Visit Mom's House when your Social is down, and then hug her, then joke, and then hug, ect. Finally when you have hugged your mom seven times your social will be all the way up. In Free play hugging people does bring your social up but not as fast.

Enable the "Cheat Trophy" code, then press R, L, R, L, Y while playing the game.
