I wrote this FAQ for Haven to hopefully give gamers out there some help
with the game.

This is my second FAQ. The other FAQ I have written is for "Lord of
the Rings: The Two Towers."

In this FAQ, I tried to document almost every aspect of the game HAVEN.
Hopefully, this will "walk" people through the game. It's kind of a
long FAQ, but I hope that at least in some small way, it will be
helpful to those who use it.

only thing I created here and hold copyright to. Copyright David

************************ III. USING THIS FAQ **************************
***********************************************************************

In this walkthrough, I have tried to document every level of the game
and provide strategies on how to combat each situation or puzzle.
However, the strategies presented in this guide are by no means the
only way to deal with any given situation in the adventure. It just
happens to be the way I did it.

====================
LEVELS & SILVER KEYS
====================

I have written this walkthrough, giving strategies for each level.
For levels with Silver Keys and Runestones, I have also provided
strategies on how to acquire the keys and Runestones at the end of each
level description. I treat the Silver Keys and Runestones as a sort of
"side quest" that does not have to be completed to beat the level.
Because of this, my descriptions on how to get the Silver Keys and
Runestones are written in a way that assumes you have either completed
the level normally or at least have a firm grasp of the level's layout
beforehand.

At the end of each appropriate level description is a section which is
encased and marked "Optional: Silver Keys & Runestone." Here, you
will find tips on how to acquire all the Silver Keys for that level,
open the Rune Pot, and get the Runestone for that level.

You can either play through the level, beat it, and THEN go back to
get the Silver Keys and Runestone, OR you can try to get them as you
play through a level for the first time.

When reading through the normal level descriptions in this guide, you
might notice a marker that looks like this:

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!***

This marker means that a Silver Key is nearby in that area of the
level. I have included labels with each marker (such as "First Key")
that correspond to the Silver Key descriptions at the end of each
level. When you run across a ***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!*** marker, refer
to the tip under the "Silver Keys & Runstone" section for that level
that corresponds to the key you are looking for to find tips on how to
get that key. Example:

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(First Key)***

Under "Optional: Silver Keys & Runestone" look for:

"First: (Insert tips on how to get first Silver Key here.)"

***********************************************************************
******************* IV. THE HUD (HEADS-UP DISPLAY) ********************
***********************************************************************

The HUD appears at most times during the game in the bottom right-hand
corner of the screen. It contains vital information pertinent to Haven
and his adventures, such as statistics on HEALTH, WEAPON POWER, SHIELD
ENERGY, and ANTIDOTE (CATANA) SUPPLY.

HEALTH
------
On the left portion of the ring on the HUD are five red dots. This is
your health. You begin each level with a default amount of three full
dots. You can increase your life to five dots by collecting hearts.

WEAPON POWER
------------
When Haven acquires different types of weapons, his default weapon (the
Mag-Ball) can be modified into different weapons. Each weapon can only
be used for a certain amount of time. When the Weapon Power Meter
depletes, the Mag-Ball will return to normal.

ANTIDOTE METER
--------------
On the right portion of the ring on the HUD seven green dots. This is
an approximation of the amount of antidote (Catana) Haven is carrying.
The less green dots, the less antidote Haven has. When he has no
Catana, he will be overtaken by his deadly virus.

SHIELD ENERGY
-------------
On the right of the HUD is a wing with filled with a blue color. This
is your Shield Energy meter. When Haven is on foot, he can use his
Shield Energy to deflect enemy fire, perform attacks like Shield
Smashes, and power up different kinds of machinery and energy pads.
When Haven pilots vehicles, and stuff the Shield Energy meter serves
as the "health" gauge of that vehicle. When the Shield Energy meter
is depleted, the vehicle will be destroyed, and that's not cool.

ORB
---
In the middle of the HUD is an "orb" that looks like a screen. In
various situations, it will instruct him on items to collect and how
to operate machinery. In some cases, it will also act as a RADAR.

RADAR KEY

Red Dot.......Enemy craft/weapon

************************ VI. VALUABLE ITEMS ***************************
***********************************************************************

=====
ITEMS
=====

Hearts: Little red hearts. Collecting these will add one life
point to Haven's Health Meter. He can have up to 5 life
            points.

Catana: Little white spears. Vetch has poisoned Haven and the rest
of the slaves. Without this antidote Catana, Haven will be
overtaken by the deadly virus. Collect Catana constantly
to help keep him alive. Haven can carry up to 79 Catana,
            but they deplete rather quickly.

Shield
Energy: Little floating blue luminous balls. Collect these to
            restore Haven's Shield Energy Meter.

Feathers: They are either Red or Blue. Collect these to complete
various tasks and gain the aid of Talon.

Cogs: Golden circular mechanical items. Collect an adequate
number of cogs to restore or repair certain mechanisms and
            complete various tasks.

Shield
Dragon: Look closely at Fire Pots - some have blue flames. Those
that do, contain Shield Dragons. Break the pot and deploy
your Energy Shield to lead the Shield Dragon around. He
will follow. Have the little blue guy break those stubborn
Flaming Pots. A Shield Dragon can also provide light in
those Dark, dingy areas . . . (A Shielded Dragon that gets
too close to a Fire Pot might get sucked into the Fire Pot.
Just break it with your Energy Shield to get him back.)

Hero
Stones: Yellow Triangular Stones (tip points up) found on Isle of
Heroes. Haven must collect these to prove his worth so he
can talk to the Elder Wiseman.

Silver
Keys: Big, well, Silver Keys (hard to miss). Some levels have
these. Collect enough of these, and Haven will get to open
those locked Rune Pots. These help you get Runestones.

Runestones: Certain levels have Rune Pots that hold Runestones. There
are 12 Runestones in the game. Collect Silver Keys to open
Rune Pots and gather the Runestones to unlock great
            secrets.

====
POTS
====

Good
----
Standard Pots: Your basic beige-colored pot. You'll see enough of
these to know what they are.

Weapon Pots: Look like Standard Pots, but with no lid. Strike one
and a Weapon Power-up will appear.

Energy Pots: Purple pots with blue energy inside. Hop inside these
to recharge Haven's Shield Energy. Also, while inside,
press (C) to launch Haven into the air. However,
launching Haven will deplete all his Shield Energy.

Hint Pots: Green Pots. Strike one, and it will send valuable
information and hints to Haven's HUD.

Shield Dragon
Pots: Looks like a Fire Pot, but look closer at it because it
has a blue hue in its flame. Break it with your Energy
Shield to get a Shield Dragon.

Smoke Pots: Yellow Pots. Strike it to release a thick cloud of fog
that will distract enemies and allow Haven to go
through an area undetected for a limited time.

Rune Pots: Blue pots with yellow designs and wing-like ornaments on
the lid. These hold Runestones and are sometimes hard
to get to. Collect enough Silver Keys to open these bad
boys and get the Runestone inside.

Bad
---
Spiky Pots: These look like Standard Pots, except they have, well,
spikes. Don't touch them - they hurt! You can destroy
them with different sorts of Weapon Power-ups.

Blinking Pots: These wire-frame pots blink. Strike one and other wire-
frame pots around the area will "fill in" and become
solid. The new pots could be helpful or hurtful - it's
hard to tell until you strike the Blinking Pot.

Shielded Pots: Okay, these aren't really bad pots. They're just hard
to open. They look like Standard Pots with a white
shield coating around them. They usually contain tasty
goodies. Break them with Shield Smashes to obtain their
contents, but doing so will completely deplete your
               Shield Energy.

Fire Pots: These pots are red. Some hop around and others just
have a flame coming out of the top. Either way, they
hurt when you strike them. Avoid getting hurt and break
               them with your Energy Shield.

Flaming Pots: These guys look like Standard Pots, but they are
engulfed in orange flames. Don't touch the flames,
unless you like barbecuing your fingers. They usually
have some sort of goodie in them. The only way these
guys can be opened is with a Shield Dragon.

Really Bad
----------
Bomb Pots: These are red and look like Fire Pots. But if you get
too close, they will light. If you stick around them,
they will explode and hit you. Not cool. Deploy your
Energy Shield to survive the blast.

Green Acid
Pots: These are red pots that spew green ooze. Don't get
close to them because they will explode and hit you.
Shield yourself with your Energy Shield.

Pot Bots: These guys are nasty. They look like Standard Pots, but
when you get close, they transform into robots and start
attacking you. Get away as fast as you can!

***********************************************************************
********************* VII. MACHINES & DEVICES *************************
***********************************************************************

Power Sticks: Silver Rods with yellow tops. These hold energy and
activate various devices. Stand next to one to use your
Shield Energy to charge one. Strike one to transfer
energy from the Power Stick to your Shield Energy Meter.

Magrider: Blue energy tracks that, when charged, serve as
transportation devices. After Haven steps on the air
wave device next to the Magrider, his Mag-Ball can
attach to Magriders, and he can glide along.

Energy
Spinner: Green devices that look like crystals with metal casing.
Hit the Spinner with your Mag-Ball and it will begin to
               generate Shield Energy.

Spheri Shield: When Haven steps on a Spheri Shield Pad, he will be
engulfed by a silver Energy Ball that will protect him
in extreme situations. However, the Spheri Shield
depletes Shield Energy quickly, so continuously stock up
on Shield Energy to keep it functional.

Glass Shield: When Haven steps on the proper pad, his body will become
transparent and will be protected momentarily from enemy
fire. Collect Shield Energy constantly to keep it
functional, otherwise, it will deplete Haven's Shield
               Energy.

Mag-Ball
Grind: Purple energy tracks above that, when charged, allow
Haven to attach his Mag-Ball to it and ride for great
distances. You can also steer Haven on these (somewhat).
You will have to steer sometimes, because Haven will
fall if you run off the track.

Obelisks: These look like fancy cocoons that hang from sticks.
Bring the right amount of feathers to these to call
               Talon for assistance.

Talon: Haven's mechanical bird friend. Call him with Obelisks.
Talon will assist you in a variety of ways if you do.

***********************************************************************
************************** VIII. POWER-UPS ****************************
***********************************************************************

=======
WEAPONS
=======

Laser Shot (Yellow): Basic projectile

Rapid Fire (Blue): Uninterrupted shot

Ricochet Cannon (Green): Shot bounces off walls

Five-way Shot (Purple): Fires a spread of projectiles at enemies

Plasma Shot (Purple): Really big. Really loud. Really painful.

Flash Light
(Light Blue): Not a weapon, but lights up dark areas for a
                         certain amount of time.

==========
SUN SURFER
==========

Double Shot: Gives you twin cannons on the Sun Surfer

Plasma Torpedoes: Disable shield generators and do triple the damage of
                  normal shots.

Hull Shield: Offers ten seconds of protection by converting Energy
                  into a shield.

Arial Mines: Not helpful to you at all. They will damage your
surfer. They look like power-ups from a distance, so
                  be careful.

AND NOW . . .

***********************************************************************
************************* IX. DA WALKTHROUGH **************************
***********************************************************************

HAVEN: CALL OF THE KING is split into levels which offer differing
types of gameplay. I have tried to log each level and document it
according to its gameplay type.

=======================================================================
---------------------------- 1. ROCK FALL -----------------------------
=======================================================================

LEVEL TYPE: PLATFORMING

==========
OBJECTIVES
==========

Escape the collapsing mine

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Lord Vetch and the Overlord talk about The Voice and mention something
about the slave named "Haven" - how there has been some trouble
regarding him. Then, the scene cuts to Haven in his home. He's
building a mechanical bird. He calls it Talon. Haven is late for
work, so he heads off to the mines. There, he finds his friend Chess.
She is being hassled by some guard. The henchman notices Haven is
watching, so he turns and fires his laser at Haven. But, he misses,
instead taking out a chunk of the wall. And now the mine starts to
collapse. Get out - before Haven is crushed!

----------------
THE GREAT ESCAPE
----------------

Note: You must run at the screen, so you will have a limited amount of
time to see what is ahead. If you miss Catana - don't worry
about going back to get it, or the rocks will flatten you.

While running at the screen:

Drift left to pick up some Catana and avoid the pit on the right.
Next is a chasm that stretches across your path. You must double-
jump (X,X) over the chasm.

Note: When double-jumping, you can make Haven jump farther by waiting
briefly between pressing (X). For example: (X...X)

Ahead is another chasm. Double-jump over that one too.

Note: Sometimes, Haven may not fully complete a jump. If he is close
enough to the ledge, he will automatically grab on to the ledge.
Just hold "forward" on the left Analog stick to make him flip up
       to safe ground.

Now, drift to the right to avoid a large crate with a giant emerald.
Pick up more Catana if you want and drift left to avoid the oncoming
pit.

Straight ahead is another chasm. Double-jump over it. Now, be
careful because you don't want to run straight into another pit in
front of you. Dash quickly to your right and around it.

Run between the two metal towers and get ready to do another double-
jump over the chasm coming up. Next, drift to your left to avoid the
pit. Keep running to come to another chasm. Double-jump it. Now,
quickly dash left and dodge the pit on the right. You'll come to
another chasm. Double-jump that one too. (But, while you're jumping
here, guide Haven over to the right because there is another pit on
the left, and it comes quickly.) Dash right, around the pit.

Haven will trip and fall. But lucky for you, you completed the level!

=======================================================================

LEVEL TYPE: PLATFORMING

==========
OBJECTIVES
==========

Use a MagRider to reach a Cog
Grind over the river to reach a Cog
Shoot the pots in the Practice Zone to obtain a Cog
Collect 3 Cogs and activate the lift into the mines

Optional: Silver Keys & Runestone

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Haven is nursed back to health by the helpful Dr. Spong. Haven wants
to find Chess. He decides to look for her. You begin the level
outside Haven's House.

----------------
GRIND OVER RIVER
----------------

Ahead of you is a group of people and two guards. Run over to them and
use your Mag-Ball to knock out the guards. Keep running until you come
to a Mag-Ball Grind (big purple thing) that stretches across the river.
Jump on the platform and ride the grind across the river to find a Cog.

-------------
PRACTICE ZONE
-------------

After getting the first Cog, run to your left until you reach the
village square. There, you'll see a well, some people, and a guard or
two. Take out the guards with your Mag-Ball and run to the well.
From the well, you can go four different directions. Assuming you
have come from the direction of the Mag Grind and have just entered
the square, face the rock wall with the lamppost. Take the left path
and run into the "Practice Zone." Here, you can practice shooting
various weapons in "First-Person" view.

In the Practice Zone, you'll find an Energy Pot (with Catana and a
Heart), a green Hint Pot, a Laser Shot power-up, and a Blinking Pot.
Above all of this floats a Cog. To get it, run to the Laser Shot
Power-up and pick it up. Now, switch to "First-Person" view (L3).
Up on the ledge, you'll notice many pots of varying types. To the
left of these pots are many floating mines. Shoot all of the pots on
the ledge AND the floating mines. Once you've done all this, the Cog
will descend from the heavens, allowing you to pick it up and put it
in your pocket.

Note: Various weapon power-ups deplete quickly. This yellow Laser
Shot is no different. However, it reappears in the same spot
frequently. If you stand right where the power-up reappears,
your Weapon Power Meter will refill constantly. Also, if you
want different types of ammo, walk over to the Blinking Pot and
strike it. Two pots will appear - one with a Rapid Fire Cannon
(Blue), and the other with a Ricochet Cannon (Green).

-----------------
MAG-RIDER & A COG
-----------------

Run back to the well in the village square so that you are facing in
the direction of the river. Take a right and run past the Fire Pots
next to the building on your right. Go out to the river to find an
Energy Pot with a Heart above it. Climb in and launch Haven (C) to
get it if you want. Continuing further into the area, you will find
a Power Stick. Next to it is the Mag-Rider and a Hint Pot. The Mag-
Rider doesn't work yet. You must charge the nearby Power Stick first.
Farther down is a big rock with little balls of blue Shield Energy
floating around it. Collect these to charge your Shield Energy Meter
(if you have to). Run back to the Power Stick and stand next to it
to charge it. When it's fully charged, it will shoot energy into the
Mag-Rider and the Mag-Rider will rise. Step on to the purple
platform with the air waves, and it will launch Haven up to the
Mag-Rider. This will take you around the area and drop you at a
platform with a Cog!

-----------------
ACTIVATE THE LIFT
-----------------

With all three Cogs, dash back to the well in the village square.
Face the rock wall with the lamppost. This time, instead of taking
a left and heading into the Practice Zone, take the other path to
the right. You'll pass 3 Standard Pots. Make your way down the
path past a few guards. (These guys drop a Silver Key - more on
that below . . .) Watch out for the Fire Pots and Acid Pots.

You will come to a brown rocky area with some boxes. This is the
entrance to the mines. Run past the boxes, and you'll soon come to
a wooden boardwalk with a pot surrounded by Catana. Go to the end
of the boardwalk to find the lift. But it doesn't work yet. See
that big machine to your left? Walk up to it and press the square
(S) button to install the Cogs.

--------
THE LIFT
--------

The lift works now, so get on and prepare for a ride because the view
changes and Haven rides the lift directly at the screen. But you have
to guide him safely through this area so he can reach the mines. On
the lift, Haven can still move and jump to avoid oncoming obstacles.
And, boy, it's a good thing he can - because if he gets hit, it hurts!

Okay, the lift will start moving once you get on. First thing, this
is a pipe spraying water on the left. Move as far to the right as
you can to avoid it. Then, rocks start to fall (and will continue to
fall). Try to dodge them, but also stay to the right because flames
pass through the left side of the lift.

Next, quickly run to the left to avoid another pipe and water. Right
after this, flames pass through the center of the lift, move to the
right side of the lift to avoid them and a water pipe spraying from
the left. After this, quickly run to the left side of the lift to
avoid more flames.

Stay to the left because a water pipe passes on the right. After
this, the lift will start swinging. It breaks and careens into the
mines. You survived, but what will you do hanging from that cliff?

---------------------------------------------------------------------
OPTIONAL - SILVER KEYS & RUNESTONE
---------------------------------------------------------------------

Silver Keys

First: From Haven's house, run forward to the group of people.
There is a giant rock on your right. Behind that rock is
a Shielded Pot. Do a Shield Smash on the pot to break it
          and find a Silver Key.

Second: Grind across the river to the rest of the village. Go to
the well in the village square and face the rock wall
with the lamppost. Now, go down the path to the right
(toward the mines). In this area, there will be about
three guards. Knock them all out, and the last one will
          drop a Silver Key!

Third: Now, head back to the fountain in the village square.
Face in the direction of the river. Now, on your right,
there will be an overhang with 3 Fire Pots and a Shield
Dragon Pot. Behind these pots is a Shielded Pot. First,
break the 3 Fire Pots and the Shield Dragon Pot to get to
the Shielded Pot. Use a Shield Smash to break the
Shielded Pot and find another Silver Key.

Note: You'll probably have to recharge your Shield Energy after
breaking the first 4 pots and before you break the Shield
Pot - remember you need at least SOME Shield Energy to break
       a Shielded Pot.

Fourth: Now, head back down to the river where the Mag-Ball Grind
is. You can leave the Shield Dragon where he is for now.
On your way back to the Mag-Ball Grind, you'll see an
octagonal silver cage. Near that (by the building) is a
blinking pot is a Blinking Pot. Strike the Blinking Pot.
Now, turn right and head around the building back into
the village square to find three Flaming Pots under an
          overhang and behind some boxes.

Note: Before striking the Blinking Pot, the Flaming Pot in the
center was just a wire frame and therefore inaccessible.

Now, pick up the Shielded Dragon from where you left
him. Deploy your Energy Shield to have the Dragon
follow you. Return to the three Flaming Pots. Have the
Dragon break them. In the middle one, you'll find a
          Silver Key.

Fifth: Now, lead the Shield Dragon over to that cage by the
river. The little guy will go inside, and the cage will
start to hover. Jump on it. The Silver Key you want is
floating a few feet away over the river. Deploy your
Energy Shield again (if it's not already out) and point
Haven toward the river and the key. The Shield Dragon
will want to follow your Energy Shield and therefore will
guide the cage closer to the floating to the floating
key. When you're close enough to it, jump up and grab
the Silver Key. Be careful not to fall in the river,
          though.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Opening the Rune Pot

From the floating cage, move it as close to the other shore (the
one with Haven's house) as you can. Then, double-jump over to the
shore and head to Haven's house. From there, take a right and run
to the Mag-Ball Grinder made of wooden pylons. Step on the
platform and ride the Grinder.

Note: In order to successfully make it to the Rune Pot, you must
steer Haven on the Mag-Ball Grinder. Otherwise, he will
fall off. It might take a couple of tries, but keep at it!

The Mag-Ball Grinder will drop you off on a platform just before
the Rune Pot. You must double-jump to get to the Rune Pot. Press
the square (S) button to open the Rune Pot and grab the Runestone.

------------------------ 3. VIRESCENT MINES ---------------------------
=======================================================================

LEVEL TYPE: PLATFORMING

==========
OBJECTIVES
==========

Find the 2 Cogs to Operate the Hand Cart
Find the Reactor and destroy the 4 Fuel Cells
Make your way to the Seismech III Mineral Mining Zone

Optional: Silver Keys & Runestone

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Haven is still hanging from the grate on the cliff.

--------------------
2 COGS & A HAND CART
--------------------

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(First Key)***

First: Pick up the Catana and Heart as Haven is hanging from the
grate. Then, inch over to the right edge of the grate and
press (X) to drop down to the grate below. (Don't hit the
Fire Pots on your way down.)

When you land, run to the right, off the grate. Ahead of you
will be 4 Catana in a straight line. Pick them up and head in
the direction of the two Fire Pots. Double-jump to get the
Heart between the Fire Pots. Next to these Fire Pots are 4
rocks in the lava that periodically submerge. Jump to each
rock when it appears to make it across the lava.

Note: When the first rock appears, wait for the second to appear.
Then, quickly jump to the first rock and diagonally to the
second. Then, jump diagonally right to the third rock. Quickly
jump left to the fourth rock and then ahead to the fifth rock.
After that, jump straight to the other side. You must move
quickly from rock to rock before each submerges.

When you make it to the other shore, turn to the right, avoid
the Acid Pots, and run along the path until you come to a lava
fall (like a waterfall, only with lava)and some wire frame
pots. Stop there and look right. A giant rock will
periodically emerge from the lava fall and wait. When the
rock emerges and pauses under the Catana, double-jump to it
and then double-jump straight across the river of lava to the
         other shore.

Upon landing on the other shore, you will notice a Cog
surrounded by Fire Pots. Jump into the middle of the Fire
Pots and jump out to get the Cog. DON'T use your Mag-Ball or
         you'll get hurt!

Second: Next run on down the path. You will come to a platform that
raises high into the air and some giant turbines. Turn right
at the turbines and run along the lava's edge, past a miner,
         to find a Cog!

Hand
Cart: Now, return to the giant raising platform. When it comes down
to ground level, step on and ride it up. Now, jump on to the
tops of the turbines. Keep jumping forward across more
turbines and platforms until you come to a platform with a
Hint Pot. On the corner of this platform, you'll find the
Hand Cart. Step in and follow the button sequence to operate
the cart and pull yourself to the next platform above.

Note: The Hand Cart button sequence is different every time you use
       the cart.

-----------
THE REACTOR
-----------

When the Hand Cart reaches the desired destination, quickly jump out
of the cart to the platform. Jump to the next platform to find a
Blinking Pot. Strike it to get 2 pots with Hearts and 6 Bomb Pots
that block your path. Run up to the Bomb Pots to light them, then
get away quickly to and watch them explode.

Ahead of you are two moving grates - going back and forth. Just step
on the first one and double-jump to the next platform. On this
platform is another Hint Pot and a Shield Dragon Pot. Break the
Shield Dragon Pot with your Energy Shield (recharge it if you want to
with the nearby Energy). Deploy your Energy Shield and carefully step
to one of the two moving grates when they come your way - the Dragon
will follow. Ride the grate until you can step on the next grate and
ride it to the next platform.

Note: I don't recommend jumping here while trying to keep your Energy
Shield open. You might end up doing a Shield Smash, which will
send you down into the scorching lava below!

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(Second Key)***

On the last platform, you'll find 3 Flaming Pots. Have the Dragon
break them all to find 2 Hearts and Catana. Now, double-jump to the
cliff ahead. You can leave the Shield Dragon on the platform.

Next, run into the cave to find some robots digging. They spew
boulders everywhere. You can either wait for them to stop (which
they periodically do), or you can just deploy your Energy Shield and
run straight on through.

Up ahead is a "Light" Power-up and a room where it gets dark. Pick
up the "Light" Power-up. In the room, you'll notice a gun that
rotates. If it spots you, it will fire - and that's not something
you want, so wait for it to rotate past you. Then, run through the
room to the other side (basically straight, but taking the left path).
Be sure to avoid the pit in the middle of the room. Enter a tunnel
with huge gray spinning machines. Pick up the "Light" Power-up so
you can see, and run through the tunnel, avoiding the machines.

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(Third & Fourth Keys)***

You will come to some stairs that lead to the Reactor Room. Run up
the stairs and go left around the corner of the structure to find a
pot with a Heart and a Ricochet Cannon (green) Power-up. Pick it up
and take out the guards that come at you. Keep running around the
structure until you come to some stairs and a giant circular gate.
Jump through the gate and up to the incased space where the Reactor
awaits, avoiding the lava below. The Reactor is a giant red tube.
Around it are the 4 smaller red Fuel Cells. Use your Mag-Ball to
destroy the Fuel Cells. A gear will then shoot off of the Reactor,
blowing out a portion of the fence.

------------------
TO THE MINING ZONE
------------------

It appears the gear also knocked a metal grate walkway down,
creating a new path for Haven. Run up the walkway. In the tunnel
ahead, there'll be some guards - look out. Now, here you can either
go straight ahead, or take a right and run through the water.
Either way, you'll end up in the same spot. There is a guard in
the water, though.

So, moving forward, make your way to another room with metal grating.
You'll find a Blinking Pot next to the entrance. On the right,
after walking through the door is a Heart. Don't hit the Blinking
Pot, or you'll get an Acid Pot and 4 Bomb Pots to deal with. Walk
along the metal grate pathway and on to the wooden bridge.

The bridge will collapse, and Haven will be forced to swim. Here's
a reminder on the Underwater Controls:

Underwater Controls
-------------------
(X)...........................Tread/Ascend/Jump Out of Water
Left Analog Stick.............Swim/Dive
Left Analog Stick + (X).......Surface Crawl Stroke

From where you land in the water, have Haven do a Surface Crawl
Stroke to the left where two platforms are resting at water level.
Jump on to the first platform and then jump up to the second to
find a Heart and some Shield Energy.  From there, look around;
you'll see another platform not far away with a Power Stick and
a Mag Rider. Jump toward the Power Stick platform and swim to it.
Surface, and jump on to it.

When you get to the platform with the Power Stick, you'll see a
Hint Pot, which will tell you to use the Mag Rider to get back
to the bridge. Well, you have to charge the Mag Rider first, so
step over to the Power Stick and use your Shield Energy to charge
it. When it's fully charged, the Mag Rider will lift off. Step
on the purple pad with the airwaves to get to the other section
of the bridge.

From the bridge, run up the rocky path, collecting the Shield
Energy. When you get to the top of the path, you will see a Laser
Shot (yellow) Power-up and a giant teslacoil device zapping energy
across the path. Wait for the energy to momentarily cease, then
dash through the open area to the pot ahead. It has a Heart.

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(Fifth Key)***

On the right is a giant tunnel infested with floating robot bugs.
Run through the tunnel, shooting them down. Deploy your Energy
Shield, if you must, to make it through unscathed.

Coming out of the tunnel, you'll notice a HUGE chasm and some rock
towers spaced evenly apart. You must jump your way across each rock
tower to make it safely to the other side.

Note: The rock towers will start to crumble once you land on them, so
you must jump quickly to each rock tower unless you want to
tumble into the depths. I'm guessing you don't, so move quickly
       here using double-jumps.

Once you make it safely across the chasm, to the other side, there is
a hole. Drop into it. It's not over yet, so get ready . . .

---------
LAVA RUSH
---------

Okay, you'll drop down to a tunnel, and Haven will have to run at the
screen - and do it FAST because lava is rushing behind him to swallow
him up!

While running at the screen, weave right then left around two Fire
Pots. Then, run in the center of the path to avoid two more Fire
Pots. Drift around another and get back in the center to weave
between two Standard Pots.

Then, you'll come to a metal car that obstructs your path - jump over
it. And don't forget to double-jump over three more Fire Pots that
stretch across your path. Ahead is another row of Fire Pots - well,
double-jump over those too.

Run on ahead and weave left, then right around two Fire Pots. Jump
over a row of three Standard Pots. Pick up some Shield Energy in
the center of the path. Deploy your Energy Shield and run straight
through the row of Fire Pots ahead.

Next, head to the right, then cut left a quick left through some
boxes. Weave right once more to get around another box. After this,
stay to the right to avoid a Fire Pot. Run past a box and cut left
to avoid a Fire Pot. Cut right to get around a box. Jump over a
bar - look out for the Fire Pots in the center. Then jump over
another bar.

Ahead are three pots that cover your path. They are spread out and
go from left to right (you'll see what I mean). Double-jump
diagonally over them. Stay to the left and dash past a couple of
Fire Pots.

Run on ahead to find a similar layout - 3 pots spread out across your
path, going left to right. The one in the middle is a Standard Pot -
the others are Fire Pots. Break the Standard Pot with your Mag-Ball
or jump over it. Ahead is another Standard Pot.

Beyond that is a series of Fire Pots laid out in a wave formation
through the path. Jump over them to the space on the left. Then
jump to the space on the right. Then, back to the space on the left.
And then, jump into the clear.

Note: The lava may start a chain reaction, which will make this trail
of Fire Pots explode. Move quickly and be careful!

Ahead is a row of 3 more Fire Pots - double-jump over them (I see a
pattern . . .). Stay to the side to get around a lone Fire Pot.
Then, double-jump over 3 more Fire Pots. Jump over a metal bar, and
Haven will tumble safely out of the tunnel into a room filled with
lava. But what dangers await him in this inferno?

---------------------------------------------------------------------
OPTIONAL: SILVER KEYS & RUNESTONE
---------------------------------------------------------------------

Silver Keys

First: At the beginning of the level, when Haven is hanging from
the grate on the cliff, go left and you will see a guard
with a wind blower. He has a key. To beat him, run around
to his side or behind him and hit him with your Mag-Ball.
Do this about 3 or 4 times and he will eventually drop a
         Silver Key.

Second: After riding the Hand Cart up to the platforms, jump to
the platform with the Shield Dragon Pot. Break the Shield
Dragon Pot with your Energy Shield (recharge it if you
want). Next, with your Energy Shield deployed, ride the
moving grates (by stepping on to them - not jumping) over
to the final platform with 3 Flaming Pots. (They have 2
Hearts and Catana.) Now, move toward the cliff, and lead
the Shield Dragon as close to the edge and right corner of
         the platform as you can.

Now, put away your Energy Shield and jump to the cliff.
Quickly deploy your Energy Shield the moment you reach the
cliff. Turn and face the platform where the Dragon is.
He should fly across the gap to you.

Note: This part is rather tough. The Dragon may not follow you
on the first try. If this happens, jump back to the
platform. Lead the Dragon closer to the edge and corner of
the platform. Then, jump back to the cliff and quickly try
       again.

Once the Shield Dragon actually DOES fly over to you,
have him break the nearby Flaming Pot to get a Silver Key!

Third: In the Reactor Room, knock out all the guards (four, I
think) and the last one will drop a Silver Key!

Fourth: In that same room (Reactor Room) - as well as the four
guards, there are also two shielded guards that shoot at
you. Take them both out by running behind each and
hitting them with your Mag-Ball or picking up the Ricochet
Cannon (green) power-up and shooting them. Either way,
the last one to go down will drop a Silver Key!

Fifth: In the area with the giant teslacoil, run through to the
tunnel with the floating robotic bugs. But instead of
going into the tunnel, turn around and look out over the
ledge. Walk over to the edge where the second teslacoil
is. You will see some iron scaffolding hanging over the
water. Beyond that is a platform with a Shielded Pot
surrounded by 4 Standard Pots. Double-jump out to the
scaffolding and across to the platform with the Shielded
Pot. Do a Shield Smash to break the Shielded Pot and get
         a Silver Key!

Now, you'll have to get back to the first section of the
bridge to do some backtracking. Here we go. Now, jump
back to the scaffolding and then back to the cliff. Turn
right and run past both teslacoils and down the rocky path
to pick up Shield Energy. With your Shield Energy meter
FULLY replenished, run back up the hill to the first
teslacoil and take an immediate left to run between the
power generator and some scaffolding on the cliff.

Looking out across the open space, you'll see more
scaffolding. On it is a Power Stick and MagRider.
Double-jump out to the scaffolding and charge the Power
Stick. Hop on the MagRider to go back to the first
section of the bridge. You'll be dropped off at the metal
grate walkway (the place where the bridge first collapsed).
         Get ready to backtrack.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Opening the Rune Pot

Note: To get to the Rune Pot, you must first collect 5 Feathers
(Red) and take them to an Obelisk to call Talon.

To get to the Feathers, head to the room with the rotating gun.
First, pick up one of the "Light" Power-ups so you can see. Now,
there is a wall with boxes in the room. Next to these boxes are
two Energy Pots and two Standard Pots. There is a Feather above
each Energy Pot. Also, the two Standard Pots have Feathers.

Wait for the gun to point away from you. Then run to each Energy
Pot by the boxes, launching Haven (C) to get the Feathers. Next,
when it is clear, run to each Standard Pot by the boxes and do a
Shield Smash on each to get Feathers.

Note: If the rotating gun starts shooting at you, you can hide in
an Energy Pot or behind the boxes until it stops.

Now, the Fifth and final Feather is straight across from the
boxes next to another tunnel entrance. Run in that tunnel and
jump over the 3 Fire Pots. Keep going to find an Obelisk. With
all 5 Feathers, press (S) to call Talon.

Talon will pick you up and carry you out. You will have to steer
Haven clear of floating mines on the path.

First, stay to the left to avoid 2 mines. Then, guide Talon to
the center to go between two mines. Watch out for a pipe spewing
acid on the right. Then, swing right to avoid a mine.

Ahead are five more mines. Go left to avoid the first three.
Then go right to slip around the last two.

Talon will drop you off on a ledge with a series of five Fire
Pots. Run back down the cliff through the five Fire Pots to get
to the Rune Pot. Press (S) to open it and get a Runestone!
  (Whew!)

------------------------ 4. SEISMECH FORCE ----------------------------
=======================================================================

LEVEL TYPE: PLATFORMING

==========
OBJECTIVES
==========

Defeat the Seismech III
Get to the Monorail Train

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
After surviving the lava floe, Haven will be deposited in a lava pit.
A giant robot with humungo claws will emerge from the lava. This is
the mean Seismech III.

------------
SEISMECH III
------------

There are platforms that float on the lava. They form a ring around
Seismech III. You must run around the ring (jumping over the lava) to
avoid the giant claws of Seismech III. His claws will crush you if
you're not careful.

Note: Each time his claws try to crush Haven, Seismech III will also
knock the platform into the lava momentarily, so jump out of his
       way!

At the ends of some of the platforms are Laser Shot (yellow) power-ups.
Pick these up. Now run around behind Seismech III and aim your weapon
at the disc with the 6 flashing red circles on his back. Fire at it.
When you hit it, there will be some flames, and the Seismech III will
immediately turn around to smoosh you with his claws. Get out of
there - fast!

Now, pick up another Laser Shot (yellow) power-up and repeat the
process. After hitting the disc 4-5 times, the Seismech III will
explode. (Yay!)

---------------
TO THE MONORAIL
---------------

After Seismech III is destroyed, Haven will be facing a metal grate.
Jump to it, run into the new section of the level, and turn right to
find a ramp where giant Emeralds are tumbling down.

You must run up the ramp and make it to the top. Jump up to the ramp,
deploy your Energy Shield and start running up. The Emeralds will
hurt if they hit you, though.

Note: If your Energy Shield is deployed and an Emerald hits you, try
to stay on the ramp by jumping and controlling where Haven
lands. Just don't fall off to the lava below!

When you make it to the top of the ramp, turn left and head through the
passage. Haven will find the train and hitch a ride on the Monohauler!

=======================================================================
----------------------- 5. MONOHAULER ESCAPE --------------------------
=======================================================================

LEVEL TYPE: RAILSHOOTER

==========
OBJECTIVES
==========

Pursue Monorail Train
Destroy incoming enemy spaceships

------------
GUN CONTROLS
------------

Left Analog Stick.............Control Turret/Aim

       "DOWN".................Aim Up
       "LEFT".................Aim Left
       "RIGHT"................Aim Right
(S)...........................Shoot Gun

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
This level really does illustrate the concept of a "Railshooter." I
mean, you're on a monoRAIL with a gun that SHOOTS! Okay, I know, that
sucked . . .

Anyway, Haven will ride the Monohauler out of the mines. He's got a
big gun now!

First off, five missiles will come at you. Shoot them down with one
shot each. You'll ride past some Catana and a Heart.

Then, you'll stop behind the Monorail Train. It will fire at you with
two big guns that launch projectiles. The projectiles look like
crosses.

Note: To destroy a Cross Missile, hit it once, and it will split into
two parts, which will then split into four smaller individual
pieces. You must shoot these down.

Concentrate on the Monorail's two guns. When you destroy the two
guns, the Monorail Train will speed off.

Ahead on your left is a Gun Turret that fires missiles at you. Your
Monohauler will stop at it. The missiles fly high into the air, so
watch out! Take out the missiles with one shot each. You must
destroy the Gun Turret and then your Monohauler will start moving
again. When it does move, a few missiles will come at you from
straight ahead.

Then, the Monohauler will stop at another Gun Turret (on the right).
Again, focus on destroying the Turret, and then the Monohauler will
head forward once more.

When it does, 4 little ships will hover over you and zap you with
energy bolts. Shoot them down.

Next, you'll stop behind the Monorail Train again. Same deal: Two
guns that shoot Cross Missiles. Destroy the guns, and the Monorail
Train will zip off again.

Next, you'll come across 4 more Hover Ships. Also some missiles will
fly at you from straight ahead. And is if this isn't enough, look
out, because your Monohauler will stop at a Gun Turret on the right.
Destroy is. You'll move on to another Gun Turret on the right. Take
that one out too.

After this, you'll be greeted by a wave of missiles and then a wave of
Hover Ships. Then, the Monohauler will pass through a mountain into
Darkwater Station!

(S)...........................Shoot Gun

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Haven will catch up to the Monorail Train.

First, there are two gun cannons on the Monorail Train that shoot Cross
Missiles at you. Focus as much as you can on destroying the guns (when
you have the opportunity).

When you destroy the two gun cannons, the Monorail Train will
transform. It will sprout 4 arms that look like giant Warhead
Missiles. Each one of these arms has a gun at the bottom that
launches Cross Missiles.

Note: The more you damage each gun, the more the Monorail Train moves
       about.

When you destroy the four Warhead guns, the cockpit of the of the
Monorail train will open up as a fresh target for you to pummel. It's
in the center of the train, and it fires Cross Missiles too.

The train will be galloping around like a wild horse, but just try and
destroy the cockpit as fast as you can, because when you do, the
Monorail Train will be destroyed!

fire. Oooooops . . . Help put the flames out!

-----------------
5 FEATHERS (BLUE)
-----------------

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(First & Second Keys)***

First: From where you begin the level (the rock ledge), run straight
out to the water. There, you'll find a dock by an Obelisk.
Run out to the end of the dock. Deploy your Energy Shield to
protect you from two Acid Pots. At the end of the dock is a
Standard Pot next to a Heart. In the pot is a Feather!

Second: Run off the dock and turn left. Run along the path until you
come to the last hut on the right. Run back behind that hut to
find a Standard Pot surrounded by 6 Fire Pots, 2 Acid Pots, and
1 Shield Dragon Pot. Deploy your Energy Shield to break the
Acid Pots so you can reach the Standard Pot that holds a
        Feather!

Third: Next to the area with the clump of Fire and Acid Pots (the
second Silver Key) is a hut with some wooden stairs. Go to it
and run up the stairs on to the boardwalk. Weave around a few
Fire Pots to find a pot at the back with a Feather!

Fourth: Run back out to the path by the shore and take a left. Dash
past Obelisk and the dock. The path will split off in two
directions: left and right. Follow the right path around to
another hut with wooden stairs and a boardwalk. Go up the
stairs to the boardwalk (which is filled with Catana). Run
around to the back of the boardwalk to find a portion that
leads to a Standard Pot by some big stone stairs. Break the
pot to get a Feather! (You can run up the stone stairs to get
        a Heart.)

Fifth: After obtaining the Fourth Feather, look to your left. Out in
the water is an island with another hut. (The hut has a
windmill/propeller device on the roof.) There is a wooden
bridge that leads out to that island. Go across the bridge to
get to the island. Now, dash around the hut to find a Standard
Pot surrounded by 4 Fire Pots. Be careful not to hit the Fire
Pots! Break the Standard Pot to find a Feather!

-------------
CALLING TALON
-------------

Once you have 5 Blue Feathers, run back to the Obelisk by the dock and
press the square (S) button. Talon will give you a Jet Pack.

----------------
JET PACK & FIRES
----------------

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(Third, Fourth, & Fifth Keys)***

Haven must now douse ALL 38 fires in the village. Your HUD turns into
a sort of radar that will help you locate the fires. Each red dot on
the HUD is a fire.

Your Weapon Power Meter (green) shows how much fuel you have
remaining. When it runs out, you can't use the Jet Pack any more and
Haven will explode (not good).

The number in the bottom left corner of the screen shows how many
fires are left in the village.

To put out a fire, press (S) when your crosshair targeting system is
over a fire and has turned RED.

Note: If you don't put out all the fires on your first try, don't
worry, you will just restart the Jet Pack portion of the level.

When you put out all the fires in the village, Haven will get the
speedboat from the panicking villager!

---------------------------------------------------------------------
OPTIONAL: SILVER KEYS & RUNESTONE
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Note: I recommend completing the Darkwater Village level first and
then replaying the level to find all the Silver Keys and the
Runestone because 3 of the Silver Keys can only be found
with the Jet Pack. And the Jet Pack portion of the is
severely limiting in your amount of fuel. Meaning, you
really only have enough fuel to put out the fires. Because
of this, just replay the level so you can concentrate solely
on obtaining the Silver Keys and Runestone.

Silver Keys

First: When you start the level, run out to the shore and take a
right. Follow the path until you come to the last hut on
the right. (Across from the hut is the Rune Pot.) Behind
the hut is a bunch of Fire and Acid pots (this is also
where the first Feather is). There is also a Shield
Dragon Pot. Break all the Fire Pots so the Dragon will
         not get sucked into them.

Note: You may need to recharge your Shield Energy Meter. Just run
out to shore and pick up some more energy there.

Then, break the Shield Dragon Pot with your Energy Shield.
With your Energy Shield deployed, lead the Dragon back to
where you started the level. (To get there, go back out
to the path by the shore and turn left. Follow the path
until it splits. Take the left portion and follow that.
Soon, you'll come to a rock ledge on your left. Where the
ledge dips down a bit is where you want to jump up. Do
it, and you'll be standing next to a hut.) Run around the
hut to find a Flaming Pot next to some bushes. Have the
Dragon bust the Flaming Pot to get a Silver Key.

Second: Run out to the path and follow it to where the wreckage of
the Monorail Train is. Just before you get there, you'll
notice a hut with wooden stairs on your left. Run up the
stairs to the boardwalk. Dash around the boardwalk to
come to a Shielded Pot. Do a Shield Smash on it to get a
         Silver Key.

--The Next Keys can only be obtained with the Jet Pack--

Third: From the deck, face inland and turn right (so the water is
on your right). Fly up and over the trees to see a hut
with a lamppost on top (this is the hut with the stone
staircase). Fly up to the lamppost to get a Silver Key!

Fourth: Fly back to the dock and along the shoreline (so the water
is to your left) in the direction of the Rune Pot. Inland
from the Rune Pot are two huts - one is tiny, and the
other is HUGE. Fly around back behind the huge hut to
find a platform with a Silver Key! (You might need to fly
close to the cliff ledge to see it.)

Fifth: Fly over to the Monorail wreckage. Close to it is the hut
on the island. The hut has a windmill/propeller on the
roof. Above this hut is a Silver Key.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Opening the Rune Pot

Using the Jet Pack, head back to the dock. With the water to your
left, follow the shoreline until you come to the Rune Pot. Fly
directly over it, and press the (X) button to fly straight up.
Then, release (X) to descend and land on the Rune Pot. It will
break open, revealing a Runestone.

==========
OBJECTIVES
==========

Smash the structures and collect the 5 Cogs
Get to the castle
Collect 5 Feathers (RED)
Call Talon for assistance
Operate the Swing Bridge to access the castle

------------------
SPEEDBOAT CONTROLS
------------------
Left Analog Stick.............Steer Boat
(X)...........................Accelerate (Release to Decelerate)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Haven will zoom out into the lake with a new boat!

----------
SPEED BOAT
----------

You must steer the speedboat and collect 5 Cogs. Each Cog is encased
in a red tube on various islands around the lake.

Haven's HUD will act as a Radar to show you where each Cog can be
found. Each BLUE dot on the HUD indicates an island with a Cog
(good!). The red dots indicate floating mines (bad!).

When you come to a structure on an island, just steer the speedboat
directly into the red tube on the island. It will break and give you
a Cog. Repeat this strategy to find all the Cogs.

--------------
TO THE CASTLE!
--------------

When you break all the structures and get all 5 Cogs, head to the
giant castle in the middle of the lake. (It is indicated by a
flashing green dot on Haven's HUD.) Go to the front of the castle to
find a giant stone dock where Haven can park his boat.

----------------
5 FEATHERS (RED)
----------------

When Haven is dropped off at the castle, he will be facing a pit
filled with green goo. In the goo are 8 rock platforms that
periodically dip into the goo. You must collect the 5 Feathers in
front of you and get to the other side.

Note: The rock platform in the middle (with the Catana) is stationary
and will not dip into the goo. (This is good.)

Each Feather is located over a platform that dips into the goo. For
the first 2, just wait until the platform appears, then double-jump
to it and grab the Feather. Then, quickly double-jump to the middle
platform.

For the last 3, wait until the first platform comes up. Jump to it,
then make your way straight across the goo pit, picking up Feathers as
you go. You must be quick. When you reach the last platform, jump
ashore close to the Obelisk.

-------------
CALLING TALON
-------------

Next to the Obelisk, press (S) and Talon will carry you around the
castle and up to the Swing Bridge.

------------
SWING BRIDGE
------------

Haven must get this contraption to swing back and forth, creating
enough momentum to swing up and drop him off at the castle gate.

To get the bridge to swing, run back and forth, from the left to the
right sides of the platform. The bridge will move up, reach a peak,
and then start swinging back down and in the other direction. When
the bridge reaches a peak and starts to swing in the other direction,
run (in the direction that the bridge is swinging) to the other side
of the platform. Repeat this process until the bridge swings all the
way up and drops you at the castle gate.

Note: You must time your movement right to build the momentum of the
       swing bridge.

The bridge will swing up to the gate and the doors will open (how
convenient!). Step off the bridge and go inside the castle.

GENERATOR TOWERS
----------------

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(First Key)***

In this first room are giant robots walking around. Watch out for the
Pot Bot in the center of the room. (It looks just like a Standard Pot.
And I haven't found a way to destroy it yet, so stay away.) Also, the
robots hurt if you touch them.

Anyway, straight ahead to the back of the room is where you want to go.
You'll come to two exits: One that leads to a corridor and one in the
corner with a Power Stick by it. Don't worry about the Power Stick
yet. Just go to the exit in the center that leads into the corridor.
Make your way through the corridor, looking out for guards.

Note: In some areas of the corridor, fire shoots up from the grates in
the floor. Wait for the fire to cease and move on.

You will come to a room with a Mag-Ball Grinder and an electrically
charged floor. Stepping on the floor while it's charged will hurt you.
You can grind in 3 different directions. Straight will take you to a
big red button that momentarily shuts off electricity to the floor,
making it safe to set foot upon. Grinding left ill take you to a
Weapon Pot with a Laser Shot (yellow) power-up and some pots with
Catana and a Heart. (There is a red button here as well that cuts
power to the floor.) Grinding right will take you into the next room.

Note: You have to steer Haven on the grinder. Try to keep him on the
track so he doesn't drop to the floor and get zapped.

In this next room are three guards. Run over to them, past the Acid
Pots and knock them out. Before running through the next door, deploy
your Energy Shield to protect you from the two guns at the door. Then,
run on through the caged corridor.

You'll come to a big room with giant robots and hovering robotic bugs.
In this room are the 6 generator towers, each with a platform on top.
Double-jump to each platform. When you get to the last platform,
you'll be at the far wall. Below you is a Hint Pot and a yellow
switch. Drop down to the floor and pull the switch. This will
activate the generator towers. The platforms will start to float.

-------------------
TO MAIN VENTILATION
-------------------

Now, on the ground floor, run straight through the generator towers
to the other wall. You will pass 2 Pot Bots and some Acid Pots. At
the other wall is a doorway. And in it stands a Shielded Guard.
Jump over him and run in the next room.

Inside you'll find 3 canisters. Jump on each, making your way to the
top. At the top is a platform that will provide you with a Glass
Shield. Step on it. Haven will become transparent.

Note: The Glass Shield will deplete quickly. Grab Shield Energy to
       keep it functional.

Jump up to the top ledge and run as fast as you can through the
hallway of guns, picking up Shield Energy as you go. When you come
to the end of the corridor, you'll be in the room you originally
started in.

Take a right and go through the fiery corridor again to get to the
Mag-Ball Grind room. Grind right and run through the room with
two guns. Go through the caged corridor to get to the big room
with the generator towers again.

Now, the platforms will be floating. Double-jump to each platform
to get to a ledge with 2 Standard Pots and a doorway. (The pots
have a Heart and Catana.)

Run through the doorway and knock out the guard. At the end of the
walkway are 4 small floating platforms, with Shield Energy, that
lead to a big yellow platform. Jump across to it. On it is a Power
Stick. There are also a few small square platforms to the left.
They don't work yet. Charge the Power Stick and the platforms will
start moving along a purple beam of energy. Jump across each square
platform to get to a doorway with a red energy bolt zapping across
your path. Don't touch it or you'll get hurt. Wait for it to
disappear momentarily, then run through.

In the next room, you'll walk on to a catwalk with 3 Floating Mines,
an Energy Spinner (the green thing), and a Shielded Pot. Next to the
catwalk is a floating square platform.

Note: You can weave around the floating mines to the Energy Spinner.
Hit it with your Mag-Ball a few times and it will shoot Energy.
Collect the Energy to fill your Shield Energy meter. Then, do a
Shield Smash on the Shielded Pot to get a Heart.

Jump on the platform. It will start descending. There will be
another platform close. Jump to it. That platform will move along
the wall to a doorway. Get off at the door and enter a room where
furnaces blow flames across your path. Wait for each flame to die
down and then run ahead into the safe area. Wait for the next flame
to die down, etc, etc. Do this until you make it past the furnaces.

Then, turn right to find a guard with a Jet Pack. Take care of the
guard and run up the path.

Note: There is a furnace at the top that spits fireballs at you.
Deploy your Energy Shield as you run up the path so you don't
get hit. Pick up the Shield Energy as you climb to the top, so
       your Shield doesn't deplete.

When you get to the top, take a left and run through the corridor
with the Hint Pot. Looking ahead, there will be a yellow platform
with some floating mines and a Standard Pot - just kidding, it's a
Pot Bot, look out!

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(Second Key)***

Run to the main yellow platform then go to the small square platform
on the right. Ride the platform up and double-jump to another square
platform connected to a yellow platform.

Ride the new square platform up to a third yellow platform. This one
has an Acid Pot and a Standard Pot. (You'll have to double-jump to
get there.) Walk around the yellow platform until you see a doorway.
Double-jump to another platform and then to the doorway.

Run through the corridor until you come to a room where water rises
and falls. (There's a big robot in there too.) Well, the water will
hurt you. Every time the water rises, certain pieces of debris float
on the surface, providing you with a safe path. Jump to each piece
of debris to make your way through the room.

Note: In the middle of the room, you will come to a space with no
debris. To safely cross, jump up to a canister at the side of
room and wait for the water level to go down. Then, run ahead
to the next canister and quickly jump on. Then, continue across
       the debris.

----------------
MAIN VENTILATION
----------------

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(Third Key)***

After this, you will come to a room with giant propellers and a Hint
Pot. This is Main Ventilation. Now, you have to get to the top. You
must jump across the propellers to the other platforms to do it.

Note: When jumping on a propeller, aim for the center. That way,
you'll have an easier time landing on the blade.

When you reach the platforms, double-jump up past 3 more platforms.
(Watch out for the Fire Pots.) You'll come to more propellers. Make
your way across those to more platforms.

When you make it, double-jump up 3 more platforms past 2 Bomb Pots.

Note: When jumping to these platforms, steer Haven toward the wall and
try to deploy your Energy Shield. That way when the Bomb Pots
explode, Haven won't fall off the platform and die.

You'll come to more propellers. Jump across them to find even more
platforms. Jump up 3 more platforms past 2 Bomb Pots and 2 Standard
Pots. (The Standard Pots have Hearts.)

More propellers. Jump across these to more platforms with Acid Pots.
When you jump to these platforms, deploy your Energy Shield
immediately, so you don't get knocked off. Jump up 3 more platforms
to come to a doorway.

Note: If you get knocked off by the Acid Pots, try and steer Haven as
he falls so he can land on a platform below.

Run through the doorway and into the corridor past a Pot Bot. You
will come to a bridge with 4 Shielded Guards. Run across the bridge
past some Fire & Bomb Pots. Run through the corridor past the Rune
Pot surrounded by a buncha Fire Pots.

----------------------------
CHARGE THE SPHERI-SHIELD PAD
----------------------------

Run into the next room to see an Energy Pot encased in a cage. Drop
down to the floor below and head through the doorway. (Grab the Laser
Shot power-up, if you want.)

Note: To reach the Energy Pot, hit the red switch on the panel in the
center of the room so it turns blue. Then, quickly double-jump
up the platforms to reach the Energy Pot. Climb inside to
restock Shield Energy and then get out quickly before the fence
goes up again. If the fence goes up, you will have to launch
Haven and deplete your Shield Energy. This will defeat the
       purpose.

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(Fourth & Fifth Keys)***

The next room is full of guards. Use the Smoke Pot in the center to
distract them and move safely through the area.

Note: If you get too close the guards, they will see you (even with
       the smoke).

Run straight ahead through the room with the guards to find two Power
Sticks. The Spheri-Shield Pad will not work yet. You must charge
both Power Sticks. To refill your Shield Energy meter, just go back
to the room with the Energy Pot in the cage.

Note: There is also an Energy Pot in the corner of the room with all
the guards and the smoke pot.

With the Power Sticks charged, step on the Spheri-Pad and Haven will
be encased in a protective Spheri-Shield.

Note: The Spheri-Shield will dissapate if your Shield Energy depletes.
Constantly pick up Shield Energy to keep the Spheri-Shield
       functional.

-------------
SPHERI-SHIELD
-------------

With the Spheri-Shield, roll into the next room. In this area, the
floor is red-hot. If Haven's Spheri-Shield dissappears, he will not
be in a good situation.

Roll left into an open area with metal grating and yellow and black
caution stripes. Take a left and then another left. Roll up the ramp
and go left again.

Roll up another ramp on to a thin path. Use careful steering to
follow the narrow path. Follow it up to another halfpipe ramp. Head
down the halfpipe ramp.

You'll soon come to another open area with metal grating where you
have to use careful steering. Follow the narrow path to a short
half-pipe ramp.

Next, steer carefully through another open grated area, following the
path. Soon, you will come to a halfpipe ramp that leads down - WAY
DOWN!!!

------
4 COGS
------

Then, you'll drop into a room filled with water. (It's amazing how
Haven can hold his breath so long!) Here's a reminder on the
underwater controls:

Underwater Controls
-------------------
(X)...........................Tread/Ascend/Jump Out of Water
Left Analog Stick.............Swim/Dive
Left Analog Stick + (X).......Surface Crawl Stroke

First Cog: Swim left into the corner - watch out for floating mines!

Second Cog: Swim right and into the next corner.

Third Cog: Swim left and around the corner. Swim diagonally right and
surface (next to 3 Catana). Jump out of the water to get
            the Cog.

Fourth Cog: Go back underwater and swim left around the next corner to
find a Cog surrounded by 4 floating mines. Be careful!

After you get 4 Cogs, swim into the next area past 5 floating mines
and into a tunnel. The floor will slope upwards, and soon you'll be
on dry land again! You'll come to a giant door with a Standard Pot.
Break the pot to get a Heart. To the left of the door is a panel.
Walk up to the panel. Press the square (S) button to insert the cogs
and open the door.

Haven will walk through the door. (Mission complete - for now . . .)

First: In the very first room of the castle, there is a guard
flying around with a Jet Pack. Disable his Jet Pack by
hitting him once. Hit him again to knock him out, and he
         will drop a Silver Key!

Second: After you run through the room with the furnaces and up
the ramp, you'll come to a room with a giant yellow
platform and some floating mines. (There's a Pot Bot
there too.) If you take the path to the left, you'll see
a guard that hurls fireballs. Behind him is a Shielded
Pot. Break the Shielded Pot to get a Silver Key!

Third: In the ventilation chamber, the very last platform has an
Acid Pot next to a Standard Pot. The Standard Pot has a
Silver Key. To get it, jump and land on the very outer
edge of the platform so the Acid Pot does not explode.
Then carefully strike the Standard Pot with your Mag-Ball
to get the Silver Key. Be careful because if the Acid Pot
explodes before you have broken the pot, it will bust the
Standard Pot, and you won't get the Silver Key.

Fourth
   &
Fifth: In the room with all the guards and the Smoke Pot, knock
out all the guards and they will drop two keys. To do
this easily, just hang around the Smoke Pot - run out and
take down a few guards. When the smoke clears, run back
and hit the Smoke Pot. Keep doing this until ALL guards
are down, and you will get two Silver Keys!
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Opening the Rune Pot

In the corridor between the room with bridge and Shield Guards, and
the room with the cage Energy Pot, you will find the Rune Pot
surrounded by a buncha Fire & Bomb Pots. Break some of those pots
with your Energy Shield to clear a path to the Rune Pot. Then,
break the Rune Pot to obtain a Runestone!

=======================================================================
---------------------- 10. FACE THE OVERLORD --------------------------
=======================================================================

LEVEL TYPE: PLATFORMING

==========
OBJECTIVES
==========

Defeat the Overlord and Rescue Chess

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Haven will step into the Reactor Chamber and see Chess tied up.
Overlord will be mean to her. Stop him!

Part I - Energy Shields

Overlord rests on a moving platform. You have to knock him off of it.
But you can't get to him. He is protected by an Energy Shield. You
have to run around the level striking each Power Stick. This will take
Energy away from the Power Sticks and shut off each section of the
Energy Shield.

Note: The Shields will periodically recharge themselves, so be sure to
keep an eye on the Power Sticks.

There are giant beams around the level. If Overlord shoots at you, you
can hide behind these.

Now run in and strike Overlord with your Mag-Ball. He will fall off
his platform. After he climbs up, hit him again. Keep hitting him
like this 4 times.

Part II - Energy Beam

The reactor will turn red and red Energy Beams will move around the
arena. Dodge the Energy Beams. When Overlord swings around close to
you, hit him. Hit him 2 times like this.

Part III - Platforms & Energy Beams

Now the red energy beams will come back. Use the platforms (which are
now moving) to avoid the beam and jump up to hit Overlord. You must
hit him 4 times.

Note: The red Energy Beams will periodically change direction - be
ready! You can also hide from the Energy Beams behind the giant
       beams.

After this part, you will have beaten Overlord (echoing cheers). When
you beat Overlord, Haven will crack some jokes. Now, watch him, uhh,
Save Chess . . . !

Haven will begin at the lake. Run straight ahead and follow the trail
of Catana up to a wooden path. Jump up on to the wooden path and run
past some pots. Talk to the mechanic.

---------
QUAD RACE
---------

You must race around a track for 3 laps. To win, place "Third" or
better.

Some ICONS appear in the bottom left corner of the screen:

QUAD - This icon indicates what place you are holding currently in
            the race.

ARROW - This icon shows the current lap (up to 3).

HOURGLASS - This icon displays the time you are allotted between
            checkpoints.

Each blue bridge with a white diamond is a checkpoint. The row of Hot-
Air balloons is the Finish Line.

Okay, the Quad Racer handles with a VERY "arcade racer" feel.

Some tips:

First: Hug the corners

Second: Don't use the brake - if you need to slow down, briefly let off
        the accelerator.

Third: Speed is your friend.

Fourth: Don't worry about picking up Catana. The race will be over
before you start running out of it.

Go race! . . . . When you place "Third" or better, the mechanic will
loan you his Quad. Off to the Danger Zone!

Haven will pull up in the Quad. Some trucks are messing with the gate.

Haven's HUD will act as a Radar to show where the Missile Launchers are
and also where you can pick up some Energy.

Purple Dots indicate Energy
Blue Dots are Missile Launchers

When you chase after Energy (light blue clouds), it will start moving.
You must catch it. Once you do, it will hover around your Quad Racer
for a brief time. With some energy collected, head toward a big yellow
Missile Launcher and run into it. The energy will cause the Missile
Launcher to blow up. Every destroyed Missile Launcher will drop a Cog.

Note: Stay away from sparking sticks placed at varying locations in
the sand. They will hurt you. Also, an enemy Quad Racer will
chase after you - be careful because he can destroy Haven's
       Quad.

Use your HUD to locate Shield Energy and the yellow Missile Launchers.
The Missile Launchers move around into different places, but generally,
three can be found on the ground in the sand, and two are usually up
on the top of the big building in the center.

When you've destroyed all 5 Missile Launchers and obtained the 5 Cogs,
drive to the gate. It will open, and Haven will zoom on through.

----------------------- 13. CLEARWATER BAY ----------------------------
=======================================================================

LEVEL TYPE: PLATFORMING

==========
OBJECTIVES
==========

Collect 5 Feathers (RED)
Call Talon and use him to lower the sails
Release the 3 Ferry Tethers
Charge the Ferry Power Sticks with energy

Optional: Silver Keys & Runestone

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
You begin the level at the door.

----------------
5 FEATHERS (RED)
----------------

First: Right next to you (on your left) when you start the level is a
giant rock. You can either jump up to the top or use the
Energy Pot close to you to launch Haven to the top of the rock.
Basically, there's a feather up there. Getting it would help.

Second: There is a spot in the center of the level where guards are
traipsing across a bridge between two huts. Run under the
bridge and turn left to find a wooden staircase that leads up
to a boardwalk with three guards. Go up the staircase and run
across the bridge past two more guards to the hut across the
way (these guards drop silver keys - more on that later . . .)
When you make it to the hut across the way, walk around on the
boardwalk to the back (either direction). You will have to use
your Energy Shield to guard yourself against from the Acid
Pots. At the back of the boardwalk is a Shielded Pot. Break
it with a Shield Smash to find a feather.

Third: Now, run to the back right corner of the Clearwater Bay area to
find a stone structure with stairs by the docks. Go up the
stairs and jump in the Energy Pot. Use it to launch yourself
up to the third level to find a Power Stick, a Rapid Fire
Power-up, and a pot. Break the pot to find a feather. (More
on the Power Stick later . . .)

Fourth: After getting the third feather, jump back down to where the
Energy Pot is sitting. Turning left, you'll notice a Flaming
Pot and a Shield Dragon Pot. Use your Energy Shield to bust
the Shield Dragon Pot. (Recharge it in the Energy Pot, if you
must.) Then, use the Shield Dragon to break the Flaming Pot.
Inside, you'll find Catana. Next, with your Energy Shield
deployed, leap straight off the side of the stone structure,
and down to an alley with a few fire pots. The Dragon should
follow. (If he doesn't, run back up the stares and get him -
you need the little guy.) Now, lead the Shield Dragon through
the alley. He might get stuck in one of the Fire Pots. If
that happens, just break them with your Energy Shield to get
him back. Lead the Dragon on past two Fire Pots. Then, on
your right, you'll notice a Flaming Pot. Use the Shield Dragon
to break it. And you'll get the Feather. There's a Fire Pot
next to the Flaming Pot, so be careful. Now, leave the Dragon
here for later, should you choose to find some silver keys.)

Fifth: Run to the back left corner of the Clearwater Bay level to find
a building with a slanted yellow roof and two Catana. Jump up
on the slanted roof and turn around. You'll be looking at a
wooden overhang on a building across the way. Jump to it.
Now, the roof above has four Bomb Pots just waiting for you to
get close to them. Dodge them by either using your Energy
Shield or just getting away from each before they explode.
(When you get close enough, it lights.) When the Bomb Pots are
gone, jump up on the roof to find a Shielded Pot. Use a Shield
Smash to break the pot. Inside, you'll find a Feather.

-------------
CALLING TALON
-------------

Run to the center of the Clearwater Bay level. There, you'll see a
giant rock with an Obelisk. Jump up and press (S) to call Talon.
He'll unfurl the sails of Ahab's ship.

Note: You can run to the docks and find Ahab-a-Banana (a surly Cap'n)
standing by his ship. Talk to him, and he'll tell you that
he'll give you a ride to the Isle of Heroes if you help hi
prepare his ship. But, "helping him" translates to "doing it
       for him."

-------------------
THE 3 FERRY TETHERS
-------------------

Run to where Ahab is on the docks. Across from him (on the other side
of the dock) is a tether. It's a chain tied to what looks like a big
steel anvil. Go to it and use your Mag Ball to release the tether.
Haven will shout something victoriously.

Next, go to dry land, so you face the stern of Ahab's vessel. There
is a tether there. Release it.

Lastly, head to the left, tracing the side of the ship to a portion of
the walkway that curves around the ship. At the end of that is a
tether. You know what to do.

------------------
FERRY POWER STICKS
------------------

Now, go back to the boat. Run past Ahab on the dock and leap on to
the main deck of the ship. Go past the aft gun to find a metal grate
surrounded by Catana and a Heart. Under the grate are four Power
Sticks. Step on the grate to charge them with your Shield Energy.
Each Power Stick will deplete your Shield Energy when you charge it.
Charge one, then go back to dry land to pick up more Shield Energy.
(The Energy Pot on the stone structure by the docks is a good place.)
Then, go back and charge another Power Stick. Repeat until all four
sticks are brimming with energy.

Ahab will take you on his boat now!

---------------------------------------------------------------------
OPTIONAL: SILVER KEYS & RUNESTONE
---------------------------------------------------------------------

Silver Keys

First: In the middle of the Clearwater Bay area are two huts
with a bridge connecting both of them. Run up the wooden
stairs to the first hut to find three guards circling the
boardwalk. Take out the three guards, and the last will
          drop a Silver Key.

Second: In the same area as the first key, walk across the bridge
to find two more guards. Knock them out with your Mag-
Ball to get another Silver Key.

Third: Now, head back down the wooden stairs to the ground level.
You will be standing in front of a giant rock with an
Obelisk on it. Go left from there and up a ways to find
four guards. Hit them all with your Mag Ball, and the
last will drop the Silver Key that you want so much.

Fourth: After disposing of the guards in the alley, run to the
back of the alley where you are facing the ship's stern.
Take a right. Take another right when you get the first
chance. You'll find another hut with a wooden overhang.
Jump onto the overhang. Above you (on the roof is the
pot you want, but in your way are a Fire Pot and an Acid
Pot. Now, you must act quickly before the Acid Pot
explodes. (Don't forget to deploy your Energy Shield for
the Acid Pot.) Now, jump up on the roof and break the
Fire Pot first with your Energy Shield. Stay away from
the Acid Pot and carefully break (what a combo of words!)
the standard pot to find a Silver Key.

Note: If the Acid Pot explodes, before you break the Standard Pot,
it will destroy the Standard Pot, and you WILL NOT get the
       Silver Key.

Fifth: Getting this one is slightly more involved. Head toward
the back right corner of the Clearwater Bay area to find
a slanted stone staircase. Run up the stairs, and you
will see an Energy Pot, a Flaming Pot, and a Shield
Dragon Pot. Break the Shield Dragon Pot to get the
Dragon. Have it break the Flaming Pot to find Catana.
Now, lead the Dragon down the stairs.

Note: If you already used the Shield Dragon to find feathers,
remember where you left him and go get him.

Now, at the bottom of the stairs, don't go left because
you want to avoid the alley with fire pots. Instead,
turn right and head to the hut with the wooden overhang.
Here, turn left. Go straight, past the rock Talon's Bell,
and under the bridge. You will come to well. Turn left
at the well. See the three Flaming Pots? Go to them.
Inside the Flaming Pot in the center is a Silver Key!

Note: The Dragon might get sucked into some nearby fire pots. If
That happens, just break the Fire Pot with your Energy
Shield. You'll get the Dragon back.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Opening the Rune Pot

When you have found the five Silver Keys, go over to the back right
corner of the Clearwater Bay area by the docks. Go up the stairs
to the Energy Pot next to where the Shielded Dragon pot used to be.
Use the Energy Pot to launch yourself up to the third level of the
stone structure. You will be standing next to a Power Stick, a
Rapid Fire Cannon Power-up, and a pot where one of the feathers was
before you picked it up. Notice your Shield Energy has depleted?
You need to charge to the Power Stick.

Pick up the Rapid Fire Power-up and walk over to the ledge. Change
to first-person view (L3) and shoot the Energy Pot below. The pot
will emit Shield Energy which will make its way up to you and fill
your Shield Energy Meter.

After your Energy meter is full, step over to the Power Stick and
charge it fully. Air waves will appear on the purple pad next to
it. Ride the air waves up to the fourth level (the tower) where
the Rune Pot is waiting. Break the Rune Pot with your Mag-Ball.
Voila! A Runestone!

Shield Notes: Your shield depletes a bit each time you are hit by a
missile. After your shield is wholly depleted, watch
               out - you're in danger!

Weapon Notes: Your weapon power meter (on your HUD) will deplete if
you hold down (S) or the "fire" button. Recharge
quickly by not firing for a bit. It will recharge if
you let go of the square (S) button. Each time your
weapon power depletes, you'll hear a BEEP. That means
it's time to recharge. Plan carefully when firing and
               recharge frequently.

Notes on
Targeting: Each new target will be encircled by a green ring. When
the target is slightly damaged, the ring will turn
yellow. When it's heavily damaged, the ring will fade
               to red.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Now, there are two places to go in this level: the bow and the stern
of the boat. All pots are filled with Catana. You begin in the cabin
of Ahab's ship. Pick up Catana, if you like. Now, run to the back of
the boat. There, you'll find the aft gun. Press the square (S) button
to get on the gun and switch to a first-person/railshooter perspective.
Prepare to fight!

-----------------------------------
FOUR SMALL PIRATE VESSELS (AFT GUN)
-----------------------------------

Two ships will come at you right away. Each one has a gun on top and
two on its pontoons. Aim primarily for these targets. Each vessel
will fire a bunch of torpedoes at you in the water, though.

First, each ship will use its turret gun (top) to fire airborne
missiles at you. Use single shots (tapping (S) once) to shoot down
each missile. This way, your weapon power will recharge quickly so you
can take out the turrets. Just press and hold (S) to send a barrage of
fire into each turret gun. This will take out the turrets quickly.
Let your weapon power recharge and repeat the process on the remaining
ship's turret gun. Don't forget, though, to shoot down any missiles
with single shots.

Once the turret guns are destroyed, the 4 pontoon guns will begin
firing torpedoes. Take out the torpedoes with single shots, and let
your weapon power meter recharge. Focus on one pontoon gun at a time,
if you can. More than one may fire at you at once, so take care of
any stray torpedoes with single shots. This technique will destroy
the pontoon guns quickly. When the pontoon guns on one of the first
two ships are destroyed, the boat will sink, and a new one will take
its place.

The next two boats have sails that look like spread wings. (Cool!)
Each one also has a gun. (Not cool!) The gun can be found on each
at the bottom of the mast. It launches cannon balls at you that fly
up into the air and take about two shots each to go down. Also, heli-
bombs (big red things that look like eggs with helicopter blades) fly
at you too. They go down in one shot. Again, frequently let go of
the square (S) button to recharge your weapon power meter so you can
send a barrage of firepower at the main guns.

When the two guns are destroyed, the ships go down. Haven will leap
away from the aft gun. Objective complete. Use this time to stock
up on Catana. Remember, you will still die (even on this level) if
you run out. Now, dash to the gun at the front of the ship. Press
(S), and get ready to fight:

----------------------------
PIRATE CATAMARAN (FRONT GUN)
----------------------------

This guy has one big main sail and a smaller sail above it (with a
trippy type of skull-and-crossbones etching). He also has a big gun
near the bottom of the stern that drops mine-like bombs into the water.
Oh yeah, he likes to move around a bit too, so keep an eye out for any
mines that try to get cuddly with you and take them each out with
single shots. Recharge your weapon power so you can focus on the one
main aft gun. Again, press and hold (S), when your weapon power meter
is full, to take it out rather quickly.

With its mine apparatus destroyed, the Catamaran will drop back and
move to your left side to reveal a whole new bag of goodies: three
hatches - each with a gun. Now, one hatch will open at a time to
reveal its weapon, but it will soon shut, and another hatch will open.
So, when a hatch is open, take what little time you have to really
give it to each weapon. Just press and hold (S), but remember to
charge your weapon power by pausing every now and then, otherwise you
won't shoot, and that's not good. Each hatch will periodically open
and close, sending heli-bombs your way. Just focus on each each gun
hatch for as long as you can until each is destroyed.

Note: Between one hatch closing and another opening is a good time to
       recharge your weapon power meter.

When those three guns are destroyed, the Catamaran will move to the
other side of your vessel to reveal (guess what?) the same thing.
Three hatches. Three guns. A whole lotta heli-bombs. This part is
exactly the same as what you just faced. Just destroy the gun hatches
again, using the same tactics.

After the Catamaran sinks, Haven will jump away from the front gun.
Again, stock up on Catana, if you so choose or need. Then, quickly
run to the aft of the ship once more. Press (S) to get on the aft
gun. Ready?

--------------------------
PIRATE HOVERSHIP (AFT GUN)
--------------------------

This guy looks mean, with two big sails - each with funky designs -
and two big guns waiting to say "hi." The weapons are spread apart
on the aft of the ship. He'll immediately start plopping torpedoes
in the water. Take care of those with single shots. Then, focus on
one gun at a time. Recharge and focus on the other. This guy also
likes to move back and forth, and that can sometimes get annoying.

Note: It may be tough, but taking out one gun first will make the
       fight easier.

With the two front guns gone, the hovership moves to your right to
reveal three hatches. One will open at a time and throw heli-bombs
at you. Then, the hatches will periodically shut (like the ones on
the Catamaran). Take out each heli-bomb with a single shot,
conserving energy for use on the gun hatches. Hold down (S) to
destroy the gun hatches quickly. Be sure to recharge. (I know you
know what to do, but I just thought I'd remind ya.)

With that side of the hovership in flames, it moves to the left side
of your vessel, and the process begins again. This time, though,
there are five hatches. And cannon balls fly at you. The cannon
balls are harder to target, so try to shoot them down when the
hatches first open. The cannon balls take one to two shots. But
again, for the gun hatches themselves, use the same "fire all
weapons" strategy as before. Be sure to recharge.

Now, bask in your victory as the hovership is swallowed by the blue
depths. Okay, enough basking. Now get ready for the big dude:
Galleon.

--------------------------
PIRATE GALLEON (FRONT GUN)
--------------------------

This is the Big Baddie. This is the bow. It has two guns that
drop torpedoes in the water. Take out the slew of torpedoes and
then focus on one gun at a time. He likes to move around a lot, so
stay with him. If you focus on the guns, sometimes you can destroy
the torpedoes before they hit the water.

With the two lower guns destroyed, two guns up above will open and
start barfing missiles at you. The Galleon also turns during this,
so you only have a limited amount of time to fire on front guns.
Use it wisely.

Soon, you'll be greeted by the side of the Galleon. It has a patch
of six small hatches and two bigger hatches. There's also a door
with a freaky skull on it. But we'll worry about that later because
hatches have opened and started to fire on you!

Now, during this time, the Galleon will turn constantly, sending
you from one side of the ship, to the aft, and over to the other
side. Both sides of the Galleon are identical, meaning they each
have the same artillery set-up: six small hatches, two bigger
hatches, and a skull door. The small hatches fire cannon balls,
and the bigger hatches send out heli-bombs. Each one of these
hatches will open and shut as the ship turns. Focus on shooting
each hatch as much as you can when it is open. Take out the cannon
balls with one or two shots, trying to save weapon power for the
hatches. And destroy the heli-bombs with single shots. When the
ship's bow is facing you, take the opportunity to shoot each of the
two guns as much as you can. Try to destroy them quickly, each
time the bow passes by. Use the same strategy for both sides of
the ship.

Note: The Galleon will continue turning until you destroy the front
guns and the hatches on both sides of the ship.

When all the hatches on one side of the Galleon are destroyed, tiny
vessels and missiles are deployed. Be sure to check around you by
moving the left analog stick to find where the missiles are coming
from. If there is a lull in the action, missiles are probably
coming for you, so be ready. Depending on how much of the ship you
have destroyed, the Galleon will send anywhere from 2-6 waves of
missiles. (If you've pretty much destroyed both sides, you can
expect more projectiles.) Some come in straight lines, some in
rows of three, others are in wavy formations. All are bad. Take
care of them, though. They go down in one shot each.

Remember the doors with the skulls? Well, now you have to deal
with them. Each one deploys missiles that arch out and away from
the ship. And just when you think they're not going to hit you,
they circle back in and pummel you. Oh yeah, because the ship
constantly turns, like before, you have to deal with the rear of
the vessel now, which has FOUR aft guns and a skull door. Every
time Galleon turns, focus on one of the four aft guns above.
Pretty crazy isn't it?

Note: When firing at missiles from the skull doors, try and get them
as they are deployed because while your focusing on them,
Galleon turns to pelt you with his 4 aft guns.

With the two skull doors on both sides AND the 4 aft guns finally
destroyed, you now have to face two cannons and a skull door at the
aft. The skull door will open first, plopping a few mines in the
water, and while this is happening, the two cannons will open,
allowing you to target them. Focus on one cannon at a time, and
destroy the mines with single shots. Periodically, everything
will close and firing will be ineffective. You must wait for
everything to open and the process to repeat itself.

Note: Shoot the cannons as the skull door deploys mines. You have a
brief moment before the mines reach you. Use it. But be sure
       to actually destroy the mines.

Once the Galleon sinks, its off to the Isle of Heroes!

=======================================================================
----------------------- 15. ISLE OF HEROES ----------------------------
=======================================================================

LEVEL TYPE: PLATFORMING/VARIOUS

==========
OBJECTIVES
==========

Collect 5 Cogs and activate the old wooden lift (Chamber of Ruin)
Collect 5 Blue Feathers and ring the bell (Cloudy Rise)
Grind Across the aqueduct (Towering Arena)
Take a ride on the Cable Car (Cargo Point)
Obtain the 4 Hero Stones and prove yourself worthy
Various Other Objectives

Optional: Runestones (TWO)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is a pretty open ended level in terms of what you want to do
first. You can pretty much complete this area in any order. But,
first, a few notes:

Collecting 5 Cogs will allow you to access the Chamber of Ruin.

Collecting 5 Feathers (BLUE) will get you to Cloudy Rise (The
Challenge of Flight).

Grinding across the aqueduct will take you to the Hero Arena.

Riding the Cable Car will take you to the Waverunner Challenge.

Completing each one of these tasks will give you a Hero Stone.

I have structured this portion of the walkthrough in relation to each
Hero Sone. I show how to get to each portion of the island first,
followed by how to successfully complete each section's event and
obtain that Hero Stone.

==========================
HERO STONE 1 (CLOUDY RISE)
==========================

----------
5 FEATHERS
----------

First: From the dock, get to shore (watch for the jumping Stingrays).
Turn left and run past the Blinking Pot. Watch out for any
Gunner Rocks that pop out of the ground. Run past the guard
with the wind blower. Go past the Cable Car and the Aqueduct.
(Near the Aqueduct, you'll run into a guard with a jetpack.)
Keep going until you come to a big flat circular stone with
blue rings emanating from the center. (This is the Glider
Landing Pad.) Next to that is a ledge with a Mag-Rider and a
Power Stick. Jump up and charge the Power Stick. Step on the
platform to leap on the Mag-Rider. On the Mag-Rider, avoid
floating mine and then grab the Feather at the end of the
         line.

Second: Run back to the Glider Landing Pad and jump up on the ledge
with the Power Stick. Head inland, turning left. Jump on the
platform and then on up to a ledge with two Standard Pots.
(Don't jump on the platforms with the floating mines.) The
         first pot has a Feather!

Third: After picking up the third Feather, run to the other end of
the ledge (past the tree) to find some rock platforms with
Shield Energy. They lead to another ledge with a floating
mine, a pot, a Weapon Pot, and a Gunner Rock. Jump to that
ledge. Turn right and run across the stone bridge to another
ledge with a Standard Pot. In the pot is a Feather!

Fourth: After acquiring the third Feather, look inland to see another
ledge. This one is filled with Robotic Flying Bugs. On this
ledge is a Feather. Jump to it and pick it up.

Fifth: After getting the Fourth Feather, you'll notice a huge cliff
next to you. Jump up to the very top ledge to find 4
undulating metal platforms. (Watch out for the Gunner Rock.)
Jump across the platforms to find an Obelisk. Run past the
Obelisk to the end of the ledge. Behind the rock is a
         Feather!

With all 5 Feathers, go back to the Obelisk and press the square (S)
button. Talon will take you to Cloudy Rise and the Challenge of
Flight.

--------------------
CHALLENGE OF FLIGHT

***RUNESTONE ALERT!!! (First)***

Talk to the mechanic and he'll let you go on the Glider Challenge.

To get the Hero Stone, Haven must fly the glider through as many
hoops as he can (there are 70 total) and land successfully on the
glowing landing pad, back on the Isle of Heroes. If you miss too
many hoops, you won't get the Hero Stone.

Tips: Look for the green and blue hoops. This is the course you have
to follow. You will hear a "whoosh" sound every time you
successfully pass through a hoop. Passing through Blue Hoops
will you speed up the glider. On landing, when you reach the
Landing pad, use the air brake to slow down.

Red dots on your HUD indicate where hoops are in relation to
       your glider.

Once you complete the course, you'll be rewarded with a Hero Stone!

==============================
HERO STONE 2 (CHAMBER OF RUIN)
==============================

------
5 COGS
------

First: From the dock, get to shore. Turn left and run past the
Blinking Pot. You'll come across the guard with the wind
blower. Run past him. You'll come to the Cable Car on your
left. Across from the Cable Car are 4 ledges. Jump up to the
second ledge to get a Cog!

Second: Across from the Cable Car, jump up to the fourth ledge (past
the Energy Pot). Here, there will be a bunch of Robotic
Flying Bugs. Grab the Ricochet Cannon next to the rock and
take them out. Run to the right to find a Cog at the end of
the path surrounded by Shield Energy.

Third: After you've picked up the Second Cog, you'll notice a ledge
below you. Jump down to find a pot with a Heart. The ledge
         below that has a Cog!

Fourth: From the position of the Third Cog, you will see floating
mines and Acid Pots covering a path. Deploy your Energy
Shield and run down the path through the mines. There will be
a guard with a Jetpack. Take him out. At the end of the
path, you'll see a Cog surrounded by 4-5 floating mines. Use
your Energy Shield to destroy a mine, and step in to get a
         Cog! (YAY!)

Fifth: After picking up the Fourth Cog, jump off the ledge and back
down to where the dock is. From here, turn right and run past
the Blinking Pot. Stay close to the shoreline. You'll come
to a bridge on the left that leads out to a small island.
(This is right around where the guard with the wind blower is
waiting.) Run across the bridge to get a Cog!

Collecting all 5 Cogs will allow you to operate the Old Wooden Lift.

---------------------------
OLD WOODEN LIFT (DOOM ROCK)
---------------------------

With all 5 Cogs, go to the small island where the Fifth Cog is located.
Jump to the piece of wood in the water and on across to the big island
(this is Doom Rock). From there, jump up to the next ledge. You'll
come to a drop-off. Across from this is a ledge with a Bomb Pot.
Jump to it. (Deploy your Energy Shield to protect Haven from the
Bomb Pot.)

Slip down to ledge below with all the Catana. Go around to the cave,
and you'll see a rock with a Bomb Pot on it. Jump to it and quickly
across to the other side. Again, deploy your Energy Shield for
protection, if you have to.

Cross the bridge (avoiding the jumping Stingrays). You'll come to
the Old Wooden Lift. Step on the platform and press the square (S)
button to put the Cogs into place. You'll have to hold the square
button down to get the lift to operate.

Now, you must raise Haven safely to the top. There are pipes that
breathe fire and steam on the way up. Just wait until each has stopped
momentarily and then hold down (S) and quickly move up to the next pipe.
Be careful not to fall back down - that will happen if you let go of (S)
for too long. When you get to the top, run straight ahead and talk with
the Blind Man.

---------------
CHAMBER OF RUIN
---------------

When you enter, follow the path. You will drop down a few times.
Soon, you'll come to a room with a giant rotating platform. Drop
down to where the bonfire is and pass through the door into the next
room.

This is the Pit of Despair. You need to get the Feather in the pit
below. Don't just jump in and grab the Feather, otherwise Haven will
be trapped. First, go to the right and around the pit.

Note: Some Giant Scarabs will fall. Knock them over with your Mag-
Ball. But be careful, they will flip back over after a bit and
       start coming for you again.

Jump over the Fire Chasm to get to a switch. Pull it and some stairs
will move out of the wall in the pit. Now, drop into the put and
grab the Feather. Jump up the quickly before the (which is now
moving) crushes you.

Now, head for the other side of the room and jump across the two Fire
Chasms to find a door that leads to the next room.

This room has blocks on the floor. Each block has a symbol on it -
either red, blue, green, or purple. You must jump on certain blocks
to create a path to a door above you. Depending on which block you
jump on, new blocks will rise, creating the path.

Now, run to the one standing block in the room and jump up on it.
Follow all the red blocks that rise up. These are the ones you want
to jump on.

Note: Don't jump on any block except red blocks, otherwise you'll have
       to start over.

Now, once you make it to the end of the path, jump through the door.
You'll come to a Mag-Ball Grind in the Sphinx Room. Step on the
platform and grind to the center of the room Press (X) to release from
the Mag-Ball Grind and drop down to a podium with a Feather. Once you
pick up the Feather, the podium will sink. Immediately move! Run
back to the entrance (where the Grind platform is) and jump up to it
before the floor fills with scarabs. Now, step on the platform again
and grind, taking the path on the right. This will take you to the
next room. Drop down the stairs.

In this room are five podiums. You must jump to each podium,
collecting the remaining 3 Feathers. Don't fall off the podiums
because the room has filled with scarabs.

Note: Close to the door - on either side - are 4 pots with Catana.

When you reach the final podium, jump through the door to the next
room. In this room is the Obelisk with which to call Talon. But
it's on a giant podium. You must lower it. In front of this podium
are four blocks with symbols. They are laid out in a square pattern.
Step on each in the right order to lever the platform with the Obelisk.

Here is the sequence to lower the platform:

Upper Left Block
Lower Right Block
Lower Left Block
Upper Right Block

Once you step on the blocks in the correct order, the platform will
lower. Step up to the Obelisk and press the square (S) button to
call Talon. He will come down with a torch to light your way.

With Talon at your side, head back to the room with the Mag-Ball
Grind. Now, the floor is full of Scarabs, but since you have Talon
and his torch with you, the Scarabs will run from the light. Drop
down to the floor and make your way to the other door you haven't
been through yet. Jump up to it and enter the room with the Arrow
Maze.

This room has blocks on the floor with arrows (duh). You must step
on the correct arrows to make your way across to the other side.

Note: If you jump, spears will come out and hit you (ouch). Oh, and
the entire floor will drop away (Not cool). Also, whatever
block that the arrow you're standing on is pointing to will drop
out. For example, if you step to a block with an arrow that
points left, all the blocks to the left of that one will fall
       away.

Here is the sequence of how to step, starting on the fourth block
from the left (the arrow points down). Go:

Up
Up
Right
Right
Up
Right
Up
Up
Left
Up
Left
Left
Left
Up

This will get Haven across the Arrow Maze. Step into the next room.

In this next room is a pile of sticks. You must light it with the
help of Talon. The floor will again be swarming with Scarabs.
Carefully walk across the floor to the pile of sticks. The scarabs
will part in the light. Jump up to the pile of sticks and watch
with glee as Talon lights the fire. The smoke will turn a
propeller above you, and a door will open across the room. Head
toward the and be sure to jump over the Scarabs because Talon is
gone now (sniff . . .).

Ahead is a corridor. You have to go through it. But notice the
Giant Beetle hanging from the ceiling? Yeah, he's a problem. Run
into the corridor with your Energy Shield deployed. When he drops
down in front of you, do a Shield Smash to destroy it.

Move ahead and turn the corner to find two more beetles hanging out.
Run up to them and do Shield Smashes to each of them. Go to the end
of the corridor and enter the Pool Room.

In the Pool Room is a platform in the middle of, well . . . the pool.
Jump to it. More platforms will appear and 4 Giant Scarabs will
drop down. You must dunk to the 4 Giant Scarabs to open the door
at the other end of the room. Avoid the Giant Scarabs while jumping
to platforms that are next to each Scarabs. The platform with the
scarab will fall away, dunking the scarab. When all 4 Scarabs have
been dunked, jump to the other side of the pool. The door will open.

Run through the corridor to the next room. There, you will find a
Hero Stone. Grab it.

------------------------
ESCAPE (CHAMBER OF RUIN)
------------------------

As soon as you take the Hero Stone the Chamber will start to collapse.
Think Indiana Jones, and get out of there! Head left through the
corridor. You'll come to a room with a giant pit and a thin stone
path stretching across the pit. Follow it, turning left. When you
reach the left wall, a pillar will fall and knock out part of the
path. Jump to the remaining part and on to the path again. Follow
the path, but be careful because chunks of it will break away. Right
before you reach the door, another pillar will fall. Jump over it
to get to the door.

Run through the next corridor and jump over two Fire Chasms. Round
the corner and stay to the left to avoid another Fire Chasm.

In the next section, a pillar will fall, knocking out part of the
floor. Quickly jump to the next safe area ahead. There will be two
platforms. Jump to each to make it across the chasm.

Note: The pillars will fall if you stay on them too long.

Ahead is a path that hugs the left wall of the corridor. Take it.
Jump up 4 steps to a platform. Stay on the platform for a bit until
it tumbles and busts through the wall in front of you.

Jump through the wall to find yourself back in the room with colored
blocks. Run through the door at ground level ahead on the left.

You'll be in the Pit of Despair. Turn right, jumping across tow Fire
Chasms and heading for the door. When you pass through, rocks will
fall in front of the door, sealing the path behind you.

Now, you are in the first room with the big bonfire. You must get
to the exit at the top. Make your way u; the rock ledges along the
wall to the first set of moving wooden platforms. Ride the wooden
platforms around the room to more rock ledges. Jump up the ledges to
the second set of wooden platforms. Rid these around to more ledges.
Jump up the ledges to a third wooden moving platform. Ride this
around to a doorway. Step through the door. Once through, jump
across the space and follow the path up.

Outside, ride the Old Wooden Lift back down to get back to the
mainland. You are finished with the Chamber of Ruin - and you came
away a Hero Stone!

HERO STONE 3 (CARGO POINT)
==========================

---------
CABLE CAR
---------

Go back to the Cable Car. Press (S) to get on. Ride it across,
avoiding obstacles as you go. Once you arrive, head down to the
docks. (Watch out for the man-eating plant!) Cross the docks and
you'll come to a Flame-Throwing Guard. Run past him and around to
the boxes. Notice the giant crane lifting a platform out to a
section of the dock? Jump on the platform and ride out to the
cargo worker.

---------------------------------------
CARGO POINT CHALLENGE (WAKERUNNER RACE)

***RUNESTONE ALERT!!! (Second)***

After talking with the Cargo Worker on the dock, find the boat and
press (S) to get in. Here's a reminder on the Speedboat controls:

Speedboat Controls
------------------
Left Analog Stick.............Steer Boat
(X)...........................Accelerate (Release to Decelerate)

You'll have to place "Third" or better to get the Hero Stone. The
race lasts for three laps. Some Icons appear in the bottom left
corner of the screen:

Boat Icon: This shows Haven's current place in the race.

Arrow Icon: This is your current lap.

Hour Glass: This shows time remaining between checkpoints.

Now, the course is laid out with a purple path, which makes it
easy to follow. You can cut across some parts of the track, but
be sure to pass through each Checkpoint, otherwise, your place
will drop and you'll lose the race. Each Checkpoint is designated
by a green and a red buoy. Haven must pass between these buoys to
clear the Checkpoint. Each time you clear a Checkpoint, the next
Checkpoint will raise out of the water. If you miss a Checkpoint,
you will drop behind and lose the race.

GO RACE!!!

Remember, place "Third" or better to get a Hero Stone.

=============================
HERO STONE 4 (TOWERING ARENA)
=============================

---------------------
GRIND ACROSS AQUEDUCT
---------------------

Run back to the blue Glider Landing Pad. Jump up on the ledge with
the Power Stick and Mag-Rider. You'll find a Flame-Throwing guard.
Next to him are three rock platforms with floating mines. Jump on
them and up to the next ledge.

Up here, there's another Flame Throwing guard. Watch out! Anyway,
run to the pylon of the Aqueduct and drop off to the ledge below.
Head in the direction of the water to find a stone bridge. Cross
the bridge and say "hi" to a Shielded Guard. Jump to the next ledge
to find an Energy Pot. Leap up to the ledge after that and cross a
stone bridge. There, you will find a Mag-Ball Grind. Step on the
platform and grind across to the Arena Entrance, avoiding obstacles
like floating mines and spraying water.

You'll be dropped off at the Arena Entrance. Leap down to the Mag-
Rider. Ride it down to the lower level. See the cage? To get to
it, take a right along the narrow path filled with floating mines.
The cage will lift up. Jump to the rock, and you'll be taken into
the Arena.

--------------
TOWERING ARENA
--------------

Haven is thrust into a sort of Gladiator Arena, where he must
survive three rounds of utter mayhem! There are various weapon
power-ups to help him. Each enemy, when destroyed will drop
goodies like weapon power-ups, Hearts, and Catana. Here we go!

Round 1
-------
Destroy all the enemies! Gold and silver bugs will come for you.
Bust some pots and use the weapon power-ups to efficiently dispose
of them.

Round 2
-------
Destroy all the enemies again! This time, there are a whole lot
more. Use the same strategy as Round 1.

Round 3
-------
You're doing well, right? Well, now here's the toughy. You
must destroy all the enemies in this round as well. But there
is a catch. There are 3 Giant Robots that can only be harmed
with the Spheri-Shield.

Focus on destroying the Giant Robots first, because until they are
gone, all the smaller enemies keep regenerating.

The Spheri-Shield is located on the top of the tower in the middle
of the arena. Find a Mag-Rider at the perimeter of the Arena and
ride it to the top of the tower. Step on the Spheri-Shield Pad.
In the Spheri-Shield, roll off to the arena below. While in the
Spheri-Shield hit the Giant Robots, but aim for their tails! (If
you hit their legs, it will destroy your Spheri-Shield and hurt
you!) Each Giant Robot takes about 3 hits to the tail and then they
fall over.

You can pick up Shield Energy along the perimeter of the arena to
prolong the life of the Spheri-Shield. If your Spheri-Shield runs
out, just ride the Mag-Rider to the top of the tower and grab another
one.

Note: Keep an eye on your Catana and life during all of this madness.
To get various power-ups and Hearts, you can destroy some
       smaller enemies.

After taking out all 3 Giant Robots, start destroying the remaining
little robots. Soon, you will defeat Round 3 and get the Hero Stone!

----------------
BACK TO MAINLAND
----------------

To get back to the mainland, after the match, step in the center of
the arena. You'll be dropped off at the entrance. Head back out to
the Mag-Ball Grind and step out to the cliff until little particles
waft up from Haven. When this happens, high jump (L1, X) and press
(S) to use your Mag-Ball. Haven will latch on to the Grind. Now,
avoid the obstacles and grind back to the mainland.

====================
VISITING THE WISEMAN
====================

With all 4 Hero Stones gathered, head to the Wiseman's Door (where his
servant is waiting). It is close to the Cable Car and the Aqueduct
Grind. Talk to the servant, and he'll let you through. Haven will
meet with the Wiseman and discuss his crazy dreams. (Ahh, Freud!)

---------------------------------------------------------------------
OPTIONAL: RUNESTONES (TWO)
---------------------------------------------------------------------
First: Head back to Cloudy Rise and complete the Challenge of
Flight a second time to obtain a Runestone. This challenge
is much tougher than the first and requires a good
understanding of how to use the airbrake.

Second: Place "First" in the Wakerunner Challenge at Cargo Point to
obtain a Runestone. You can either place "First" in the
first race or race again and place "First" in a later race.

Haven has a sweet Bi-plane now! (Watch out, world.) You must fly thr
plane to Mount Firash. To get there, you need fuel. To get fuel, you
must destroy blimps as you fly.

Each blimp has a protective shield around it. Disable the shield by
destroying the six Gun Turrets around each blimp.

Notes
on HUD: Now, your HUD will act as radar in this level. Use it to
figure out where to go. Yellow dots show were each blimp is
located. Blue dots show where Gun Turrets are. All the red
dots represent little annoying ships that fire at you.

Notes on
targeting: When you target something, your green crosshair will turn
RED. Also, a power meter will appear next to the targeted
item. When you shoot your target, the power meter will turn
from red to GREEN (this means the target is destroyed).

You can target an object and then barrel roll either
direction to avoid enemy fire. While doing this, you will
stay targeted on the object. (Very handy!) Just don't
barrel roll into a mountain or an enemy plane!

When each Gun Turret around a blimp is destroyed, the protective shield
will dissipate, allowing you to fire on the blimp.

Note: When the blimp's shield is disabled, the yellow dot on the HUD
       will turn to green.

Fire on each blimp to destroy it. When you destroy a blimp, fuel (blue
clouds) will appear. These fill up your tank, allowing you to find the
next blimp. Fuel will automatically fly toward you, so don't worry too
much about it.

When you have destroyed all the Gun Turrets and the blimp in an area,
check your HUD to find out where the next blimp is located and fly to
it.

You will face about 7 blimps throughout the entire level.

Soon, (after defeating ALL the blimps), Haven will crash into Mount
Firash.)

-------------
INTO THE FIRE
-------------
Haven starts at the mouth of the volcano. Jump across four rocks and
drop into the hole in the center of the lava pool. Haven will land in
a tunnel with lots of crystals. Run straight ahead, but stay to the
sides of the tunnel because 3 stalactites will fall from the ceiling.
(Oh, they hurt if they hit you.)

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(First)***

You'll enter a room with lava, crystals, and hexagonal platforms.

Note: Some of the platforms dip into the lava periodically, so be
       careful.

Go to the left and jump across three platforms. Stop on the third
platform. (It has Shield Energy.) Look back and to the right, and
you'll see a platform that periodically moves up and down in the
center of the room. Jump to it.

The platform will raise. Then, jump straight to a tall platform close
by. (There is a Heart on this one.) Looking left, there is a platform
that raises and then drops into the lava. When it is raised, jump to
it and then leap quickly left to the next platform with a Standard Pot
and a crystal.

Now, jump left to reach a wide, large rock crystals. Run around the
crystals to the back of the rock where you will see three platforms
in the lava. The first raises really high and then lowers. The
second is stationary, and the third dips into the lava. Wait until
the platforms are reachable and then leap across all three to make it
to the main ground at the back of the room.

Ahead of you, you will find four Acid Pots and an entryway to the next
room. Run through the entryway. In the next room (which is filled
with lava) there are 2-3 Catana floating slightly away from the ledge
that juts out over the lava. Carefully drop to this ledge. Jump to
the right to land next to a Bomb Pot and a Standard Pot.

Run straight into the foggy tunnel, but keep to the sides to avoid 3
more stalactites that will fall on you.

-----------
DRAGON DOOR
-----------

You'll come to a room with a door, and 3 pillars. Each of the pillars
has 4 symbols, and the door has one. In front of each pillar is a
Power Stick.

Okay, here's how it works. You must match up the symbols on the
pillars with the symbol on the Dragon Door to get the door to open.
Every time a Power Stick is charged, its corresponding pillar will go
into the ground a bit. Now, whatever symbol is visible at ground
level on each pillar is the active symbol. All three active symbols
on the pillars must match for the Dragon Door to open.

Adding Energy to a Power Stick makes a pillar go down. Likewise,
taking Energy away from a Power Stick (by striking it with your Mag-
Ball) makes a pillar rise. For every unit of Energy Haven adds to a
Power Stick, the pillar will move one brick (or symbol). Oh, and
Haven adds one unit of Energy at a time to a Power Stick.

Note: When adding Energy to a Power Stick, make sure you get away
quickly from a Power Stick after you have added desired amount
of Energy, otherwise you might add too much Energy.

Showing the symbols is rather hard for me to do here. But looking
at the door, the symbol looks like a sort of diamond with a line in
it. I will tell you the symbol and how many blocks down to shift
each pillar (or how many units of Energy to add to each Power
Stick).

Symbol: Diamond
Left Pillar: 3 blocks / 3 Energy Units
Middle Pillar: 1 block / 1 Energy Unit
Right Pillar: 2 blocks / 2 Energy Units

Okay, the first door opened, but there is another door with a symbol
on it. It looks like a "hook."

Symbol: Hook
Left Pillar: 1 block / 1 Energy Unit
Middle Pillar: 2 blocks / 2 Energy Units
Right Pillar: None (Do not move)

Alright, this one opened, but there is a third door. Its symbol
resembles a funky "number 7."

Symbol: Funky "7"
Left Pillar: 3 blocks / 3 Energy Units
Middle Pillar: None (Do not move)
Right Pillar: 1 block / 1 Energy Unit

Cool! You finally opened the Dragon Door. Now, run through it to
come to a room with a Fire Urn. (These are big bowls that spit
fire every which way.)

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(Second)***

Head left, past the floating mine and around the corner past the
Blinking Pot. Turn left and run by the floating mine. Head through
this room and down the ramp to come to a balcony with two Shielded
Pots. Below is the Volcano Dome. Step on the red elevator on the
right to go down to the Volcano Dome floor.

Okay, now Haven must collect 5 Feathers (BLUE) from around the Volcano
Dome. He must then find 4 Cogs from the connecting chambers. Let's
start with the Feathers first, shall we?

-----------------
5 FEATHERS (BLUE)
-----------------

First: From stepping off the elevator to the Volcano Dome floor, run
to the right until you come to an area with 5 Bomb Pots. Get
away from them when they explode. Behind them, you'll find a
         Feather!

Second: From the elevator, go left. You'll see an Energy Pot. Hop in
it and launch Haven up to the top of the pillar. There,
you'll find a Mag-Rider and two Power Sticks. To charge the
Power Sticks, grab the Laser Shot (Yellow) power-up. In
"First-Person" view (L3), aim at the pillar a few yards away
with the Fire Pots surrounding the Energy Pot. Destroy the
Fire Pots, then shoot the Energy Pot. Shield Energy will fly
to you and fill your Shield Energy Meter. Use that to charge
         both Power Sticks.

With both Power Sticks fully charged, use the Mag-Rider to get
to the next platform. Haven will be plopped in the Energy
Pot. Launch him to get a Feather!

Third: From the elevator that drops you into the Volcano Dome, run
left a ways until you come to a bridge (watch out for fire
spewing from the ground). Next to the bridge, you'll see a
Flaming Pot and a Shield Dragon Pot. Break the Shield Dragon
Pot to get a, well, Shield Dragon. Lead him across the
bridge. (You can have him break any Flaming Pots along the
         way.)

Once across the bridge, turn right and lead the Dragon into
the cage. It will begin to float. Jump on it and deploy your
Energy Shield. Point Haven over the chasm, and the cage will
move. Maneuver the cage until you are close to the floating
Feather. Jump up and grab it!

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(Fifth)***

Fourth: After getting the Third Feather, jump off the cage and back to
the ground. Head past the bridge and around past some Acid
Pots. Next, you'll pass the Rune Pot (remember this for
later). Keep going along the path until you see a section of
rock cut off by lava at the back of the Volcano Dome. This
section has a bunch of various pots and a Fire Urn. There is
also a Feather there (above the Fire Urn). To get to that
section, keep going along the path you're on and circle around
to the left where the small Lava Fall is. Jump across the
lava. Then run to the Energy Pot. Jump inside and launch
Haven to get a Feather! (You'll have to maneuver Haven in
mid-air over the Fire Urn to get the Feather.)

Fifth: After picking up the Fourth Feather, jump back to the main
path and head left around the giant building. Run past the
Fire Urn until you come to three Rock Pillars in some lava.
On the third pillar is a Shielded Pot. Jump to the third
pillar and do a Shield Smash on the Shielded Pot to get a
         Feather!

Note: I will explain how to call Talon later, because it is connected
to getting one of the Cogs.

After acquiring the Fifth Feather, jump off the Rock Pillars and back
to the main ground. From there, head left toward the giant building.
You will find a door on the building. Go inside.

I will call this building the "Hub," as it connects to three different
chambers. Inside the Hub, platforms move up and down. You must get
to the top. After stepping in the Hub, go left to find a block.
High-Jump (L1, X) on it and wait for a Spinning Platform to descend.
When it does, jump to it. It will take you up where you can jump
across to another Spinning Platform. This will take you up to 4
platforms with symbols: a Flame, Air, a Man, and Water. Each
platform lead to a different chamber.

------
4 COGS
------

First: In the Hub, leap to the platform with the symbol of water
(three wavy lines). Run out of the Hub across the bridge
until you come to a doorway with 2 pots by it. Head through
the gate and down into the Flooded Chamber. Here is a
         reminder on Underwater Controls:

         (X)...........................Tread/Ascend/Jump Out of Water
         Left Analog Stick.............Swim/Dive
Left Analog Stick + (X).......Surface Crawl Stroke

Swim over the Fire Pots and then turn left at the gate (watch
out for pits with spikes - they kinda hurt). Swim over the
pit around the corner to find a switch. Pulling the switch
opens a gate. Go left into the corridor and around the
corner. If you pulled the switch, the gate will be open -
         pass through it.

From there, swim left into a room with a Standard Pot and some
rock ledges. Swim up to the surface and then jump to the rock
ledges, making your way to the top. On the top ledge is
another switch. Pull it. It will open a gate.

Now, jump back down into the water swim out into the next
room. Swim over the pit and through the newly opened gate.

In this room is a cage. Inside the cage rests a Cog. To get
it, swim to the surface on the left side of the room. Jump up
to the wooden walkway to find a switch. Pull the switch and
the Cog will drop, along with the water level. Jump down to
         grab the Cog! (Whew!)

Now, the chamber is no longer flooded, but you will have to
make it out. After grabbing the Cog, head out of the room and
turn left (avoid the pit). Follow the path around a corner.
You'll come to the area with the first switch. Jump over the
pit and round the corner to find another pit and a Spiky Pot.
Jump over the pit and go to the right, pas the Fire Pots.

Note: You'll have to use your Energy Shield to bust the Fire Pots.
Recharge by going back to pick up the Shield Energy in the
       corridor.

Now, follow the ramp up and out of the chamber!

Second: Head back to the Hub and jump to the platform with the symbol
of the man. Leap through the door and run across the bridge
to find the Spheri-Shield Run. In this area, there are two
Power Sticks and an Energy Spinner. Strike the Energy Spinner
a buncha times with your Mag-Ball. This will make it generate
Energy. Collect the Energy and charge the two Power Sticks.

With both Power Sticks fully charged, step on the pad to get
the Spheri-Shield. Now, navigate the path, but be careful -
this requires some attention, as there are no walls to keep
you from rolling right off into the lava. Carefully navigate
(but don't go TOO fast), picking up Shield Energy as you go.

At the end of the Spheri-Shield Run, you will find a Cog!

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(Fourth)***

After this, run to the ledge where the Energy Pot is. Hop in
it and launch Haven to get back to the Hub.

Third: Head back to the Hub and jump to the platform that looks like
a Flame. Jump through the door and run across the bridge.
You'll come to a tunnel. Stay to the side of the tunnel
because Stalactites will tumble on you.

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(Third)***

You will come to a room filled with lava. In the center are
the fossilized remains of a dragon. Around this are 7 Rock
Pillars. Jump to each pillar (watch out for flames). On the
last pillar, you will find a Cog!

Fourth: You remember how I said that later, I would deal with calling
Talon? Well, it's later. Head back to the Hub and jump on
the platform that look like air (hmmmm . . . I wonder what
that could mean). Leap through that door and head to the end
of the bridge to find an Obelisk. Now, make sure you have
collected all 5 Feathers. When you have, press the square (S)
button by the Obelisk to call Talon.

Talon will come and carry Haven around the volcano dome. Tou
can guide Haven while Talon is carrying you and get power-ups.
Make sure to steer Talon toward the Cog! He will drop you at
         a bridge in the Hub.

With all 4 Cogs head back to the Hub. On the ground level, you will
see a giant gold machine. This is where the Cogs go. Step over to
it and press (S).

In the center of the floor is a round platform that will open up.
Jump in it - not the lava - and Haven will land in the Map Room.

--------------------------
FINDING THE MOUNT OF SIGHS
--------------------------

This room houses the Ancient Aurian Planet Map that Haven can use to
find the Mount of Sighs. To get to the map, find the lower ledge
along the perimeter of the room and jump up to the higher ledge.

Run around the perimeter until you come to a Hint Pot and a giant
control panel. Step up to the control panel and press (S) to access
it. This will activate the map.

To operate the map, scroll around with the right analog stick, and
zoom in and out with the left analog stick.

The location you are searching for is on the other side of the map.
Scroll around to find a small island that is a slightly different
color from the other landmasses. (Those red arrows will help guide
your search.) It is in the middle of a lake just at the edge of the
lighted area of the map.

Now, zoom in on the island quite a ways, until it fills the map.
Haven will jump for joy and stick the disk with the information in his
pocket.

First: In the first room (with the hexagonal platforms), after
dropping down into the volcano, jump to the third platform
and then jump left (instead of right). You'll be on a
bigger platform with 2 Standard Pots and crystals At the
back of that is a small pillar with a Spiky Pot. Jump to
it and use your Mag-Ball to break it. You'll get a Silver
        Key!

Second: In the room right after the Dragon Door, run past the
floating mine and tirn the corner to see a Blinking Pot and
a line of Wireframe Pots stretching from wall to wall.
Strike the Blinking Pot. Down at the other end, a Standard
Pot will appear. You must break it with your Mag-Ball to
        get the Silver Key.

Note: When you strike the Blinking Pot, it turns into a Bomb Pot,
which will light and ignite the row of Fire Pots one by one,
ultimately destroying the Standard Pot at the other end of
the line. So, you must run to the Standard Pot before it is
destroyed and break it your self with your Mag-Ball before
it is destroyed to get the Silver Key. If you don't, you
       won't get the Silver Key.

Third: In Flame Chamber, behind the fossilized remains of the
Dragon is a Standard Pot. Do a Shield Smash on it to break
it and get a Silver Key!

Fourth: At the end of the Spheri-Shield Run, go out to where the
Energy Pot is. Below that is a ledge with another Energy
Pot, a couple Standard Pots, and some Acid Pots. Behind
the Acid Pots is a Standard Pot. Break the Acid Pots with
your Energy Shield and then break the Standard Pot to get a
        Silver Key!

Fifth: Back behind the Rune Pot (in the back of the Volcano Dome)
is a ledge with a Fire Urn and a bunch of pots. Go get the
Shield Dragon and lead him back to this area. He will get
sucked into a Fire Pot nearby. Break the Fire Pot to get
him back. Now, to get him across the gap to the ledge with
the Flaming Pot, lead the Dragon around behind to where the
small Lava Fall is. See the Fire Pot on the other ledge
across the way? The Shield Dragon will get sucked in it,
and therefore, travel across the gap. Jump to the ledge
and break the Fire Pot to get your Shield Dragon back.
Now, lead him around the Fire Urn and have him bust open
the Flaming Pot to get a Silver Key!
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Opening the Rune Pot

In the Volcano Dome, cross the bridge and follow the path toward
the back of the area, past some Acid and Spiky Pots. The Rune Pot
is in plain sight. With all 5 Silver Keys collected, walk up to
the Rune Pot and break it to get a Runestone!

After finding the location of the Mount of Sighs, Haven will jump down
into a tunnel and put on a Jetpack.

---------
LAVE FLOE
---------

The green meter on your HUD is your fuel supply - when that runs out,
it's game over (well, not really - but you lose).

You must navigate the lava floe and fly into a room with the Fire
Dragon Firash. Don't fall in the lava, and try to conserve fuel by
lightly tapping the fuel button (X). Soon, you will come to a room
filled with lava with a giant stone structure in the center.

---------------
FIRASH (BADDIE)
---------------

Firash (the big Dragon) will attack. You must shoot water at it and
hit it 6 times. Periodically, and every time he is hit, Firash will
dip into the lava, then emerge elsewhere. You can use your HUD to
help figure out where he is (he is the BIG red dot).

Firash will breathe fire at you - look out. But you can extinguish
them with your water. Oh, and don't fly into him because that hurts
too.

Tips: When Firash stops momentarily, aim at his head. Your crosshair
will turn RED - now fire! But, make sure that you're close
enough to Firash that your shots hit him. To conserve fuel, you
can rest on the stone structure in the middle of the area.
There are also Hearts and Catana located around the perimeter.

This level requires sensitive handling of the Jetpack, so it might be
tough.

When you hit Firash 6 times, he will fall into the lava permanently,
and Haven will blast away (Rocketman! - well, not quite).

But, what's that guard doing there? Ummmmmmmm . . .

Go forward and around the corner. Jump over the pipe, but watch out
for the fire spewing from it.

Note: To smash pots, do Shield Smashes on them. Just make sure they

Go left and jump over the pipe. Run past the Shielded Pot and the
Spiky Pot and turn the corner to find another pipe. This one has a
Shield that disappears periodically. Wait for it to disappear and
then jump over. Follow the path and jump another pipe with a Shield.
You'll come to a door. Go through it.

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(First)***

In this room are five turbines with platforms. At the other end is a
door. Jump across the platforms to get to the door.

Note: Don't fall in the turbines! If you fall off a platform, there
is an elevator platform on the floor below. It is close to the
       entrance.

When you get to the other, step through. In this next room, the floor
will hurt you if you touch it. There are purple pads with gold
particles rising from them. (I call these "Rising Pads.") These
pads are placed throughout the room. Use them to transport Haven
safely through the room. Jumping to the first pad, you will notice
Haven is periodically pushed upward, like he is swimming. Hold down
the (X) button when you are floating over one of these pads. Haven
will descend and touch the pad. When he does, he will be pushed
upward. Use this momentum to glide safely to the next pad.
(Remember, try not to touch the floor.) Then, repeat this process
until you get to the other door.

Glide to the scaffolding next to the door and step through to the
next room.

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(Second)***

This room has a pool that is filled with floating mines. Jump in the
pool and surface crawl around the floating mines to the other door.
When you get there, jump out of the water and step through.

In this next area, there are two paths. One is blocked by blue Energy
Beams. You must disable them to pass to the next area. To do that,
run to the right.

Now, you'll run into two red lasers that slide back and forth over
the floor. They slide to the middle of the path and stop together.
Then, a Shield goes up. After that, the red lasers slide apart.
Wait until the lasers slide apart, double-jump over the first and
then run under the shield, double-jumping over the next laser.

Note: You must make sure to start your jumps early when jumping the
red lasers - they will kill you in one hit, if you're not
       careful.

When you make it past the lasers, turn left to find a sliding grid
of red lasers blocking the path. It will slide at you and then back
to the wall. Follow the grid as it slides back to the wall. Then,
quickly turn right as you reach the end of the corridor.

You will find a switch. Pull it to turn off the blue lasers. Now,
to get back, wait for the red laser grid to slide toward you.
Stand off to the side as it does. When it touches the wall of the
corridor, it will pause. Use this time to run down the corridor
safely.

Jump over the two sliding red lasers and make your way to where the
blue laser beams used to be. Step on the elevator.

Haven will be taken to a room with giant red tubes and a bunch of
floating mines. You can see to space through the big windows.
There is a Pot Bot in the middle of the room (watch out!). All
you really need to do here is turn right and head past the red
tube and through the door.

Haven will be back in the pool room, only this time, he's higher up.
There are 3 scaffoldings with vegetation. Jump to the second
scaffolding to find a Glass Shield Pad. (You will need the Glass
Shield for the next room.)

With your Glass Shield acquired, grab some Shild Energy to keep it
functional and jump across the final scaffolding to the door. Pass
through the door to find a room filled with Giant Tesla coils that
shoot electricity at you. Follow the path of Shield Energy picking
up as much of it as you can to keep the Glass Shield going. Make your
way quickly to the back of the room where you will find a ramp. Head
up the ramp and through the door.

Note: If you lose your Glass Shield, the electrical charges will
become impassable, and Haven will bite the big one.

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(Third)***

This next room is filled with a bunch of various nasty pots -
including a Pot Bot. This room also has 3 guards. Run down the
ramp and weave your way through the room, first going left and then
circling right around the cylinders and then going straight. Be
sure to avoid the guards, as you don't have a Mag-Ball.

Pass through the door at the back of the room to enter the Prison
Cell Room. (This is where Haven was held prisoner.) At the far left
corner of the room is the cell with Haven's Mag-Ball. Run to it.

Note: The grates on the floor are electrically charged and will hurt.

Do a Shield Smash on the Power Stick next to the cell. Energy will
be taken away from the Power Stick and the shield on the cell will
dissapate. Step in the cell to get your Mag-Ball back.

------------
IT'S GO TIME
------------

With your Mag-Ball safely in your hands, you can now open all the
other cells in the room to gain various power-ups. Use the Rapid-
Fire Cannon (Blue) in one of the cells to destroy four guns in the
area.

When you're ready to leave, you'll notice that in the middle of one
of the walls is a Mag-Ball Grind. Jump up to it. There is no pad,
so you must walk under the Grind until purple particles rise around
Haven. Now jump up and press (S) to use your Mag-Ball. Haven's
Mag-Ball will latch on to the grind, and he will travel to the next
room.

In this room, the floor has a giant red grid. Don't fall! To
navigate this room, Haven must ride the many platforms. (There is
a Shield Dragon Pot next to the door, but don't worry about it
because you don't really need it.)

So, step on the first moving platform and ride it to the elevator
in the center of the room. Ride the elevator up and turn around
to find another moving platform. Step on that and ride it to a
stationary platform filled with 4 Bomb Pots, and Standard Pot, and
an Energy Spinner.

Get the Bomb Pots to explode and walk past the Energy Spinner to
see two moving platforms. Jump across those to the stationary
platform with an Acid Pot, two Bomb Pots, a Flaming Weapon Pot,
and two Standard Pots. Go past the Acid and Bomb Pots with your
Energy Shield deployed.

Note: You can lead the Shield Dragon to this platform and have him
break the Flaming Weapon Pot. Use the Laser Shot (yellow)
power-up to destroy the floating mines below.

Step on the moving platform and ride it to the elevator in the
center. There are two floating mines there.

Ride the elevator down and step on another moving platform. Ride
it across to a stationary platform with two Flaming Pots. Go right
to find two moving platforms littered with floating mines. Jump
across them to the next stationary platform.

Note: Stay close to the wall to avoid the floating mines.

On the next stationary platform is a floating mine. Behind this
are three Standard Pots blocked by a bunch of Fire and Bomb Pots.
Jump over the fire and Bomb Pots and step on the moving platform
to get to the elevator in the center of the room.

Ride the elevator up and step on the next moving platform to ride
to a stationary with 5 floating mines and Standard Pot. Head to
the right and jump across two moving platforms (grabbing Catana as
you go) to get to the final stationary platform.

Here, you'll find 3 Flaming Pots and a corridor with a Mag-Ball
Grind. Jump up and deploy your Mag-Ball to grind to the next area.

In this room, the floor has little blue sparkly dots on it. The
door at the other end is locked. You must unlock it. On the
ceiling are five globes. When you step on the floor, a giant ball
of electricity will follow you around.

Note: The giant ball of electricity will hurt you if it touches you,
so keep moving. It will follow you. But as long as you keep
       moving, it won't hurt you.

You must lead the electricity ball under each one of the five globes
to unlock the door. To do this, start at the right side of the
floor and run zigzag across the floor, leading the electricity ball
under each globe. (When you lead it successfully under a globe, you
will hear a "whoosh" sound.)

When you do this, you will hear a chime sound and the door will
open. Step through.

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(Fourth)***

The next room has giant green tubes and 3 guards in it. Run through
to the door.

In this next room, there is a catwalk littered with all sorts of
nasty pots. Follow the catwalk carefully (Don't fall off and onto
the red grid - it hurts). Take out two shielded guards as you go.

Note: Use your Energy Shield to get past all the Bomb and Fire Pots.

Jump into the corridor to find a Power Stick and a Mag-Rider. Charge
the Power Stick and grab on to the Mag-Rider to be taken to the end
of the corridor. Go right and pull the switch. Now, drop down to
the floor below and pass through the door. The next room just has
some Fire and Acid Pots. Just run through it to the next room.

------
5 COGS
------

Now you must find 5 Cogs to refuel the escape pod.

First: This room is filled with red smoke. Go to the left, around
the giant cylinder. Jump over the row of 4 Fire Pots and head
straight. You'll pass 6 scattered Fire Pots. Before passing
through the door and into the next room, go left and around
some more cylinders to find two Standard Pots and a Cog!

Second: Pass through the room with red smoke and into the next.
You'll find a purple "Rising Pad" next to the door. Ride it
up to a balcony and pass through the door. In this room, look
to the right and you'll see a Weapon Pot behind 2 Acid Pots
and 2 Standard Pots. Strike the Weapon Pot to get a Five-Way
(purple) power-up. Next, run and follow the scaffolding path,
blowing up any bad pots in your way. You'll come to a turbine
with a rotating bar. Jump to the rotating bar and edge to the
center of the turbine to get a Cog!

Third: After getting the Second Cog, from the turbine, jump back to
the scaffolding and jump left across the gap to get to the
other door. Pass through this door to enter the Docking Bay.
Next to the Control Panel is a Cog!

Fourth: After picking up the Third Cog, backtrack to the room with the
purple "Rising Pad" and drop down to the lower level, where
the pad is. Round the corner and run through the area with
the Robotic Flying Bugs. By the other door is a Cog!

Fifth: After grabbing the Fourth Cog, pass through the door and into
the Fuel Chamber. There is a Blinking Pot next to the door,
but don't hit it because off to the left a Cog! (If you
strike the Blinking Pot, Acid and Bomb Pots will appear around
         the Cog - very annoying.)

With all 5 Cogs collected, in the Fuel Chamber, head over to the
Control Panel and press the square (S) button to begin refueling the
Escape Pod. You must follow the button sequence indicated by Haven's
HUD to successfully refuel the Escape Pod.

-------
ESCAPE!
-------

When you're finished refueling the escape pod, Haven accidentally
triggers the auto-destruct sequence (oops). You have 60 seconds to
make it to the Docking Bay and escape. Good luck!

Just kidding! (I wouldn't leave you hanging) . . . Head back through
the door and run across the room. Round the corner to find purple
"Rising Pad" by the door. Ride it up to the balcony and pass through
the door. In this next room, head left and follow the scaffolding
past the turbine, jumping across the gap. Pass through the next door
to enter the Docking Bay. Run to the Escape Pod in the center of the
room.

Note: Handy green lights will help guide you during this mayhem.

Whew! Haven escaped - but how do you fly the Escape Pod again?

---------------------------------------------------------------------
OPTIONAL: SILVER KEYS & RUNESTONE
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Silver Keys

First: In the room with the turbines and the floating platforms
(near the beginning of the level), if you drop down to the
floor below and run to the other side of the room, you
will find a Shield Dragon Pot. Break it and lead the
Dragon back to the elevator platform. Ride it up, then
step on to the ledge and jump to the first raising
platform. Deploy your Energy Shield and the Dragon will
         follow.

Note: If you have your Energy Shield deployed and your are on a
platform, the Shielded Dragon will follow the movement of
       the platform.

Now, jump to the next set of platforms (there are 2 here
that rotate). Deploy your Energy Shield, and the Dragon
will follow. To lead the Dragon to the third platform,
step to the very outer edge of the platform you are on and
lead the Dragon as close to the third platform as you can.
Now, release your Energy Shield. The Dragon will stay
         where you left him.

Jump to the third paltfoprm (the rising one) and deploy
your Energy Shield (you might have to step to the very
outer edge of that platform) so the Dragon will join you.

Okay, here is the tricky part. The third and fourth
platforms are just far enough apart that the Dragon will
not follow you when you jump. So, you must leave the
Dragon halfway between (in the space between the third and
fourth platforms) briefly. To do that, ride the third
platform to the top of its run and with your Energy Shield
deployed, step off (don't jump) toward the fourth platform.
Then, immediately release your Energy Shield so that the
Dragon follows you out, but continues hovering above.

Note: Don't release your Energy Shield too late here, or the
Dragon will follow you down to the floor below and you'll
       have to start over.

Now, run back to the raising elevator platform at the
start of this area. Ride it up and leap across all the
platforms until you get to the fourth one. When you reach
it, deploy your Energy Shield and the Dragon should join
         you.

Okay, so jump to the door and deploy your Energy Shield
again. The Dragon will join you but get sucked into one
of three nearby Fire Pots. Break the Fire Pots to get him
back and him into the next room where you'll find two
Flaming Pots by the door. The second one has a Silver
         Key! (WHEEEW!)

Second: In the room with the pool that has all the floating mines,
jump in the water. Surface crawl to the right to a
platform with 2 Standard Pots and a Shielded Pot. Jump up
and do a Shield Smash on the Shielded Pot to get a Silver
         Key!

Third: After getting your Mag-Ball back, backtrack to the
previous room (the one with the 3 guards). Knock out all
3 guards with your Mag-Ball and the last one to go down
         will drop a Silver Key!

Fourth: In the room after the electrical floor (the one with green
tubes), you'll find 3 guards. Knock them all out with
your Mag-Ball and they will drop a Silver Key!

Fifth: In the room after the one with all the red smoke, you will
find a room with Flying Robotic Bugs. Shoot them all down
and last one will drop a Silver Key!

Opening the Rune Pot

In the room with all the red smoke, weave through two pillars to
the right. Back behind them is a Bomb Pot, a Standard Pot, and the
Rune Pot. With all 5 Silver Keys collected, break it to get a
Runestone!

weapon here, so you're main objective is just to stay alive. Bits of
debris will fly at you. It would be beneficial to avoid them.

Note: Your Shield Energy meter (blue) shows the shields for the Escape
Pod. Don't let it run out!

Tip: You can easily avoid all debris by just circling around the
       perimeter of the screen.

Haven will land in a lake and meet Will & Chill on Exarco!

and as you damage it, the crosshair will turn red.

On to the fun! First thing, about six small ships will fly at you
(they go down in one hit each).

Then, a Bug pops up and starts to attack. The Bug flies around in a
circle and launches missiles at you. Focus on taking the Bug out as
fast as you can.

Next, another wave of small ships will fly at you.

Then, four tiny gold flies will come at you and drop little bombs on
you. Take them out because they won't go away!

This is followed by a wave of 4 more tiny gold flies. After that, a
Bug stops in front of you and hovers.

Then, a wave of small ships comes at you, followed by 3 waves of 4
tiny gold flies each.

Then, more ships fly at you. Immediately after this, 2 Bugs pop up
to say hi. (Here, focus on destroying one Bug at a time to make this
easy.)

After the Bugs, more missiles come.

Then, the train will enter a tunnel, and it's off to the Hatching
Ground!

Haven must collect eggs during the day and defend them from the Xenos
at night so they can hatch in the morning.

---
DAY
---

***RUNESTONE ALERT!!!***

To collect eggs, run to the landing pad in the center of the Hatching
Ground. Press the square (S) button to get in the Hoverplane. Now
fly over the walls of the Hatching Ground and pick up eggs with the
plane.

Your HUD acts as a radar and will show yellow dots which indicate
where eggs are. Use this to help you.

Note: Notice the sun icon on top of your HUD? This indicates how much
time is left before nightfall. The closer it is to the right,
       the sooner night will come.

To pick up an egg with the Hoverplane, simply fly over it. The plane
will automatically take the egg. Now, fly back into the Hatching
Ground over one of the 8 blue pools. Once you do that, the egg will
be placed in the pool. Repeat this process until you have collected
at least 4 eggs before dusk.

Note: Try to collect as many eggs as you can before nightfall - all 8
if you can. This will make the level easier.

There are some icons in the bottom left corner of the screen.

EMU: Shows how many Emus Haven has hatched

EGG: Shows how many eggs you have currently collected

With enough eggs collected (at least 4), use the remaining time to
stock up on Catana before nightfall. The Xenos will attack come
darkness, so walk over to one of the 3 Gun Turrets and press (S) to
hop on. Now wait for the madness to commence.

-----
NIGHT
-----

Defending the eggs works just like a "shooter" type of game. Get on a
Gun Turret if you haven't already. Targeted items are green. The
more you damage them, the crosshair turns red. Oh, and each gun
turret has unlimited ammo.

Note: Your Shield Energy meter shows the shield of the gun. Don't let
it run down or the Gun Turret will be destroyed.

Your HUD acts as a radar, showing three different color dots: yellow
(eggs), purple (thieves), red (other enemies). Purple dots are the
ones you want to worry about. Find the location of the Xeno Thieves
using your HUD and shoot them down. Xeno Thieves normally come two at
a time. Focus on shooting down one at a time.

Dive-bombing Xenos come in waves. Shoot them down, or they will bomb
your Gun Turret.

Note: The crescent moon above the HUD shows the progression of
nighttime. The closer it is to the right, the closer it is to
       morning.

There are also Xeno Bugs that come and zap your Gun Turret. Shoot
them before they do. Also, if you can see little brown bug eggs,
shoot them before they hatch Xeno Bugs.

Tips: Thief Xenos should be your main priority here, since you want to
       protect the eggs.

Only get off a Gun Turret if you absolutely have to (it is
destroyed or you're running low on Catana).

There are various weapon power-ups around the landing pad, but
       Gun Turrets are better.

------------
LOADING EMUS
------------

If you defended the eggs through the night, the surviving eggs will
hatch. (Remember, at least 1 egg must survive). Hatch 8 Emus and you
will beat the level. If you haven't hatched that many yet, go collect
more eggs before the process begins again. But remember to collect at
least 4 eggs every time you go out - no matter what.

OPTIONAL: RUNESTONE
---------------------------------------------------------------------
To get the Runestone, collect ALL 8 Eggs before dusk the first day.
Defend all 8 Eggs during the night, and if all 8 Eggs hatch the
next morning, Haven will get Runestone!

Use your HUD to determine from which direction the enemies are
attacking. The Emu icon shows how many Emus are left on the train.
The green Energy meter shows the power of the train - if that runs
down, you lose. (Not good.)

Ahead of you, a Bug will appear. He flies around in circles and shoots
missiles at you. Shoot him down. After that, another Bug will pop up.

Note: After the initial two Bugs, the rest of the enemies attack from
       behind.

Behind you, a Xeno Thief will fly up and attach itself to the train.
Shoot him before he takes an Emu.

Note: Whenever a Xeno Thief attaches itself to the train, try and get
rid of it as fast as you can. You will also hear a warning beep
       when it happens.

After this, four tiny gold flies will hover around you and a Bug will
show up. On top of this, another Xeno Thief will attach itself to the
train. Take care of the Xeno Thief first.

Then, 4 more tiny gold flies will come at you, followed by some
missiles and another Xeno Thief.

Then, many Bugs will pop up and more Xeno Thieves will come.
(Remember, take care of the Xenos Thieves first when possible.)

After this, more tiny gold flies come at you, followed by two Bugs.
Watch out for more missiles!

Near the end of the level, you will be bombarded with a few Xeno
Thieves and a bunch of Bugs. Take out the Xenos first.

The train will reach its destination and Will & Chill will thank Haven
for his services.

---------------
INTO THE DEPTHS
---------------

Haven will land next to a Flaming Pot and a Weapon Pot. Ahead of him
is a brown murky area. Strike the Weapon pot to get a Rapid Fire
Cannon (Blue) power-up. Now, jump into the murky area and make your
way through as fast as you can. Xeno Bugs will drop and attack.
Shoot them with weapon power-ups.

Note: Halfway through this murky area on the left is a Weapon Pot with
a Five-Way Shot (purple). It could be useful.

After this area, you will come to a tunnel with a Shield Dragon Pot and
some Xeno Eggs. Use your weapon power-up (if you still have it) to
shoot all the Eggs. Otherwise, just deploy your Energy Shield and run
around the Eggs as they explode.

You will come to a Flaming Blinking Pot. Lead the Shield Dragon (from
the Shield Dragon Pot) to it and have him break it. A nearby wire-
frame pot will turn into a Weapon Pot. Strike the Weapon Pot to get a
Plasma Shot (orange) power-up. Now, head through the next murky area.
Shoot any Xeno Bugs that drop.

When you make it out of the murky pit, you will find another Weapon Pot
on your left. In it is a Rapid Fire Cannon (blue) power-up. This is a
good thing because, in the corridor ahead, more Xeno Bugs will drop.

Run through the corridor past some Fire Pots. About halfway through on
your left is an Energy Pot. Hop in it and launch Haven to get a Plasma
Shot (orange) power-up.

Now, head toward the murky area ahead. In this area, certain part of
the fog are green - don't touch the green fog, as it hurts! Use the
Plasma Shot to take out any Xeno Bugs. About halfway through this
area, you will find a Rapid Fire Cannon (blue) power-up. Pick it up
and continue.

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(Second)***

Ahead on dry land, you will see an Energy Pot with a Five-Way Shot
(purple) power-up above it. Grab it and run into the corridor past
some more Xeno Eggs and Xeno Bugs. (Stay to the sides of the
corridor to avoid falling Xeno Eggs.)

Note: You may have to go back to the Energy Pot to grab the weapon
       power-up.

After passing through the corridor, you will come to a Mag-Ball Grind
on a cliff. Step on the pad and grind across to the other ledge.
(Don't fall off, or you'll fall to the murky pits below.) Once
there, head left past an Acid Pot to another Mag-Ball Grind. Grind
across to find a Shild Dragon Pot and a Shielded Pot next to some
Fire Pots. Head right to find 4 Flaming Pots and another Mag-Ball
Grind.

Note: You can lead the Shield Dragon to the Flaming Pots to get some
       Hearts and Catana.

Grind across to find an area with some Shield Energy and an Energy
Pot. Hop in and launch Haven up to a ledge with a Mag-Ball Grind.
Deploy your Mag-Ball and grind to the next room.

Note: You will have to steer Haven on this Mag-Ball Grind. If he
falls off, he will get hurt.

---------------------
4 COGS & SOME DRAGONS
---------------------

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(Third)***

Haven will be dropped in a room that is dark. Some Shield Dragons
are flying around in this room. They provide light. Well, Haven
will not have any Shield Energy when he enters this room, so he will
not be able to lead the Dragons around. Instead, he will have to
follow them. If Haven steps into a dark portion of the room, a Xeno
Bug will drop down and eat Haven (yummy!), so he must stay in the
protective light of the Dragons at all times while in this room.
The Dragons fly on set paths.

Note: When following a Dragon, there will be a blue light under it -
try and stay as close to the blue dots as you can.

First: Okay, so by the entrance, there is a stationary Dragon. Wait
under it until a Dragon flies to the entrance. Follow this
Dragon to the center of the room, where a stationary Dragon is
waiting. Wait briefly under the stationary Dragon. Look to
the right of the room. You will see a Cog by the wall. When
a Dragon flies to the center of the room, follow it to the
         wall to get the Cog!

Second: After getting the First Cog, wait under the stationary Dragon
by the wall. Look to your right. A Dragon will fly at you.
Follow it to the corner of the room to get a Cog! (Be sure to
follow it back to the stationary Dragon.)

Third: From the stationary Dragon by the wall where you picked up the
First Cog, look to the left to find a Dragon flying along the
wall. When it flies over to you, follow it along the wall to
the corner. There, you will find a Cog! (Again, be sure to
follow it back to the stationary Dragon.)

Fourth: Go back to the stationary Dragon in the center of the room,
and there you will notice a Dragon that periodically circles
to the back of the back of the room. When he flies by, follow
him to the back of the room to pick up the final Cog!

With all 4 Cogs collected, stay under the stationary Dragon by the exit
(at the back of the room). Lo0oking down the corridor, you will notice
a Dragon flying there. When he comes at you, follow him down the
corridor to the lift. Run on to the lift and press (S) to activate it.

-----------------
OPENING THE GRILL
-----------------

Ride the lift down to the floor below. When it stop, run straight and
through the tunnel to the next room.

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(Fourth)***

This room has platforms in it. On each platform is a Plasma Shot
(orange) power-up. Small Xeno Bugs will drop from the ceiling and
cover the ground. They will hurt if you touch them. There is a
Plasma Shot next to the entrance. Grab it. Now, aim at the first
platform and fire. This will momentarily clear a path in the bugs
for Haven to safely run through on the floor and hop up to the
platform.

Note: After clearing a path, the Bugs will drop from the ceiling to
cover the floor after bit, so move quickly.

With the path cleared, go to the first platform. Grab the Plasma
Shot and repeat the process. Look left and clear a path to the
next platform. After that, you can jump through the exit.

Run through the tunnel past a Spiky Pot to come to another room where
Small Xeno Bugs infest the floor. In this room, you must make it to
the grill that blocks the exit. There is one catch: it's locked.
To unlock it, you must step on four yellow switches located
throughout the room.

Grab the Plasma Shot by the entrance and jump to the first platform.
From there, you will see the first yellow switch. You must clear a
path to it and run out to it to press it.

Note: When going for the yellow switches, I suggest first clearing a
path to the switch itself and then running out to it. After you
have pressed the switch, dash back to the platform were just on
before the Bugs drop again. After that, clear a path to the
next platform. This is easier than pushing a switch and
immediately trying to make it to the next platform. (You'll
probably get eaten if you do that.)

Go to the next platform and clear a path to the right to press the
second switch. Make your way to the third platform. Then, aim
toward the wall (to the left of the grill) to clear a path to the
fourth platform. When you get to that platform, clear a path to
the third switch next to the flaming pot (off to the right in the
corner). After that, clear a path to the fifth platform. Next to
this is the final switch. Press it and go back to the fourth
platform. Now, clear a path next to the grill (as it is now open)
and jump through and into the corridor.

-----------------
DEEPER AND DEEPER
-----------------

In this corridor, you'll find a Mag-Ball Grind. Step on the pad
and grind, steering Haven through the corridor.

You will be dropped in a cavern with green water. Notice the
bubbly spots in the water? Stay away from those - they are
tentacles that will eat you. (The tentacles might come after you
if you get too close.) In the center of the room is an island (the
Rune Pot is here - remember that for later). Grab the "Light"
power-up, so you can see, and run through the area, avoiding the
bubbly spots.

Note: Pressing (L1) in the water will make Haven swim. (Kinda nice.)

You will enter a tunnel with some Xeno Eggs. Deploy your Energy
Shield to protect yourself and run through.

Next is another cavern with tentacles and green water. Make your way
through. However, watch out for follicles that shoot acid from the
walls. If the acid hits you, it will hurt, and the control scheme
will get messed up, briefly making Haven go in the wrong direction.

When you make it to dry land, you will find a Ricochet Cannon (green)
power-up. Grab it and head in the corridor. But be careful, as
Xeno Bugs are in this area. In the corridor, there are some boxes
in a corner. Jump up here to avoid the Xeno Bugs and grab another
Ricochet Cannon power-up. Quickly make your way up the rest of the
corridor. (The Xeno Bugs will keep dropping, so move fast!)

***SILVER KEY ALERT!!!(Fifth)***

When you make it to the top if the corridor, grab the "Light" power-up
so you can see and turn right. There will be scaffolding. Run along
the scaffolding, avoiding acid shooting from follicles in the wall.

Note: Don't fall off the scaffolding, or you will plummet to the room
       with green water and tentacles.

You will come to a gap in the scaffolding - jump it and go left,
jumping over another gap. Make your way to a pipe and leap into it.

-----------------
DAZZLING THE EYES
-----------------

Run through the pipe to come to another room filled with green water.
(This one has 4 Xeno Eggs in it too.) Just run straight through the
room to the back where you will find a Gate that looks like a gross
sort of rib cage.

This gate is locked. To unlock it, grab the "Light" power-up. On
the left and right of the gate are eyes. When you are close enough
to them, they will open. If the eyes are not open, you cannot
dazzle them. In "First-Person" view, aim your light at each eye
until they both simultaneously emit yellow smoke and rotate. When
this happens, they will explode and the gate will open.

Note: Tentacles around the eyes will reach for you. Dazzle the eyes
with light and the tentacles will retract.

Step through the gate and drop into the next chamber with a gate.
Grab the "Light" power-up. There is an eye on the left, an eye on
the right, and one above the gate.

In the next chamber is a gate. Two eyes are above the gate one is
on the right.

The last chamber has a gate with four eyes: two on the left and
two on the right.

-------------
THE CATACOMBS
-------------

Pass through the final gate and drop down into a room with Xeno Bugs.
Run around the room, grabbing various weapon power-ups. The Xeno Bugs
will continue coming you . . .

Run around the structure in the center of this room and find a door
(next to the "Light" power-up. When you pass through the door, you're
safe - or are you?

---------------------------------------------------------------------

First: When you first begin, run through the first murky area
with the Xeno Bugs. You will come to a corridor with Xeno
Bug Eggs and a Shield Dragon Pot. Now, lead the Dragon
back through the first murky area to where you started the
level. There, you will find a Flaming Pot. Make the
Dragon break the Flaming Pot to get a Silver Key!

lead the Dragon to the Flaming Pot.

Second: After the first area of green gas pits, you will find an
Energy Pot. Launch Haven to get a Five-Way Shot (purple)
power-up. Then go forward and round the corner,
destroying all Xeno Bugs and Eggs. If you do this, the
last Xeno Bug to go down will drop a Silver Key!

Third: In the dark room where all the Shield Dragons act as light
sources (where you find the Cogs), there are some that
move. Wait by the entrance under that stationary Dragon
until one Dragon comes from the center of the room to the
door. Follow that Dragon to the center of the room and
         wait under the stationary Dragon.

Now, there will be a Dragon that periodically circles from
the center to the exit. When he passes by, follow him
until you get to the exit at the back of the room. Wait
here (under the stationary Dragon). Look to your left. A
Dragon will fly along the left wall of the room and come
to where you are. When he gets to you, follow him along
the left wall of the room. At the end of his path, there
will be 4 Standard Pots surrounding a Spiky Pot. Break
the Spiky Pot with your Mag-Ball to get a Silver Key! (Be
sure to follow the Dragon back, as he will quickly turn
around. Don't get left in the dark!)

Fourth: After riding the lift down, you will notice a Shield
Dragon Pot next to it. Break it and lead the Dragon down
the corridor to the room filled with small Xeno Bugs.
Here, since the floor is infested with bugs, use the
Plasma Shot (orange) power-up at the entrance to clear a
path to the next platform. When you do, run to the next
platform, bringing the Dragon with you. Lead the Dragon
through the room in this way.

You'll come to a corridor. Led the Dragon through it, and
you'll emerge into a second room where the ground is
infested with small Xeno Bugs. In the far left corner of
this room is a Flaming Pot. To get to it, clear a path to
each platform with the Plasma Shot power-up. Lead the
Dragon to the platform next to Flaming Pot. Now, clear a
path to the Flaming Pot. Have the Dragon break the pot to
find a Silver Key! (Now, scamper quickly back to the
         platform before more bugs fall.)

Fifth: In the area with scaffolding, at the far end of the room
is a section of scaffolding with Hearts on it. Jump to
that section, turn right, and dash to the end of the
scaffolding to find a Shield Pot. Break it with a Shield
Smash to get a Silver Key!

After picking up the Fifth Silver Key, (on the scaffolding), look
down and you will see a giant pipe. Jump down into it and run past
the Xeno Bug Eggs with your Energy Shield deployed. You will come
back to the room green water and tentacles. Jump or swim through
the water to the island in the center to find a Rune Pot. With all
5 Silver Keys collected, do a Shield Smash on the Rune Pot to get

XENO QUEEN
----------

Man is she scary! Okay, the Xeno Queen will be in the center of the
arena. Around her is Shield Energy, along with Catana and some Hearts.
Xeno Bug Eggs will drop. If they get near you, the will explode.
(Use your Energy Shield to protect you.)

The Xeno Queen will shoot green acid at you. If it hits you, the
control scheme will get messed up. You must run around the Xeno
Queen and strike her tail with your Mag-Ball. Run around her with
your Energy Shield deployed. (Oh, touching the Xeno Queen will hurt
you.) The Xeno Queen will continue to turn and face you, but
eventually, she will stop. Use this opportunity to run to her tail
and strike it with your Mag-Ball. Repeat this process until you hit
her tail 4 times.

When you do this, she will be distracted. Haven will use this time
to escape out of the chamber.

-------
ESCAPE!
-------

Haven will drop in a corridor and head forward. But that's the wrong
way because here comes the Xeno Queen - and she doesn't look too
happy. RUN!

Haven must dash at the screen with the Xeno Queen in hot pursuit.

Note: The Xeno Queen will shoot green acid at you. If it hits you,
"down" on the left analog stick will become "up" and vice-versa.
So, don't accidentally run back to the Xeno Queen, or she will
        get you.

Alright, run at the screen to find green water. Press (L1) to swim
quickly through it. Then run on ahead, through some bars. You'll
come to more green water. Swim through it quickly.

Run past some Hearts and Catana. You will come upon some more green
water. Again, swim through it. Jump through the bars and then swim
through more green water ahead.

Dash a bit ahead and you'll enter a brown murky area. Constantly
double-jump to get quickly through the area. Then, run through
another set of bars.

Keep running ahead, and soon Haven will escape to the surface to find
Chill & Will (Bodacious!)

with the Sun Surfer!

-----------
XENO ATTACK
-----------

This is the flying portion of the level. Your HUD will act as a radar,
showing approximately where enemies are located. Red dots indicate
Xenos and blue dots indicate Bugs.

The missile icon in the lower left corner of the screen shows the
current type of weapon you have.

Your Shield Energy Meter shows the power of the ship. Don't let it
run down, or the Sun Surfer will explode!

There are about 4 Xeno Queens. You must shoot the tails off of each.
When you shoot a tail off, it will burst into tiny Xenos. Shoot
these guys down, and some will drop Double-Shot Power-up Vortexes
(purple). Grab these to increase the fire power of the Sun Surfer
momentarily.

After taking out all the Tiny Xenos, the next Xeno Queen will come
at you. Use the same techniques. During all of this, about 5 or 6
Bugs will also attack you. Look out for that. The final Xeno Queen
has 3 tails. You must take them out individually.

Note: When you are in close proximity to a target, handy red arrows
will help guide you in the right direction.

----------
AFT GUNNER
----------

With all the Xeno Queens defeated, the Sun Surfer will place you in
control of the aft guns briefly. White projectiles (as indicated by
the HUD) will fly at you. Shoot them all down.

------------
ATTACK WAVES
------------

You must destroy all ships to gather warp energy. Red dots on your HUD
indicate enemy ships. Use the red arrows on screen to help determine
the location of enemy ships.

The first wave of ships has about 8 vessels. Barrel rolls are helpful
here.

Note: Any of the ships could drop various weapon power-ups or Hull
       Shields when they are destroyed.

When the first wave is destroyed, a second wave of about 6 ships will
come for you. Destroy these, and you will warp.

---------------
TRANSPORT CRAFT
---------------

Haven will happen upon 3 transport craft. You must destroy all of them.
Yellow dots on the HUD show the location of each transport craft. Red
are enemy ships. Yellow arrows will guide you to the nearest transport
craft. Red arrows will lead you to attacking ships.

Avoid the attacking ships and focus on destroying the transport crafts
one at a time. To destroy a transport craft, you must destroy each
gun turret on the vessel. Each gun turret looks like a silver rod.
Most are located on the sides of the transport crafts, and a few are
located on the middle of the hull.

Note: Use barrel rolls to avoid attacking ships and enemy fire, while
still remaining locked on your target.

With one transport craft destroyed, move on to the next transport craft
and use the same tactics until all are blown to smithereens.

Once all the transport crafts are destroyed, a purple dot will appear
on your HUD. This is your next destination. Use the purple arrows as
a guide to face the planet Auria. Facing the surface of the planet,
aim the Sun Surfer at the island in the middle of the lake. (This is
the Mount of Sighs.)

Keep heading toward it. Almost there . . .

You must find the 4 generators and destroy them with Plasma Missiles.
(They look like giant domes with Radars.) To get Plasma Missiles,
shoot down the attacking crafts. Plasma Missile power-up vortexes are
purple.

When you get a Plasma Missile power-up, save it until you're close to
a generator. Then use it, as it will not last long.

Use your HUD to determine the locations of the generators (yellow
dots). Blue dots are gun turrets. And red dots show where attacking
crafts are located.

Again, yellow arrows will help guide you to the 4 generators.

Note: There are gun turrets scattered around each generator. Do
barrel rolls to avoid their fire and still stay locked on your
target. Enemy ships will continue coming for you until all 4
       generators are destroyed.

5 Cogs to open the gate. Run to the Quad Racer by the bridge and press
(S) to get in.

Note: This level actually requires careful handling of the Quad, as
most of the Cogs are by the ledges in the area. Don't fall off!

------
5 COGS
------

First: After jumping in the Quad, drive over the bridge and turn
right. The Cog is by a Floating Mine.

Second: After grabbing the First Cog, continue driving around the
building. The Second Cog is by a tree. Grab it, but don't
         fall off the ledge!

Third: With the Second Cog in hand, head over the hill and back
behind the building, past some Catana, to get to a Cog!

Fourth: After picking up the Third Cog, continue for a bit. A Cog is
         nearby.

Fifth: After grabbing the Fourth Cog, continue around the building,
past some more Catana, to a hill. On top of the hill is a
         Cog!

Once you have collected all 5 Cogs, a flashing green dot will appear
on your HUD. This is the unlocked door. To get there, head back to
the bridge and continue around. The door is on the right side of the
building. Drive up to it and go inside.

Run forward from the door to find two Power Sticks and a Spheri-Shield
Pad. Charge both Power Sticks and step on the pad to acquire a
Spheri-Shield. (Remember, constantly pick up Shield Energy to keep
the Spheri-Shield functional.) Also, try and stay in your Spheri-
Shield as long as you can, so you don't have to always run back and
get a new one.

Note: If you accidentally hit the Power Sticks with a weapon power-up
while they are charged, they will lose their Energy, and you
       will have to recharge them.

There are 5 Giant Gladiatorial Robots in this area. You must destroy
each. If you do this, each one will drop a Feather!

Note: Aim for the tails of the Gladiatorial Robots, or else you will
lose your Spheri-Shield. Each Gladiatorial Robot takes 3-4 hits
       to go down.

Other smaller gold enemies will come for you as well. Destroy them to
get Catana and Hearts. There are numerous weapon power-ups and Weapon
Pots scattered throughout the arena, should you need them.

With all 5 Feathers (RED) collected, head back to the Power Sticks and

The Shield Generators are blue hoops located around the tower. To
disable one, fly the glider through the blue hoop. This will shut it
off and give you some momentum. Fly to each shield and disable them
all the same fashion.

Note: Watch out for the blue vertical Energy Bolts. They will destroy
your glider if you touch them. Oh, some guns will fire at you
from the tower - watch out.

I recommend heading left around the area, disabling each as you go.
You might have to slow down to pass through a Shield Generator.

-------------
ASTEROID BELT

You will come to an asteroid belt. Three waves of ships will attack.
The second and third waves of ships have Hull Shields for protection.
Using normal ammo on these ships will not hurt them. To disable their
shields, fly to the brown asteroids. Destroy the asteroids to get
Plasma Torpedo Power-ups. Now, use the Plasma Missiles to shoot down
the ships.

Note: Only use the power-ups when you are close to enemy ships, as
firing constantly will deplete the power-up quickly.

Careful, these guys like to swoop in and hit you from behind, so move
around. After you defeat the 3 waves of ships, you will warp again.

Oh, hey, look! There's a boat just conveniently waiting for you! . . .

------
5 COGS
------

Use your HUD to determine the locations of the 5 Cogs (blue dots).
Red dots indicate floating mines. Watch out for heat-seeking
missiles - they destroy your boat. They are dropped by gun turrets
and planes that occasionally pass overhead. If a missile is following
you, you will hear a dinging sound.

Note: To avoid the heat-seeking missiles, drive the boat up on an
       island briefly.

So, the missiles come from gun turrets on the islands. These turrets
have Cogs above them. To get the Cogs, simply drive the boat onto the
island and smack into the turret. The gun will explode, and you'll get
a Cog!

Four of the Cogs are in the lava and the green water. For the last
Cog, you must travel to a rock formation with a green river dumping
out into the lake. Travel upriver and you will eventually come to a
gun turret on an island. Destroy it to get a Cog!

When you collect all 5 Cogs, a green dot on your HUD will begin to
flash. Head toward it. (Go toward the big gate in the green water.)
Haven will open the gate and go inside.

--------
TORPEDO!
--------

Haven must outrun a torpedo that is following him and find the landing
bay. Watch out for floating mines along the path.

Okay, go straight and swing right around a corner. Straight ahead is
a jump. Keep going straight - through the tunnel, and then through
some floating mines, turning left.

Go over a jump and make a left. Now go straight to find the landing
bay. (Phew - just made it!)

---------------
LOCATE THE LIFT
---------------

Ahead of Haven is a catwalk with Catana. Run to the end of it and
jump across the platforms. When you reach final platform, you will
see rock ledges going off a waterfall. You must jump to the rock
ledges before they plummet. Do that and jump to the nearby platform.
Now leap up to the door. It will open.

Run through the corridor to get to the lift.

------------
INFILTRATION
------------

After riding the lift up, you will find a Spheri-Shield Pad ahead of
you. Step on it. With the Spheri-Shield, roll over the hot grate and
through the door.

In the next room, follow the path while picking up Shield Energy. Be
careful, certain sections of the path are missing. Carefully navigate
around these missing sections 'cause you don't want to fall! Also, be
careful not to roll off the edges, as nothing will stop you.

Follow the path past some wavy areas. You will come to a hot grate.
There are three paths: left, right, and straight-ahead. The path
ahead is blocked by a door, so go left and up the ramp. Follow that
path to a platform with an orange pad. Roll on the pad, and the door
will be partially opened. Now, roll back to the hot grate with the
door and take the other path to another pad. Roll over the pad to open
the gate fully.

Now roll back to the gate and go down the newly opened path. You'll
drop into a half-pipe. Roll down it (avoiding the missing sections).
Be sure to roll over the flashing blue squares to get speed boosts.

At the end of the half-pipe, roll up the ramp to the door. Go through
it to the corridor.

In the corridor, carefully roll across the wavy path and go through
the door to find a half-pipe outside.

Follow the half-pipe (watch out for missing sections) to a door. Go
through the door to enter another large room. Roll along the path
ahead and go either direction (I recommend right - but either way
works) to end up at a hot grate with a door blocking the path.

Now, from that hot grate, take a left and roll along the path
(avoiding the holes) to an orange pad. Roll over the pad to open
the door partway. Now, go back to the hot grate and take the other
path. Roll quickly across the gap and follow the rest of the path
to the other pad.

Now roll back to the door and head down the newly opened path.

You'll drop in another half-pipe. Avoid the missing sections and
remember to roll over the flashing blue squares to get speed boosts.

When you get to the end of the half-pipe, roll up the ramps to the
door, and go through into a corridor.

Pass through the corridor to another half-pipe outside. Drop into
that and follow it. You will come to yet another corridor. Pass
through that.

You will roll into another big room (with green acid and giant
reactors). Follow the precarious path ahead (watch out for holes)
to get to a hot grate and a door. You must open this one too. Take
the left path to get to a pad. Press it and door will halfway.

Note: On the left path here, it splits into two paths: a high jump
and a low path. Take the low path to get to the pad. (You can
try the high jump - but only if you're brave.)

Now take the low path to get back to the hot grate with the door. Go
down the other path to the other pad. (This path is pretty wavy and
thin, so be careful.)

With the door open, roll back to it and take the newly opened path.
You will drop into ANOTHER half-pipe. Follow it, but look out because
this one has a jump in it. (Be sure to pass over the blue pad to get
a speed boost and clear it.)

At the end of the half-pipe, roll up the ramp on to the lift. Chess
will come in a ship for Haven!

Haven must find Vetch! (But where did he go?)

----------
NAVIGATION
----------

Navigate the planets to find his ship. Use the ship to warp to
differing planets. Just aim the ship toward the plant to which you
wish to travel. A display will appear, telling the name of the
location. Press (X) to warp.

Note: To warp, you must gather warp energy. Gather warp energy by
shooting down 3 waves of ships. Right when you get in the ship
or arrive at a planet, 3 waves of ships will attack you.

So, where did Vetch go? Here's a hint: Mount of Sighs. It's on the
planet Auria. With your ship, select Auria and warp there to find
Vetch's ship being escorted toward the Mount of Sighs. Follow him by
aiming the vessel toward the Mount of Sighs on the planet's surface.
(Avoid the escort ships, as they will leave the atmosphere.)

----------
LORD VETCH
----------

Haven will land and secretly see Vetch injecting the virus into King
Athellion. Now, Vetch spots Haven and is coming for him. Haven must
defend himself. Help him out by pressing the correct button sequence
as it passes through the green crosshair on your information panel.
(This will be fun for all you FreQuency players out there!)

After that . . . well, you beat the game!!!!! (Congrats!)

But . . .

Wait . . .

***************************** X. SECRETS ******************************
***********************************************************************

So what are all those Runestones for, you ask? Well, if you collect
all 12 Runestones scattered throughout the game, you can play the 8
bonus levels known as the Rune Towers.

===================
FINDING RUNE TOWERS
===================

The Rune Towers are located throughout the galaxy on different planets.
You can access the Rune Towers through the last level of the game,
"FINDING VETCH." Here is a brief summary of the locations of the Rune
Towers:

Auria: 2 (Rune Towers 3 & 7)
Exarco: 1 (Rune Tower 5)
Ferra: 2 (Rune Towers 1 & 8)
Ferven: 2 (Rune Towers 4 & 6)
Nequam: 1 (Rune Tower 2)

To find a Rune Tower, warp to a planet and search for flat areas on
the continents that look like giant Runestones. This process is long
and may take a while. You must fly down into the atmosphere,
searching, and all the while, being pursued by ships. Once, you find
a marker, fly close to it, and a tower will rise. Fly over the
landing pad and press the circle button (C) to land.

Note: I recommend slowing down when landing on a Rune Tower. You
       don't want to crash.

Also, when you're in a Map Room on a planet that has more than
one Rune Tower, you can use the Map of the planet to help you
locate the other Rune Tower as well as the Black Diamond.

===================
SHIP'S WARP DISPLAY
===================

When you warp to another planet, you will see your ship's Warp Display.
Most of it is alien characters, but the parts that are legible show
the name of the planet your ship is pointed at. Along with that,
there is a percentage. This percentage shows how much of the game you
have completed. (It starts at 84%.) It goes up every time you beat
a Rune Tower and find the location of the Black Diamond.

In the upper right corner of the display is (N/8). This figure shows
how many of the Black Diamonds you have collected. It goes up every
time you beat a Rune Tower and find the location of the Black Diamond.

==============
BLACK DIAMONDS
==============

These float above the planet, and they look like, well, diamonds,
shielded in a ball of Energy. You must collect all 8 of the Black
Diamonds scattered throughout the universe to truly beat HAVEN.

The Black Diamonds are hidden. Their locations can only be found once
you beat the Rune Tower and find the location on the map.

On to the Rune Towers:

=======================================================================
------------------------ RUNE TOWER 1 (FERRA) -------------------------
=======================================================================

LEVEL TYPE: SPHERI-SHIELD RUN

DIRECTIONS: Warp to Ferra. Find the continent with Darkwater Village,
Lake, and Castle (this is a fairly big continent). Across
from the Clearwater Bay site is another continent with
snowcapped mountains. The Rune Tower is there.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Disembark from the ship and run down the path with the yellow and black
stripes. Press (S) to open the door. Inside, step up to the Spheri-
Shield Pad. With the Spheri-Shield, roll into the half-pipe.

-----------------
SPHERI-SHIELD RUN
-----------------

The moment you roll on to the half-pipe, rocks will fall. Try and
avoid them. It also helps to roll carefully and not too fast.

Note: If you're brace and use careful aim, at the first turn in the
half-pipe, you can roll off and jump a gap to the ledge below.
If you do this correctly, you can skip half of the track.

You will roll down the half-pipe to a thin pipe. Some of the edges
have ramps. Control your movements to make it to a short half-pipe.

After this, you will come to a split with a ramp. You can go left
of right. I recommend going right along the thin path to drop into
the half-pipe.

Next is an area where the middle of the floor is missing. Roll
around that (I recommend rolling right) and into the next half-pipe.

In the next area, the path is thin and splits into two paths around
a giant rock. I recommend taking the one to the right.

Negotiate some corners carefully and roll up a thin rock path to the
door.

--------
MAP ROOM
--------

Step through the door and into the Map Room. Press (S) at the
control panel to activate the map. Use the right analog stick to
rotate the planet and the left analog stick to zoom in and out.

You must find the location of the Black Diamond. Red arrows will
guide you to the location. (Zoom in all the way to find the
location.)

The location is by a snowcap on a continent. (You will see this
continent when you first activate the map.)

Now, jump down to the center of the room and leap in the white
particles above the podium. This will take you back to your ship.
Hop in your ship and fly toward the location. (Use the white arrows
to guide you.)

When you reach your destination, you will see a Black Diamond floating
above the location. Fly through it with the ship to pick up the Black
Diamond. (This one is rather close to the Rune Tower.)

=======================================================================
------------------------ RUNE TOWER 2 (NEQIAM) ------------------------
=======================================================================

LEVEL TYPE: SPHERI-SHIELD RUN

DIRECTIONS: Look for a long, thin continent. (It should be close when
you first warp to the planet.) The Rune Tower is there.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Disembark from the ship and run down to the door.

----------------
SPHER-SHIELD RUN
----------------

Run across the path to find a Spheri-Shield Pad. Step on it to get a
Spheri-Shield. Now, roll up the half-pipe. Roll around the corner to
a jump. Go carefully over the jump and around a couple of corners.

Try to slow down here because you will come to a thin path. Navigate
carefully across the thin path to another half-pipe.

After the half-pipe, you'll come upon a bumpy path where the path
splits. (I recommend taking the right path here.) Now turn the
corner and navigate the bumpy thin path until you come to the door.

--------
MAP ROOM
--------

Step through the door and into the Map Room. Walk over to the control
panel and press (S) to activate the map. Red arrows will help you
find the location of the Black Diamond. Use the right analog stick
to rotate the map and the left analog stick to zoom in and out.

The location of the Black Diamond is over the ocean.

Once you find it, jump into the white particles in the center of the
room to warp back to your ship. Go find it. White arrows will guide
you to the Black Diamond.

=======================================================================
------------------------ RUNE TOWER 3 (AURIA) -------------------------
=======================================================================

LEVEL TYPE: SPHERI-SHIELD RUN

DIRECTIONS: Warp to Auria, but DO NOT follow Vetch's ship and go to
the Mount of Sighs, or you will end the game. Instead,
from the Mount of Sighs, head to the right, over the
continent to find the Rune Tower.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Disembark from the ship and go down the path to the door. Inside, you
will find (guess what?) a Spheri-Shield Pad. Step on it.

-----------------
SPHERI-SHIELD RUN
-----------------

Once you have the Spheri-Shield, roll on to the half-pipe.

Note: The Red Energy will hurt you if you touch it.

Roll down the half-pipe, gathering speed and jump across the gap to
another half-pipe. (Be sure to slow down once you make the jump, so
you don't roll over the edge.) Follow that half-pipe and try to gather
speed because you will come to another jump.

After that, you will come to an area with thin paths covered in yellow
and black stripes. This area also goes up and down. Roll carefully
along the path, finding the shortest route through.

Next, you will come to a path that splits into wide and narrow ways.
Follow the wide path, as much as you can to get to a half-pipe.

Roll down the half-pipe and slow to come to a narrow ramp. Roll up
the ramp to get to the door.

--------
MAP ROOM
--------

Go through the door and into the control room. Press (S) by the
control panel to activate map. Use the left analog to zoom in and
out and the right analog stick to rotate the map. Red arrows will
help you find the location of the Black Diamond.

The location is on a small island west of the continent with the Mount
of Sighs.

After finding it, jump in the white particles in the center of the
room to warp back to your ship. Go find the Black Diamond! (White
arrows will guide you to it.)

=======================================================================
----------------------- RUNE TOWER 4 (FERVEN) -------------------------
=======================================================================

LEVEL TYPE: SPHERI-SHIELD RUN

DIRECTIONS: Look for the second big continent on Ferven. It is HUGE.
The Rune Tower is in the center.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Disembark from the ship and run down the path to the door. Go through
the door to find (oh WOW!) ANOTHER Spheri-Shield Pad.

-----------------
SPHERI-SHIELD RUN
-----------------

Once you have the Spheri-Shield, roll into the half-pipe. You will
come to a thin bumpy path that splits in two directions. Go either
way to get to a windy path.

Roll around the windy path to a half-pipe. Drop in and roll around
the portion with the missing center. (I recommend going to the right
because you will go on to a wider path.) If you go left, you must
navigate a thin path and then drop onto a path a below.

Roll into the half-pipe ahead, and carefully navigate around the
missing sections. Roll up the ramp to get to the door.

--------
MAP ROOM
--------

Step through the door to find the control panel. Activate the map by
pressing (S) next to the control panel. Use the right analog stick
to rotate the map and the left to zoom in and out. Red arrows will
guide you to the location.

The location of the Black Diamond is in a cluster of small islands in
the light area of the map.

Once you find the location, jump into the white particles in the
center of the room to warp back to your ship. White arrows will
guide you to the location of the Black Diamond.

=======================================================================
------------------------ RUNE TOWER 5 (EXARCO) ------------------------
=======================================================================

LEVEL TYPE: SPERI-SHIELD RUN

DIRECTIONS: Warp to Exarco. Look for the big continent with the
Hatching Ground. (There are snow peaks close by.) The
Hatching Ground looks like a circle. The Rune Tower is
             close to that.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Disembark from the ship and run down to the door.

-----------------
SPHERI-SHIELD RUN
-----------------

Note: This Spheri-Shield run is the toughest one in the game. You
must demonstrate exceptional control to beat it. Remember to
navigate each section as carefully as you can - never letting
the Spheri-Shield go too terribly fast.

Once inside, step on the Pad to get a Spheri-Shield. Roll along the
windy path. Roll around the section with the missing floor and into
a half-pipe.

You will go down a hill. Go SLOWLY! Turn the corner carefully and go
down the ramp to the thin path. Make a hard right, navigate to the
next ramp and go down slowly to make a left.

Navigate the path as carefully as you can and drop into a spiraling
half-pipe. But don't roll TOO fast down it because you will come to
another thin path.

Roll carefully up the thin path to the door.

--------
MAP ROOM
--------

Step through the door and into the map room. Press (S) by the control
panel and look for the location on the map. Again, the right analog
stick rotates the map, and the left zooms in and out. Red arrows will
help guide you.

Look on the northern tip of the planet for a large continent with a
snowcap. The snowcap is the location.

After finding the location, jump in the particles on the podium in
the center of the room to warp back to your ship. Now, go find the
Black Diamond. (It is close to the Rune Tower.)

=======================================================================
------------------------ RUNE TOWER 6 (FERVEN) ------------------------
=======================================================================

LEVEL TYPE: CHALLENGE OF FLIGHT

DIRECTIONS: Warp to Ferven. Head toward the middle of the giant
continent. (It will be there, first thing, when you warp
there.) The Rune Tower is there.

Navigate the Glider Challenge to find a door. When you come to the
glowing landing pad, press (X) to slow down and land.

--------
MAP ROOM
--------

After completing the Challenge of Flight, step through the door and
into the map room. You know what to do.

The location of the Black Diamond is in a crater that is in the middle
of a continent on the lighted portion of the map.

Now, warp back to your ship and go find the sucker!

=======================================================================
------------------------ RUNE TOWER 7 (AURIA) -------------------------
=======================================================================

LEVEL TYPE: CHALLENGE OF FLIGHT

DIRECTIONS: Warp to Auria. This Rune Tower is on a continent to the
Southwest of the Mount of Sighs. (Again, DO NOT follow
Vetch's ship to the Mount of Sighs, or you will end the
             game.)

GLIDER CONTROLS
---------------
Left Analog Stick.............Control Plane

----------------
GLIDER CHALLENGE
----------------

You must pass through 81 hoops (or close to that number to make it to
the door. When you get to the glowing landing pad, press (X) to slow
down and land.

Note: Remember, Blue Hoops give you speed boosts. Use your HUD to
help you find the locations of the next hoops (red dots) if you
       get lost.

When you land, run up to the door and press (S) to open it.

--------
MAP ROOM
--------

You know the drill. The location of the Black Diamond is on a tiny
speck of an island off of the long continent. Go find it!

=======================================================================
------------------------ RUNE TOWER 8 (FERRA) -------------------------
=======================================================================

LEVEL TYPE: PLATFORMING/GLADIATORIAL COMBAT

DIRECTIONS: Look for a long, thin continent, covered in snow and ice.
             The Rune Tower is there.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Disembark and pass through the door.

-----------------------
GLADIATOR! (AND 5 COGS)
-----------------------

This is a level with 5 Gladiatorial Robots. Run in the room and jump
across two rocks platforms to get to the circular arena. Now, jump
straight across to find a Spheri-Shield Pad on a metal grate pathway.

After picking up the Spheri-Shield, roll along the metal grate,
picking up Shield Energy to make it back to the arena. Now, go after
the Gladiatorial Robots. They take 3-4 hits to go down. Remember,
aim for the middle of their tails.

Try and pick up Shield Energy around the arena to keep your Spheri-
Shield functional.

Note: There are various weapon power-ups scattered about the arena.

Each one of the Gladiatorial Robots will drop a Cog once it goes down.
You must gather all 5 Cogs.

You can destroy the smaller robots for various power-ups, Catana, and
Hearts.

--------
MAP ROOM
--------

After getting the 5 Cogs from the Gladiatorial Robots, destroy the
rest of the small robots, and you will be pointed toward the door.
Jump over some rock platforms to get to it and run through to find the
Map Room.

You know what to do. The location of the Black Diamond is a TINY
island in the middle of the ocean.

Now, warp back to your ship and go grab the final Black Diamond!

=======================================================================
---------------------------- TRUE ENDING ------------------------------
=======================================================================

When you have beaten ALL 8 of the Rune Towers and picked up ALL 8
Black Diamonds, your ship's Warp Display will read 100% and show (8/8)
Black Diamonds located.

Now, warp back to Auria and follow Vetch's ship down to the Mount of
Sighs and play through the rest of the level to the end of the game.

After the credits, you will get a small bonus, well sort of. (Yes,
this is the END of HAVEN: CALL OF THE KING.) Congratulations!
