INTRODUCTION

From A Galaxy Far, Far Away or something like that, here it is, Star Wars,
Starfighter, easily one of the best Star Wars themed games to ever be made! Really,
it's awesome. Great visuals, intense action and perhaps most of all, Starfighter has
incredible controls that makes for a game that "feels" good to play.

Set during same time period as Episode 1, the storyline in Starfighter is loosely
connected to the struggle for liberation from the Trade Federation blockade that
took place in the movie. You get to play as three different characters: Rhys
Dallows, a Naboo fighter pilot, Nym, the gruff space pirate and Vana Sage, a
starfighter pilot for hire.

In this massive Starfighter guide before we've put together complete walkthroughs
for every mission. They include winning strategies for achieving each main objective
and how to beat all the bonus objectives so that you can get gold in every mission.
We also tell you how to unlock all the bonus missions. We don't stop there though,
although most guides would. We've included all the cheats for the game plus show you
how to find all the hidden Easter eggs in the game. Hey we even cover the basics of
how to approach this game and give you extremely helpful hints that we've discovered
over hours and hours of gameplay. This is the only strategy guide for Starfighter
that you'll ever need.

CHARACTERS/ENEMIES

Rhys Dallows

You get to play as three different characters in the game but if any one's the star
of Starfighter, it's Rhys Dallows. This young rookie pilot has always dreamed of
being apart of Naboo's elite Bravo Flight and when his beloved planet comes under
attack from the Trade federation he gets his chance. Under the tutelage of expert
pilot, Essara Till, Rhys gets all the tips he needs to survive harsh battle
conditions. Rhys's mother was a schoolteacher and he never knew his father although
you will eventually encounter him in the Bonus Mission, Charm's Way.

Flying The N-1 Starfighter

The N-1 Starfighter is a real hotrod and is easily the most fun to fly in the game,
with the exception of the bonus Sith Infiltrator you earn by getting all gold in
every mission. It's super agile, speedy and looks pretty with its nice shiny front
end. It has strong lasers but is the only ship without a rechargeable supply of
their secondary weapon. The N-1 comes equipped with 10 Proton Torpedoes (which can
pack a punch) and since they are limited in amount they should only be used when
absolutely necessary. The advanced secondary weapon are the Advanced Proton
Torpedoes which will break apart and hit several targets at the same time. This
attack is best used against groups of enemies and can potentially hit 10 different
targets but will consume two of your torpedoes. You gain the Advanced Proton
Torpedoes in level eight. Targeting enemies with your torpedoes is easy. Just get a
target in front of you (make sure it has a red target ring around it) and wait for
your target view in the center of the screen to first turn yellow and then turn red.
Once red let your torpedo fly and will almost surely hit its target no matter what
the target does. Be sure to listen for the audio cues as well to let you know when
you're locked on.

Vana Sage

Vana is an adventurer with a good heart. She's worked for everyone including bounty
hunter, Naboo's Royal Security Force and even the Trade Federation which is who she
is employed by at the beginning of the game. She is ver self sufficient but to face
the challenges ahead she'll have to work as a team with a cast of unlikely allies.
Vana flies the Guardian Mantis.

Flying The Guardian Mantis

Vana's ship may at first seem not as powerful since she is without a potent
secondary weapon when in reality her Ion-Enabled Sensor Tags allow her to fire on
targets without even facing them. The ship's primary weapons are not lasers at all
but actually Sensor-Guided Nano Missiles. When just fired at a target they'll act
just like lasers but when you tag and enemy with one of your sensor tags and that
enemy is targeted then no matter what direction you fire, your Nano Missiles will
find the target. This is very handy when you're trying to dodge laser. The Mantis is
very maneuverable however and in one mission it can completely stop. The Mantis's
Advance Secondary Weapon is called the Ion Encumbrance System and will totally
disable a ship, even a big one. The attack is activated by first charging the blast
by holding down the CIRCLE button and then you need to get very close to the target
and then let the shot off. When it hits, an electrical field will surround the ship
and its shields will be gone and it won't be able to move or fire on you. The attack
does not work from any kind of distance; you must be very close to the ship for it
to work. This attack will consume your complete compliment of Sensor Tags but they
will regenerate.

Nym

The gruff Nym is hard to like at first but this big green guy is loveable in the
end. If one thing is obvious it's the fact that he truly cares about his people,
even if they are outlaw pirates. Nym comes from the Feeorin species found on a few
outer rim worlds. He was an orphan raised by criminals but out of his lowly roots he
has become a brilliant captain and pilot. In recent times Nym and his band have been
a thorn in the side of the Trade Federation who went and hired Vana to capture him.
It's enough to say that Nym has it out for the Trade Federation.

Flying The Havoc

First off it's really easy to kill yourself in the Havoc. Its secondary weapons are
Energy Bombs, which explode when they hit the ground or target with a huge blast
area. If you fly into this blast area you will take mad amounts of damage. This
happens most when you attack ground targets so try to attack ground targets from at
least some kind of altitude and distance so you can avoid running into your own
blasts. The Havoc's Primary weapon are Dual Triple-Laser Cannons which are quite
powerful. The ship's most powerful attack is the Plasma Scourge, its Advanced
Secondary Weapon you gain use of for the first time in level nine. It's a super
powerful blast that takes some charging (by holding the CIRCLE button) and will use
up five Energy Bombs. Two blasts with your Plasma Scourge are all it takes to
eliminate most buildings and structures and a single blast can take out large, well
armed vehicles. There is also a an auto turret mounted on the top of the ship. It
isn't very powerful but every little bit can help. This is the least maneuverable
and slowest ship you fly in the game but it is the most heavily shielded.

Enemy Ship Database

Trade Federation Craft

Proximity Mines

They are small and are either dropped from some fleeing ships or are found just
hanging in space, especially around satellites but are also found floating around on
a planet's surface. If you get too close to one it will explode and cause more
damage to your ship and shields than an average laser blast. Mines are not shielded.
It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that you need to steer clear of mines, keep
at least half a ships length away if not more from mines to get by them without an
explosion. The best way to deal with them is to shoot them from a distance. You may
have to use the zoom in feature to hit them since they're so small. Only one laser
blast is necessary to get rid of a mine. Some mines will leave an orange colored
blast area where it has been blown up. Avoid running into this blast area to stay
unscathed.

Scarabs

These are the main workhorses in the Trade Federation arsenal. You'll face plenty of
them, in almost every mission in the game. They attack in swarms but will also
appear on their own. They are shielded which means it takes more than a few hits to
take them down. Often you can actually get into a bit of a dogfight with one of
these Scarabs. They aren't super smart however and when going against a single
Scarab you have little to worry about. They can sneak up on you in groups of three
or more which can make them somewhat dangerous. Always keep an eye out for them.

Droid Starfighters

Droid Starfighers are faster, more maneuverable and more accurate than Scarab
Fighters, making them much more dangerous but at the same time they have no
shielding which means that only a few hits from your blasters will take them out.
Try to eliminate swarms of them from a distance, before they can get their lasers
trained on you. If a swarm does start hitting you with their blasts it is best to
pull some dodging maneuvers and get on the speed to take you out of danger. Let them
split up and then take our each one, one by one. You will also find Droid
Starfighters on land in their walking mode. They are just easily destroyed on the
ground.

Hunter Seeker Droids

These things take nothing to destroy, just a blast from your laser cannons will do
the trick. Hunter Seeker Droids can be very hazardous when they attack in groups but
are only a bit annoying when a single droid gets a lock on you, kind of like a
mosquito in your face. They are quite small so if it wasn't for your ship's HUD that
puts a ring around a targeted enemy, they would be really tough to spot. If Hunter
Seeker Droids are in the area that you have business in, it is wise to eliminate
them first and then deal with your objectives. If you have no business in the area
then it's best to just flee any attacks since they are really easy to outrun.

Turret Droids

Unshielded Turret Droids found on the planet surface in the Secrets Of Eos level
don't really move around although they are supposed to be mobile. At first encounter
with one it will take few shots to get a lock on you. If you don't get moving
quickly the powerful turret will focus in on your position and barrage you with
relentless rounds of powerful laser blasts. In this situation if you don't run for
cover you'll be dead in no time. It only take about four shots from you laser
cannons to take them out. Turret Droids are shielded, although weakly.

Trade Federation Freighters

These are unarmed carriers of cargo. They have somewhat thick shields but since they
put up no fight, they are pretty easy to eliminate. It's usually the squads of
Scarabs protecting them that you have to worry about. Lasers work on these guys but
your secondary weapons are what will have the most effect.

Trade Federation Super Freighters

These are much larger than the normal Trade Federation Freighters and come equipped
with a pair of extremely powerful laser turrets. The turrets are easy to avoid
however as long as you keep ducking a weaving. The safest position to attack them
from is from behind but almost any angle will work as long as you keep moving and
weaving. They have strong shields and tough hulls so more than a couple of passes
will be necessary to cripple one even if you're using your secondary weapons. Keep
an eye out for Scarabs and fighters when attacking an armed Super Freighter as you
can bet that they will be around.

Repair Ships

Not too much to these guys. They aren't armed and they come in and try to fix up
ships you've taken down. Eliminate them before they can do their job. They have
pretty strong shields but go down after only a few moments, especially if you're
using your secondary weapons on them.

Missile Frigates

Missile Frigates only fire sporadically and when they do fire, they launch missiles,
between two and four of them at a time. Try to destroy any launched missiles from a
distance with your lasers and be sure to avoid the orange colored blast circle they
leave behind. To avoid the majority of missile barrages attack Missile Frigates from
behind.

Drop Ships

These guys take beating still keep on ticking. Drop Ships are the most heavily
armored craft in the game, as they need to be since their main purpose is to come
into a hot-zone and drop off enemy craft for attack. These take more than a couple
of passes to put down. Come at them with everything you've got, including some shots
from your secondary weapons. In the N-1 you should only waste a couple proton
torpedoes on taking down a Drop Ship but in Nym's Havoc you'll have to unload you
secondary arsenal a couple times before a drop ship will go down. Drop Ships are
unarmed but are usually accompanied by Scarabs and if you give them enough time to
unload their cargo then you could have a really serious situation on your hands.
Take them out before they can unload, no matter what!

Armored Attack Tanks (AATs)

These are the hovering tanks found in Episode 1. They'll take several laser blasts
before they go down and when they get a lock on you, they can be very deadly. Its
laser cannon is mega-powerful and does a pretty good job of tracking you as you fly
about. They are slow however and easy to destroy with only about four to six blasts
or so from your laser cannons. AATs are unshielded but fairly heavily armored.

Armored Missile Tanks (AMTs)

These dangerous tanks will appear on a few different missions, usually dropped off
by a dropship. They are gray in color, which makes them a little tough to spot on
certain terrain. They fire those red colored missiles with the red trails and when
they explode they create a flame ball that lasts for a few moments. Stay clear of
these explosions or better yet, hit the missiles with your lasers from a distance to
avoid much damage to your shields and ship. AMTs are unshielded and will go down
after only about four blasts from your lasers. Their firing rate is also pretty
slow.

Heavy Artillery Guns (HAGs)

HAGs are really well armored despite having no shields and they fire a very powerful
payload. They won't target your ship because of their slow rate of fire but the
installations that you are out to protect will take a huge beating. Think of them as
the Trade Federations version of the howitzer. HAGs take multiple passes to take
out, even using your secondary weapon.

Bombers

The trickiest thing about shooting down the slow moving bombers is that the thin
shape of their fuselage makes them hard to hit with your lasers from behind or when
they are coming at you. You never have to worry about getting fired upon by a bomber
though, but the ground installations that you're trying to protect will get a
beating if you're not quick at eliminating them. You may notice that bombers kind of
look like little mini Millennium Falcons. Hmmm.

Single Trooper Arial Platforms (STAPs)

Battle Droids drive these things around and try to shoot at you. They are slow and
take forever before they get a lock on you and start firing. No big deal, take them
out with a single shot.

Multiple Troop Transport (MTTs)

MTTs are those big hovercraft that transport Battle Droids and Tanks to where the
action is. They have no weapons but are well armored and are always accompanied by a
contingent of tanks and STAPs. MTTs are unshielded but can take a beating. At least
six shots from your laser will be needed to eliminate a MTT.

Turret Mine

These guys are placed in strategic spots and just hover, waiting for a target fire
upon. They are easily removed with just a few laser blasts and they tend to have bad
aim. Turret Mines are more of a nuisance than any real worry.

Trade Federation Battle Droids

These guys pose hardly any threat at all, although when in groups they can be a
nuisance. Just a single laser blast will take one and a group of Battle Droids can
be taken down in seconds. They are a little more trouble when riding a STAP but even
then they are easy to kill. They are unshielded droids.

Trade Federation Landing Ships

These behemoths are the ships that carry all the tanks and other enemies you face in
the game. No matter how hard you try they cannot be destroyed so don't waste your
time trying to take one down. They are fun to fly around though.

Trade Federation Patrol Boats

You only encounter these guys in one level of the game and are easy slow moving
targets that rarely fire. You will want to take them out quickly though to spare the
ships you are trying to protect from any laser fire. They are unshielded and only
take a couple blasts to make them go away.

Mercenary Craft

Daggers

Daggers are the workhorses of the mercenary fighter fleet. By the time you beat the
game you will have destroyed swarms of them. Their shields and hull are pretty easy
to knock down with 6-8 laser blasts and they only fire at you sporadically. They
only become dangerous when more than three of them are trying to get you. They
usually fly in packs 2-4 or more. Take them out quick and from distance.

Dianogas

These guys are more heavily armored so they take more of your abuse but they fire
about as often as Daggers. They don't give you too much trouble, they just take
longer to kill. They are cool looking however.

Morningstars

These are the deadliest of the Mercenary fighter craft. They have formidable laser
blasts and are quite good at locking in on to you but what makes them so dangerous
is their missiles which are more powerful than proton torpedoes and explode in a
large impact that damages anything in its radius. In later missions and in bonus
missions like Charm's Way getting locked into the sights of a Morningstar and
staying there for more than a few seconds can mean a quick death. It was a
Morningstar that took out Ryhs's mentor Essara.

Other Craft

Training Droids

Found in the first mission, the Training Droids fire harmless, laser blanks and are
used to hone your live fire combat techniques. It's one thing to blow up stagnant,
motionless object and a whole other thing to take out an object that fires back.
Fortunately they don't take much to eliminate (about 8-10 laser blasts) and you
won't take a hit if you keep moving, in fact their first shot usually misses.
Something to keep in mind whenever you face a target that's firing on you is that
you should always dodge live fire before you take shots at the object. Some enemies
you'll encounter have more powerful laser blasts than your own so just blasting each
other at the same time until either you or the enemy blows up is foolish. You won't
get very far with this technique. You are always more maneuverable than any enemy
you face so use your dodging skills to your advantage and then take your target out.

WALKTHROUGH

Mission 1 - Naboo Proving Grounds

Rhys Dallows must prove his piloting skills by following flight leader Essara Till
through a secret Naboo training canyon in his N-1 Starfighter.

Mission Objectives

1. Destroy all first area mines

2. Destroy all second canyon mines

3. Destroy training droid

4. Destroy all holographic starfighters

5. Defeat Essara

Bonus Goals

1. Destroy all bonus mines

2. Complete mission in less than four minutes

2. Win race against Essara

Mission Objectives

Mission Objective 1 - Destroy all first area mines

Because of the bonus objective of beating the level in less than four minutes you'll
want to get a jump on thing right from the start. Get on your boost immediately and
speed past Essara through the canyon. Stay within the canyon because if you try to
fly up and out of it, an invisible wall will knock you back into the canyon. There's
nothing to shoot at in this first canyon so just focus on getting through without
hitting a wall. The safest way to do this is to not spin your ship left or right
(although it looks cool and is fun to do), just keep it level and focus on making
the next bend in the canyon. You might find things easier if you fly near the top of
the canyon. Glancing the sides of the canyon will cause damage to your ship's
shields and hull although if you don't hit a canyon wall head on you should easily
survive several impacts. Running into the canyon wall is the only way to die in this
mission.

In the first open area you'll want to quickly destroy all nine mines to complete the
level's first objective. As soon as you enter the open area hit the brakes and hold
the brakes while you target and blast each mine from a distance. Use your zoom in
feature (R1 button) to hit each mine with precision. Since the game takes forever to
target the first mine you can target them yourself by pressing the Triangle button.
If you're having trouble finding all the mines (although they are all out in the
open) just press the Triangle button again to target the closest mine or cycle
through the other targets in the area. You should have most of the mines destroyed
by the time the game decides to target the first mine. As soon as all the mines have
been destroyed and the objective completed message flashes on screen hit your boost
again and head down the next canyon, don't wait for Essara.

Mission Objective 2 - Destroy all second canyon mines

Shooting the 20 mines in this second canyon will give you some great practice at
boosting, braking and the crucial power-slide maneuver. The first mine should be
targeted by the time you reach it and after it's destroyed the next mine in the
canyon will be targeted. After each mine is destroyed then next one down the ravine
will be targeted so it's not hard to find them all. Boost down the canyon and brake
when you reach the first mine. After it has been destroyed get back on the boost and
brake when the next mine gets into range. Continue the boost, brake, destroy method
through the entire ravine. Boosting and then braking will send you into a power-
slide if you try to turn at the same time. This can be useful in staying locked onto
a target while making a corner. With the last mine destroyed boost into the next
open area but be on your toes, the next objective to destroy fires back!

Mission Objective 3 - Destroy training droid

In the next clearing all you have to do is destroy one training droid. It fires back
at you, although its lasers won't actually harm you. Keep moving, but take it out as
quickly as possible, about five hits is all it takes. As soon as it's destroyed hit
your boost and head down the next canyon.

Mission Objective 4 - Destroy all holographic fighters

The first holo fighter to destroy appears as soon as you destroy the training droid.
Get on your boost and head towards the opening to the next canyon. Immediately
target the holo fighter there and take it out before you go a hundred yards down the
canyon. Another holo fighter will then be targeted further down the canyon. Holo
fighters take about five blasts to be destroyed, you can also fly through them for
the same effect. This is also where you will find all the mines you need to blow up
for the first bonus objective so keep your eyes open, there are eight of them.

Once the first two holo fighters are destroyed and you're through the canyon keep
your eyes open for two more holo fighters at the far side of the canyon. Look for
the holo-emitter above the cliff wall on the far side of the clearing, underneath
the two holo fighters will appear. Use your zoom to zap them quickly from a
distance. On the other side of the clearing, behind you three more holo fighters
will appear. Press Triangle to target one of fighter and turn around to face them.
Use your brake button (R2 button) to slow down since the fighting is in such close
quarters. Follow the on-screen arrow if the holo fighter targeted is outside your
view. Remember that you can take out holo fighters by flying through them. Holo
fighters are pretty slow moving.

Mission Objective 5 - Defeat Essara

Your last mission objective is to defeat Essara in a battle at the end of your race
with her. Once you enter the final clearing you'll have to target and battle Essara.
Once her shields are gone, the battle will be over. To best defeat her get her in
your sites before the battle starts then as soon as your target indicator around her
turns red start firing. Hold the brake button (L2) to keep from flying past her and
blast away until her shields are gone, about 10 to 15 hits. It can take an expert
less than 5 seconds to defeat her.

Bonus Objectives

Bonus Objective 1 - Destroy all bonus mines

The bonus mines are down the third canyon and there are eight of them. This is the
same canyon you fly down, chasing the two holo fighters. Take out the first fighter,
quickly, from a distance, before it can even get very far into the canyon. The
second holo fighter will appear further down the canyon, past the first bonus mine.
To find the bonus mines easier, hit the Triangle button to switch to the nearest
target which should be the first bonus mine. The first mine is on the right, after
the first bend. Keep switching (using the Triangle button) your target from the holo
fighter ahead to the next bonus mine. Take out each mine, one by one. They kind of
blend in with the canyon walls but they are all out in the open and hard to miss.
When you catch up to the second holo fighter take it out very quickly but if it
means missing a bonus mine, the holo fighter can wait.

Bonus Objective 2 - Complete mission in less than four minutes

It is actually possible to beat the mission in less than three minutes but all you
need to achieve is under four. No problem as long as you can be quick and precise.
Start the level with a good turbo boost. Don't wait for Essara to lead the way, just
take off. Hold boost through the first canyon and at the first clearing take out the
mines starting from left to right. Use the zoom button to get each one precisely and
hit the last mine on the right as you speed down the next canyon. Again don't wait
for Essara. In the next canyon you'll have to combine your boosting with some
braking so you don't miss any of the mines there. You should try to do more boosting
and less braking however. Try to get your nose pointed at a target before you reach
them like when they are around a corner. That way, when they come into view it will
take no time to eliminate them. In the next clearing destroy the training droid
quickly and from a far and start looking for the holo fighter that's about to head
down the following canyon. Take it out quick and get on your boost.

Down the following canyon use your boost a lot but be aware of the eight bonus
mines, which you must eliminate to get gold. Shoot down the second holo fighter when
it is convenient, but not at the expense of a bonus mine. In the next clearing take
out the holo fighters early and quickly. These guys can really suck away your time
if they can get around you. Take advantage of their close proximity to each other
when they first appear to destroy them quickly. If they split up, it will take a lot
longer to take them out.

Hold boost through the entire next and final canyon section. If you keep away from
the walls and continue to hold boost you'll make it through quickly and win the race
against Essara. Line up Essara in your sites even before your target around her
turns red at the final battle and hammer her with your lasers as soon as your
allowed. You can take Essara out in less then five seconds.

Bonus Objective 3 - Win race against Essara

The third Bonus Mission is to race Essara through the last canyon to the final
clearing. Immediately get on the boost when Essara says go and blaze past her.
Again, to get through the canyon unscathed try not to twist your ship left and
right. Keep it level and fly near the top of the canyon and keep focused on the next
turn. The canyon is wide enough to make it without going sideways so stay level and
this race is easily won. Never take your finger off the boost button. Fly though the
holographic finish line (hole) at the end of the straightaway and get ready to
defeat Essara, or at least take out her shields for the final mission objective.

Mission 2 - The Royal Escort

Rhys and Essara must escort the Queen to negotiations with the Trade Federation in
deep space.

Mission Objectives

1. Protect the Royal Starship

Bonus Objectives

1. Royal starship takes no damage

2. Destroy all Mercenary Daggers in less than 1 minute

3. Rhys destroys all Mercenary Dianogas

Mission Objectives

Mission Objective 1 - Protect the Royal Starship

The main objective for this mission is not hard to accomplish, in fact it is
somewhat difficult to let the Royal Starship fall prey to the Mercaneries, although
it can happen if you're not on top of things. What is tough though is completing all
the Bonus Objectives. All you have to do to protect the Royal Starship is keep your
eyes on it and take out anyone that shoots at it. To keep it in sight just use the
Objective Pointer in the lower right hand of the screen, it will always point at the
Royal Starship.

The mission lasts for a while. You'll face wave after wave of Daggers, Dianogas and
Morningstars. Actually, mostly Morningstars. Whenever the Royal Starship is fired
on, the red ! will light up in the right corner of the screen. Also listen for your
co-pilots who will let you know when the ships in trouble. Obviously you'll want to
rush to ship's aid as soon as there's danger.

After the first couple of waves, the Royal Starship will take cover in the asteroids
while it gets ready to make the jump to light speed. At the same time more waves of
Morning Stars will come out of the asteroids and attack in groups of four. Take any
baddies out from a distance with you torpedoes whenever you get a lock although it's
always good to save a few for later in the mission. Once the Royal Starship enters
the asteroid belt (it can take a minute to get there) the attempt to jump to light
speed will fail which means you'll have to continue to defend the starship while
dodging asteroids. This is actually the fun part.

As you're zooming around be sure to keep an eye out for asteroids and the direction
they're moving. If you hit one you'll loose a significant amount of shields and may
even take some hull damage. Plus you'll look lame. After a wave or two of Dianogas
in the asteroid belt the ship will be about ready to go although there will be more
Morning Stars to deal with. Even after the Starship leaves the area there will still
be enemies to shoot at, if only for a moment as the level ends.

Bonus Objectives

Bonus Objective 1 - Royal starship takes no damage

The Royal Starship can take a few hits but to insure that it doesn't get any hull
damage it can't loose its shields, despite them being powerful. The best strategy
for keeping the Queen safe is to take out approaching enemy waves from far away and
quickly while always keeping an eye on the starship, using the arrow in the lower
right corner of the screen to tell you where she is. Don't be afraid to use your
torpedoes to get ships out of range of your lasers. The ship will take a few hits,
that's unavoidable but it should be no problem to keep the starship unscathed. This
is the easiest Bonus Objective for the level.

Bonus Objective 2 - Destroy all Mercenary Daggers in under 1 minute

This is the tough one. There are 10 daggers to shoot down but the first three ships
to appear are a Morning Star, Dianoga and a Dagger. Ignore the other two and go
straight for the Dagger, using a torpedo if it's too far away. As soon as it's gone
three more Daggers will appear. They may not be in your target finder right off so
press Triangle to cycle through the available targets until you get one of the
Daggers. Lock on and torpedo one while you quickly re-target the next one using
Square or Triangle and blast away with your lasers. Now quickly blast the third with
your lasers or another torpedo. As soon as the third one is gone, another wave of
three Daggers will appear. Use the exact same strategy on them and then on the next
wave that appears and if your lucky then you can get them all before one minute is
up. You've got to get them while they're in a group and far off to be the most
successful. If they get around you then it will take too much time to get track down
and eliminate them all.

Bonus Objective 3 - Rhys destroys all Mercenary Dianogas

This one isn't that tough but to insure that you kill all the Dianogas yourself
immediately target the Dianoga that appears in the first wave as soon as you're done
taking out all the Daggers. Be quick because Essara, your co-pilot will go after it
and if she takes it down (or any of the other Dianogas) you can kiss your gold
rating goodbye. There are five Dianogas to destroy in total. After the first one is
gone it will be a while before more appear, not until the Royal Starship enters the
asteroid field. It's not until the Royal Starship tries to jump into hyperspace but
then is stopped by new ships in its path, that final waves of Dianogas will appear.
When you hear the Starship abort their jump press the Triangle button to move your
target lock onto the emerging formation of four Dianogas. Take them out quickly to
avoid much damage to the Starship your protecting. Dianogas can take a bit more of a
pounding than the other Mercenary ships so you may want to save couple of torpedoes
for them.

Mission 3 - Contract Infraction

Vana Sage reluctantly takes a job with the Trade Federation, testing the combat
abilities of the Scarab-class starfighter near the planet Eos.

Mission Objectives

1. Destroy all Scarab Fighters

2. Destroy all Hunter-Seeker Droids

3. Defeat Mercenary Fighters

Bonus Objectives

1. Tag all Scarabs

2. Complete Mission in under 4 minutes

3. Destroy all Mercenary Fighters

Mission Objectives

Mission Objective 1 - Destroy all Scarab Fighters

This is the first mission where you'll be using Vana's ship and you'll need to make
serious use of the Guardian Mantis's secondary weapon to come through with the best
possible results. There isn't too much to the mission however. Basically fly around
tagging every target in the area and then blast them to smithereens.

The first mission objective is a snap. Just hang around the large Trade Federation
Landing Ship and blast the five waves of Scarabs that come out of it (20 Scarabs
total). Try to get them while they are still in a group, before they split up. The
first wave only has two Scarabs. The second has four and the third has four Scarabs
as well. The two last waves each have five Scarabs. The very last wave will fire on
you with real lasers. To make it easy on yourself (and achieve the first Bonus
Objective) tag each Scarab with your secondary weapon sensor tags before you blast
them out of the sky with your nano missiles. This way even if a couple of them split
off from the group you can still shoot them down from anywhere, even behind you
since the nano missiles home in on a tagged target. To take them out in the fastest
possible time be sure to note where each wave leaves the landing ship and position
yourself appropriately. Tagged Scarabs are also easier to kill with only a few
shots.

Mission Objective 2 - Destroy all Hunter-Seeker Droids

Hunter-Seeker Droids take nothing to destroy but they are really small and hard to
spot against the backdrop of space and there are a lot of them. The best way to take
them out is to boost away from the Landing Ship as soon as the last Scarab goes down
and then when the first Hunter-Seeker becomes targeted, turn around and start
tagging then blasting. If you can manage to tag and destroy the main large group of
droids quickly and from a far it should be pretty easy to cruise around and take out
the four or five other droids that are not a part of the main group floating about
the perimeter. The only way to get into trouble with these guys is to be surrounded
by them so if you keep your distance and keep them all on one side of you then you
should have no problems.

Mission Objective 3 - Defeat Mercenary Fighters

As soon as the last Hunter-Seeker is destroyed four Mercenary Daggers, two
Morningstars and a Dianoga will jump in and start firing at you. To quickly take
them out you don't actually wait for them to fire on you. Immediately target the
first one, tag it with a sensor tag and destroy it while looking for the next one.
Once four or five of them have been killed, the final ship or two will warp out.
Pretty easy really but be sure the Dianoga is one of the first ships you destroy as
it is often the ship that flees in the end.

Bonus Objectives

Bonus Objective 1 - Tag all Scarabs

All you have to do to complete the first Bonus Objective is tag every scarab in a
wave with a sensor tag before you fire your nano missiles. If you don't wait until
every Scarab is tagged then maybe a stray shot could destroy an untagged fighter and
you wouldn't want that to happen. Once all are tagged all you have to do is shoot
away, and not even in the direction of the target since your shots home in on the
tagged enemy.

Bonus Objective 2 - Complete Mission in under 4 minutes

Knowing where and when things happen and not wasting time in dealing with them is
how you beat this mission in under four minutes. The key to defeating everyone is
your tagging ability. Just tag all enemy ships when they appear and you will never
have to worry about dog fighting which wastes precious time.

Bonus Objective 3 - Destroy all Mercenary Fighters

The final Bonus Objective is the hardest to meet since those sneaky Mercenaries will
sneak off before you can destroy them all if you aren't super quick. Again, tagging
all enemies will be crucial to completing this Bonus Objective. Be sure to make the
Dianoga one of your first victims since it's usually the one that flees.

Mission 4 - Secrets On Eos

Vana investigates the Trade Federation presence on the surface of Eos.

Mission Objectives

1. Destroy Shield Generator 1

2. Destroy Shield Generator 2

3. Destroy Shield Generator 3

4. Destroy Shield Generator 4

5. Destroy Shield Generator 5

6. Destroy Shield Generator 6

7. Destroy Shield Generator 7

Bonus Objectives

1. Destroy Dispensers before Droids are launched

2. Destroy all Miner Droids

3. Complete Mission in under 8 minutes

Mission Objectives

Mission Objective 1 - 7 - Destroy 8 Shield Generators

Completing the Main Objectives of this mission are pretty easy, you can do it in
about three and a half minutes if you want. That is, as long as you have a plan of
attack. There are three basic things to concern yourself with in this mission.

First the Shield Generators, also known as pylons. They are located around the
perimeter of the giant shield encompassing the level, just follow the energy streams
that crisscross the surface of the shield to their sources on the ground. All you
have to do is take out seven of them to make the shield come down. To make it easier
to target the pylons in such close quarters your ship can now stop and hover in one
spot as long as your holding the brake button (L2). Don't stay in one spot too long
however as Hunter-Seeker Droids are around. When you approach a pylon tag it with a
sensor tag to take out its blast shields in one shot and then pound away with your
nano missiles. It can be hard for the nano missiles to home in on a tagged pylon
when you fire in a different direction because of the mountainous terrain. Just
something to keep in mind. Shield Generating Pylons take about 15-20 blast from your
nano missiles to be destroyed.

The main threats to your survival in this mission are the Turret Droids. Once they
get a bead on you they can make quick work of your shields and hull. It's enough to
say that you'll want to take these guys out first. There are a few in the center of
the level but they won't give you much trouble. It's the ones guarding the pylons
that will get you. Next to each pylon is a turret droid. Use your sensor tags on
them to take out their shields and then only about four blasts from the nano lasers
is all you need. Once the Turret Droid is destroyed you can focus on the pylon, that
is if there aren't any Hunter-Seeker Droids around.

The only other threat in the mission are these packs of Hunter-Seeker droids. Since
they are slow you can easily out run them but a couple of times during the mission
you will have to turn around and face them just to get them off your back. They can
be annoying. They are hard to spot at first but you can press and hold the Square
button to make them all (that are in front of you) appear with targets around them.
They are an easy kill, only taking about one or two shots. After you destroy the
original pack that appears it will be a while before more are generated from the
Droid Dispensers. That is why it is a good idea to try to get rid of the droid
dispensers right from the start which also earns you the first Bonus Objective.

Bonus Objectives

Bonus Objective 1 - Destroy Dispensers before Droids are launched

There are six Droid Dispensers scattered throughout the level but it's a little
tough to explain where they are exactly although there is one near every building.
Also check the mountain ranges surrounding the center lava pool. As soon as the
level starts you'll want to target the first one your right, next to a turret droid
and start firing. It should take between 15 and 20 hits to take one out. If you're
having trouble finding the last couple just press Triangle over and over until one
of the remaining Droid Dispensers appears in your target. Repeat until you've gotten
them all. The trick is to be quick; you only have around a minute or so before the
dispensers start dispensing. Dispensers cannot dispense droids if they are being
fired upon.

Bonus Objective 2 - Destroy all Miner Droids

The Miner Droids are those little droids that look like capsules with two arms. They
cannot be target and because they are so small they can be tough to shoot. Be sure
to use your zooming feature to get a better view of them as they travel about. The
best place to hang out and tag Miner Droids is to hang out on top of the building in
the center lava pool. All the miner droids pass the area on their given routes and
are easily picked off from here rather than chasing them down. There are eight Miner
Droids in total and only take about a minute to eliminate.

Bonus Objective 3 - Complete Mission in under 8 minutes

It's actually hard not to beat this level in under eight minutes. Just stick to
business and you should clear the mission with plenty of time to spare.

Mission 5 - Piracy Above Lok

Nym and his hardened pirate crew raid a convoy of Trade Federation freighters near
the planet Lok.

Mission Objectives

1. Disable one SuperFreighter

2. Destroy all Scarab Fighters

3. Destroy Trade Federation Repair ships

4. Destroy all Droid Starfighters

Bonus Objectives

1. Destroy four Trade Federation Freighters

2. Complete mission in under 7 minutes

3. Destroy Missile Frigate

Mission Objectives

Mission Objective 1 - Disable one SuperFreighter

After you quickly take out the first group of fighters (there are five of them)
concentrate your attention on one of the large SuperFreighters. The best choice is
the one trailing behind the rest because it easier to avoid the lasers from the
other SuperFreighters. Press Triangle until the last SuperFreighter is highlighted.
Press UP on your D-pad to call your co-pilots in to attack your target in order to
make the SuperFreighter's shields go faster. Once the shields are gone and half of
its hull has been compromised the Objective Complete message should appear. Be
careful to not continue to fire at the large ship because if you destroy it you will
fail the mission. During your attack on the ship another group of Scarabs will
attack. For the rest of the mission don't fire another shot at the SuperFreighter.
The other SuperFreighters will warp out of the system and the remaining disabled
ship will just sit there in space on fire. Focus your attention on the Scarabs for
the moment unless you're trying to get gold in the mission then you'll want to go
take out four of the smaller Trade Federation Freighters.

Mission Objective 2 - Destroy all Scarab Fighters

There are Scarabs at the beginning of the level to destroy, before you attack the
SuperFreighter and they'll be several more squads that attack after the
SuperFreighter has been disabled. If you're trying for a gold medal, and you're off
destroying Freighters, some of the Scarabs will be taken care of by your wingmen,
leaving less for you to worry about. During the bout with the swarms of Scarabs a
missile frigate will appear which leads to another opportunity to let your wingmen
take care of the Scarabs while you take out the Missile Frigate. You may want to
ignore the Missile Frigate if you're not worried about achieving gold for the level
but unless you take it out you, yourself may not survive the mission. As it will
start to toss up some lethal missiles, which will make the dogfight with the Scarabs
even more difficult. During the fight with Scarabs the Trade Federation Repair ships
will appear, actually at the same time as the Missile Frigate. After you've taken
care of them come back to the Scarabs. As soon as the final Scarabs are destroyed
and you get the Objective Complete message a bunch of Droid Starfighters will emerge
from the SuperFreighter.

Mission Objective 3 - Destroy Trade Federation Repair ships

During your scuffle with the Scarabs some Trade Federation Repair Ships will appear
and attempt to hook up with the disabled SuperFreighter and repair it. You of course
can't let that happen. They won't immediately appear in your target though. The
Missile Frigate that appears will however appear in your target and after you've
destroyed it check around for the Repair Ships since they will appear at the same
time. Press the Triangle button to cycle through the available targets until one of
the two Repair Ships appear. Once you've got them go in for the kill, being careful
to not let any stray shots to hit the SuperFreighter itself. Repair Ships are
defenseless and take only half your payload on energy bombs to destroy. Total piece
of cake as long as you know when to look for them.

Mission Objective 4 - Destroy all Droid Starfighters

Moments after the last Scarab is destroyed a swarm of Droid Starfighters will
appear. They are pretty easy to destroy but they can be quick and they fire a lot
more than the Scarabs. Your wingmen will take out a few of them so you really only
have to shoot down five or six of them yourself, maybe more but not by much. Try to
get them when they are in groups of three to take them out quickly. As soon as the
last Starfighter is gone, the mission will end.

Bonus Objectives

Bonus Objective 1 - Destroy four Trade Federation Freighters

As soon as you cripple the SuperFreighter you'll want to home in on the other
smaller Trade Federation Freighters trailing the fleet. Ignore the Scarabs for the
most part because if you're not pretty quick at destroying the Freighters, they will
jump out of the system. It only takes about half of your Havoc's payload of energy
bombs plus your lasers to take one of these down in about 10 seconds. After four of
them have been destroyed the rest will jump out of the system. Now take out some
Scarabs.

Bonus Objective 2 - Complete mission in under 7 minutes

To complete this mission in under seven minutes all you have to is jump from each
objective to the next as quickly as possible. The only thing that can bog you down
really is the dogfights with the Scarabs and the Droid Starfighters. Try to take
them out while they are grouped together for the fastest times. It's really pretty
easy to beat the Mission in between five and six minutes as long as you know what'
going to happen during the mission and now you know.

Bonus Objective 3 - Destroy Missile Frigate

After the SuperFreighter is disabled and while you are battling the Scarabs you'll
be notified by one of your wingmen about the arrival of the Missile Frigate and it
will become the target highlighted in your HUD. Now all you have to do is follow the
arrow to the Frigate and let off your entire payload of energy bombs straight at it.
Once they all hit, the Missile Frigate will be dust. This is also your cue to look
for the Repair Ships as they try to dock with the SuperFreighter.

Mission 6 - Valuable Goods

Nym provides air support while his crew steals cargo from a crashed Trade Federation
SuperFreighter on the surface of Lok.

Mission Objectives

1. Protect Pirate Freighter during loading

2. Escort Pirate Freighter

Bonus Objectives

1. Destroy Dropship before tanks are launched

2. All Pirate Speeder Bikes must survive.

3. Destroy Recovery Freighter

Mission Objectives

Mission Objective 1 - Protect Pirate Freighter during loading

This is one of the tougher missions you'll face although the simple objective of
protecting the Pirate Freighter is easy enough, as long as you can stay alive. You
and your pirate buddies will be attacked from the sky by Scarabs and from the ground
by tanks. The tanks are especially deadly. You do have help however and you should
make good use of them by assigning your wingmen to attack various targets or help
you with yours.

Actually the steps you have to take in order to get a gold medal for the mission
actually help you complete the mission even if you don't care about getting a medal.
By destroying the Dropships before they deploy more tanks at the start of the
mission it will make it easier for you later with less tanks attacking the Pirate
Freighter while it loads the goods. As soon as the level starts hit your boost and
start heading towards the two Dropships landing on the far side of the Pirate
Freighter landing zone. It will take more than your ship's powerful payload of
energy bombs to take out a heavily armored Dropship but with persistence they will
go down. Be sure to keep an eye on the ! in the lower right corner, when it lights
up it means that the Pirate Freighter and Speeder Bikes are under fire. As soon as
they are destroyed go and hit the group of tanks attacking the Pirate Freighter on
the ground. Ignore the Scarabs for now. If your quick in destroying the Dropships
you can actually meet the tanks and destroy them before they can reach the Pirate
Freighter. From the Dropship's landing zone the tanks will be coming from the right
side of the Freighter.

Be careful to use your energy bombs sparingly since friendly Speeder Bikes are
nearby and stick mostly to your lasers to take the tanks out. As soon as the first
group of tanks around the Pirate Freighter (around six or seven of them) are gone go
and hit the tanks along the banks of the lake starting with the three tanks found
directly across the lake from the Pirate Freighter. At about the same time the
Freighter should be ready to get a move on and the Objective Complete message will
appear. Go deal with some of those annoying Scarabs, the Pirate Freighter is slow.

Mission Objective 2 - Escort Pirate Freighter

The rest of the mission is all about multi-tasking. You have to be keenly aware of
what's going on around. You'll have tanks to destroy all along the river and at the
cave's entrance, protect Speeder Bikes, take out bombers, fight Scarabs, keep an eye
out for a descending Dropship and stay alive through it all. The most popular way to
die in this level I actually from you flying into the blast radius of one of your
own energy bomb explosions.

As the slow moving Pirate Freighter starts to shuffle off down the river towards the
cave you'll first want to clear the first length of river of all tanks taking
positions along the banks. There are two of them around the first bend and there are
three more a little further down. As soon as they are cleared all you have to do for
the moment is stick around the Freighter as it lumbers along, taking out some
Scarabs and dealing with the wave of three Bombers. You'll want to get these guys
before they can even reach your Freighter. Your wingmen will alert you when they
appear but they won't immediately be targeted. You'll have to do it yourself,
manually by pressing the Triangle button until they appear in your target HUD in the
lower left of your screen.

With the Bombers gone and depending how far down the river you Freighter has come
you should go wipe out some of the tanks inland to the right of the river while
flying towards the cave. Your Speeder Bikes will be battling them. There are more
tanks, three of them up river and another four on top of the ridge above the cave.
They will also need to be eliminated before the Freighter reaches the cave. Leave
the Scarabs (for the most part) to the other two wingmen during the mission; they
will take out enough of them to keep them off your back as long as you bag a few
yourself along the way. By the time your Freighter reaches the cave most Tanks need
to be destroyed and you should be left with just a few Scarabs that will continue to
appear until the Freighter actually enters the cave and the mission ends.

Bonus Objectives

Bonus Objective 1 - Destroy Dropship before tanks are launched

There are three Dropships in the level. As soon as the level begins hit your boost
towards the two Dropships descending on the far side of the Pirate Freighter. Start
shooting at the same time and even call in support from your wingmen to take them
down quickly. The heavily armored Dropships can take a lot damage so they may take a
while to destroy.

Once the first two are destroyed you can go on about the rest of the mission but be
on the look out for the third Dropship that will descend towards the end of the
mission, by the entrance of the cave. You can probably spot the Dropship towards the
middle of the mission but it will be too high to effectively target. There is a
ceiling to the level which only lets you fly so high. Keep your eyes open and once
the Dropship gets low enough, go take it out. It will descend quickly though. Start
looking for it after the Bombers are destroyed.

Bonus Objective 2 - All Pirate Speeder Bikes must survive.

The main thing to remember is to watch where you drop your energy bombs. The Speeder
Bikes are down on the ground with the Tanks and if you're not careful you may hit
one or some of them. The trick to keeping the Speeder Bikes alive is to eliminate
threats before they pose any real problems to the bikes. At the beginning of the
mission, after you destroy the two Dropships look for the group of tanks that will
converge on the Pirate Freighter. Take them out before they even reach the Freighter
and your Speeder Bikes may not even have to fire a shot. Use your sniper view to
start whacking at them from a distance.

Once the Pirate Freighter gets going the Speeder Bikes will head inland and follow
along down the right side of the river. There they will face a large number of
tanks, the only other time they run into trouble. You have obligations to protect
the Freighter as it makes its way down the river but if you want to save the Speeder
Bikes from harm you'll need to pay them a quick visit. Get a bit of altitude so you
won't run the risk of flying through your own explosions as you make your bombing
runs on the group of tanks. Use the Triangle button to cycle through the different
enemies until the tanks in the area become highlighted.

Bonus Objective 3 - Destroy Recovery Freighter

After the first two Dropships are destroyed, I usually go and attack the Recovery
Vehicle found above the terrain right of the river. If you choose to do this, be
quick, as your Speeder Bikes will be under fire while protecting the Pirate
Freighter. If you were fast enough in destroying the Dropships then you should have
enough time to destroy the tanks moving into position on your Freighter before they
become a real threat. Again you have to be quick, as the Trade Federation Recovery
Freighter will quickly leave the area. Once it crosses the river you have only a
minute or so to take it out. Just unload your full payload of energy bombs to blow
it up without much of a hassle.

Mission 7 - Eye Of The Storm

Seeking to recover stolen property, a vengeful Trade Federation invades Nym's base
on the surface of Lok.

Mission Objectives

1. Protect Evac Transports during loading

2. Protect Inferno Turret

3. Escort Evac Transports

Bonus Objectives

1. Destroy Dropship before tanks are launched

2. All Decoy Freighters must survive

3. Escort Jenkins to his freefall

Mission Objectives

Mission Objective 1 - Protect Evac Transports during loading

This is definitely one of the hardest missions in the game. There is a lot you have
to do and not a lot of information as to what how and when to do it. No fear though,
I've laid it all out for you.

To protect the Evac Transports (and Inferno Turret) all you have to do in a nut
shell is blow up anything approaching your base whether it be Scarab, Tank or
Bomber, they've all go to go. If they breach the base's perimeter you could get into
some serious trouble. This objective lasts for most of the mission. You really have
to step up to the plate on this mission and take out enemies as fast as you can and
when defending the crater you have to watch out for you own turrets, so you won't
destroy them as well.

As soon as the mission starts you'll need to destroy as many of the Scarabs as you
can in about 10 seconds because two Dropships are approaching and if they can land
and unload their cargo of tanks in the crater, the mission will probably be over
shortly. One of your co-pilots will let you know that they are coming. Target the
right Dropship within moments of the level starting since it lands first and get
your co-pilots and turrets to fire on it by pressing UP on your D-pad. After the
first on goes down hit the remaining one with everything you've got and don't forget
to have your co-pilots attack it with you. No matter how quickly you attack the
Dropships you will cut it close, so get on it!

After the two Dropships are dusted go back to blasting Scarabs until you're called
away to save Jenkins. After you deal with the Jenkins thing (you don't actually have
to have him survive to beat the mission, only if you're going for gold) come back to
the crater and face off against a couple waves of Bombers. Each wave has five
Bombers in it. At the same time two of the large Trade Federation Landers will and
outside of the perimeter of the Crater and start to unload Tanks. As well, the two
final Dropships will appear and will start the descent shortly. What do you do
first? If you're going for gold you still need to keep an eye on Jenkins at the same
time.

You're going to have to be really quick (use your boost a lot) and take out one
thing and then another and leave some enemies to take car of later like the Bombers.
If you're going for gold then your first priority should be the Dropships. But you
can take care of everything if you're a good enough shot. First eliminate the first
wave of Bombers while they are still out by the Landers and still in formation which
will make them easy kills. Ignore the next wave. Then while your over the Landers
drop some energy bombs on the tanks coming out of them, don't spend more than five
or ten seconds doing this. Try to get them as they are just emerging out of the
Lander in a big group. It will only take a few energy bombs to kill them all. Once
they spread out they become much harder to hit and very dangerous, they can easily
take you out as well.

After you drop a few bombs on some tanks go and target the Dropships beyond the
Landers. If they start spinning while they descend you have very little time to
destroy them. You want to be attacking them before they do this. Stick with the
Dropships until they are destroyed and then once they are gone return to defending
the base. If they land they will drop off a bunch of AMTs, things you don't
particularly need right now.

For the rest of the mission it's all about defending the base perimeter, blasting
anything that tries to breach it. However by now the perimeter has been breached by
some Tanks or is about to be. Take out the ones inside or near the crater first but
always be on the look out for those easy to kill groupings of several tanks as they
come out of the Landers. Another wave of Bombers will attack which you must take
out. Once their gone and the tanks have been eliminated all you'll have to worry
about are single Bombers coming in from the behind the Landers which will attack the
launching Pirate Freighter decoys. Take them out while they are still in the
distance so they can't unload their payload. Once the decoys launch the Mission
Objective will be complete.

Mission Objective 2 - Protect Inferno Turret

Since the Inferno Turret is in the same spot as the Evac Transports, satisfying
Mission Objective 1 will also take care of this objective. Once the decoys launch
you no longer have to worry about the Inferno Turret.

Mission Objective 3 - Escort Evac Transports

The final Mission Objective is simple; all you have to do is defend the escaping
decoy Pirate Freighters. The biggest threat to them are the Bombers that will come
in after them. Just be sure to eliminate them from a distance, before they can drop
their bombs. Constantly be checking your targets and switching them manually by
pressing Triangle to make sure none are sneaking up on you. You don't have to worry
about the crater base as much once most of the Freighters are away. Waves of Scarabs
will still attack as well so keep an eye out. The mission ends when the last decoy
Pirate Freighter gets away.

Bonus Objectives

Bonus Objective 1 - Destroy Dropships before tanks are launched

There are four Dropships to destroy in this mission. To insure that the first two
Dropships are destroyed before they can unload their cargo of tanks boost right from
the start of the mission, out the opening in the Crater room and target the right
Dropship coming in. You may also want to assign your co-pilots to attack the other
Dropship to soften it up for you. It will take more than one complete payload of
your energy bombs to take it down but persistent use of your lasers on it will help.
Be quick with these guys since they come in fast and if they unload even one tank
before they are destroyed, you will fail the Bonus Objective.

The two other Dropships can be targeted and destroyed shortly after you help out
Jenkins. Keep and eye out for them out past the Landers. A wave of Bombers will
attack which is your signal to go and attack the Dropships. Take out a few or the
whole wave of Bombers really quickly and then zip out to destroy the Dropships. If
they start spinning while they descend you have very little time to destroy them.
You want to be attacking them before they do this. Stick with the Dropships until
they are destroyed and then once they are gone return to defending the base.
Remember that Dropships take a lot to destroy so be sure to give yourself enough
time to take them down. Use you brake to help you stay on target for continual
blasting.

Bonus Objective 2 - All Decoy Freighters must survive

Basically once the decoy Pirate Freighters launch all you have to do is keep the
Bombers off their backs as they escape. Just be sure to eliminate them from a
distance, before they can drop their bombs. Constantly be checking your targets and
switching them manually by pressing Triangle to make sure none are sneaking up on
you. You don't have to worry about the crater base as much once most of the
Freighters are away. Waves of Scarabs will still attack as well so keep an eye out.
The mission ends and you'll accomplish the second Bonus Objective when the last
decoy Pirate Freighter gets away.

Bonus Objective 3 - Escort Jenkins to his freefall

Shortly after you destroy the two Dropships at the beginning of the mission you'll
get a message from one of your guys about this guy Jenkins. He's the last of the
Speeder Bikes to come in from your little heist of Trade Federation goods using your
Pirate Freighter. Unfortunately he's picked up some Scarabs that are bent on getting
him. If you can't destroy most of them, Jenkins won't make it and the third Bonus
Objective cannot be completed. There are five Scarabs to destroy and are coming in
to the right of the Crater's opening if you're inside its perimeter.

Immediately boost out to the group of Scarabs, using your zoom-in sniper view to
start hitting them with your lasers. As soon as you're alerted to Jenkins your
target will switch to the first Scarab in the group chasing him. You don't need to
deal with a big dogfight here, as you go off chasing one Scarab another will takes
its place on firing on Jenkins' Speeder Bike. Try to be precise and take out at
least one while they are still in formation. Then target the next one that's firing
on Jenkins, you actually don't have time to switch targets, just fire at what's in
front of you or giving the most threat to Jenkins targeted or not. You may want to
assign one of the Scarabs to your co-pilots to take out to give you less to worry
about. It's actually kind of hard to see Jenkins since he's so small. Once he gets
inside the perimeter of your crater he should be all right but you'll know for sure
when your notified that he made it by one of your co-pilots a few moments later. You
may want to assign your wingmen to protect Jenkins the rest of the way. By the time
Jenkins is entering the crater a group of Bombers should be on their way in but
there are also two more Dropships carrying ATMs out there and they are about to
land. If you're going for gold in the mission ignore the Bombers and head out and
destroy the Dropships.

Mission 8 - Taking The Offensive

Rhys and Reti team up to clear a path through the Trade Federation's orbital defense
network above Eos.

Mission Objectives

1. Destroy Orbital Satellites

2. Destroy escaping Trade Federation Freighters

Bonus Objectives

1. Destroy escaping SuperFreighter

2. Destroy all Trade Federation Fighters

3. Complete mission in under 7 minutes

Mission Objectives

Mission Objective 1 - Destroy Orbital Satellites

This mission is quite a bit easier than the last although it does present its own
set of challenges. Mines surround the four Orbital Satellites that help target the
massive planetary laser so the long distance attack using your zoom is best to take
them out. There are loads and loads of fighters in this mission so whenever you get
the chance for an easy kill, take it. In fact the satellites shouldn't even be a
concern at first, just stick to the fighters and the two Trade Federation Freighters
that quickly appear. Although as soon as the mission starts you'll want to start
firing at the closest satellite until some Scarabs fly into range. Then two
Freighters will appear.

After you take down the two Freighters resume your attack on the Scarabs in the
area. Be sure to watch out for mines. As soon as most of the Scarabs are gone target
the closest satellite and start blasting away. Send in a two or three torpedoes so
it doesn't take all day and then move on to the next one. By the time the second
satellite is destroyed more Scarabs will attack in a swarm. Divert your attention
and take out as many as you can so they are no longer a threat. At the same time an
armed SuperFreighter will appear coming from the planet. It doesn't automatically
get targeted so you'll have to hit the Triangle button to cycle through the
available targets to find it. After you take out the SuperFreighter go back to
clearing out some of the remaining fighters and then back to satellite blasting.

Target the next closest satellite and blow it to smithereens. With one satellite
left expect to see a few more waves of Scarabs attack. You can easily ignore them
and finish off the last satellite with your remaining torpedoes and some laser
blasts to finish the mission successfully. But if your going for gold and trying to
get all the fighters then you'll only want to soften up the satellite and save it
for later, after you've gotten all the fighters. Once the last satellite is
destroyed the mission will end.

Mission Objective 2 - Destroy escaping Trade Federation Freighters

As soon as the two Freighters appear you'll want to head right out to them and fire
away. Use your boost. Your wingman will let you know when they appear and your R2
unit will switch your target to the closest one. They are pretty easy to take down;
you don't even need to use you torpedoes. Besides you'll want to save your torpedoes
for the heavily shielded Satellites. The Freighters do bit back however. They leave
a trail of mines so if you get directly behind one of them you'll be pelted with
mine after mine, not good. Attack them from afar and when you are in close range
make passes from side to side rather than just getting behind one and firing away.

Bonus Objectives

Bonus Objective 1 - Destroy escaping SuperFreighter

After you have destroyed the first and second satellites some Scarabs will appear
along with a SuperFreighter (presumably who launched the Scarabs). It is not
automatically targeted so you'll have to do it manually by pressing the Triangle
button several times until it appears. Once you've got it in your sites give it
everything you got with your lasers, again saving those torpedoes for the remaining
two satellites. At the same time Droid Starfighters will appear. Destroy them and
then go and take out the next satellite.

Bonus Objective 2 - Destroy all Trade Federation Fighters

The tricky thing about achieving this Bonus Objective is that you have to wait for
them all to appear. You may be down to the final few bits of hull on the final
satellite and if you haven't gotten the silver medal for destroying all the fighters
then they haven't all appeared yet. DO NOT DESTROY THE FINAL SATELLITE UNTIL ALL
FIGHTERS ARE DESTROYED and you have received a medal for it. You will want to still
put a few shots in on the satellite however to soften it up because the last wave of
fighters like to take their time to appear. If you want to get a gold and beat the
mission in under seven minutes then you'll have very little time to destroy the
final satellite when the last fighter is finally destroyed. Needless to say that
once fighters do appear, you'll want to take them out quickly and from a distance
but save you remaining torpedoes to finish off the satellite with.

Bonus Objective 3 - Complete mission in under 7 minutes

The trick to beating the mission in under seven minutes is taking out fighters
quickly. The next wave won't come until the previous is gone for the most part so to
move things along to the point that you can take out the last fighter and final
satellite before seven minutes is up you'll need to be precise and fast at shooting
down enemies. It is also important to balance out your attacks so that you take out
Freighters, then fighters and then a couple satellites, more fighters and then
another satellite and then more fighters. Finally you should have saved at least one
or two torpedoes for the final satellite to take it out fast enough to finish the
mission once the last fighter is destroyed. Even at my best times I was only 20 or
30 seconds under seven minutes making this the toughest Bonus Objective to meet for
this mission.

Mission 9 - The Crippling Blow

Accompanied by Vana, Nym infiltrates the Trade Federation's droid factory on Eos.

Mission Objectives

1. Destroy Landing Pad

2. Destroy Manufacturing Building

3. Destroy Power Station

4. Destroy Main Factory

5. Destroy Command Center

Bonus Objectives

1. Destroy Command Center in under 1 minute

2. Destroy Planetary Gun

3. Complete mission in under 8 minutes

Mission Objectives

Mission Objective 1 - 5 - Destroy Landing Pad, Destroy Manufacturing Building,
Destroy Power Station, Destroy Main Factory, Destroy Command Center

The way the objectives are laid out for you is not necessarily the best order to use
to try and beat the level, especially if your going for gold. Therefore in the
following walkthrough text I run through the objectives in the order that I use and
it starts with attacking the Command Center.

Destroy Command Center

First of all, those turrets that are everywhere can take you out very quickly, the
biggest problem for you in the level. You must take most of them out to finish the
mission. If they get a bead on you and start hitting your ship you won't last long.
Turrets have a weak spot however; they cannot spin all the way around. Turrets have
two lights on them, Orange on the front and Blue on the back. Try to attack turrets
from the side with the Blue light and they cannot fire back, just make sure that
you're not in another's line of fire. They also have a shorter firing range than you
which means you can also pick them off from afar. Don't worry too much about the
Scarabs in the level. You may get hit by them a few times but they are such bad
shots they don't pose much of a threat and they should be ignored.

When you start the mission the Command Center will be directly in front of you and
if you don't take it out first it will eventually fly away, making it so you can't
complete the mission. Destroying it in less than a minute from the start of the
mission will also earn you a Bonus Objective medal. As you gain control of your ship
take out the first turret in front of you using your zoom in feature and then the
next gun emplacement on the ridge before the Command Center. There is another turret
on the ground to the right o the Command Center but in an effort to save time with
destroying the Command Center ignore it for now. Start firing at the command center
and charge up your Plasma Scourge.

This is the first mission that you get to use your Plasma Scourge attack with your
secondary weapon. It's a super powerful blast that takes some charging (by holding
the CIRCLE button) and will use up five energy bombs. Two blasts with your Plasma
Scourge are all it takes to eliminate the Command Center or any other structure in
the level. Be sure you hit the main saucer, as it's easy to over shoot the skinny
part below. As soon as it goes down boost out of the area back in the direction you
started the level from and get you bearings. With the Command Center gone (hopefully
within a minute of starting the level) you can continue the removing of enemy
turrets. Be methodical, going through turrets one by one until and area is clear.
Until an area around a structure you need to destroy is without turrets do your best
to keep moving.

Destroy Main Factory

After you take down the Command Center fly out, back in the direction you started
the level from and take out any turrets from that far off vantagepoint using your
zoom in button. You will be out of their range. Just look for the Orange and Blue
lights and quickly take them all out with your lasers.

With the area semi-clear of turrets head back in and you should see the Factory
Power Station directly ahead of you. To the right, just over the ridge you'll find
the Main Factory, your next target. Attack the turrets first with either a couple of
energy bombs or your lasers but attack from the back of the structure to avoid them
firing back. Look for the blue lights. With the Turrets gone go ahead and take out
the Main Factory with a couple Plasma Scourges. With it gone take out the turret on
the ridge between the Main Factory and the Power Station. Now stay on the factory
side of this ridge with the Power Station on the other side and follow it to the
right. Continue around left, following the lava flow until you see the Blue light of
a turret on top of a ridge on the left. You should be almost directly behind the
Power Station. Take out the turret and on the other side of the ridge you'll find
the planetary gun and another turret. Destroy them both and head for the Power
Station, attacking it from the back.

Destroy Power Station

After you destroy the planetary gun come at the Power Station from the back. This
way its laser can't reach you and you can easily take the turrets out. With those
two gone there shouldn't be any other turrets in range in the area, that is if you
did your job of eliminating the turrets earlier in the mission. Be on the look out
for Hunter Seeker droids that start to appear they can be quite annoying. Now just
send in a couple Plasma Surges and the Power Station will be no more. Now it's time
to take out the Manufacturing Building.

Destroy Manufacturing Building

After you destroy the Power Station you'll want to go and deal with the
Manufacturing Building. If you were facing the front of the Power Station the
Manufacturing building would be directly to the left, behind the Landing Pad. If
you're having trouble with the turrets in this area call in Vana to help with one of
your target. Again the key is to attack from the side with the Blue light. On the
far side of the Manufacturing Building there is an angle where you can get both
turrets without having them fire back at you. Once they are gone take out the
Manufacturing Building with another couple of Plasma Surges. Now all that's left is
the Landing Pad.

Destroy Landing Pad

If you were hovering above the destroyed Manufacturing Building and the Power
Station is on your left then the Landing Pad should be in front of you, over a ridge
kind of tucked away. You've been through this routine a few times now so you should
know what to do. Find the Landing Pad and take out the two turrets guarding it.
Again, attack the turrets from the side with the Blue light to avoid being targeted.
You can also ignore the turrets if you're super short on time since as soon as the
Landing Pad is destroyed the Mission will end. Two Plasma Surges and a few shots
from your laser will take it out.

Bonus Objectives

Bonus Objective 1 - Destroy Command Center in under 1 minute

Because of all the turrets around it's very tough to eliminate the Command Center
without taking a beating. Eliminate the first two turrets between you and the
Command Center using you zoom in feature and then charge your Plasma Scourge attack.
Drop another Plasma Scourge on the Command Center along with a few shots from your
lasers and it should go down in under a minute. If you're going to fail this Bonus
Objective it's because you got caught up in the laser turrets. You'll need you
shields and hull integrity for later in the mission, don't waste them here.

Bonus Objective 2 - Destroy Planetary Gun

The Planetary Gun is almost directly behind the Power Station and is guarded by two
turrets. Attack the Planetary Gun after you destroy the Main Factory making it the
third thing you destroy in the mission.

After you destroy the Main Factory stay on the factory side of this ridge with the
Power Station on the other side and follow it to the right. Continue around left,
following the lava flow until you see the Blue light of a turret on top of a ridge
on the left. You should be almost directly behind the Power Station. Take out the
turret and on the other side of the ridge you'll find the planetary gun and another
turret. Destroy turret by attacking it from the Blue light side and then hit the gun
with two Plasma Surges. Now head for the Power Station.

Bonus Objective 3 - Complete mission in under 8 minutes

Since you need to take out most of the turrets in the level in order to survive,
eliminating them is one thing in the level you cannot skimp out on doing for the
sake of time. You just have to be quick and precise with both finding and targeting
turrets as well as destroying them with your lasers or energy bombs. Be sure to use
your Plasma Surge attack to destroy all the buildings in the level and charge up the
attack well before your in range to use it so no time is lost in charging. Ignore
the Scarabs completely and don't go chasing down Hunter Seeker Droids or waste your
time destroying those Droid Dispensers. The best aid you'll have in beating the
level in less than eight minutes is knowing where each target and turret is ahead of
time which means you'll probably have to play the level once or twice before you can
do it.

Mission 10 - The New Resistance

The heroes return to Naboo to find a Trade Federation blockade. Vana leads an
assault on a convoy while Reti liberates some munitions.

Mission Objectives

1. Disable one Armed Freighter

2. Protect Captured SuperFreighter

3. Destroy Armed Freighters

Bonus Objectives

1. Destroy all Droid Escape Pods

2. Complete mission in under 8 minutes

3. Destroy all Missile Frigates

Mission Objectives

Mission Objective 1 - Disable one Armed Freighter

This is the first mission that you'll be able to utilize Vana's Ion Encumbrance
System that will take out an armed SuperFreighter's shields in one shot. You will
need to use it often to get through this tricky mission. The attack is activated by
first charging the blast by holding down the CIRCLE button and then you need to get
very close to the target and then let the shot off. When it hits, an electrical
field will surround the ship and its shields will be gone and it won't be able to
move or fire on you. The attack does not work from any kind of distance; you must be
very close to the ship for it to work.

At the very beginning of the mission start tagging and destroy the approaching swarm
of fighters from a distance using your zoom button. When they pass follow the group
of them, blasting as many as possible while still bunched together. Don't spend a
lot of time chasing down fighters however. Within a 30 seconds or a minute of
starting the mission get right to your first main objective which is to disable one
of the SuperFreighters. Attack the last one in the convoy to avoid enemy fire from
the other SuperFreighters. All it takes to disable the Freighter is to hit it with
an Ion blast. Once it's disabled you can give a few moments of your attention to any
remaining fighters attacking you at the moment. But not for long as there are
SuperFreighters to destroy.

Mission Objective 2 - Protect Captured SuperFreighter

You can assign your wingmen to protect the disabled Freighter and Reti but they are
just as useful in helping you destroy SuperFreighters. I've only had the
SuperFreighter with Reti on it get destroyed once in all the times I have played the
mission. You will want to keep the number of fighters down to avoid any hassle
however. If you're going to die in this mission it's because of being swarmed by
Droid Starfighters.

Mission Objective 3 - Destroy Armed Freighters

As soon as you disable the trailing SuperFreighter for Reti you should get on with
the next task of destroying the rest of the Armed Freighters. There are eight Armed
Freighters to destroy not including the disabled Freighter Reti is on. Immediately
start to charge your Ion blast for the next closest SuperFreighter while you take
out some fighters. When sufficiently charged home in on the Freighter and take out
its shields. Then call in the support from your wingmen. As soon as the first
Freighter is destroyed three Escape Pods will be launched. Go get them and while
doing so charge up your Ion blast for the next Freighter. You should pick off the
Freighter in the convoy to avoid a lot of the fire from the other Freighters. After
three or four more Armed Freighters go down three Missile Frigates will show up
along with a whole bunch of new fighters.

Go get them. Not only is the destruction the Missile Frigates one of your Bonus
Objectives but they can do a lot of damage to your friends and the disabled
Freighter. Use Ion blasts to disable each of the Missile Frigate's shields and send
your friends in to attack. Thankfully at about the same time Reti will commandeer a
group of Scarab that will follow your orders so get them to attack the Missile
Frigates as well. This group of Scarabs will follow your commands even after the
Missile Frigates go down, until they are destroyed by enemy fire. Be careful whom
you shoot at. Be sure to target all Scarabs and if one has a green target around it,
do not shoot at it.

At the same time a huge swarm of fighters will attack from the planet surface. You
have to deal with these fighters or you won't last the mission. They attack in
swarms though which makes them easy to pick off quickly. Once the amount of enemy
fighters is significantly reduced go back to blowing up Armed Freighters. There
should only be three or four of them left, even less if you've been efficient. As
you destroy the rest of the Freighters more fighters will appear, both Scarabs and
Droid Starfighters. You should deal with them while they are still in a swarm to
take them out quickly. Ignoring them means you'll have trouble later once they
surround you and pelt you with an endless flow of laser blasts. By the time the last
Freighter is destroyed Reti should be talking about leaving, saying that he needs
thirty more seconds. Get the disabled Freighter in your sights and the instant Reti
leaves blast it along with your friends. When it goes down the Mission will be
completed.

Bonus Objectives

Bonus Objective 1 - Destroy all Droid Escape Pods

As soon as you destroy the first Trade Federation Armed Freighter three Droid Escape
Pods will be ejected. Your wingman will let you know they have been released but
they won't automatically appear in as targets. Press the TRIANGLE button to cycle
through the available targets until one of the Escape Pods pops up. Do this
immediately after the Freighter is destroyed to give yourself the most time to catch
it. Chase it down and destroy the two others next to it to accomplish the first
Bonus Objective. Remember that you have to be very quick or else they will warp out
of the system. Also don't forget to tag them before you fire on them to make sure
you waste the least amount of time destroying them.

Bonus Objective 2 - Complete mission in under 8 minutes

Beating the mission in less than eight minutes is the toughest Bonus Objective to
meet. If you don't get right to your main objectives then the mission can drag on
for a long time. Reti like to take his time to loot the Freighter and even longer to
get off the ship at the end of the mission. The key is to get right to things and to
not be distracted by the swarms of Scarabs and Droid Starfighters. Right from the
start of the mission you'll want to boost over to the last SuperFreighter in the
convoy and hit it with and Ion blast to disable it. The next event that has to occur
is you and your team destroying every last SuperFreighter so get on it immediately.
Take out enemy fighters as they appear in front of you but never go chasing after
them at too much length, keeping the Freighters as your priority.

You can do everything right and still finish after 8 minutes, meaning that there is
a little luck involved in getting gold. You always seem to have to wait until Reti
is ready to leave the disabled Freighter at the end of the mission. He'll give you a
thirty-second warning that always seems to take a little longer than thirty seconds
before he actually leaves. Because you'll have only seconds to destroy the disabled
Freighter once he's gone, have it in your sights even before Reti leaves so the
instant he does you can take it out and finish the mission.

Bonus Objective 3 - Destroy all Missile Frigates

After the first four Freighters go down three Missile Frigates will appear. At the
same time a load of fighters will attack but to help you out Reti has commandeered a
bunch of Scarab that you can order to attack whatever target you wish. Order an
attack on one of the Missile Frigates and don't forget to take out their shields
with an ion blast at close range. As you are putting down the last two Missile
Frigates fighters will swarm you. Stay focused on the Missile Frigates but don't
turn down an easy kill if a fighter flies through your sights. Once all three
Frigates are gone you will receive a medal.

Mission 11 - Midnight Munitions Run

When Naboo Resistance pilots miss a rendezvous, Rys must escort Reti through the
perilous Naboo canyon at night.

Mission Objectives

1. Escort Reti to Resistance Base

2. Rescue N-1 Resistance Escorts

3. Defend Resistance Base

Bonus Objectives

1. Destroy all AMTs

2. Destroy all Dropships

3. Complete mission in under 7 minutes

Mission Objectives

Mission Objective 1 - Escort Reti to Resistance Base

As admitted by the game's creators, this is the hardest level in the game. The
canyon you have to fly through is very narrow at some spots but that's not the worst
of it. In order to best protect Reti you don't actually want to fly along side him
but rather fly on ahead of him and eliminate all enemies before they can even fire
on Reti.

At the start of the mission boost way ahead of Reti down the canyon. Ignore his
calls to stick to his side, he'll be fine as long as you can take out most of the
enemies along the way before Reti reaches them. The first to baddies you'll
encounter are a pair of STAPs. Easily blast them while you hit and hold the brakes
before entering the clearing ahead. While still in the canyon target the first two
tanks towards the left and then target the Dropship that is leaving above you. A
couple of torpedoes along with some laser blasts will take it out. After the
Dropship is destroyed take out the remaining tanks on the ground. If you get
targeted by one or more of them pull a boost then brake maneuver that will send you
into a powerslide. Use the momentum to avoid their blasts while you target the tanks
with your lasers. This technique is important to master for this level. There are
seven tanks total plus three more STAPs in the first clearing. After they have all
been destroyed boost down the next canyon, ahead of Reti.

Down the second canyon you'll face both STAPs and tanks strategically placed along
the path. You should do your best to take them all out but if you miss one Reti can
still survive. If you want to go back for a target you pass in the canyon don't try
turning left or right to make a U-turn. Always do a loop or a half loop to turn
around and go back the other way in a canyon. Down the second canyon you'll face a
STAP first and then around the bend look for a tank on the ground. Around the
following bend destroy another STAP and further down you'll face two tanks and a
STAP. Destroy those and continue down. A little further take out a single tank and
around the next left take out two more tanks. Now boost ahead and you'll face two
more tanks and then finally at the end of the canyon destroy two more tanks. At the
same time hit your brakes and hold them while you pick off tanks in the next
clearing from afar using the zoom button.

In the next clearing is another Dropship and a whole bunch of tanks. There are two
tanks to your immediate left in the clearing, a group of four tanks in the middle of
the clearing, a couple tanks on the far side of the clearing and two huge MTTs are
moving through. Ignore the MTTs and focus your attack, first on the two tanks to
your immediate left and then the group of four. If your going for gold then you
should take out the Dropship with a couple of torpedoes (don't even wait for a lock
to fire) before you take on the group of four tanks. Watch out, it's easy to die
here with all the tanks around. Use your powerslide move by boosting and then
braking while you turn to avoid laser blasts and continue to target the tanks. Once
all the tanks have been destroyed boost down the next canyon.

The third canyon is the tightest in the game, very tough to make it without hitting
a wall. If you're going to hit a wall then soften the blow by hitting the wall with
the side of your ship rather than your nose. In the canyon are five turret mines
along with the same number of slightly camouflaged Missile Tanks on the ground below
you. To just finish the mission you don't actually need to worry about the Missile
Tanks, they don't fire at you or Reti. You'll want to take them out if your trying
to get gold however. You will definitely want to eliminate the Turret Mines though.
They only take a few shots to destroy and they are bad shots so they aren't much
trouble. Getting them and all the Missile Tanks is a much tougher task. In the
following clearing you'll face five more Missile tanks and some Scarabs who are in a
fight with some N-1 Resistance Fighters. Give them a hand and take out the tanks and
the Scarabs before you head down the last canyon.

Down the last canyon you face more tanks and even run into some MTTs. First you'll
hit an MTT and a Tank. Take them out and boost ahead. Around the next bend you'll
face three tanks and then a little further, three more tanks are in your way. You'll
run into three more Tanks before the last straight shot through the canyon to the
Resistance Base.

Mission Objective 2 - Rescue N-1 Resistance Escorts

Basically by taking out all of the Scarabs (four of them) in the third clearing
takes care of this objective. You still want to take out all tanks and enemies in
your path ahead to protect them but they can last a while, long enough at least to
save the Resistance Base and finish the mission.

Mission Objective 3 - Defend Resistance Base

While your still in the final stretch of the last canyon before the Resistance Base
hit and hold your brakes and zoom in on the tanks in the clearing. Take them out
from afar using your lasers. Once in the last clearing there will be two large MTTs,
a bunch of Tanks, four Scarabs and two groups of Trade Federation Droids to take
out. Pretty easy considering what you've been through so far. Take them all out to
finish the mission. What out for your own buildings as you give the Trade Federation
a pounding.

Bonus Objectives

Bonus Objective 1 - Destroy all AMTs

There are ten Missile Tanks in the mission to destroy to complete this Bonus
Objective. You'll find five Missile Tanks in the third clearing attacking N-
1Resistance fighters that are easy enough to spot but there are five more hidden
back down the previous narrow canyon. Each one is located under or near each of the
five Turret Mines. Because they are gray they really blend into the canyon rock plus
a few of them are tucked away making them impossible to spot from the direction your
coming. They are easier to spot going the other direction and if your not going for
a fast time it is a good idea for you to go back down the canyon in the opposite
direction to find them all. When you're going for a good time then you'll want to
take them all out the first time through. When you come to a turret look on the
ground for a Missile Tank. They are sometimes a little down the path but not far and
a few are tucked around bend to the right. Those are the toughest to get. Try
pulling a loop above where one should be to spot and then target them. When you get
to the next clearing take out the remaining five Missile tanks to earn the bonus.
One of the N-1 pilots will say great shot and ask you to help them with the rest of
the Scarabs in the area when the last one is destroyed.

Bonus Objective 2 - Destroy all Dropships

There are three Dropships to destroy in this mission. The first one is hovering at
the front of the first clearing. The second is found hovering above the front of the
second clearing. The final Dropship is found at the end of the mission hovering
above the action at the Resistance Base. Dropships take two torpedoes and some laser
blasts to be destroyed and since they are such large targets you don't have to wait
for a lock to fire. Each Dropship you encounter is on its way out so be quick if you
plan on destroying it before it leaves the area.

Bonus Objective 3 - Complete mission in under 7 minutes

The key to finishing the mission in under seven minutes while still meeting all the
Bonus Objectives is to boost through the canyons between targets and don't waste
time going back for anything. You've got to shoot everything down the first time you
encounter it. The fight with Scarabs in the third clearing can hang you up if they
manage to dodge your lasers or fly to high for you to reach them, reason to save a
torpedo or two. As long as you're quick through the canyons you should be able to
beat the game in less than seven minutes.

Mission 12 - Rescue On The Solleu

Rhys, Reti and members of Bravo Flight provide support for a daring civilian rescue
attempt on Naboo.

Mission Objectives

1. Protect Rescue Boats

2. Destroy Turret Droids on Prison Camp islands

3. Provide escape route for Rescue Boats

4. Protect Resistance Freighter

Bonus Objectives

1. Destroy all Turret Droids

2. Destroy Dropship before Tanks are launched

3. Destroy all Droid Starfighters

Mission Objectives

Mission Objective 1 - Protect Rescue Boats

Where last mission was the toughest in the game, this mission is one of the easiest.
I got gold the fist time I played through it. There are basically four parts to this
mission. First take out all the Turret Droids on and surrounding the islands and
then destroy the shield that blocks the exit through the canyon. Thirdly you must
destroy all the Turret Droids along the canyon exit and defend Rescue Boats from any
attacks by patrol boats from the rear of the convoy. Lastly you must keep the
escaping boats safe as they make their way across the open water to the Freighter on
the island waiting to pick them up. To sum it all up you must basically destroy
every enemy you come across in the game and that will pretty much keep the Rescue
Boats from harm. Keep an eye on the ! in the lower right corner. When it lights up
red then your boats are in trouble and you should take out any target attacking
them.

It's at the beginning of the mission that your Rescue Ships will take the most fire
from Trade Federation Boats and those powerful Turret Droids. Right from the start
go after those Turret Droids and then move on to clearing out Federation Boats and
STAPs as they appear. Keep hunting down baddies as your ships load their human cargo
and then take out the shield blocking the exit. Now just target and wipe out all
Turret Droids along the canyon. Don't worry too much about time, the Rescue Boats
are quite slow. Do remember to check on them however as some Federation boats will
pick up the chase behind them and you wouldn't want to loose a Rescue Boat while you
off around the bend blasting Turret Droids. Once through the canyon and all Turret
Droids are destroyed go after the approaching Dropship before it can unload its
tanks. Those tanks can totally take out your ships so don't even want to give the
chance to unload. Waves of Droid Starfighters and Bombers will attack but they are
eliminated pretty easily as long as you attack them while they are still a ways out.
A couple groups of three Trade Federation boats will try to close in. Eliminate them
as well. Once in the open ocean try to stick around your boats and when a target
appears go off and get them before they can reach your guys. Piece of cake!

Mission Objective 2 - Destroy Turret Droids on Prison Camp islands

There are nine Turret Droids stationed on the Prison Camp islands and surrounding
area. You need to destroy them all and quickly. Not only are they deadly to your
Rescue Ships but they are extremely hazardous to your own ship. Focus all your
attention on destroying them and if one gets a lock on you, boost and evade
immediately even if it means coming back around for another pass at a target. Once
they are all destroyed you can take out some STAPs and Trade Federation Boats that
are attacking your Rescue Ships and then take down the shield blocking the way.

Mission Objective 3 - Provide escape route for Rescue Boats

All you have to do to provide an escape route for your three boats is to take out
one of the Shield Pylons on either side of the exit. They power the shield and when
one is taken out with a torpedo and some laser blasts, the whole shield comes down.
Once down you should then go and clear the canyon of Turret Droids. They will appear
in your target one by one as you destroy them. You can also assign your wingmen to
attack Turrets if you need some help.

Mission Objective 4 - Protect Resistance Freighter

All you have to do to protect the Resistance Freighter is to destroy a couple waves
of Bombers. Really as soon as the three Rescue Boats pull up to the island the
mission will basically be over and it isn't that tough to eliminate all enemies
before the Freighter even lands.

Bonus Objectives

Bonus Objective 1 - Destroy all Turret Droids

There are nine Turret Droids at the first part of the mission and 15 Turret Droids
down the canyon, 24 Turret Droids in all. You must destroy each of them to earn this
Bonus Objective. Concentrate all your efforts at the start of the mission on
destroying the nine Turrets in the immediate area. Once their gone you'll have to
take out the 15 Turrets lining the sloping canyon walls. They should all
conveniently pop-up in your target HUD in the lower left corner of your screen. The
next one will pop-up as you destroy each Turret. Some Turrets are high up on the
peaks of the canyon walls while a few others are located on the beaches of the
outlet of the canyon stream while another is positioned on the small peak on the
island dead ahead. If you need some help you can also assign your wingmen to a
target to take some of the heat of yourself.

Bonus Objective 2 - Destroy Dropship before Tanks are launched

You've got to zoom through the canyon, taking out the Turret Droids very quickly to
make it out to the open ocean where a Dropship is coming in to drop off some Tanks
on the island right in front of the canyon stream's outlet. This one will take most
of your torpedoes before it is destroyed so you should have saved several from
earlier in the mission for this job. If you can take it down fast enough (call in
your wingmen for help) you will earn this Bonus Objective.

Bonus Objective 3 - Destroy all Droid Starfighters

The Droid Starfighters won't attack until the end of the mission, after you get
through the Turret Droid infested canyon. With the skills you should have by now it
is easy to take them all out even before your Resistance Freighter come in.

Mission 13 - Last Stand On Naboo

Vana and Nym must save the Naboo Resistance Camp from certain demise by destroying a
might Trade Federation Army.

Mission Objectives

1. Protect Resistance Turrets

Bonus Objectives

1. All Resistance Turrets must survive

2. Destroy all Scarab Fighters

3. Complete Mission in under 12 minutes

Mission Objectives

Mission Objective 1 - Protect Resistance Turrets

After the ease of the last mission things get tough again for the final stretch.
Protecting the Turrets is the hardest thing to do in the entire mission. Actually
it's the only thing you need to do in the mission. Making sure that some of the
turrets survive much less each and every one is very tough considering that the
Trade Federation is bringing everything it has to bear onto you. It is pretty easy
though to get at least one Turret to survive the attack, which is all that's needed
to complete this mission. If you fail this mission it will probably be because you
were shot down or you ran into your own bombs. The big trick to this mission is to
not let any enemies get close enough to do any harm and don't forget to get your
wingmen to help you do the task.

Your first objective once the level starts is to take out the six HAGs getting ready
to fire on your turrets. Take out each one with a Plasma Scourge. If you are having
trouble finding some of them use your Triangle button to cycle through your targets.
Start from the left and work your way right, through each HAG until they are gone.
The left HAG is the first to fire and the right most HAG is the last. While charging
your Plasma Scourge attack for the HAGs go around and use your lasers on whatever
tanks and Scarabs you can find. A large Lander will land and drop off loads of Tanks
and STAPs to the right of the mountain. It's worth your while to make a quick run by
it to take out the Tanks while they are still in a tight formation and haven't
gotten close enough to fire on any turrets. You can pick off any stragglers later.
Then get back to the HAGs. Once all six HAGs are gone, take out some Scarabs and
then get on the case of taking out Tanks and STAPs as they come out of the giant
Landers on both sides of the Outpost. You'll have to be very nimble and precise with
your lasers to bop back and forth between Landers. The big Landers will drop off
tanks at least a few times each. Bombers will also attack and they definitely have
to go. You even have to worry about a couple of Dropships coming in to let off some
AMTs and Battle Droids. Listen for Vana to tell when new ships and Tanks are coming
in although she won't announce everything so be on the lookout for some sneaky ones.
If you've been in one area for more than minute then you can bet that Trade
Federation forces are grouping and attacking in another area on the other side of
the Outpost. Keep moving and by pressing and holding the Square Button you can see
all available targets at the same time so you won't miss a single one of them.

Towards the end of the mission the rest of Bravo Flight will arrive and lend a hand,
mostly with those Scarabs. The Mission will just end once all the Bombers are gone.

Bonus Objectives

Bonus Objective 1 - All Resistance Turrets must survive

This is the toughest Bonus Objective by a long shot. You can take out every HAG,
Tank and STAP before they even get a chance to fire on the Turrets and a Scarab can
come down and blow one up while your not looking. Besides your own flying skills and
precision you'll need to make full use of your wingmen to pull this one off.

From the start of the mission Charge up your Plasma Scourge and drop it on the left
most HAG. Then immediately charge up your Plasma Scourge again for the next HAG to
the right. While it's charging take out any Scarabs and Tanks you can target. Once
the second HAG is gone go after the third one on the same valley. While charging
your Plasma Scourge for it keep pecking off Tanks and Scarabs. Then take out the
next HAG found just over the ridge to the right. Once the fourth HAG is gone you'll
have two left but Lander should be dropping off some Tanks and STAPs to the right of
the mountain. Before you go after the next HAG drop some bombs on the Tanks coming
out of the Lander. Now take out the remaining HAGs before they can do much damage.
Once they are gone you can breath a little easier but you'll still need to get on
the ball and get right to taking on Scarabs (which are pretty well covered by your
wingmen unless you divert them) and taking out those approaching Bombers that attack
in groups of four.

Landers will drop off Tanks and STAPs on opposite sides of the Outpost and Vana will
usually let you know when more are being deployed. They will drop off munitions
about three times each during the mission so you'll have to keep bouncing back and
for between them to make sure no Tanks get close to the turrets. Two Dropships will
come in with Battle Droids and AMTs so be on the lookout for them and take them out
before they can unload their payload. Don't forget to keep targeting Scarabs and
Bombers throughout this trying mission as well. If you can keep the baddies off the
turrets and you have some luck on your side (some might call it the force) you can
make it so ever turret survives. It just may take you a few times.

Bonus Objective 2 - Destroy all Scarab Fighters

Since the Scarabs are the least of your worries they are easy to forget about but to
get this Bonus Objective you've got to get rid of them all before the mission ends.
At some point towards the end of the mission like when the rest of Bravo Flight
joins the fight you'll want to focus your attention on the Scarabs. Be sure that
they are gone before you destroy the last group of Bombers and Tanks that appear.

Bonus Objective 3 - Complete Mission in under 12 minutes

The best way to beat the level quickly is to take out everything you encounter
quickly. Kind of obvious really. The mission will not end until all of the Tanks and
Bombers are eliminated so after Bravo Flight arrives focus everything on getting all
the Tanks and Bombers out of there. This mission is easily beat-able in less than
nine minutes, much less twelve.

Mission 14 - The Final Assault

Rhys joins up with Bravo Flight as they attempt to destroy the transmitter
controlling the Droid Army on the surface of Naboo.

Mission Objectives

1. Destroy all Receiver Stations

2. Destroy all Droid Starfighters

3. Destroy Mercenary Leader

4. Destroy Shield Reactor

5. Escape OCS

Bonus Objectives

1. Destroy Receiver Stations in under 2 minutes

2. Destroy all interior ceiling turrets

3. Destroy all Lander assembly cranes

Mission Objectives

Mission Objective 1 - Destroy all Receiver Stations

There are 14 Receiver Stations to destroy. There are 11 of them around the ring with
three of them clustered in the tower area by the engines. The three remaining
Receiver Stations are located on the center control sphere. Do not use your
torpedoes to destroy them. Your lasers are all you need to take out the radar dishes
plus you'll need your torpedoes to take out the Mercenary Leader later in the
mission. As you destroy Receiver Stations be sure to keep moving and dodge all the
Droid Starfighter fire coming at you. You should also look out for the six grenade
launchers over by the tower area of the ring by the engines. They can be very deadly
but are easily destroyed. Look for the six little black orbs at the base of the
tower area and take them out with your lasers. You should take them out before the
Mercenary Leader appears to make things easier for you later. Once all 14 Receiver
Stations are gone the Mission Objective complete message will appear.

Mission Objective 2 - Destroy all Droid Starfighters

After all the Receiver Turrets are destroyed you'll have to take out the rest of the
Starfighters in the area. This is a pretty easy task actually. You don't even have
to shoot any of them if you don't want to. Your wingmen will eventually take care of
them all for you. No problem. While your wingmen are taking out the last
Starfighters you should go and take out the six grenade launchers over by the tower
area of the ring by the engines.

Mission Objective 3 - Destroy Mercenary Leader

To actually kill the Mercenary Leader is a task unto itself, which will consume the
rest of the mission after the Droid Starfighters outside the giant ship are
destroyed. He will attack you and your wingmen using its red homing grenades and
likes to hang around the back part of the massive Droid Control Ship, by its
engines. Because of this you'll want to clear away the six grenade launchers at the
base of the tower area before he shows up. Otherwise you'll inevitably hit more than
your share of grenade blasts. As well if your taking too much damage and want to
give your shields a chance to regenerate you can take off to the front part of the
ship near its hangers to momentarily get away from the Mercenary Leader. When a pair
of grenades are launched at you try to shoot them from a distance and avoid their
explosions by turning sharply.

As you face the Mercenary Leader only use your lasers on him. It is impossible to
destroy him at this point in the game while you are still outside the ship, all you
have to do to him is damage his shields. You must chip away at least one bar from
his shields to activate the Launching of Landers out the docking bay which will lead
to the second phase of your battle.

Keep an eye out for the launch of the Landers and the lowering of the force-shield
to the docking bay. The Mercenary Leader will head there but you should try to beat
him there first to take out the two turrets on the ceiling (it should be the very
first thing you do) and a few of the Droid Starfighters in walking mode that are
targeting you. Inside the hanger you'll be in close quarters so you'll want to
always watch your speed. The docking bay's force-field will close behind you before
any of your wingmen can get in. It's just you and the Mercenary Leader.

It is very tough to dogfight with the Mercenary Leader in the first hanger. Just
avoid his attacks for now and wait until he leaves into the next hanger over through
the large door that opens. If your just getting pounded in this first hanger try
hiding under one of the Dropships to avoid the fire until you can collect yourself.
Do not follow him right away since the door will close behind you. Stay in the first
hanger and let your shields regenerate while you take out the assembly crane on the
ceiling holding the Lander in the back of the hanger. Also blast all the Droid
Starfighters and Tanks in the room. You should note that Tanks lined up in formation
in the next couple of hangers are harmless as well as the MTTs shuffling about. You
can ignore them or take them out, neither action has any bearing on the mission.

When you're ready enter the next hanger slowly. Be sure to target the two or three
Droid Starfighters walking about from a distance using your zoom and then go in for
the turrets on the ceiling. If you waited long enough the Mercenary will be gone,
leaving you one less thing to worry about for the moment. There are several droids
targeting you in this room as well as a few tanks. Take them out to again give
yourself some breathing room. Blast the assembly crane holding the Lander to
accomplish one of the Bonus Objectives. There are several ways to follow the
Mercenary Leader into the next major hanger area.

There are two tunnels near the ceiling and neither I recommend taking. The one on
the left with the ridge running along the roof like a spine will take you into some
kind of energy engine room or something. Inside you'll be surrounded by red walls
glowing with energy. Do not hit the walls and to enter the main hanger where the
Mercenary leader is turn left the first chance you get upon entering the area. Down
the right tunnel and you'll directly enter the next hanger but come under a huge
amount of fire when you actually enter the hanger.

There is also a tunnel in the floor of the second hanger. Just blast the cargo in
the recessed floor area in the back of the hanger and fly through the tunnel at the
bottom. You'll enter a small room with four Tanks. Take out the Tanks and continue
through the tunnel in front of you to enter the next large Hanger through the floor.

Lastly you can use the floor level tunnel found in the second hanger on the right
side of the room. Through this tunnel you'll come to the same small room that the
tunnel in the floor will take you to. Take out the Tanks and then take the tunnel to
your right and enter the next large Hanger through the floor where you'll finally
face the Mercenary. Remember the previous small room during your fight with the
Mercenary, it can be a great place to retreat to when your shields need refreshing.

In the main hanger you'll have the Shield Reactor on one side of the room and some
kind of energy engine room on the other. You should also note the shielding blocking
the way to open space on one wall. Inside will be a load of Droid Starfighters as
well as the Mercenary Leader who will relentlessly attack you with grenades. This is
the final stand.

The Droid fighters are enough to kill you in this hanger, but let's not forget the
deadly Mercenary Leader. You must quickly take out as many Droids as you can target
while constantly dodging grenades launched by the mean Mercenary. Once enough of the
Droids are gone so that you're not constantly hit with laser fire retreat to one of
the tunnels or to the second hanger to re-energize your shields. When they are fully
back reenter the main hanger and get it on with the Mercenary without worry of Droid
fire.

Your fight with the Mercenary will be very tough but you can do it. You should have
saved all your torpedoes and now is the time to use them. As soon as you can get a
lock on the Mercenary ship and have a clear shot (no Dropships in the line of fire)
let a torpedo fly. Keep this up along with a constant barrage of laser blasts to
wear down his shields. Once his shields are gone continue to hit him with torpedoes
if you have any left and just keep hammering at his hull with your lasers. Remember
to destroy all grenades launched by the Mercenary from as far a distance as possible
and then immediately hit your brakes and turn away. Once you get the hang of evading
grenades you should be able to dodge his attacks without much damage to your ship.
You just have to be on your toes the entire time. Remember, if you start to take too
much damage you can always escape out one of the tunnels to regain your shield
strength. Once the Mercenary is destroyed all that's left to do is to destroy the
Shield Reactor so you can escape.

starfighter281.jpg

Mission Objective 4 - Destroy Shield Reactor

The Shield Reactor is behind the yellow glowing wall across the main hanger from the
red energy room. Once the Mercenary ship is destroyed all you have to do is fire at
the Shield Reactor (which you can target by pressing the Triangle button if it isn't
targeted already) with your lasers. When it goes down you have only a short amount
of time before the whole ship blows up with you inside it.

Mission Objective 5 - Escape OCS

Once you destroy the Shield Reactor all you have to do to escape is to fly out the
open hanger on one of the walls in the main hanger. Pretty simple really. Do not
head back down any of the tunnels. Just exit and the mission will end.

Bonus Objectives

Bonus Objective 1 - Destroy Receiver Stations in under 2 minutes

The Bonus Objectives are surprisingly easy to accomplish for this mission. All you
have to do to take out the Receiver Stations in less than two minutes is to
immediately boost as soon as the level starts. Ignore all the Fighters, leaving them
to your wingmen for now home in on the closest Receiver Station which looks like a
big radar dish. Don't let off your boost the entire time you cruise around the ring
part of the massive ship shooting Receiver Stations.

There are 14 Receiver Stations in all. There are 11 around the ring with three of
them clustered in the tower area by the engines. The three remaining Receiver
Stations are located on the center control sphere. Don't stop targeting Receiver
Stations for anything. You barely have enough time to get them all before the two
minutes runs out. Save your torpedoes for later, lasers are all you need to destroy
them all. Don't slow down for anything and you should easily get them all before the
time runs out as long as you know where each one is.

Bonus Objective 2 - Destroy all interior ceiling turrets

There are only four ceiling turrets to destroy inside the hanger. There are two in
the first hanger and the other two are in the second hanger you enter. In each
hanger you'll find one on the left and one on the right attached to the ceiling. You
can target any part of the turret, even its base and will take just four or five
blasts to destroy. They can be deadly if you're not careful and should be the first
thing you take care of when you enter the first two hangers. If you're getting
nailed by a turret you can take cover under one of the massive wings of the Landers
being prepped and then come at it from another angle. Once you know exactly where
the turrets are this Bonus Objective is a snap.

Bonus Objective 3 - Destroy all Lander Assembly Cranes

There are only two Lander assembly cranes in the game. There's one in the first
hanger and another in the second. The first one is holding the Lander in the back of
the hanger. Assembly Cranes can take a lot of punishment and will require at least
two passes with lasers blazing to destroy it. Do not waste your torpedoes on
Assembly Cranes.

The second Assembly Crane is in the middle of the next hanger. Take it out with your
lasers and the last Bonus Objective will be accomplished. Now all you have to do is
take out the Mercenary Leader and survive and you'll get a gold medal for the
mission.

BONUS MISSIONS

Starfighter has a whole ton of codes and secrets to enhance your gameplay
experience. For many of them, you will have to access the Codes screen, located at
the main menu.

Gameplay Codes:

Invincibility
Is the game too tough for you? Well if you're having difficulty all you have to do
is enter the following cheat code into the Code Screen found in the Options Menu. At
the Code entry screen enter: MINIME and if you do it correctly the word
Invincibility will appear at the bottom of the screen. Now go back and play any
mission without worry of destruction. Wimp!

Jar Jar Mode

Enter the Option Screen from the Main Menu and then enter the Codes Screen. Now
enter: JARJAR into the code screen. The message Jar Jar Mode will appear at the
bottom of the screen and when you go to play a mission the pilot controls will be
reversed making it nearly impossible to fly around. Once you see how much it makes
the game suck you will want to return to the Options Menu and restore the games
default settings.

Director Mode

To enable another completely useless cheat mode go to the Code Screen and enter:
DIRECTOR
If you do it right the words Director Mode will appear at the bottom of the screen.
When this mode is active whenever you play a mission the camera will jump around to
different ships other than the one you control as well as shoot the action from far
off drop camera positions. It is impossible to finish a mission with this mode on.
You can change cameras to a limited degree using the SELECT button. Sometime R1 will
let you zoom in on the action. Entertaining for about five minutes. When you've had
enough quit and return to the Options Menu so you can restore the game to the
default settings.

No Heads Up Display
Enter the Options Screen from the Main Menu and then enter the Codes Screen. Now
enter: NOHUD to keep the heads up display off your screen during gameplay.

Unlocking Ships and Bonus Levels:

Unlock Everything
Enter the Options Screen from the Main Menu and then enter the Codes Screen. Now
enter: OVERSEER
You will unlock everything in the game excluding the bonus multi-player levels.

Unlock Experimental N-1 Fighter
At the code entry screen you can enter: BLUENSF
You can now go to the Bonus Missions and notice that another ship will be added to
the list of ships. You will not be able to select the ship unless you do the
following: Enter the OVERSEER code; or Beat the game and earn Gold on every mission.
You can then return to the Bonus Missions menu and toggle the Experimental N-1
Fighter on.

The ship will be a blue Naboo Cruiser (police cruiser). It will come with Flak
Missiles which when fired will travel ahead of the targeted enemy and then explodes.
It's a highly effective weapon. Especially if you have a swarm of bad guys. You
could fire one of these missiles into the swarm and destroy a bunch with one shot.
--submitted by cmunsta1

Unlock Multiplayer Mode
Enter the Options Screen from the Main Menu and then enter the Codes Screen. Now
enter: ANDREW
This will instantly unlock the Multi-Player Mode.

Unlock Charm's Way Bonus Mission
To be able to play the Charm's Way Bonus Mission you must get a bronze medal in the
following six missions:

The Royal Escort
Contract Infraction
Piracy Above Lok
Taking The Offensive
The New Resistance
The Final Assault

In the Charm's Way mission you must defend a fleet of escaping freighters from wave
after wave of Trade Federation Droid Fighters. The lead freighter is captained by
Reeve Dallows, Rhys's father. You play as Rhys in the Naboo N-1 Starfighter.

Unlock Canyon Sprint Bonus Mission
To play the Canyon Sprint Bonus Mission you must get silver in the following six
missions:

Naboo Proving Grounds
The Royal Escort
Taking The Offensive
Midnight Munitions Run
Rescue On The Solleu
The Final Assault

In the Canyon Sprint mission you play as Rhys in the N-1 Starfighter and you're in a
race through the canyon on Naboo. You get to race against the other main characters
in the game, Vana, Nym, Essara and Reti. Who you beat to the finish line at the end
depends on the medal you receive. Beat Essara and come in first to get gold.

Unlock The Outpost Attack Bonus Mission

To play the Outpost Attack Mission you must get Bronze in all 14 missions of the
normal game. The mission consists of defending an outpost from swarming droid
fighters. It is a timed land based mission where you lose points for losing
buildings and gain points for destroying droids. Medal ranking depends on the score
you get.

Unlock The Space Sweep Bonus Mission

To play the Space Sweep Mission you must get Silver in all 14 missions of the normal
game. In this bonus mission you basically get to play 3D Asteroids. It's actually a
really cool mission where you are in the middle of an asteroid field and you get
points for blowing up asteroids. There will also be mines and "flying saucers" to
get as well.

Unlock The Guardian Mantis
To be able to use the Guardian Mantis ship in every mission in the game you have to
get Gold in the following three missions:

Contract Infraction
Secrets On Eos
The New Resistance
Unlock The Havoc

Unlock Havoc Bomber
To be able to use the Havoc bomber in every mission in the game you have to get Gold
in the following five missions which you use the Havoc in the normal game:

Piracy Above Lok
Valuable Goods
Eye Of The Storm
The Crippling Blow
Last Stand On Naboo

Unlock The N-1 Starfighter
To be able to use the N-1 Starfighter in every mission in the game you have to first
get Gold in the following six missions in which you use the N-1 in the regular game:

Naboo Proving Grounds
The Royal Escort
Taking The Offensive
Midnight Munitions Run
Rescue On Solleu
The Final Assault
Unlock Darth Maul's Infiltrator

To be able to use the amazing to fly and super powerful Infiltrator ship in every
mission in the game you have to get Gold in every mission in the normal game. This
is easily the best ship in the game. It makes the Hard Difficulty level feel like a
cake walk!

Unlock Two-player Canyon Race
To be able to play the hidden two-player games you must first beat the normal game
on any difficulty level. Getting bronze silver or gold in the missions is not
necessary to unlock the two-player missions on the Bonus Missions Screen.
Unfortunately once unlocked in you must still get gold in every level of the normal
game to play the bonus level. In the Canyon Race Bonus Level you and another player
race down the canyons of Naboo using a split screen.

Unlock Two-player Capture The Flag
To be able to play the hidden two-player games you must first beat the normal game
on any difficulty level. Getting bronze silver or gold in the missions is not
necessary to unlock the two-player missions on the Bonus Missions Screen.
Unfortunately once unlocked in you must still get gold in every level of the normal
game to play the bonus level. In Capture The Flag you and a friend battle it out in
the skies of Naboo. Rules follow basic Capture The Flag rules where players try to
steal an opponents "flag" and return it to their own airspace.
