Gravis Shangwyn has e-mailed me how to find the super secriet vehicle, if it seems 
complicated them I'm sorry, but I haven.t found it yet.This is what he e-mailed me: 
I have not found another way to get it...it doesn't appear at the military base 
until after you collect all 100. And even then, you have to take another helicopter 
there and "exchange it" (land in a restricted area only accessable by helicopter as 
far as I can tell). The military won't be happy about you taking it either...they 
sometimes shoot at you. And also, in addition to the rockets it fires, I found out 
it also has a vulcan cannon, fired by pressing R1. It even (sort of) auto-
tracks...meaning it aims for you! It'll chew through a car like the minigun will. :> 
theres another way to get the hunter.You need to get the cop outfit and you can walk 
into the army base.There's some unnoticable doors that you can go through to get to 
the hunter but land and not using a helicopter.OR you can wear the cop outfit and 
fly in with a helicopter to do what Gravis said "exchange" with the hunter.The 
hunter is sweet, so I suggest that you try to get it. If you try without the cop 
outfit on most of the time the army dudes WILL KILL YOU on the ground, and don't 
think that you're safe on the ground inside the hunter, because they'll just pull 
you out and kill you, or they'll just shoot it and blow it up (even though the 
hunter can take lots of damage).
