Well, First of all.  Sephiroth, like most other things in KH2, is not as "hard" as he seems.
You just have to know what you're doing.  The only thing is that he is lightning fast so you
really need to be on your toes.  




THINGS TO REMEMBER:

1. KEEP MOVING...

	Don't stand in one spot for too long.  Sephiroth can quickly close the distance on you
	with his teleporting and his attacks so stay mobile.  Make good use of the Aerial Dodge
	and Glide to get away from him quickly.

2. STAY LOCKED ON...

	It's very important to keep an eye on this guy at all times.  You will lose the lock
	when he teleports so quickly lock back on when he reappears.  You'll want him in your
	view to see what he's doing so you'll know when to get in and (MORE IMPORTANTLY) get out
	of the way!!  You wouldn't want to run right into him by mistake 'cause you didn't see him.

3. TIMING IS KEY...

	Practice makes perfect.  You can only learn so much from a guide.  Seeing how the battle
	flows first hand is the best way to get a feel for when to strike and when to RUN!  DO NOT
	... I REPEAT ... DO NOT... go head on with his attacks.  You can't overpower him and he
	will ALWAYS win, so wait until you know you have a clean shot.
	
	Sephiroth also has a big slashing attack that has a reaction command to block it.  You
	can't block it if you're in the air so try not to spend to much time in the air.  You
	don't get much warning so be ready when the screen darkens and the [Triangle] flashes.

     Before Battle Preparations

Preparation is key. Here are some good things to have handy for an easier battle.

**NOTE** ... SORA FIGHTS ALONE. NO DRIVES. NO SUMMONS. ONLY LIMITS (trinity limit)

1.  The Ultima Weapon...

	It's the best weapon available.. so USE IT!! You'll have to syntesize to get it.
	**There are plenty of synthesis guides online if you don't have it already**

2.  The Best Strength, Defense & AP boosting accessories

	Again.. you're going to have to sythesize if you want the really good ones.

3.  Set Shortcuts to Curaga & Elixers

	That's obviously a must.  I you REALLY need Elixirs since they do both HP & MP.
	**Again.. sythesize for more of them & some enemies drop them (there's probably a
	   guide somewhere on what items enemies drop)

4.  Helpful Abilities

	Retaliating Slash - when he knocks you in the air use this, works great!
	Trinity Limit - very good for quick damage, can stop Sephiroth in his tracks
	MP Haste/Hastega/Rage - to quickly restore depleted MP
	Once More - a life saver (trust me)
	Second Chance - another life saver
	Defender - defense never hurts
	All Combo Plusses/Boosts - more hits equals a stronger finisher with combo boost
	Combination Boost - The combo finishers are very very important
	Leaf Bracer - So you don't die while trying to Cure yourself
	Item Boost - Better resoration of MP/HP for Items

**NOTE** ... YOU SHOULD REALLY BE AT LEVEL 99 OR CLOSE TO IT BEFORE FACING THIS GUY.  A WEAK
	     SORA IS A DEAD SORA, AND FAST!  YOU WANT THIS TO BE QUICK AND EASY.

    The Battle

Sephiroth IS easy.  You Just have to know what to do.

Here is what I do.. it works pretty good for me.. If you find a better technique.. by all means do 
what suits you


FIRST THINGS FIRST...

	AS SOON AS THE BATTLE STARTS PRESS [TRIANGLE] TO BLOCK HIS ATTACK.. WHEN DONE.. STEP A LITTLE
	CLOSER AND COMBO... (Sora knocks him back at the combo's end)

	DO NOT TRY ANOTHER COMBO JUST YET (Sephiroth will attack you if you do)... Instead
	
	QUICKLY, GO STRAIGHT INTO TRINITY LIMIT (Don't worry about the MP, You should have it back
						 by the time you need to heal.. if not .. ELIXER!)
	
	THEN ATTACK AND DODGE.. 


	*REMEMBER THE ABOVE.. YOU SHOULD HAVE OPPORTUNITY TO REPEAT IT.. WHEN YOU GET IN THE CLEAR
		AND ARE GIVING HIM A COMBO, FOLLOW UP WITH THE LIMIT, THEN ANOTHER COMBO, WORKS 
		gREaT!!


	If, by chance, you get hit and are knocked in the air he'll start teleporting around you,
	slashing you.  To stop him press [Square] to do the Retaliating Slash and then combo him.

	After you knock off about 5 HP bars.. He'll start summoning these stupid balls that surround
	you and damage you.  They're not toO dangerous.  You can attack them or run away.  Also, When
	he makes them he will be vulnerable to attacks.  If he's close by you when he calls them 
	give him a nice healthy combo and then get out of the way.  Try not to get caught in his
	attacks.  The moment you get the chance Aerial Dodge away repeatedly.

	He will also start doing the attack that takes your HP/MP all the way down.  PAY ATTENTION.
	You can tell when it's coming.  If you have you're lock on like I told you you'll see him
	floating way up in the air.  He'll say something and you'll see a halo or something over
	Sora's head. IMMEDIATELY after your stats go down SHORTCUT THE ELIXIR and PRESS [TRIANGLE]
	because he's going to try and finish you with a slash. It's easy to do really. Then you
	COMBO, LIMIT, COMBO.. LIKE ABOVE.	

	Soon he'll start doing a fire attack that draws you in.  Not to worry though, you can get
	away easily.


	AND THAT'S IT..  AFTER I BEAT HIM I WAS LIKE .. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? WOW.. YOU ARE REALLY NOT
	THE HARDEST BOSS IN THE GAME.. REALLY.. THE ORGANIZATION 13 KIDZ WERE TOUGHER IN MY OPINION


	I beat him in like one minute... I don't think I even used the Curaga... I used 2 Elixirs.
