The Battle Rifle The battle rifle is a human weapon that fires short bursts of 3 bullets each. The battle rifle is equipped with a scope that zoomes 2x. This makes it good for talking out weak enemies from a some what long distance with out being spotted by them. Strength: Medium Bullet capacity:130 Good against: Grunts, Jackals, Drones, Elites Zoom: 2x Range: Both Accuracy: Highly accurate Reload speed: Medium Dual Wield: no Firing Speed: Fast Rating 1-10: 9 ----- 1:2 The SMG The SMG is an automatic gun which fires 60 bullets at a time very good against elites. Usually good for killing enemies closer up then other weapons. This gun has no zoom but is still very strong. However shoot this gun in bursts because it will spray decreacing its accuracy. Strength: Close range, high Bullet capacity: up to 200 Good against: Elites, Grunts, Flood, Drones Zoom: none Range: somewhat close for stronger attack Accuracy: medium Reload speed: Fast Dual Wield: Yes Firing Speed: Medium Rating 1-10: 8 ----- 1:3 Sniper Rifle The sniper rifle is an extremely accurate weapon good against all Covenant but does absolutely no damage to the Flood. This weapon is capable of zooming 5x and 10x. Although hard to find, saving this weapon for more difficult parts of the levels makes it a very usefull tool. Strength: Very high Bullet capacity: 20 Good against: All covenant Zoom: 5x, 10x Range: Very far Accuracy: Very acurate with scope Reload speed: Slow Dual Wield: No Firing Speed: Slow Rating 1-10: 9 ----- 1:4 The Magnum The magnum is the only pistol used by the humans against the covenant and flood.The magnum is only good against weak enemies. This gun is one of the fastest in the game but it is also one of the weakest. This gun not only is weak but it has no zoom. Strength: low Bullet capacity: 48 Good against: None Zoom: None Range: medium Accuracy: medium Reload speed: Fast Dual Wield: Yes Firing Speed: Fast Rating 1-10: 4 ----- 1:5 The Rocket Launcher The rocket launcher is a incredibly powerful gun that can lock on enemy vehicles and turrets. It is good for destroying a large number of grunts/elites/whatever but using incorrectly it may result in sucicide or death of your own marines. Use this wisely because you can only hold 6 rockets. Strength: extremely high Bullet capacity: 6 Good against: All Zoom: 2x Range: Somewhat far because of lock-on ability Accuracy: Medium Reload speed: Slow Dual Wield: No Firing Speed: Very Slow Rating 1-10: 8 ----- 1:6 The Shotgun The shotgun is good at medium to close range against nearly anything. However If you're trying to deal with a sniper, you're better off with anything BUT the shotgun. This weapon is the absolute best weapon against the flood since they usually jump out at you you dont have to run up to them to kill them. Also good against Jackals becuase they break throught their shield wherever you aim on them. This is one of my favorite guns. Strength: Strong (depending on distance) Bullet capacity: 36 Good against: Almost all except Hunters and Drones. Good against hunters from the back. Zoom: None Range: Medium to close Accuracy: Inacurate Reload Speed: Very Slow Dual Wield: No Firing Speed: Medium Rating 1-10: 10 ----- 1:7 Frag grenades A very strong grenade which can be thrown long distances and explodes within a second of hitting the ground. Strong against vehicles and against any enemy in general. Range: Long Damage: High _______________________________ C O V E N A N T W E A P O N S: =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= ----- 2:1 The Plasma Pistol A covenant weapon that runs on baterys and will fire as fast as you can pull the trigger. Most people would tell you that this weapon sucks. I like this weapon best with the plasma rifle because I can hold down the trigger and charge up an energy ball and shoot it at elites to take down their shields and then use the plasma rifle to finish them off. A bad thing about this gun is that if you fire too much or to fast it will over heat and you wont be able to fire for a few seconds. Also, charging up the plasma pistol will make the bullets follow your enemies. Good for sneaking around corners and blasting enemies. Strength: Strong (charged) weak (regular firing) Bullet capacity: 100% battery Good against: Elites, Grunts, Jackals Zoom: None Range: Medium Accuracy: Medium Reloading speed: Does not reload Dual Wield: Yes Firing Speed: Fast Rating 1-10: 8 ----- 2:2 The Plasma Rifle Almost identical to the Plasma Pistol only it has auto firing capabilities but can not fire a charged ball. Good againts almost all enemies in the game. Overheats after using about 7% of the batery. There is also a Brute Plasma Rifle Which only differs in speed, strength and color. Strength: (regular) medium (brute) high Bullet capacity: 100% battery Good agianst: All Zoom: None Range: medium Accuracy: medium Reload speed: no reload Dual Wield: Yes Firing Speed: Very Fast Rating 1-10: 9 ----- 2:3 The Needler A weapon that fires explosive needles that not only effect enemies when they hit them but after they explode. Shooting -multiple needles on one spot of an enemy will cause them to all explode at once resulting in an instant kill on most enemies. DO NOT shoot alot at the flood at once they will run up to you and then explode damaging you very badly. Dual wielding this weapon is much more powerful. I dont recomend using them alone. Needles follow enemies. Strength: Strong Bullet capacity:90 Good against: All covenant except hunters. Zoom: No Range: Close Accuracy: very acurate Reload speed: Medium Dual Wield: Yes Firing Speed: Medium Rating 1-10: 9 ----- 2:4 The Covenant Carbine The carbine is very effective against Grunts and Brutes. A carbine takes about only 4 head shots to kill 1 brute. It is a very powerful weapon and very fast in general. Strength: Strong Bullet capacity: 72 Good against: Grunts, Brutes, Elites Zoom: 2x Range: far Acuracy: very acurate Reload speed: fast Dual Wield: No Firing Speed: Fast Rating 1-10: 10 ----- 2:5 The Fuel Rod Cannon Almost as good as the Rocket Launcher except the rocket launcher follows enemys, is stronger and rockets reach enemies faster then Fuel rod Cannon. Enemies can avoid this shot by just strafing out of the way if you are firing for a long distance.However this gun fires extremely fast. But this is not a good long range weapon because after a short distance the bullet curves down and explodes however this can sometimes be usefull in hitting enemies more easilly. Strength: Very strong Bullet capacity: 25 Good against: All Zoom: 2x Range: medium Acuracy: Acurate because of big explosion Reload speed: Medium Dual Wield: No Firing speed: Medium Rating 1-10: 10 ----- 2:6 The Brute Shot A very powerfull grenade launcher. Equipped with a very sharp blade at the back for a very powerfull melee attack. Fires shots at a somewhat long range but is still slow. Bullets sometimes bounce making it hard to aim. Strength: Strong Bullet capacity: 12 Good against: Covenant Zoom: None Range: Medium Accuracy: Medium Reload Speed: Slow Dual Wield: No Firing Speed: Medium Rating 1-10: 8 ----- 2:7 The Beam Rifle The beam rifle is a strong batery powered sniper rifle which is very acurate and easy for headshots Better then the human sniper because it is capable of destroying jackal shields and sometimes killing them all in one shot. A fairly fast firing weapon but fire too fast and it will overheat and you will be vulnerable for a few seconds. Strength: strong Bullet capacity: 100% batery Good against: All Zoom: 5x, 10x Range: Very far Acuracy: very acurate Reload Speed: No reload Dual Wield: No Firing Speed: medium Rating 1-10: 10 ----- 2:8 The energy Sword Very powerful item that can be used for almost anything. Has two functions, 1, you can just slash people with it. OR you can charge very fast at people and then do a jab at their face. Extremely powerful and good in multiplayer for 1 hit kills. Unfortunately in single player it has a batery limit. Strength: strong Bullet capacity: 100% battery Good against: All Zoom: None Range: charged is about 10 feet away. slashing is close range Dual Wield: I wish Rating 1-10: 10 2:9 Plasma Grenades Bigger explosion then the frag grenades and easier to kill enemies with. This Grenade will stick to enemies if thrown directly onto them. DO NOT use these on the flood because they will jump at you and you will probably die.
