How To Create A Good Team - Guide for Pokemon Crystal

Hello, this is Game Trickster here, I know some of you people
are having a hard time catching some PoKe'MoN out there. This
can help you beat the game more faster(if you are playing 
PoKe'MoN Stadium 2 with transfering your team on Crystal, Gold,
or Silver.) Here are the three teams you can use in Crystal,
Gold, or Silver.
