First if you read how to get him at the bottom of your upgrades page you'll see that you have to smash 7500 things to get him. The easy way is to get the sprint upgrade. Once you get it run along the sidewalk and run into everything on the sidewalk. Soon enough you will have unlocked the gray hulk secret costume at the home page.
