                              The Story So Far
A high school student named Peter Parker went on a field trip one day and got 
bitten by a new species of Spider. He gained the powers of a Spider. He decided 
to use them to make money so he tried wrestling and got cheated with the money 
so he didn't care when the guy got robbed. Later he returned home and his uncle 
Ben had been shot so he put on his costume to track down the leader of the 
Skulls gang that killed his uncle.

                           How To Use This Guide
In this guide you will find how to play and complete Spider-Man. The 
Walkthrough will show you how to get through the game and the other sections 
will help you understand the characters.

                                 Walkthrough
                                  Training
When you begin you are not in a Spider-Man suit. Yet you still have your 
powers. Go forward and touch the question mark then go around the corner and 
touch the other question mark. Crawl up the side of the building and jump onto 
the platform in the middle and touch the question mark. Now jump down and touch 
the question mark then swing over to the building in front of you and jump down 
and grab the Gold Spider. Jump down and grab the question mark then defeat the 
White Skull Gang Member and swing to the building in front of you and grab the 
question mark at the bottom of the wall. Web Zip up the building then grab the 
question mark and web zip to the question mark in front of you. Web Zip up to 
the roof and grab the question mark then swing down to the ground. Go to the 
roof of the building and grab the giant spider and your done with training.

                             Search For Justice
You are now in your wrestling costume. Grab the Gold Spider below the gargoyle 
and go back on top. Go behind the starting building swing one building right 
and turn so there is a shiny building in front of you. Go to top of shiny 
building that is orange. Swing one building forward Swing one building left 
swing two buildings forward. Jump over the first wall, turn left follow the 
passage through to get a golden spider. Go back to the beginning and go to the 
building in fornt of you with the question mark. Kill the two White Skull Gang 
Members then climb up the tall building next to you and kill the two White 
Skull Gang Members. Swing over to the building the compass and height meter 
tell you two and kill the two White Skull Gang Members and folllow the compass 
to the next building. Kill the two White Skull Gang Members and Spider-Man will 
apprehend the running one. Now fly over to the warehouse (use the compass) and 
take the giant spider. 

                             Warehouse Hunt
Jump down from the roof and go through the door and down the stairs. Grab the 
Gold Spider at the bottom and go through the door and kill the three Skull Gang 
Members in the room. Take the health under the stairs if needed then go through 
the door and kill the four attacking Skull Gang Members and three more will 
come. Kill them and go through the garage door. Kill the four Skull Gang 
Members then go around the truck. Approach the explosives then run back around 
the truck because a Skull Gang Member on a forklift will try to run you over. 
Kill the man then crawl on the roof to avoid the fire and go up the vent on the 
roof (grab the health in front of the vent if needed). Avoid the electricity 
and go left and fall through. Push the button to turn off the electricity then 
go back up the vent and go the way the electricity was. Go through the door and 
kill the two Skull Gang Members then go left and go through the door. Kill the 
two attacking Skull Gang Members then jump into the broken hole in the wall and 
go to the end. Push the button then go back and go back through the door and go 
up the shaft on the roof. Kill the Strong Skull Gang Member and take the cord 
and go up to the switch that is blinking red. Push the button then go back up 
the shaft in the room and go over the fire (go through the garage door in front 
of the fire first if you need health). Go through the garage door and kill the 
four Skull Gang Members then kill the three that appear. A door will open. Now 
go through it to complete the level.

                             Birth Of A Hero
You are approaching the top of the warehouse. Go up the vent and follow it then 
climb up further. You will approach a hole. Jump over it and follow the path 
going forward. Jump down it and kill all of the Skull Gang Members in the room 
then take the health hiding around the boxes if needed. Go through the door and 
web zip to avoid the gas. Take the Gold Spider which is used by pressing 
Circle, X, Circle. You are going to use it a lot. In the next room there will 
be loads of enemies. Use Handspring to eliminate as many as possible (there is 
health on the roof). After they are all dead take the key and go through the 
door. Follow the path and when you reach the stairs go to the middle and web 
zip up. At the top you will face Uncle Ben's Killer. He will be using his rifle 
a lot. Remember that there is health on the roof. Get on the roof and lock onto 
him then jump down and use as many combos as you can until he is defeated. He 
will turn out to of been the man who robbed the guy who cheated you early. He 
will trip on a pipe and fall out the window and die.

                           OsCorp's Gambit
You are now in your Spider-Man costume. Get the pictures needed then go to the 
giant spider. A few Hunter Killers will come. The secret in air combat is to 
jump and attack frequently. Destroy all thirteen to win.

                         The Subway Station
Shocker and his group of thugs have broken into the Subway Station. You have 
arrived to settle the conflict. Quickly jump over the wall to the right and 
grab the Gold Spider now go to the same stairs on the right that you used to 
get the first golden spider (opposite the start). Now slightly more left, there 
is a mini passage that leads to a closed black gate. Go right next to the 
closed black gate. Zipline up and crawl to the top left bit of the ceiling to 
get the golden spider then jump back and kill all of Shocker's goons attacking 
the security guard. Your Spider sense will go off. Follow it through the hall. 
A goon will suprise you. Kill him then go into the next room. Ignore the 
security guard for now and go right and save the civilian then go back out and 
save the security guard. Go back through the two rooms and there will be 
another security guard under attack. Swing over and save him. Shocker will 
shoot a collumn which will begn to collapse with a civilian next to it on his 
cell phone. Run up and grab the man and put him down in the red circle. Kill 
the attacking Shocker Criminals then go through the open subway door. Follow 
the path and kill the Shocker Criminal then go left and save the two security 
guards. Shocker will begin running your way and you will jump on the roof. He 
will blast through the ground and jump into the sewers and you will follow him.

                          Chase Through the Sewer
When you begin two Shocker Blue Criminals will be charging at you. Throw the 
explosive barrel next to you at them and then finish them off. The door will be 
locked so kill the Shocker Strong Criminal to your left using combos and take 
the key. Open the door and go through. There will be sewer water rushing by. It 
can't hurt you so swing above with no fear. Go left and there will be indents 
in the wall. The left has health and the right is a hallway. Take the health if 
needed and go right. Two Shocker Blue Criminals will attack you. Kill them and 
go left. Another one will run at you. Kill him and jump down the hole in the 
middle of the floor. Jump up onto the wall and kill the Shocker Blue Criminals 
with guns then press both buttons. Jump down and kill the Shocker Strong 
Criminal then go through the door and kill the Shocker Blue Criminal to your 
right. There will be more sewer water so go left and then right. The place will 
start to flood because a criminal named Vick pulled out the wheel that stops 
it. It won't actually flood the place so do not worry. Kill the attacking 
Shocker Blue Criminals then grab the Gold Spider above the hole that the water 
is coming from. Now follow Vick and kill him. Take the wheel and put it back in 
place then go through the hole. There will be two attacking Shocker Blue 
Criminals. Kill them and go left and climb up the ladder. Go through the door 
and press the button. Jump back down and go out the hole and go down to where 
the water is. There will be an open door. Go in it and take the Gold Spider. 
Now go back through the hole and go right. Kill the Shocker Blue Criminal then 
go right and kill the two attacking Shocker goons. Go left up to the sewer 
water and jump in and follow it. You will get trapped in a large room with a 
few Shocker Criminals. Kill about two or three and five Shocker Criminals will 
come. Kill them and all of the surviving Shocker Criminals. Take the key and 
jump into the square below the exit and go through the doors and find a button. 
Press it then go through the exit. You will catch Shocker escaping and you will 
follow him.

                         Showdown With Shocker
Shocker will be shooting blasts at you until you get to him. Go forward a 
little and get him to shoot then go through the left tunnel and get in a gap 
between the two. Keep doing this until you are close to him then web zip to 
him. At the end in the middle of the shoots you will find a Red Spider if you 
need health. He will escape and block the exit. There will be levers next to 
trains on the left and right. Pull the lever on the left to get the train going 
to reveal a back way. Quickly jump into the sewer water to get a Gold Spider 
then follow the sewer water and go through the door on your right. You will now 
be where Shocker was when he escaped follow the path next to the fallen rocks 
and you will find Shocker. You will now have to battle him. Knock him down to 
the ground then throw explosives at him and when he makes a tornado jump in the 
air and kick him. When he is down use Handspring (Circle, X, Circle) on him. 
When he is defeated you will tie him up and he will be on his way to jail. The 
good news is he also reveals where Vulture is hiding.

                             Vulture's Lair
You arrive at the clock tower where he is located. You will have to climb the 
tower and the secret to avoiding his bombs is to jump over them and to let the 
spiders catch you then jump away. Follow the path to the stairs and start 
climbing up. He will eventually make a flaming log start flying and block your 
path. From here web zip up and crawl around and climb onto the platform. Now 
continue climbing the stairs. When you get blocked go back and go through the 
hole in the wall and jump through the other hole in there. When you get out 
jump onto the broken staircase and follow it up. Fall through this broken 
staircase and follow it. Take the Gold Spider and jump up then go through the 
hole in the wall. Turn left and jump through the hole then jump onto the broken 
staircase and follow it up. When you get blocked jump into the hole in the wall 
and go through the hole to your left. Jump onto the broken staircase and 
continue on. After loads of bombs you will reach the top and Vulture will 
escape and you will swing after him.

                           Vulture Escapes
You will need to chase Vulture. If you get to high above him ore to low below 
him he will drop or throw bombs at you. If you stay level with him he will 
shoot feathers at you. Stay slightly above him and you should be able to avoid 
his feathers. Hold R2 when following him and jump and swing to make turns. At 
one point he will begin to knock down a billboard. Web it up in both spots 
(Vulture will wait for you) and continue following him. He will do the same 
thing with a giant water holder. Web it up and follow him. You will eventually 
catch him at a tall building.

                          Air Duel With Vulture
Vulture has blue and red health. You can't take down his red health unless he 
is on the building. Attack him in the air until his blue health is gone then 
climb to the tip of the building and grab the Gold Spider. Now explore the 
building and a Gold Spider is near a gargoyle. Bring his blue health down again 
and when he gets on the building attack for a while until he starts getting up 
then back up and go after him. Repeat this process until Vulture is defeated.

                               Coralled
Scorpian is running through the sewers and OsCorp is sending HK units after you 
and him. They get you together in the subway. They are spider like robots. It 
says you need to protect Scorpian but don't worry about it to much. Go to the 
second floor and go up the path going up to the third floor. Grab the Gold 
Spider then go take out a few HK units. There are ten. Jump and kick them to 
get them off the walls then destroy them with combos. After you destroy ten 
Scorpian will attack you and run so you go after him.

                         Scorpian's Rampage
You will now have to face Scorpian. Get the Gold Spider above a ruined pillar 
and use a mix of Handspring and Tackle against Scorpian to defeat him. There 
will be health scattered around if you just look. After you defat Scorpian he 
will get up and escape.

                             Coup D'Etat
Norman Osborn has become the Green Goblin and is attacking. Mary Jane has been 
tossed onto a giant ballon and you will need to save her. Climb to the top of 
the building you are on and grab the Gold Spider then jump down and grab her 
and bring her to the red circle. She will say thank you and kiss you and then 
you should swing after Green Goblin. Follow him and he will not hurt you badly. 
After a while he will damage a radio tower. Web it up then continue chasing 
him. He will eventually start destroying a subway so web up the destroyed parts 
and continue chasing him. He will stop above a forest. Attack him with air 
attacks until he flys away and you follow him.

                             The Offer
Now you must fight Green Goblin. Attack him until his blue health goes down and 
he will fall off his glider into a building. Fall into the building and take 
the Gold Spider. Use as many combos as you can on him and take the Red Spider 
that keeps popping up on the opposite side of the Gold Spider when needed. He 
will get back on his glider so swing after him and bring his blue health back 
down. He will jump into an electic building. Jump in and stay away from the 
electic generators. If he goes in there shoot web balls at him. When he is 
defeated he will say there is bombs planted around New York before he escapes.

                          Race Against Time
You will now have to disarm all of the bombs in New York. Stay out of the 
lights or the Hunter Killers will attack you. Go forward and disarm the first 
bomb. Now turn around and go up and disarm the bomb then go forward around the 
building and disarm another one. Remember to hold down R2 and disarm the next 
three bombs then disarm the last one and there will be no more bombs.

                           The Razor's Edge
The Green Goblin will shoot lots of Razorbats at you. Luckily they can be 
destroyed in one hit. Destory fifty and then dislock yourself from them and 
swing to the construction yard and touch the giant spider. He will leave with a 
part of his glider fallen off. You take it and examine it and find the word 
OsCorp so you decide to break into OsCorp.

                         Breaking And Entering
Go through the shaft and jump onto the roof. Crawl to the end of the hallway 
and jump down and go through the door. Go left through the door and avoid the 
camera. Jump over the wall in front of you and go through the door. Webzip up 
to the roof. Crawl over and jump down (without the guard seeing you) and take 
the Gold Spider and webzip back up. Jump down and download the information from 
the computer(s) and get back on the roof. Go away from the door you entered and 
you will crawl around a piece of roof. Go right until you find more computers 
then jump down and download the information from the computer(s). Go through 
the door to the right of the camera and jump up and go through another door. 
Download the information from the computer(s) and get to the vault said. You 
will need to type in the password. The password is top right, bottom left, 
bottom right, top middle, and top left.

                            Chemical Chaos
Open the door and webzip to the roof and go right. It will split into three 
paths. Go left on the roof and follow it. Jump down and open the door and don't 
worry about the alarms. Web swing and web zip and you should be fine. Follow 
the path go forward and grab the Gold Spider then go back and to the right. Go 
in the door and press the button then leave the room and do the one next to it. 
Go through the door in the middle and push the button on the right then go back 
to where you found the Gold Spider. Go through the door and cross te lasers and 
open the other door. Follow the hall and find and open the door. Go left and 
open the door and press the switch then climb and grab the Gold Spider on the 
roof and walk up to the other one and it will be locked. Dr. Rue will come by. 
Kill him and take the key card and open the door and press the switch. Go back 
to the first to rooms with switchs and go to the room in the middle but this 
time press the switch on the left.

                      OsCorp's Ultimate Weapon
To destroy the giant robot go left and destroy the four generators on the side 
but beware of the robot's laser. Swing back and destroy the two under its neck 
then destroy the four on its back. Jump on its neck and destroy it.

                         Escape From OsCorp
You no longer need stealth. There are Super Soldiers everywhere. Exit the vault 
and web zip to the Gold Spider. Now web zip along the hall your on to both ends 
and disarm the guns and laser wall. Go to where they were and go to the end of 
the wall and disarm the laser wall blocking the door. Go through and jump down 
and go through another door. Press the switch and when the door is open web zip 
to the vent to escape OsCorp. 

                         Mary Jane Kidnapped!
Mary Jane has been kidnapped by Green Goblin and you have to follow him. This 
is just like Vulture Escapes. He will leave bombs behind him. Avoid the bombs 
and you will follow him to the bridge.

                       Face-Off At The Bridge
This is the final level. Swing over and grab Mary Jane and bring her to the red 
circle then get Green Goblin off his glider then use Tackle and Haymaker on 
him. Repeat this process until he is defeated. At last he takes off his mask 
and reveals himself then his glider comes to kill you but you do a backflip and 
it kills him instead. Congratulations! You have just completed Spider-Man!

Pinhead Bowling
To unlock pinhead bowling get 10,000 points in story mode.

Vulture Movie
To unlock a Vulture clip get 20,000 points in story mode.

Shocker Movie
To unlock a Shocker clip get 30,000 points in story mode.

Unlimited Webbing
To get unlimited webbing earn 50,000 points in story mode.
