at him until he tells you where Kim went. Be sure to grab the armor here meanwhile. After he tells, go ahead and kill him. More will have respawned when you come out, so keep an eye out for them. Keep going around the top killing guys as you go. Enter the kitchen on the left when you reach it and kill the other two guys in there. You will see Kim and he runs out the door. He will hop into a car, so you should get on the motorcycle next to it. Chase after him, shooting up his car until it either blows up or Kim dies. After Kim is dead, the mission ends. Again, the Gambetti icon appears immediately after the mission ends, so let's head there. As usual, be prepared. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 116. Liquidize the Assets [M082] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Gambetti Family Reward: $14,500 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Again, we are going to be driving all the way to Alderney. There are a couple of ways we can complete this mission. We can sneak around the rooftops, or we can just go in guns blazing. I will be doing the latter since it's not that much more difficult. Other guides, like ElectroSpecter's, covers the other route however. Once you arrive, they will map the area out for you. There will be snipers on the roof as well, so watch for them. From the front, use your element of surprise to snipe one of the snipers on the roof. Afterward, quickly hop the roof and take cover at the outlet on the right. Kill anyone you can reach, and try to grenade those you can't. Move up to the next one and repeat. Keep doing this, finding cover anywhere you can as you hunt for thugs. One strategy you can use is to grab one of the vans and use it for cover, as they won't shoot you if you are near it, preferring to keep the product safe. There is body armor laying on some wooden planks in the middle of the alleyway if you need it. Once they are all dead, find a way to destroy all five vans. The best way to do this is to bunch them all together and throw some grenades or shoot a rocket. The forklifts also have exploding tanks on them so you could use them as well. Once the vans have all been destroyed, the mission ends. Gravelli mentions that they will speak again when Darko Brevic comes into the country. So now there is nothing to do. We aren't stuck, we just have to wait for a phone call from the United Liberty Paper letting us know that Darko has arrived, and that we are off the hook finally. After the call the next mission triggers automatically. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 117. That Special Someone [M083] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Roman (technically U. L. Paper, but it counts for Roman.) Reward: none Achievement: That Special Someone - 10G ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ After the phone call, you will call Roman, and he asks to come with you, so pick him up at Firefly Island, near your first safehouse. After you pick him up, drive to the cargo area at Francis International Airport, where Niko will be reflecting on his life and blame Darko for his problems. He fully intends to kill Darko when he arrives, but things may change. Once you hear Darko speak, you will have a decision to make. Kill him or walk away. There is actually no difference in what you pick, other than slightly different dialogue. The game seems to tell you which one they want you to pick though. Once you make your decision, drive Roman to Brucie's house to end the mission. Afterward he calls Bernie to let him know about Darko. You can call Jimmy at this point to bring a J up for him. Head to the J as instructed. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 118. One Last Thing [M084] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Jimmy Pegorino Reward: none ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This isn't really a mission, per se, but it is more of a story advancer to put us into the final missions, which becomes a huge decision. Basically, Dimitri has work for you that pays very well, though you also see it as your big chance to get back at Dimitri for all that he has put you through. Niko will first call Roman, who wants you to take the deal, then Niko calls Kate, who wants you to stand up for what you believe in, or take revenge in other words. This is easily the biggest decision in the game, as you will get different endings and missions depending on what you choose. So choose carefully. If you don't care about being spoiled, read below. If you do, skip it. !!!ENDGAME SPOILERS BELOW!!! !!!ENDGAME SPOILERS BELOW!!! !!!ENDGAME SPOILERS BELOW!!! With Deal, Dimitri will turn against you in the first mission, again. However, you will still get the $250,000. Then Roman will be murdered at his wedding by Dimitri's men. In the final mission you will be going after Dimitri and ultimately kill him. With Revenge, you will kill Dimitri at the end of the first mission, and get no money. At the wedding, Kate will be murdered by Pegorino's men, though they were aiming for you. The final mission will involve you going after Pegorino and ultimately killing him, and you will get your $250,000 anyway. So if you want to be safe, do the opposite of what they tell you to do. !!!ENDGAME SPOILERS ABOVE!!! !!!ENDGAME SPOILERS ABOVE!!! !!!ENDGAME SPOILERS ABOVE!!! Once he hangs up, you will be told to make your decision. You don't have to do this right away though. Deal will be in western Alderney represented by the dollar sign, while Revenge is located where you first began the game, at East Hook in Broker, represented by the sword icon. While you make your decision, Roman will keep sending messages telling you to take the deal. However, there is still unfinished business to take care of. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 119. Random Encounter (Gracie) [RE16] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Gracie Reward: none Achievement: No More Strangers - 5G ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ From the weapon store in Alderney, head south then take your first right. Take your first right again and she will be on the other side of the road. This one is pretty simple. When Gracie sees you, she will freak out, and have her men try to kill you. Kill all of them to complete the mission. Well, that's it, you're now done with everything but the final missions. If you have a percent of 97.91%, you are exactly where I am at. Now you just need to make your decision between Deal and Revenge. I will be covering both, but I will cover Deal first. If you choose Revenge, scroll down further. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 120. Deal - If the Price is Right [M085] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Roman (it counts for him) Reward: $250,000 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Go to the Deal icon in western Alderney. Phil will be waiting for you there, and will have you drive to the docks in Port Tudor afterward. Once you pull into the docks and into the yellow arrow, you will be told to follow Phil after a cutscene. However, he has already taken off quite quickly, so run after him. So follow Phil onto the roof. Eventually you will get to a part of the roof you can enter. Phil will shoot out the window and jump in. Follow suit. When you get in, turn around and kill the thugs at the other end of the catwalk. Now head to the right and kill the thugs ahead. While you're at it, try to kill those on the first floor as well. Once you're on the lower level catwalk, kill the thugs ahead of you then head down to the first floor. There will be a guy waiting for you here so have your gun ready. Run to the bottom and run to the first truck for cover. Fire at anyone you can see then advance carefully. Keep doing this until you make it down the stairs, then Phil will tell you to follow him. Grab the health pack first, then follow him. Once on the catwalks you will be in for a gunfight. From the looks of it, you'll have to kill everyone below before Phil will advance. So carefully go ahead and kill each one. Once they are all dead, Phil will run to the office, so follow him. A cutscene starts once you get to him where the dealer runs off with the money. So now we have to chase after him. On your way down the stairs, kill the one or two guys left then run out the door. Jump into either the truck or the motorcycle and chase after him. Phil will shoot at him, but do not do the same. Watch out for the barrels that fall out of the truck, and the swerving vehicles. This is a scripted chase, so he will eventually get out of the truck on his own. Kill him then jump in the truck. Afterward, take Phil back to Tudor to end the mission. On the way back Niko talks about how he is done with the business now that he has done this deal, and doesn't care about Dimitri anymore. You call Roman to let him know and he is excited about the news, and says we can celebrate afterward. Pegorino also calls, excited about the deal. Now you call Kate, and she isn't near as excited, while taking an "I-told-you-so" tone when you tell her he screwed you over. She also refuses to come to the wedding now. Go ahead and save, then Roman will call you letting you know the wedding is beginning. If not, kill some time. Once Roman calls the next mission triggers automatically. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 121. Deal - Mr. and Mrs. Bellic [M086] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Roman Reward: none ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is a story advancer rather than a mission. Change into your suit and good shoes, then head to the church in south Algonquin. Watch the wedding ceremony if you wish. Once you both get outside, one of the men attending the wedding is actually an assassin for Dimitri. While you fight for the gun, it discharges and kills Roman. Eventually you will kill the man. Afterward, you will be sent to your safehouse in Bohan with your original clothes back on. Jacob texts you and suggests you go and buy some heavy firepower. That is a very good idea. Go ahead and do that quickly. If Jacob calls while doing this, just don't answer it. Once you have bought everything, go save. When you are ready, answer Jacob's call to trigger the final mission. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 122. Deal - A Revenger's Tragedy [M087] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Roman Reward: none Achievements: You Won! - 60G, Key to the City - 100G, Liberty City Minute - 30G (not likely) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ After you hang up with LJ, get to his car near your Alderney safehouse. Once you get in the car, he says he found a guy that will take them back to Dimitri and Pegorino (who apparently is working with him). After the cutscene, make a U turn and chase after the SUV. At first they will shoot at you if you get close, but after a bit they will stop doing so. Just concentrate on keeping up with him. At one point on the skyway the vehicle will cut over to the wrong side of the road. Join him when the divider has a break a bit after. Eventually he will take an exit ramp, which is why we had to get on the wrong side of the road when available. He will head north for a while, but keep an eye out for when he gets onto the dirt road on the right, so you don't miss it. Afterward, turn around and then pull into the other dirt road. You're here. You will start in cover behind your vehicle, while Jacob has gone to get some help for you. If you have a rocket launcher, I'd use it here to shoot at least one of the vehicles. From here, kill as many guys as you can reach, including the three on the roof to the right. Once you do, advance ahead and use the construction or vehicles as cover. When they are all dead, head for the entrance. At this point, Jacob will send you a text message, saying that he has an escape plan for you, and to keep your eyes on the skies. Take cover beside the door and kill as many thugs as you can reach. Once that is done, run inside and kill the remaining guys. Grab the healthpack on the side of the white building if needed. Now run to the back and left of the building, and enter the area to trigger a cutscene where Dimitri ends up killing Pegorino right in front of you. Once the cutscene ends, go up the stairs in front of you. At the second flight of stairs, turn left instead of right, and then shoot open the door to kill the thugs on the roof. After they are dead, run across the roof toward the red blip to trigger a cutscene. You will grab onto Dimitri's helicopter but you will be kicked off. Get into the boat you land next to and chase after them. During this chase, the helicopter will be shooting rocket launchers after you, so watch where you are going, though they are easy to avoid. Soon there will be a second helicopter involved. This is Jacob though, and a yellow arrow appears under his helicopter. Drive under it to get on. Now tap A as fast as you can to get him onto the helicopter. Once you have control, just keep following him as he takes a tour around the city, while avoiding rockets. Eventually, you will get hit though. You will both crash onto Happiness Island. At this point, it's a matter of killing what is left of Dimitri's men, and chasing after Dimitri himself. Kill the men around the helicopter, and then run after Dimitri across the island. You might get police attention at this point, so just keep running away from them, to the back of the statue. At this point, just kill Dimitri any way you see fit, and watch the ending cutscene. After the mission, Brucie will call mourning about Roman, and then eventually Mallorie will as well, mentioning that she is pregnant. See below the Revenge ending for my 100% comments. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 123. Revenge - A Dish Served Cold [M088] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Roman Reward: none ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Go to the sword icon in western Broker. Once the mission begins, kill the guys around the truck and in front of the bridge onto the boat. Don't climb onto the boat just yet, climb onto the ladder to the north of the boat. From here, you can see all along the side of the boat. Kill those you can reach with your assault rifle, then sniper the rest. Once you can't see anymore, head down then enter the boat. Grab the ammo to the right and then head down the boat southbound killing anyone you missed along the way. When you see the open door to the dining room, enter through there and kill the two guys in here. Grab the health pack if you need it then go up the stairs, killing the guy on them. Once on top, take cover next to the entrance and carefully eliminate the few thugs standing here. Grab the body armor in the second room to the right before advancing. After the hallway, turn left, then turn left out the door. At this corner are three more thugs. Take them out as needed. Be careful of a guy who might come to your left above you. Head up the stairs to your left, and kill the guy. There is also one more around the corner. Once you get him, run up the stairs straight ahead where there is one thug waiting for you. Inside the control room there is one more thug as well. Once he is dead, enter the room, grab the body armor, and operate the control to open the crate. Head back down the way you came, making sure you kill reinforcements. When you get to the platform before the bunks, stay here and kill anyone you can reach on the ground below. After you can't find anymore, head into the hallway where there will be two more thugs. After they are dead, head down into the dining hall where two more await you. Afterward exit here and run down to the end of the ship. Don't be fooled by the marker, you have to enter on the other side. Keep an eye out for extra thugs as well. When you get to the end, jump down into the crate. As soon as you land, take cover immediately. There will be a couple thugs shooting at you. Grenades help a lot around here. Use your auto aim to find new ones. Once you get past the green stacks of wood, a cutscene starts. Dimitri will be making his final stand with a few more thugs here. Kill the thugs quickly because your cover is somewhat inadequate against them. Now that it's just Dimitri, toss a couple grenades at him. Once he is pretty much dead, a cutscene begins and you can finish him off. You can do a cinematic execution with your pistol if you wish, or just do it normally. Afterward, you will be told to exit. There are no thugs this time, so just walk peacefully out. Head straight then up the stairs to the dining hall. You should know how to get off at this point, and the mission ends as soon as you get off the boat. Niko calls Roman right after and lets him know. He seems indifferent to your decision, and reminds you about his wedding. Phil also calls and says that while he understands your decision, he can't speak to you anymore since the Pegorino's are falling apart. Roman will soon call you letting you know the wedding will be soon. When it gets close to the time, Niko will call Kate and let her know about the news. She will ask you to pick her up from Dukes and the mission starts. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 124. Mr. and Mrs. Bellic [M089] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Roman Reward: none ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ After you pick her up, drive Kate to the church in southern Algonquin. Watch the ceremony if you wish. Once the ceremony is over, they will walk out, and Pegorino himself will attempt to kill you via drive-by. Instead he kills Kate. Afterward you'll be in your Bohan safehouse with your original clothes on. Jacob texts you and suggests you go and buy some heavy firepower. That is a very good idea. Go ahead and do that quickly. If Jacob calls while doing this, just don't answer it. Once you have bought everything, go save. When you are ready, answer Jacob's call to trigger the final mission. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 125. Revenge - Out of Commission [M090] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Contractor: Roman Reward: $250,000 Achievements: You Won! - 60G, Key to the City - 100G, Liberty City Minute - 30G (not likely) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ After you hang up with LJ, get to his car near your Alderney safehouse, where him and Roman are coming with you. Once you get in the car, LJ says he found a guy that will take them back to Pegorino. You will start in cover behind your vehicle, while Jacob and Roman have gone to get some help for you. Grab the health pack on the side of the white building if needed. Now run to the back and left of the building, and enter the area to trigger a cutscene where Pegorino curses you on top of the stairs, then runs. Once the cutscene ends, go up the stairs in front of you. At the second flight of stairs, turn left instead of right, and then shoot open the door to kill the thugs on the roof. After they are dead, run ahead and go down the ladder in front of you. Quickly kill the three guys to your right as you have almost no cover. Run ahead and kill two more until you get to the road. A car with thugs will come. After you kill them, run down to the red blip. Pegorino will take off in a boat, get onto the motorcycle and chase him along the coast. Be sure not to fall off or you will most likely lose him. Stay along the coast, and eventually you will be shown a yellow arrow sitting behind a ramp. Hit this and you will fly onto the helicopter. Tap A as quickly as possible to get onto the helicopter. Once you have control of it, just keep following the boat, while avoiding rockets being shot from it. It will tell you how to fire it's miniguns but this is not necessary. Eventually, you will get hit though. You will both end up on Happiness Island. At this point, you will just be chasing after Pegorino. You might get police attention at this point, so just keep running away from them. Pegorino won't run too far though, and once he stops, just aim at him and kill him, and watch the ending cutscene. Soon after, Packie will call mourning about Kate, and soon after Roman will call mentioning that Mallorie is pregnant. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 126. Story Complete / 100% [M091] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Congratulations, you have officially beaten the game 100%. Usually there is a big reward for such a thing. There is also a reward here, but it is not exactly a good one compared. The main thing is that the ammo cap on your weapons is removed. However, excess ammo is removed once you save. At least you'll have pride in knowing that you completed a Grand Theft Auto game.
