  *****************************************

If you are reading this section then I am supposing that you have beaten Alpha
and Bass so the way you get to secret area 1 is bye the Undernet server. This
odd placeis the entrance to the Secret area 1,2, and 3. When you first arrive
you land in area 1. This place is differenet from every other place because
you may NOT jack out where ever you are. You must go back to the beggining
entrance and go through the portal. I am recomending that you bring alot of
Full energy sub chips along with Mini-energy sub chips. Also please try to get
as much HP Memories as you can so the chances of you dying are slim. Now
when you enter the secret area there is a monolinth that cannot be destryoed
unless you have the "tool" that lies on the edges of the undernet. The meaning
of what I just said is that you need to find the tool called "HAMMER".There is
alot of new things in this area including new viruses. These new viruses will
stop you along the way so SAVE OFTEN!!!. Once you find the way to the end
of area 1 you will be promped to face a mean new dude called Darkman. Note
you must have 140 standard chips to face him. If you do then keep reading.
If not this is the end for you.He is simply a pushover if you think about it.
Hes easy so dont worry. Just dont get in his way when he is a new color in
the same row as you. When you beat him use the new way to get to the
Secret Area 2. Woo hoo were almost there. Now this area is tricky because
there are areas that are cut-off sorta. When you figure out the way to the end
of area 2 heres another new guy called Japanman. In order to face him you must
have 1 giga chip so hope you have 1 He is a like a samarI and likes to use
swords. He will use all sorts of attacks to defeat you so watch out. After you
beat him advance to area 3. Woo here we go. This area there are the toughest
of viruses. Here are viruses called scutlests. These viruses have auras or
barriers that cant be destroyed by normal attacks. It depends on which enemy
you find because there is a scutlest with an aura 100 and an aura 200. The one
with a 100 aura takes a chip with a hundred attack or more to destroy it.
The one with and aura 200 takes a chip with 200 damage to destroy. There
arent many chips with over 200 attack just so you know. Anyway here go
right to the rail slide and advance till you find a bug frag trader.Deposit
300 bugfraggs and when you beat "S" then the 300 bugfraggs will be very
important!!! The 300 bugfraggs will revieve a former powerful enemy. Now
go back from the way we started and instead of turning right go straight.
You will run into these weird Number machines. These machines will require you
to destroy the ones with the #1 on it and it will have a number. This number
is the damage you must make on #1 to destroy it and move on to the next number.
There is one that requires alot of thinking( I couldnt even think of this)
Make sure you have....

-GrassStg Any code
-HeatShot J
-Heat-V J
-HeatSide J
-CopyDmg *
-Atk+30 *
Now when you go into battle it will look like this:

PPP PNN
PMP PPP
PPP NPP

P=Panel
M=Megaman
N=NumberG1

This is going to be hard because you have to kill them all at once and they
have 650 HP each so here's how you do it:
---------1st, Load the GrassStg and use it. 2nd, load in this order:

-----CopyDmg *, HeatShot J, Heat-V J, HeatSide J, Atk+30 *

After you defeated the G1 machine(thats what there called) Once you get all
the way to the end you should have all 200 standard chips in
order to face the legendary "S" we have so longed to faced. This battle will
be the HARDEST one so far. "S" will deflect all your attacks so try
to hit her----------
(yes I said her. The english translation is poor because the Japan
version, the original creator, had "S"as a her so I call S a her)
-------- when she is about to attack.I strongly suggest you area lock "S" to
get a very big advantage. When you area lock "S" you make her un-capable to
move around. Look at the example here

P-P-P-P-P-P
P-P-P-P-P-M
P-P-P-P-P-S

-P-=Megaman area
 M =Megaman
 S =Serenade

The simple way you do this is by using met/gells or area grabs. These
would work and let you try to grab victory. Beat "S" and now you will be the
King of the Undernet along with Rank 1. After you beat "S" leave the Secret
net by going back to secret area 1. If you havent already like I said feed 300
Bugfraggs into the bugfragg trader because this will unlock the next quest we do.
After you feed the 300 fraggs go to secret area 1 and jack out. Now jack back
in and the net will be different. There will be navis saying there is a
disturbance in the net that is far to powerful for us to handle. Well you know
what? I think we are and thats where were going next, back to secret area 3.
At the end of secret area 1 there will be a navI saying theres something going
on in the net. Proceed to the next area and then at the end there will be
another navI saying that we shouldnt really go towards the middle but we weill
anyways. Proceed and there will be yet another navi. Listen to him and go to the
bugfragg trader and there will be a cut scene of a former navI being reborn off
the bugfraggs we had given the trader and we find out that BassGS is born anew!
BassGS will be the hardest battle in the game so I strongly recommend that you
have Poisen Pharoh combo included to go straight through the arua 200!
yes I said 200!! There arent many chips on the game that can defeat a aura 200
so like I said I recomend using the poisen pharoh combo to go directly thru
his aura. This battle is hard because BassGS has fused with gospel and
now is twice as strong. His attacks are doubled noe so dont get hit often.
When you beat him you are now going to face the time trials.

Well all I have to say here is that you want to build a good, strong chip deck
of only 5 mega chips and 1 giga along with 24 other standard chips.
Take FULL advantage of these limits. Now there is also a flow of your chip deck.
You should have atleast 20 * chips. If you have 20 then you can choose
up to 5 chips at a time at the start of the battle depending on the codes of
your chips.

C. Style Generated Programs
These Style Generated Programs are those generated by leveling up your Styles.
Consequently, they're only usable by the corresponding Styles, unless you
input the Error Codes correctly to nullify the Errors. The Codes are explained
and listed in a later section. I personally call these Programs the "Style
Programs". These special Blocks are categorized by the Styles that generate
them in this guide.

surprising that Guts Style and Shadow Style, which look like two opposite

Well, for a convenient system like this, glitches are definitely inevitable.
If you happen to place the Blocks wrong, glitches will occur and usually
they are bad news. There are LOTS of Glitches.

- Super Armor: Move Upwards
- Break Buster: Have a chance of 25% to have Jammed Buster (makes a click and
                nothing comes out)
- Break Charge: Charged Attack makes a RockCube. Can create a maximum of 2 at
once on the feild at the same time.
- Set: Changes all Normal Panels on your side to Poison Panels.
- Custom 1/2: HP drops during Custom Window
- Mega Folder 1/2: HP drops during Custom Window
- Block/Shield/Reflect: Automaticly Moves Megaman Up
- Shadow Shoes/Float Shoes: Automaticly Moves Megaman Up
- Press Program/Energy Change/Proto Scope: HP drops dureing the Battle
- Oil Body: Attracts oppsosites
- I'm Fish: Attracts oppsosites
- Battery Mode: Attracts oppsosites
- Jungle Land: Attracts oppsosites
- Sneak Run: Attracts enemies instead of repelling them
- Collect: Negative Effects (always gain really low Zenny after Battle)
- Air Shoes: Move Upwards
- Under Shirt: Move Upwards
- Quick Gauge: Slow Gauge
- Weapon Lv.+1: Charged Attack makes a RockCube. Can create a maximum of 2
                at once.
- HP+XXX: HP Drops during Battle
- Regular +5: HP Drops during Custom Window
- Attack/Rapid/Charge+1: Have a chance of 25% to have Jammed Buster (makes
a click and nothing comes out)
- BugStopper: Guess what, this Program CANNOT BE GLITCHED!! HEHE
- Humor Sense: Automaticly Moves Megaman Up
- Black Mind: Automaticly Moves Megaman Up
- Buster MAX: (Auto-Glitch) Uses all Chips as soon as Battle Begins
- Giga-Folder 1: (Auto-Glitch) Panels become poisoned as soon as you step
                 off them.
- Saito Batch: (Auto-Glitch) Half HP
- Dark License: (Auto-Glitch) Custom -1

And now, for a list of effects of Multiple Glitches:

- RockCube Charge
  - 2x: Water Gun with 100 Damage that hits the Panel right in front of
        Megaman
  - 3x: Flowers appear, No damage
- 25% Chance of Clogged Buster
  - 2x: 50% Chance of Clogged Buster
  - 3x: Buster Guard (creates a Guard Shield when B is pressed) for 15 times
- Move Upwards
  - 2x: Move Downwards
  - 3x: Confusion
- Depletion of HP (in Custom Window or in Battle) (*)
  - 2x: Faster Depletion of HP
  - 3x: Even Faster Depletion of HP

(*) The rate of HP Depletion is:
1x: 1.9 Dmg/s
2x: 3.8 Dmg/s
3x: 7.5 Dmg/s

After you select "Run!" in the NavI Customizer, Lan will ask a question
and you'll see megaman's answer. If Megaman's reply is "Hmm, a little
weird, but I'm OK!", check your custimizer immediately because that means
Megaman's Programs are all messed up! Another way of finding out whether
Megaman is glitched up or not is to look at megaman when you see the status
screen. If he has lines going though him or has wierd glitch marks then duh he
has a glitch
To fix the glitches, check if your Programs match any of the following items:

- An Ability Program is NOT touching the Command Line.
- A PowerUP Program IS touching the Command Line.
- Two Programs with the same color are touching each other.

If you answer YES to any one of the items above, fix your Programs so you
will not answer YES to any of the items above.

Also, by abusing some Glitches, you CAN have some effects that might prove to
be useful to you. The examples are:

- Misplacing ShinobI Dash/SneakRun Program to attract more Viruses to attack
you, to upgrade your Styles quickly.
- Put 1 WeaponLv.+1 Program on the Command Line to generate RockCubes from
Charged Shots (shoot them with AirShots or GutsPunch Series Chips for 200
  Damage).
- Same as above, but use TWO WeaponLv.+1 Programs and you get to use the
Water Gun. That is, if you're a Sword freak who likes to attack at point-blank
  range.

husband's work tools. Go over to your classroom's blackboard and jack in. Talk
to the NavI there to give him his tools. Go back to the red NavI in ACDC 1 to
get your reward, Yo-yo1 D.

--JOB 2--My NavI is Sick
Go to SciLab Station and talk to the girl near the entrance to SciLab. She needs
a Recov30 * to heal her Navi. It's in a Blue Mystery Data in ZooComp 3. When you give her the
chip, you'll get a RegUp3.

--JOB 3--Help Me With My Son!
Talk to the portly woman at Yoka Station to learn that her son is giving her
problems. Go to ACDC 3, near the entrance to ACDC 2, and you'll find an
aggressive-looking Navi. He will fight you with a Canodumb2 and two Boomers.
Jack out and go back to that guy's mother to get your reward, SpinYllw. You can
now spin yellow NaviCust programs with L and R.

--JOB 4--Transmission Error
Go to Virus Lab and talk to the scientist standing between the computers. He
sent virus data to the wrong location and is in it deep unless it's deleted. Go
to the hippo/flamingo pen in Yoka Zoo and check the information computer there.
A virus will spring out at you and you'll have to fight a SnowBlow and two
Canodumb2s. When you delete that data, go back to the scientist in Virus Lab to
get an HPMemory.

--JOB 5--Chip Prices
Go to ACDC Square and talk to the green NavI to learn about sibling rivalry. Go
to SciLab Square and talk to the purple NavI there to see his price for a
Slasher B. Go back to ACDC and tell the green NavI his brother's price. Go back
to SciLab Square and talk to the purple NavI again to learn his new price.
Finally, go back to the green NavI in ACDC Square to get a chip for Slasher B.

--JOB 6--Im Broke!
Make SURE you have at least 8000 Zenny before taking on this job! Go to Yoka
Inn's lobby and talk to the man there. Walk out of the inn then walk back in and
talk to him again. His NavI has gotten lost in the Yoka area. Go to the upper
exit to Yoka 1 in Yoka 2 and talk to the mean-looking NavI holding up the
generic one. You'll have to destroy three Shakers. When you do, talk to the
generic NavI to get CashData. Bring it to the man to get your 8000 Zenny back,
plus an HPMemory.

--JOB 7--Rare Chips For Cheap
Go to Yai's phone and look for the orange and blue NavI in the lower corner.
He's tricked you and you now need to fight two Twinners. You have to delete them
both in a single attack, but you can lower their HP as much as you want. Win and
get 10000 Zennys.

--JOB 8--Be My Boyfriend!
Go to Beach Square and talk to the yellow N1 Navi. Answer her questions "Yeah,
that drama!", "My own CyberMetro?", and "Uh, sure...". You'll get a chip for
StepSwrd O!

--JOB 9--Will You Deliver?
Go to the old woman at the bottom of the slope in front of Yoka Inn. She'll give
you a chip for TimeBomb N to give to a client in the hallway of the DNN Station.
Give it to him and go back to the old woman to learn that you gave him the wrong
chip. Take the Invis * and run to ACDC Square. Look for a red NavI and give him
the chip. Go back to the old woman to get an Aqua+30 * for your efforts.

--JOB 10--Look For Friends
(Tora Job 1)

to a NavI in Yoka 1. That NavI can be found on the right fork of the path after
the first compress path in Yoka 1. You'll learn that that Navi's operator works
at the Zoo. Jack out and head to Yoka Zoo. Soon after you enter, you'll see a
guy in a lab coat. Talk to him to have him remember his friend. Go back to ACDC
Park and talk to the man in the green shirt again. You'll get a RegUp3 for your
efforts.

the Fish program from the NaviCust Program merchant on the top of the lower
level. Now, go to Beach 1 and seek out the DNN Navi, who's a generic orange-and-
blue model on the lower level of Beach 1. You need to fight a five-battle
endurance match to pass this one.

Battle 1: Mettaur2, Mettaur2
Battle 2: Yort, Mettaur
Battle 3: Shrimpy, Mettaur2, Beetle
Battle 4: Yort, Yort

Battle Console in the studio. Face off with a Swordy2, a Swordy3, and a Tuby. Go
upstairs to the control panel that controls the door to the editing room and
you'll find a third NavI there, who takes you on with Spikey2, Fishy, and Tuby.
That's all, go back to the guy who gave you the job to get your reward, a Tally.
The Tally lets you get into the Undernet later in the story.

--JOB 13--Gathering Data
(Tora Job 4)
For your last required job (for now, anyway), go to the Teachers' Lounge. An
official is missing some InsrData, which is now in the SciLab area. The Navi
carrying it is in SciLab 1, on the upper level, near the WWW Door on a side
path. That NavI has lost the data, so find it in ACDC 2, on the large platform
near the entrance to ACDC 3, in the hands of a different Navi. You need a Yo-Yo1
G, obtained by S-Ranking Yurts in the Beach areas. Once you get a Yo-Yo1 G,
bring it to that NavI and take the InsrData to the official in the Teachers'
Lounge to get your reward, a chip for SloGauge *.

MetroLine Station, then go back to the slide and bag the bird. Bring it back to
the zoo employee to get your due, a SubMem.

--JOB 16--Help With Rehab
Go to the Hospital TV and talk to the orange-and-blue Navi. You'll fight a tough
endurance battle. First, you face a Quaker Omega. Next, a Viney Omega. Third, an
Eleball Omega. Last, a PuffBall Omega. When you beat all of them, you will get
the Humor NaviCust program and a WWW-ID. This can open the purple skull doors
scattered around the Net.

--JOB 17--Old Master
Jack in to the SciLab Vending Machine and talk to the purple NavI below the
teleporter. Go to the Teachers' Lounge and look at the first set of books from
the large computer at the bottom of the room. You'll find Anna MorI in the book.

Gloomer. Go back to the main area and follow main street up the ramp. You'll
find a second Navi, with a Fishy2 and two Canodumb3s. Go into upper Yoka 1.
Behind the WWW Door here you'll find a Prism Q. Go to the compression path in
front of Tamako's HP to find the third gang member. He has two Fishy3s and a
Trumpy. The final gang member is on the platform where BubbleMan put up his
Bubble Door. When you take care of his Slimey and two Fishy3s, go back to the
program in Yoka Square to get your second ExpMemry, which will make your
NaviCust five blocks by five blocks.

--JOB 19--Please Adopt A Virus
Go to SciLab 2 and talk to the NavI with the Bunny in front of it. Give the Navi
50 BugFrags to get the Bunny virus for the Virus Breeder.

--JOB 20--Legendary Tomes
Get to Hades Isle, in the upper left area, where a ghost NavI will be waiting.
You need to collect three legendary tomes. The first, the SkyTome, is in
Undernet 3. You need a chip for Magnum1 A to get that one. Go to the FlameMan
Tank on WWW Island and search for Bashers. S-rank them to get the chip. The
second one, the LandTome, is in UnderSquare. Fork over 7000 Zenny to the Navi
there to get it. The last one, the SeaTome, is in Undernet 6. You have to face
two Twinnest and a Dominerd to get it. BUT WAIT! Do NOT bring the tomes back
to the ghost yet! Go to the statue in the Teachers' Lounge and check it. You
will get a whopping 300,000 Zenny! Now you can bring back the tomes and get a
FstGauge * in return.

--JOB 21--Hide And Seek
Talk to the kid in front of the ticket machine at the Zoo. Jack in to the panda
computer and check all the dead ends in the four ZooComp areas. From the first

Surface NavI to face two Swordy3s and a Hardhead Omega. When you win, you'll get
an HPMemory.

--JOB 23--Give Your Support
Go inside of Hades Isle and talk to the scientist there. You need to fight a
seven-virus endurance battle.

Battle 1: Mettaur3, Megabunny, Eleglobe
Battle 2: Ratty3, Swordy3, Doomer
Battle 3: Slimest, Pengon, Shrimpy3
Battle 4: Yart, MoBlow, Trumpy Omega
Battle 5: Totun, Goofball, Vinert
Battle 6: Spikey3, Fishy2, Metrodo
Battle 7: Elehornet, Swordy3, Scuttlest

You'll get a meager reward of 30 BugFrags.

--JOB 24--Stamp Collecting
Talk to the nurse between Yai's room and Mamoru's room, then go to the program
in ACDC 1 near the purple NavI along main street to get a Stamp Card. The SciLab
stamp program is in SciLab 1 on the large program near the TetraCode doors. The
Yoka stamp program is in Yoka 2, near the program running in circles constantly.
The Beach stamp program is in Beach 1, on the central platform, to the right
side of the upward conveyor belt. When you finish, check back in with the ACDC
program to finish the contest. Go back to the nurse on the second floor of the
hospital to get your reward, a chip for StepCros Q.

--JOB 25--Help with a will
Go to the very end of the school hallway with your classroom and talk with the
little girl. After getting the cryptic card, go to ACDC 3 and check the
squirrel. You'll face a Totem Omega, a Mushy Omega, and a Needler Omega. Next,
go to the samuraI armor in Yoka Inn and check it. Another virus will pop out,
this time Heavy Omega, Basher Omega, and Volcano Omega. Go to the hot water
heater in Yoka 1. A PengI Omega, a Slimer Omega, and a Jelly Omega will attack
you. Go to Hades Isle's gargoyle statue. A KillrEye Omega, an Elebee Omega, and
a Momogra Omega will attack you. The final clue of the will is the top of the
pillar in Undernet 4. Fork to the left from the entrance and follow the path.
You will eventually reach the yellow level. Fork upwards to find BeastMan's
security cube. Kill BeastMan Beta if you haven't already. If you haven't yet
found BeastMan Alpha, his location is In SciLab area 1.
BeastMan Beta is hiding in your doghouse. To find him, you must have SneakRun
either in your NaviCust or, as a Subchip, activated. 900 HP, but no new attacks.
After destroying him, go back to the security cube, open it, and check the top
of the pillar. You'll get a photo and a nasty surprise of Twins Omega and a N.O.
Omega. This is one of the toughest non-boss fights you've had yet. Eventually
destroy the viruses and jack out. Bring the photo back to the girl and get
Recov300 R.

You MUST beat all versions to unlock the cube
of V2 and some navis require version 3.

"a burning navI of flames holds the key", this would represent FlameMan.
FlameMan V2 is hiding in a dead-end in Undernet 5. If the cube does not
open go to V3 located by a random encounter in Yoka 2? im not completely
sure on the V3. the cube should now be unlocked

"a navI whose trees are in full bloom holds the key", This is PlantMan..
V2 is located in is hiding at a dead end near the teleporter that will
bring MegaMan to Undernet 5. There is no V3 that I remember... the cube is
unlocked now.

"a howling, wild navI holds the key", this is BeastMan... located in SciLab
Area 1 (lower, dead-end thats right next to the entrance from the lower SciLab
Area 2. V3 is located in Undernet 3 where you fought FlameMan. the cube should
be unlocked.

"a shape-shifting navI of sand holds the key", DesertMan is the holder at
which V3 can be located in Undernet 4. V2 you have already fought due to
how you fought him for the ending 4 robots... the cube is unlocked.

"a cowardly navI of bubbles holds the key", BubbleMan V2 is located in WWW
Area 2.. if you take a warp you will warp right to him... and if I remember
there is no version 3 to fight so the cube should be opened now...

Many people have been emailing me asking me questions about the game. This is
where I will put the good questions that people seem to ask a lot to me.

Q:-How do I get bug style? ive been trying to get it for hours and I
beat over 300 virus's and it still isnt lettin me get a style change so im
going to start all over again to try to get better styles from the start
before the bubbleman saga.......but can u still tell me how to get bugstyle
	anyways????

A: Starting over would be REALLY bad to do unless you really wish you want to
	do as so.
To get the bug style I put the sneak run program wrongly in my custimizer and
instead of having viruses running away from you they all come to you....
Instead of no enemys you will have 10X normal. This benefits you greatly. With
this setup youll have the bug style in no time and depending on the style of
how you fight, you will be judged and get the correct style...

Q: Did you ever get the bugstyle(s) to work?

A: Actually yes. I currently have the electric-bug style.

	Q: What does HubBac do?

A: I usually dont like to answer questions that are listed in my guide but for
future references, Here is the exact description of the Hubbac program

	Name of Program: HubBac
Color: Orange
Description of Effects: Enables the following Programs:
- Super Armor
- Break Buster
- Break Charge
- Custom +1
- Mega-Folder +1
- Shield
- Under Shirt
- Air Shoes
- Float Shoes
- Shadow Shoes
Causes a Glitch of Half HP.
Acquired: Secret Area 3 Blue Mystery Data
Usefulness: *****

Q: I beat all of the scullestz but when I try to go to the place where the
family is located, they are not there. Why??

A: I can think of some ideas but one sticks out to me. You must not have
	beaten all of them.

Q: The bug frag trader in secret 3, does it give you standard chips that you
	need custom style to get?

A: My memory is going somewhat fuzzy for this question for some reason but I
would say it does give you chips that you need to complete your library but
I dont believe you need any of them to get the custom style.

Q: Somethings wrong,I have spin purple but none of my purple programs are
	rotating!!

A: To be serious I really dont know why it is happeneing... I have this same
	problem :(

Q: I have the 'collect' program but when I fight 2 or more viruses,it gives me
the chip of the virus I dont need! Is there a way I can get the chip that I
want? if so how can i?

A: No. Whatever enemy you face is the chip you'll most chances get, even if you
	dont like it.

Q: I need some help getting past some security cubes. The security cubes say:
"a burning navI of flames holds the key",
"a navI whose trees are in full bloom holds the key",
"a howling, wild navI holds the key",
"a shape-shifting navI of sand holds the key",
"a cowardly navI of bubbles holds the key".
what does this mean and were can I find these navis?

A: Ok just so you know you MUST beat all versions to unlock the cube
of V2 and some navis require version 3.
