To get there you must go to
a barber shop(REECE,S IS THE
BEST)kill the barber and go to
the dark hall and type the
jet pack cheat code(L1,L2,R1,R2,
up,down,left,right,L1,L2,R1,R2,
up,down,left,right)float up.
IT MAY TAKE A LOT OF TIES.
once you get up there you
will see a love fist sign
go to it and you will go
throgh it and you will be in side
the OCEAN VIEW HOTEL and just go
out the front door.

2:
You can save
it at the save point in the hotel just 
walk up to it and it will bring
up a vice city save thing and 
you can explore the rest of 
Vice city. You can go in the
Malibu,the Mansion,the mall,
the Hyman Stadium and all of
the other buildings and you 
can go and buy property.
you now that you can swim
in San Andreas Guess what
you can SWIM IN VICE CITY!

NOTE: BUT BE WARNED DO NOT
SAY IT IS BROKEN BECAUSE YOU
ARE NOT DOING IT RIGHT!!!!!
