1. On the title page you can click on a character to hear their voice.
2. You can have up to 3 different files.
3. There are 5 different game modes; Party tent, Star battle arena, Minigame 
tent, Extras zone, and Fun bazzar.
4. The Party tent can allow you to play a simple mario party 8 board map with 
minigames.
5. The Star battle arena is the six round story mode that has different rules 
for the boards than the Party tent.
6. The Minigame tent allows you to play any game you have previously played or 
bought.
7. The Extras zone is an area where you can play up to 8 minigames (exclusive 
from those playable on other parts of the game) with either a mario party 8 
character or a mii. (You are already given 4 games, the othe 4 must be bought)
8. The Fun bazzar allows you to cash in tickets for prizes (games, settings, 
minigames, etc.).
9. You get 1 ticket per minigame outside of the Party tent or Star battle 
arena.
10. You get 2 tickets per minigame in the Party tent.
11. You get 200 tickets after you complete the Star battle arena.
12. In the Party tent map 1 has the normal mario party rules, map 2 has the 
rule "get to the end of the boardwalk for 1 free star", map 3 has the 
rule "find king boo and pay him to get the star", map 4 has the rule "get to 
the train engine to get a star", map 5 has the rule "put 1-19 coins in a hotel 
to make it worth 1 star, 20-49 coins is 2 stars, 50-999 is 3 stars. Whoever 
has the most coins in the hotel owns the stars", and map 6 has the rule "steal 
the opponents stars with bowser candy and bullet bill candy".
13. In the Star battle arena map 1 has the rule "get 2 stars first", map 2 has 
the rule "bring 50 coins to the goomba on the island first", map 3 has the 
rule "get three stars first", map 4 has the rule "bring 50 coins to the koopa 
first", map 5 has the rule "get 4 stars first", and map 6 has the rule "steal 
the opponents 3 stars first".
14. After map 6 in Star battle arena you have a 1 on 1 battle with bowser (who 
didn't see that coming?).
15. All figurines in the Fun bazzar are worth 30 tickets.
16. All non-figurines (besides the credits, they are 100) are worth 50 tickets.
17. In the Minigame tent there are 7 types of minigames.
18. In the Star battle arena all battles are 1 on 1.
