Hints
The Secret Highway
At the start of 'The Party' (lvl 5), don't go foward - go backward to the door with the star on it. There is a secret Subspace Highway where you can gain extra money, plus when you exit the highway you will have passed half the level without taking any damage from enemies!

Convert Money To Animals

Turn On Blood Mode

Play As Same Character

Use Scott's Heart Sword

Beat the game with all four characters to unlock Nega-Scott to unlock Nega Scott.
