This FAQ shows the names of the evolution items you can get in this game and 
what pokemon(s) it evolves it into. NOTE:You can only evolve pokemon after you 
beat the game. Also check if you need 2 items to evolve the pokemon your 
looking for in the link cable item information part.(Ex. to evolve Slowpoke 
into Slowking, you need a King's Rock and a Link Cable.)

Deepseascale:Enables the pokemon Clamperl to evolve into Gorebyss.

Deepseatooth:Enables the pokemon Clamperl to evolve into Huntail.

Dragon Scale:Enables the pokemon Seadra to evolve into Kingdra.

Fire Stone:Enables the following evolutions:Vulpix into Ninetales, Growlithe 
into Arcanine, and Evee into Flareon.

King's Rock:Enable the following evolutions:Poliwhirl into Politoed, and 
Slopoke into Sloking.

Leaf Stone:Enables the following evolutions:Gloom into Vileplume, Weepinbell 
into Victreebel, Exeggcute into Exeggutor, and Nuzleaf nto Shiftry

Link Cable:Kadabra into Alakazam, Machoke into Machamp, Graveler into Golem, 
Haunter into Gengar, Poliwhirl into Politoed(with King's Rock), Slowpoke into 
Slowking(with King's Rock), Onix into Steelix(with Metal Coat), Scyther into 
Scizor(with Metal Coat), Seadra into Kingdra(with Dragon Scale), Porygon into 
Porygon2(with Upgrade), Clamperl into Huntail(with Deepseatooth), and Clamperl 
into Gorebyss(with Deepseascale).

Lunar Ribbion:Enables the pokemon Evee into Umbreaon.

Metal Coat:Enables the following evolutions:Onix into Steelix, and Scyther into 
Scizor.

Moon Stone:Enables the following evolutions:Nidorina into Nidoqueen, Nidorino 
into Nidoking, Clefairy into Clefable, Jigglypuff into Wigglytuff, and Skitty 
into Delatty.

Sun Ribbon:Enables the pokemon Evee into Espeon.

Sun Stone:Enables the following evolutions:Gloom into Bellossom, and Sunkern 
into Sunflora.

Thunderstone:Enables the following evolutions: Pikachu into Raichu, and Evee 
into Jolteon.

Updrade:Enables the pokemon Porygon into Porygon2.

Water Stone:Enables the following evolutions:Poliwhirl into Poliwrath, Shellder
