                               Shortcuts
When you start,when your close to the first ramp hold A.Then release at the 
end of the ramp,then do frontflips by pressing up on the control stick to 
reach the shortcut.Then the second shortcut is the last ramp.Do the same thing 
as on the first ramp,but do backflips by pressing down on the control 
stick.Then there is another ramp.

                           100 ring location
The 100 ring item box is on the first shortcut,but I don't know how to get it.

                                 Rails
The first rail is under the first shortcut.The second is after the tunnel 
above the quaterpipe.

                               Fly Rings
The first three are after the first shortcut.The other four are above the 
other quaterpipe after the tunnel.

                            Power Shortcuts
There is a shortcut in the area after the tunnel.It is on the right.
