Blue Coins are in speacial places.Collect ten to get a shine sprite.

Press and hold R to rocket high in the sky.

                                  Water Bottle
Get a water bottle to get some water.Comes in 2 sizes.
                                  Water Barrel
If you find a barrel get it and throw it to make water splash around the area.
                                  Water Rocket
Get a water rocket and fire it to hit Mecha-Bowser.
                                   Springboard
If you find a springboard hop on to it to go in the air.Spray it then you can take 
it wherever you want.
