You have to go to the option and set every thing to 100% and you will win all games.
Win All Exhibition Games
If you want to have a perfect game start an exhibition game and go to the menu. Once you have gone there you go to options then go to my NBA 2K9 and a screen will show up to help you play the game. Set EVERYTHING to 100 and you will beat every team by at least 20 or more points.
